Description

【0001】

[0002]
[Prior art]
When performing chemical decontamination without removing the system piping to be decontaminated from equipment, connect a circulation loop that circulates the decontamination solution through the system piping, and circulate the decontamination solution through the system piping. In general, chemical decontamination is performed.
[0003]
A conventional chemical decontamination method for system piping constituting a circulation loop will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a chemical decontamination apparatus body composed of a tank for storing a decontamination liquid and equipment piping such as a circulation pump connected to the tank. The chemical decontamination apparatus body 1 is a tank (not shown). ) Are respectively connected to the inlet side and the outlet side, and these circulating pipes 2 are connected to the decontamination target pipe 4 via the coupling flange 3.
[0004]
A decontamination liquid circulation loop is configured between the chemical decontamination apparatus main body 1 and the decontamination target pipe 4 via a circulation pipe 2. The decontamination target pipe 4 includes a vertical pipe 4 a and a horizontal pipe 4 b, and the horizontal pipe 4 b is blocked by a stop valve 5.
[0005]
The chemical decontamination method is a chemical decontamination method in which the entire region of the decontamination target pipe 4 is filled with the decontamination liquid 6 from the chemical decontamination apparatus main body 1, and a circulation loop is configured with the coupling flange 3 via the circulation pipe 2. In the dyeing apparatus main body 1, the decontamination target pipe 4 is circulated to perform chemical decontamination.
[0006]
By the way, a place where the decontamination liquid 6 is not filled due to the air reservoir 7 occurs in the horizontal piping portion of the decontamination target pipe 4. After the chemical decontamination is completed, the decontamination liquid is discharged from the chemical decontamination apparatus main body 1, but the residual cladding 8 that cannot be discharged accumulates in the horizontal piping 4 b portion of the decontamination target piping 4. Moreover, the decontamination effect is not very good in the decontamination target pipe 4 above the coupling flange 3 where the decontamination liquid 6 cannot be sufficiently circulated.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As is apparent from FIG. 4, the conventional chemical decontamination method for the system pipe is performed in the vertical pipe 4 a above the coupling flange 3 provided in the vertical pipe 4 a, particularly in a portion far from the coupling flange 3 of the circulation line. Decontamination effect decreases. Further, there is a problem that an uncontaminated portion due to the air reservoir 7 is generated in the horizontal pipe 4b portion, or the residual clad 9 is accumulated after the decontamination liquid is discharged.
[0008]
Furthermore, in order to efficiently perform the decontamination, it is sufficient that the decontamination liquid 6 can be sufficiently immersed in the inner surface of the decontamination target pipe 4, but in the conventional method, in order to perform the decontamination target pipe 4 It is necessary to fill the entire decontamination solution 6. Therefore, a large amount of decontamination liquid 6 is required, and in order not to immerse the decontamination liquid 6 in the non-decontamination target part, it is necessary to control the water level at the boundary. Therefore, there are problems that the control equipment for the decontamination liquid water level and the treatment of a large amount of decontamination waste liquid increase the working time and increase the decontamination equipment.
[0009]
The present invention was made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and it is not necessary to fill the entire area of the decontamination target pipe with the decontamination liquid, so that the decontamination liquid can be sprinkled on the inner surface of the decontamination target pipe, An object of the present invention is to provide a chemical decontamination apparatus and a chemical decontamination method for system piping that can efficiently perform chemical decontamination with a small amount of decontamination liquid and that do not cause air accumulation in a horizontal piping section.

According to the present embodiment, the decontamination liquid 6 that has fallen along the pipe inner surface from the cleaning nozzle 12 above the vertical pipe 4a of the decontamination target pipe 4 flows down to this decontamination liquid 6 part, and the decontamination It is circulated in the liquid circulation system and processed by the chemical decontamination apparatus body 1. In this way, the entire region in the decontamination target pipe 4 is chemically treated with a small amount of decontamination liquid by the chemical decontamination system to decontaminate the decontamination liquid without filling up the vertical pipe 4a of the decontamination target pipe 4 with water. Can be decontaminated.
[0024]
Next, a second embodiment of the chemical decontamination method for system piping according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The second embodiment in FIG. 2 is intended for decontamination of the uncontaminated portion and the residual cladding 8 due to the air reservoir 7 generated in the horizontal piping 4 b of the decontamination target piping 4. In FIG. 2, the same parts as those in FIG.
[0025]
That is, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the cleaning nozzle 12 is moved to the vicinity of the stop valve 5 in the horizontal pipe 4b of the decontamination target pipe 4 and is circulated in the decontamination target pipe 4. Insert into Dye 6. Then, the cleaning nozzle 12 is moved back and forth inside the horizontal pipe 4b for scanning (moving).
[0026]
The cleaning nozzle 12 moves forward by the reaction force of jet water sprayed to the rear of the cleaning nozzle 12, and pulls the watering hose 11 with a force larger than the reaction force when moving backward. The inner surface of the horizontal pipe 4b is moved back and forth by pulling or separating the watering hose 11 while watering the decontamination liquid with the washing nozzle 12.
[0027]
According to this embodiment, while the water release the decontamination liquid by washing nozzle 12 stirring the decontamination liquid 6 of the horizontal pipe 4b, watering sites horizontal pipe 4b the upper is not yet decontamination sites air reservoir 7 Then, decontamination can be performed by dipping in the decontamination liquid 6. Further, the residual clad 8 accumulated at the bottom of the horizontal pipe 4b can be stirred and moved and discharged toward the coupling flange 3 connected to the chemical decontamination apparatus main body 1.
[0028]
Next, a third embodiment of the chemical decontamination method for system piping according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
The present embodiment is an example in which the decontamination target pipe 4 is not filled with the decontamination liquid 6 and is almost decontaminated in the air. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, the cleaning nozzle 12 scans the inside of the vertical pipe 4a and the horizontal pipe 4b of the decontamination target pipe 4, and decontamination is performed by immersing the decontamination liquid in the inner surface.
[0029]
According to the present embodiment, it is also effective as a flushing method using water on the inner surface of the decontamination target pipe 4 after decontamination. Other effects are the same as those of the first and second embodiments.
[0030]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the entire decontamination target pipe can be decontaminated with a small amount of decontamination liquid without filling the entire area of the decontamination target pipe with the decontamination liquid, and the horizontal pipe part is not yet filled with air.
