本発明は、経時安定性が良好で、使用感に優れた油中水型化粧料に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、油中水型の乳化組成物は、撥水性や耐水性に優れた特徴を有し、肌上でのエモリエント効果が高く、しっとり、しなやかな使用感が得られることから、スキンケア化粧料、メーキャップ化粧料、頭髪化粧料をはじめとするさまざまな用途で使用されてきた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、一般に油中水型の乳化組成物は、連続相となる外相が油分であるため、しっとりするがみずみずしさに欠け、のびが重く、べたつきのなさやさっぱりする使用感が損なわれてしまう。また乳化安定性上、アルコールを配合することが困難であるために清涼感を付与することができず、これらの欠点から化粧料としての評価は必ずしも高いとはいえなかった。

本発明は、このような課題を解決してべたつきが少なく、みずみずしく、さっぱりとした良好な使用感触を有し、肌への保湿性、経時安定性に優れた油中水型組成物を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明者らは、前記課題を解決させるべく鋭意検討を行った結果、特定のポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル共変性オルガノポリシロキサンとポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル型活性剤と、シリコーン油と極性油を含む油分と、塩類と、エチルアルコールを含む水とを用いて乳化することにより、塗布時にはのびが軽く、みずみずしい使用感触でさっぱりとべたつかない使用感触であり、経時安定性にも優れた油中水型乳化化粧料が得られることを見出した。

すなわち、本発明は、(a)下記一般式(1)で表されるポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル共変性オルガノポリシロキサンを0.01〜10質量%と、(b)ポリグリセリン脂肪酸エステル型の活性剤を0.1〜10質量%と、(c)シリコーン油と極性油を含む油分を5〜90質量%と、(d)塩類を0.01〜5質量%と、(e)エチルアルコールを0.1〜30質量%と、(f)水を5〜90質量%とを配合することを特徴とする油中水型乳化組成物である。

以下、本発明の構成要件を更に詳細に説明する。
本発明で用いられる(a)ポリオキシアルキレンアルキルエーテル共変性オルガノポリシロキサンは、次の一般式(1)で表されるものである。

本発明において、(b)成分の配合量は使用感及び製品の安定性から組成物の全重量に対して0.1〜10質量%、好ましくは0.2〜5質量%配合される。(b)成分の配合量が多すぎると、活性剤特有のべたつきが生じ、少なすぎると乳化不良となる。

本発明において、(c)成分の配合量は使用感及び製品の安定性から組成物の全重量に対して5〜90質量%、好ましくは10〜70質量%である。また、シリコン油の配合量は全油分中、50質量%以上であることが好ましい。
