Description

【0001】
【0030】

Figure 0003914841
【0031】
【0034】
Figure 0003914841
【0035】
【0038】
Figure 0003914841
【0039】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for improving soil agitation, and more particularly to a method and apparatus for improving soil by agitating soil to promote aeration.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, livestock manure, garbage from households, restaurants, residue from food processing plants, scraps of fruits and vegetables, grass cuts from expressways and river dikes, pruned trees from roadside trees, roadside trees, and other biological waste The following are known as means for improving objects and the like.
[0003]
(Pile method)
[0004]
In this method, an embankment (pile) of about 10m x 10m x 2m in length, width, and height is created in the target soil, and a biological treatment is carried out by burying a pipe for ventilation. Usually, piles are created using heavy construction equipment.
[0005]
(Farming method)
[0006]
This is a method of stirring using a general-purpose cultivator.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the pile method requires a design that takes into account the supply of aeration and moisture in order to efficiently perform biological treatment. In this method, since periodic soil agitation is not performed, an aeration path may be generated depending on the soil quality, which may cause uneven purification.
[0008]
Moreover, in the above-mentioned farming method, the soil is periodically stirred, and although it can be aerated and supplied with moisture, it can only be stirred to a depth of about 30 cm to 50 cm. A vast site is required.
[0009]
In addition, if a method of biological treatment is performed by forming relatively high ridges on the soil to compensate for the disadvantages of the pile method and the farming method, the disadvantages can be overcome, but ordinary construction heavy machinery is used for the creation and agitation. In such a case, soil containing pollutants may spread backward when heavy machinery moves forward, and appropriate measures and management are required. In addition, when the cocoon is raised, the soil scatters when the cocoon is stirred, and the shape of the cocoon is not adjusted, resulting in uneven ventilation of the soil.
[0010]
The present invention solves the above problem by limiting the direction of soil diffusion during soil agitation, and by providing shields around the front and rear openings and around the agitation blades.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The soil agitation improving device of the present invention includes a vehicle body having front and rear openings, a stirring device provided in the width direction of the vehicle body, a hood device that selectively covers the rear opening of the vehicle body, and the vehicle. It comprises a shield member that shields the side surface of the main body.
[0012]
The method for improving soil agitation according to the present invention includes a vehicle body having front and rear openings, a stirring device provided in a width direction of the vehicle body, a hood device that selectively covers the rear opening of the vehicle body, and the vehicle. Using a soil agitation device comprising a shield member that shields the side surface of the main body, the rear opening is closed by the hood device, and the soil to be treated is plowed with the side shield member sealed by the side shield member. Characterized in that it comprises a pre-process for forming a cocoon between the front opening and the rear opening, and a post-process for continuously plowing the soil to be treated with the rear opening open to subsequently form a soil cocoon. To do.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
The soil stirring improvement device of the present invention includes a self-propelled vehicle main body 1, a stirring device 2 provided in the width direction of the main body 1, a watering device 3, and the vehicle main body 1, as shown in FIGS. The hood device 4 selectively covers the rear opening 1a.
[0015]
The self-propelled vehicle body 1 includes a chassis 5 having a front width and a rear width of, for example, 5 m and a height of 3 m, at least four wheels 6 rotatably supported by the chassis 5, and the wheels 6. The power unit 7a and the side shield plate 8 are driven independently and forwardly and reversely, respectively.
[0016]
The stirring device 2 includes a central shaft 9 that is driven by the power portion 7b, and a stirring blade 10 that is disposed and fixed on the central shaft 9 in the axial direction so as to be spaced apart from each other. When the vehicle main body 1 moves forward, the stirring device 2 rotates in the same direction as the rotation direction of the wheels 6 and has an action of stirring the soil and applying a driving force to the vehicle main body. The amount of soil adhering to the cover can be reduced by the rotation direction. For example, if the width of the stirring section is 4.2 m and the height is 1.5 m, it is sufficient for stirring the soot having a width of 4 m and a height of 1 m. Soil, especially organic matter-contaminated soil, may have uneven soil properties, particularly moisture, and may not be uniformly stirred. For this reason, it is desirable that there are a plurality of stirring blades.
[0017]
The watering device 3 includes a watering tank 11 including a tank for fermentation promotion liquid and nutrient-added water, a water tank for preventing scattering, and the like, and a watering pipe 12.
[0018]
The hood device 4 includes a molding hood 13 covering the rear side of the chassis 5, a cover 14 such as a cloth covering the rear opening, and moving the molding hood 13 and the cover 14 upward to open at least the rear opening 1a. And a cylinder 15 for caulking. The cover 14 is preferably a cloth or a cloth coated with vinyl or the like, which is hard to adhere to and deposit on soil. In addition, 1b is a front opening of the self-propelled vehicle main body 1.
[0019]
In the soil agitation improvement method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 5, the soil agitation improvement device of the present invention is brought close to, for example, a ridge 17 having a width of 4 m and a height of 1 m formed by the soil 16 to be improved, and the hood device 4 , The stirring device 2 and the water sprinkling device 3 are driven to stir and form the straw 17 of the soil 16, and the food device 4 is stirred. When it comes into contact with the end of the hood, the hood device 4 is raised so that the rear surface is opened, maintaining uniform ventilation, and reducing the gap between the hood device 4 and the heel to prevent splattering and forming the heel 17 as it is. Try to continue.
[0020]
If the soil stirring improvement device of the present invention is used, even if the stirred soil 16 of the straw 17 is scattered laterally and rearward by the stirring device 2, this is caused by the side shield plate 8 and the closed hood device 4. It is blocked and not diffused outside. The wheel 6 can be rotated more easily by combining rubber in front of the propulsion direction and iron in the rear. The wheel 6 may have a relatively small outer diameter of 566 mm.
[0021]
Further, if the agitation process proceeds and the hood device 4 of the soil agitation improvement device of the present invention comes into contact with the agitated gutter 17, the agitated gutter 17 itself will move forward even if the hood device 4 is raised thereafter. The soil 16 is prevented from being scattered.
[0022]
The four wheels 6 may be paving tires when the work site is concrete. If the wheels 6 are rotatable, the vehicle body can have a rotation radius with substantially the same width, and move from one to the next. When the vehicle is turned, the direction of the vehicle can be turned only by the rotation operation, and the working efficiency is improved.
[0023]
Even if halogen organic contaminants, metal pieces, stones, etc. are mixed, the side shield plate 8 not only prevents the scattering, but also keeps the height between the heel and the heel through which the wheels pass. While making it easy to go straight, it is possible to maintain and equalize the height of the ridges and evenly stir the soil. The lower end portion of the side shield plate 8 is separated from the ground (wheel lower end point) by about 10 cm, which is about the length of the side rubber portion of the wheel 6, so that unpredictable ground irregularities and wheel conditions can be visually observed. The side shield plate 8 is further preferably provided with an iron side plate that freely moves up and down in the direction of the ground from the lower end of the side shield 8.
[0024]
The side shield plate 8 is further preferably provided with an elastic sheet such as rubber that shields from the lower end to the ground. Moreover, the material of the member used for this vehicle shall be the material which is not eroded by not only general soil but organic matter etc.
[0025]
In addition, the ground shown in FIG. 5 is the ground which hit concrete. In this way, it is possible to prevent the contaminants from the contaminated soil from flowing into the soil of the construction site.
[0026]
Hereinafter, the results of improving the soil agitation according to the present invention will be described.
[0027]
(Comparative Example 1)
[0028]
Prepare 2 silt soil straws of width 4m, height 1m, length 10m, use 140 blades for commercial tillage in the soil agitation improver of the present invention, and the processing time is 1 per straw 3 minutes. Tillage was carried out without watering, and the oxygen concentration was measured before and after plowing at 4 and 5 places at equal intervals in the length direction of the reed.
[0029]
Sampling and measurement methods are as follows. Before and after the above plowing, an aluminum pipe with a diameter of 8 mm and a length of 1000 mm with a slit at the tip 100 mm is inserted into the center of the plow, and the gas in the plow is sucked with a suction pump. The sucked gas was introduced into the oxygen concentration meter, and the oxygen concentration was read when the measuring device was stabilized. In addition, the temperature of soil was 20-25 degreeC and performed in the outdoors. The results are shown in Table 1.
[0030]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003914841
[0031]
As is apparent from Table 1, after plowing with the soil agitation improving apparatus of the present invention, the oxygen concentration of the cocoon is higher than before plowing, the variation in oxygen concentration is reduced, and the oxygen concentration is high. Became evenly distributed. This shows that it is effective when purifying soil by biological treatment. The variation is a value obtained by subtracting the minimum value from the maximum value of the data.
[0032]
(Comparative Example 2)
[0033]
The same tillage and measurement as in Comparative Example 1 were performed once a day, and the oxygen concentration was measured for the same straw on the first day and the second day. The results are shown in Table 2.
[0034]
[Table 2]
Figure 0003914841
[0035]
As is clear from Table 2, the oxygen concentration improved before and after plowing, the variation in the oxygen concentration decreased, and on the second day, the voids were uniform, so the amount of decrease in oxygen concentration was small and the oxygen concentration was lower than the first day. Concentration was further improved and variation in oxygen concentration was reduced. Moreover, it turned out that the further effect is acquired by implementing the soil stirring improvement process of this invention continuously.
[0036]
(Comparative Example 3)
[0037]
The silt soil dredger was stirred with a backhoe which is a heavy construction machine. Furthermore, what was stirred with this backhoe and what was stirred with the soil stirring improvement apparatus of this invention were compared. The results are shown in Table 3.
[0038]
[Table 3]
Figure 0003914841
[0039]
As is apparent from Table 3, by using the soil agitation improving apparatus of the present invention, the oxygen concentration was further improved as compared with the treatment with the backhoe, and the variation in the oxygen concentration was reduced.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the soil agitation improving method and apparatus of the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent the diffusion of soil containing pollutants and to disperse the voids, soil composition, and pollutants substantially uniformly. Therefore, the oxygen concentration of the straw is improved, the variation of the oxygen concentration is reduced, and there are significant benefits such as being effective for soil purification treatment by biological treatment.
