【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、トイレの床を施工性よくかつ残材等の廃棄物の発生がないように形成でき、特にトイレの床のリフォームにも容易に対応できるようにしたトイレ用床仕上げ板セット及びその施工方法に関する技術分野に属する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、トイレの床は、床下地材の上にタイルをモルタルで接着したり、床下地材上にクッションフロアや木質床化粧板を接着剤で接着したりする等の方法で施工されている。

また、この他、特開2000―192678号公報に開示されているように、周囲に立ち上がり部が一体に立設された床パネルユニットも提案されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上記のようにタイルを下地上にモルタルで張るような従来の湿式的工法では、施工に非常な手間がかかり、左官業者の仕事となって工程が煩雑化し、また現場が汚れたり養生が必要となったりし、リフォーム工事は勿論のこと新築工事においても、施工性が悪くて施工期間も長くなってしまうという問題があった。

一方、合板等の床下地材の上にクッションフロアや木質床化粧板を取り付ける方法では、施工現場でクッションフロアや木質床化粧板を所定寸法に切断しなければならず、切断の作業手間が必要となるとともに、切断屑の処分が必要となる問題が生じる。

特に、これら床仕上げ板において便器の下方部に対し、便器に接続される便器用配管を通す刳り抜き加工をする手間も必要であり、特にリフォーム工事の場合には、廊下やトイレ室という限られた狭い空間での作業となるので、作業が一層し難くなる。さらに、クッションフロアは塩化ビニル樹脂等のプラスチック材料が主原料であるため、残材の焼却等の処分もし難いという問題が加わる。

また、上記提案例の床パネルユニットを用いる場合には、特にリフォーム時のように狭い廊下やトイレ室の中で、このようなユニットの搬入作業をしたり、取付作業をしたりせねばならず、それらの作業が実質的に難しいという問題があった。

本発明は斯かる諸点に鑑みてなされたもので、その目的は、トイレ室の床部に設けられる仕上げ板に改良を施すことで、トイレ室の床を施工性よくかつ残材等の廃棄物の発生がないように形成でき、トイレ室の床のリフォームをも容易に行い得るようにすることにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するために、この発明では、トイレ室の床部に設けられる床仕上げ板を少なくとも央部と左右両側部とに3分割し、上記央部床仕上げ板の左右両側の側端面と、この側端面に当接する左右両側部の床仕上げ板の側端面とが合決り部によって接合されるように加工し、さらには上記央部床仕上げ板に予め便器用配管の挿通部としての刳り抜き部を形成しておくようにした。

また、これら床仕上げ板を施工する際には、まず、央部床仕上げ板をその刳り抜き部が便器用配管の位置に位置するようにして取り付け、この央部床仕上げ板を基準として左右両側部床仕上げ板を施工するようにした。

具体的には、請求項1の発明では、トイレ室の床部に配設されるトイレ用床仕上げセットとして、少なくとも、便器の位置に対応して配置される央部床仕上げ板と、上記便器を正面から見たときに上記央部床仕上げ板の左右両側に隣接してトイレ室の左右の壁側に位置するように配置される両側部床仕上げ板とを組み合わせてなり、上記央部床仕上げ板の左右の側端面には、表面側に凸部を有しかつ裏面側に凹部を有する側部合決り部が形成されている一方、上記両側部床仕上げ板の央部床仕上げ板側の側端面には、表面側に凹部を有しかつ裏面側に凸部を有する側部合決り部が形成されていて、上記央部床仕上げ板の側部合決り部と両側部床仕上げ板の側部合決り部とは互いに接合可能に形成されており、上記央部床仕上げ板には、便器に接続される便器用配管を通すための刳り抜き部が形成されていることを特徴としている。

上記の構成によると、トイレ用床仕上げ板セットは、少なくとも3分割された床仕上げ板からなっているので、新築時は勿論のこと、リフォーム時においても、狭い廊下やトイレ室の出入口から容易に搬入することができ、また狭いトイレ室においても、取付作業や振回し作業がし易くなって施工性が非常によい。

そして、このトイレ用床仕上げ板セットは、トイレ室の床形状に応じて予めセット化された寸法になっているので、切断作業を少なくすることができ、切断屑の発生をなくしたり、大幅に減少させたりすることができる。

また、央部床仕上げ板には、便器用配管を通すための刳り抜き部が予め形成されているので、剛性のある央部床仕上げ板に施工現場で便器用配管を通すための刳り抜き加工をするという煩わしい作業が不要となる。

さらには、央部床仕上げ板の左右両側の側端面及びこの側端面に当接する左右両側部床仕上げ板の側端面にはそれぞれ側部合決り部が加工され、これらの側部合決り部同士の接合により央部床仕上げ板及び側部床仕上げ板が各々の側端面で接合されるので、本実加工部により接合する場合に比べて接合加工が容易であり、狭いトイレ空間においても施工を良好に行うことができる

請求項の発明では、上記央部床仕上げ板の少なくとも一部は、基板と、この基板の表面に配設され、表面に光触媒機能層が設けられた無機質板とを一体化してなるものとする。請求項の発明では、さらに、上記央部床仕上げ板のうち便器の下方部に位置する汚垂部が、基板及び表面に光触媒機能層が設けられた無機質板からなるものとする。

請求項10の発明は、トイレ室の床部に配設されるトイレ用床仕上げセットの施工方法であり、まず、トイレ室に施工されかつ便器に接続される便器用配管が突出する床下地材上に、表面側に凸部を有しかつ裏面側に凹部を有する側部合決り部が左右の側端面に形成されている央部床仕上げ板を、上記便器用配管の端部に央部床仕上げ板の刳り抜き部を挿通させて取り付ける。次いで、上記便器を正面から見たときに上記央部床仕上げ板の左右両側端面の側部合決り部の裏面側凹部に対し、表面側に凹部を有しかつ裏面側に凸部を有する側部合決り部が央部床仕上げ板側の側端面に形成されている両側部床仕上げ板における上記側部合決り部の裏面側凸部を順次挿入して、両側部床仕上げ板を床下地材上に取り付けることを特徴としている。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1〜図4は本発明の実施形態に係るトイレ用床仕上げ板セットAを示し、この床仕上げ板セットAは、図7に示すようにトイレ室Rの床部に配設される。尚、実施形態の以下の説明においては、「左右」、「前後」、「手前」及び「奥」という用語は、トイレ室Rで便器Sを正面から見たときの状態を指すものとする。

上記トイレ用床仕上げ板セットAは、トイレ室Rの略床部全体の大きさ(その左右方向の寸法すなわち幅寸法は、畳1畳の幅寸法に相当する)の床仕上げ板(図示せず)を4分割した構造とされている。すなわち、トイレ用床仕上げ板セットAは、前後方向(図4では上下方向)に長い略矩形状の央部床仕上げ板1と、同様に前後方向に細長くて互いに同じ大きさの矩形状の左側部床仕上げ板4及び右側部床仕上げ板5とを組み合わせてなり、さらに上記央部床仕上げ板1は、前後方向に長い略矩形状の汚垂部としての汚垂部床仕上げ板2と、略方形状の前部床仕上げ板3とに2分割されている。

上記汚垂部床仕上げ板2は、図2に拡大して示すように、基板2aの表面に無機質板2bが接着されて複合化されたもので、上記無機質板2bの表面には光触媒機能層2cが形成されている。具体的には、汚垂部床仕上げ板2は、例えば厚さ2mmの合板からなる基板2aの表面に対し、酸化チタンを混入して光触媒機能を付与した無機質塗材を焼付け処理(釉薬仕上げを含む)して光触媒機能を発現する化粧層としての光触媒機能層2cを有するセラミック板(商品名「ハイドロセラ」東陶機器株式会社製)からなる無機質板2bを貼り付けて複合化したものである。

上記基板2aは、合板の他に、LVL、MDF、集成材、パーティクルボード、OSB等の木質系板材や、セメント珪酸カルシウム板、火山性ガラス質複層板(商品名「ダイライト」大建工業株式会社製)、セラミック板、スラグ石膏板等の無機質系板材が使用できる。特に、基板2aに木質系板材を使用すると、表面の無機質板2bの脆弱さを補い、或いは必要形状への切断等の加工を容易に行うことができる。

この汚垂部床仕上げ板2の四周の側端面のうち左右両側の側端面には側部合決り部11,11が、また手前側の側端面には前部合決り部12がそれぞれ加工されている。この各合決り部11,12は、いずれも汚垂部床仕上げ板2の表面側に凸部13を有しかつ裏面側に凹部14を有する合決り形状に形成されている。特に、左右の側部合決り部11,11は上記の形状にしておくことが必要であり、前部合決り部12は上記形状にしておくのが望ましい。

上記各合決り部11,12では、汚垂部床仕上げ板2において加工し易い合板等の基板2aを、加工し難いセラミック板からなる無機質板2bよりも所定寸法小さく形成して貼り合わせることにより、表面側の凸部13及び裏面側の凹部14を形成することができる。

また、上記央部床仕上げ板1の汚垂部床仕上げ板2には、便器Sに接続される便器用配管P(図5参照)を通すための刳り抜き部16が汚垂部床仕上げ板2の後辺部の幅方向略中央から前側(内側)に向かって長細いU字状となるように切り欠いて設けられている(刳り抜き部16の前端は円弧状に切り欠かれている)。この刳り抜き部16は、その左右方向の幅が上記便器用配管Pを挿通可能な寸法に形成された長細い形状をしており、便器Sの種類等によって汚垂部床仕上げ板2での便器用配管Pの位置が前後方向に異なっても、それに対応して便器用配管Pを刳り抜き部16に挿通できるようになっている。また、この刳り抜き部16の幅を便器用配管Pの外径よりも少し大きめに形成しておくと、便器用配管Pの位置が左右方向にずれたとしても、そのズレに対応することができる。

一方、前部床仕上げ板3は例えば厚み6mmの木質床化粧板で形成されている。この木質化粧板は、図3に拡大して示すように、剛性のある基板3aの表面に任意の化粧層3bを設けてなる。このような剛性のある基板3aとしては、上記汚垂部床仕上げ板2の基板2aと同様に、例えば合板、LVL、パーティクルボード、MDF、集成材、OSB等の木質系板材や、セメント珪酸カルシウム板、火山性ガラス質複層板(商品名「ダイライト」大建工業株式会社製)、セラミック板、スラグ石膏板等の無機質系板材を使用できる。また、上記基板3aは上記板材同士、或いは板材と他の板材とが複合して形成されたものを用いてもよい。例えば、合板の表面に陶磁製板を接着したものや、火山性ガラス質複層板の両面或いは片面に木材単板を接着したもの、セメント珪酸カルシウム板の表面にLVLを接着したもの、合板の表面に金属板やプラスチック板を複合したもの等である。

そして、上記基板3aの表面に形成される化粧層3bとしては、例えば(1)木材化粧単板の表面に透明性合成樹脂塗料を塗布したもの、(2)木材化粧単板に合成樹脂を含浸して硬化させた合成樹脂強化木質単板の表面に透明性合成樹脂塗料を塗布したもの、(3)化粧紙の表面に透明性合成樹脂塗料を塗布したもの、(4)化粧紙に合成樹脂を含浸して硬化させた合成樹脂含浸化粧紙に透明性合成樹脂塗料を塗布したもの、(5)この透明性合成樹脂塗料がフッ素樹脂やシリコン樹脂を主成分とするもの、(6)非透明性着色合成樹脂塗料の塗布層、(7)ガラス繊維布にポリエステル系樹脂等の合成樹脂を含浸して硬化させたもの、(8)酸化チタン等の光触媒機能を持つ物質を混入した塗料を塗布して形成した光触媒機能を持つ塗布層、(9)この光触媒機能を持つ塗料を焼き付け塗装したもの、(10)釉薬層、下地塗装をした表面に転写印刷等の印刷を施して表面に透明性合成樹脂塗料を塗布したもの、(11)塗料や印刷インクに蓄光顔料を混入したもの、(12)発泡性合成樹脂系塗材を塗布して発泡させたもの、(13)防汚に加えて、抗菌・防臭機能を付加した塗膜層や釉薬層、例えば銀ゼオライトのような抗菌剤を混入した合成樹脂塗料を塗布したり釉薬仕上げしたもの等を例示することができるが、これらに限定されるものではない。

また、上記化粧層3bとして、木材化粧単板に合成樹脂を含浸して硬化させた合成樹脂強化木質単板の表面に透明性合成樹脂塗料を塗布したものや、木目模様を印刷した化粧紙に合成樹脂を含浸して硬化させた合成樹脂含浸化粧紙に透明性合成樹脂塗料を塗布したものを使用すると、木目外観の安らぎのあるトイレ空間を形成できるとともに、通常の木目外観の床に較べて、耐傷性、耐水性、防汚性等に優れたトイレ室Rの床を形成することができる。そして、上記透明性合成樹脂塗料にフッ素樹脂やシリコン樹脂を主成分とするものを使用すれば、その防汚性や清掃時の洗浄性をさらに高めることができる。

そして、この前部床仕上げ板3の左右両側の側端面には、汚垂部床仕上げ板2の左右両側の側端面の側部合決り部11,11と同じ形状、つまり前部床仕上げ板3の表面側に凸部19を有しかつ裏面側に凹部20を有する形状の側部合決り部18,18が加工されている。

上記左右の側部床仕上げ板4,5は、上記前部床仕上げ板3と同様の構造の木質床化粧板で構成され、剛性のある基板4a,5aの表面に化粧層4b,5bを設けてなる(前部床仕上げ板3の説明参照)。この各側部床仕上げ板4,5四周の側端面のうち、央部床仕上げ板1側でその左右両側の側端面と当接する側の側端面には、表面側に凹部26を有しかつ裏面側に凸部27を有する側部合決り部25が形成され、この側部合決り部25は、上記央部床仕上げ板1における汚垂部床仕上げ板2及び前部床仕上げ板3の各側部合決り部11,18に接合可能とされている。

そして、上記両側部床仕上げ板4,5の幅寸法(左右方向の寸法)と、央部床仕上げ板1(汚垂部床仕上げ板2及び前部床仕上げ板3)の幅寸法(左右方向の寸法)とを合計した幅寸法(左右方向の寸法)が、畳1畳の幅寸法よりも20%未満の寸法分だけ大きめに設定されている。

また、上記央部床仕上げ板1の汚垂部床仕上げ板2及び前部床仕上げ板3並びに左右の側部床仕上げ板4,5の裏面には、水平滑動性のある両面粘着テープ29(例えば積水化学株式会社製の商品名「両面テープ#530」が一方の接着面(粘着面)にて貼着されている。つまり、この両面粘着テープ29は、各床仕上げ板2〜5を施工する際に床下地材30(図5〜図7参照)に当接させた後、水平横方向に滑動して位置をずらせることのできるものである。また、両面粘着テープ29は、各床仕上げ板2〜5の裏面の全面に貼着するよりも裏面の端部に設けておくことで十分である。特に、リフォームのように既に壁材が取り付けられているような狭い空間で、効率よくかつ作業性よく施工するのに好適である。この両面粘着テープ29は、他方の接着面を剥離紙で覆った状態で予め工場で貼っておいてもよく、また施工現場で貼ることもできる。尚、両面粘着テープ29以外に、各床仕上げ板2〜5を接着剤によって床下地材30に施工することもできる。

そして、これらの床仕上げ板2〜5をトイレ室Rの床部に敷設するとき、図7に示すように、央部床仕上げ板1の汚垂部床仕上げ板2及び前部床仕上げ板3を床下地材30上に、汚垂部床仕上げ板2が便器Sの下方部に位置しかつ該汚垂部床仕上げ板2の手前側に前部床仕上げ板3が隣接して配置されるように前後に並べるとともに、左側部床仕上げ板4を央部床仕上げ板1(汚垂部床仕上げ板2及び前部床仕上げ板3)の左側に隣接してトイレ室Rの左壁35側に、また同様に央部床仕上げ板1の右側に隣接して右側部床仕上げ板5をトイレ室Rの右壁36側にそれぞれ位置するように配置する。

具体的に、以上の構成を有するトイレ用床仕上げ板セットAをトイレ室Rの床部に施工する方法について図5により説明する。この図5はリフォーム時における施工手順の一例を示しており、予め、トイレ室Rの床部には貫通孔からなる刳り抜き状部31を有する床下地材30が施工され、この床下地材30の刳り抜き状部31には便器Sに接続される便器用配管Pがその上端部を刳り抜き状部31から突出させた状態で挿通されている。
