Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a water supply structure to a surface layer suitable for wetting a surface layer such as a ground of various stadiums.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2000-240005, a water supply structure for wetting a ground such as an athletic field or a tennis cord is known. In this water supply structure, a water-conducting sheet such as a woven fabric or non-woven fabric is laid under the artificial turf so that the ground where the artificial turf containing sand is laid and the wet state can be maintained while suppressing temperature rise. Water is supplied to the sex sheet from the water supply pipe. And this water supply pipe is installed in the ground edge part outside a competition area so that it may not interfere with the competition on the ground.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the water conveyance capacity of the water conveyance sheet is limited, if the water supply pipe is installed at the end of the ground, there is a possibility that sufficient water cannot be supplied to the center of the ground. In addition, if sufficient water is supplied to the center of the ground, it is necessary to supply a large amount of water from the water supply pipe to the water guide sheet. In this case, inconveniences such as excessive water at the end portion of the water-conducting sheet and floating of the water occur, and the amount of water used increases.
[0004]
The above publication also discloses that a water supply pipe is embedded in a groove provided on the ground surface to flatten the ground surface directly above the water supply pipe. However, it is difficult to completely flatten the surface when the groove is backfilled when the water pipe is buried. For this reason, the trace of the groove where the water pipe is buried rises to the surface of the artificial grass with sand, and the coefficient of restitution to the ball changes at this part, which also hinders the competition. It will not be possible to install.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and a surface layer capable of suppressing a water supply pipe for supplying water to a water-conducting sheet from interfering with various sports performed on the ground surface. The purpose is to provide a water supply structure.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above object is a water supply structure to the ground layer for supplying water to artificial turf with sand provided on the ground as described in claim 1 ,
A water supply pipe installed on the artificial turf base fabric constituting the sand-containing artificial turf ;
A plurality of strip water-conducting sheets laid on the base fabric at intervals to cover the water supply pipe from above ,
The pile of the artificial turf extends upward from the base fabric through the interval portion of the band-shaped water-permeable sheet,
Wherein the sand-filled artificial turf sand between the piles from the top of the water conveying sheet is achieved by the water supply structure characterized that you have been covered.
[0007]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the water conveyance sheet member is laid so as to cover the water supply pipe from above, the water supply pipe is pressed from above by the water conveyance sheet member. For this reason, even if it uses a thin pipe as a water supply pipe so that a water supply pipe may not interfere with competitions, such as ball games performed on the ground surface, it can prevent a water supply pipe from rising. Therefore, according to this invention, it can suppress that the water supply pipe for supplying water to a water-conducting sheet becomes the obstruction of the various competitions performed on the ground surface.
[0009]
Moreover, since water is supplied from the water-conducting sheet to the artificial grass with sand, the artificial grass with sand can be kept in a wet state. Moreover, since sand is covered on the water-conducting sheet member, it is possible to more effectively suppress the hindrance of the water supply pipe to the competition on the ground surface.
[0010]
The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that, in the water supply structure to the surface layer according to claim 1 , the water supply pipe has a diameter that is not more than half the thickness of the sand of the artificial turf. To do.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
FIG. 1 shows a water supply structure to a surface layer which is an embodiment of the present invention. The water supply structure to the surface layer of the present embodiment wets the ground 10 of artificial grass with sand in various stadiums such as a tennis court, a soccer field, a baseball field, and an athletic field. As shown in FIG. 1, the ground 10 is configured by providing artificial turf 14 on the surface of a pavement layer 12 made of, for example, asphalt concrete and laying sand 16 between piles of the artificial turf 14.
[0012]
An ultrafine water supply pipe 18 is installed on the base of the artificial turf 14, and a water-conducting sheet 20 rich in water conductivity such as woven fabric and non-woven fabric is laid so as to cover the water supply pipe 18 from above. Yes. And on this water-conducting sheet 20, sand 16 of artificial turf with sand is covered. The diameter of the water supply pipe 18 is set to a value that is half to ¼ of the thickness of the sand 16 so that the water supply pipe 18 does not affect the surface of the artificial grass with sand. In this embodiment, for example, when the thickness of the sand 16 is 20 mm, the diameter is about 3 to 5 mm, and when the thickness of the sand 16 is 40 mm, the diameter is about 10 mm.
[0013]
The water supply pipe 18 is, for example, an infusion pipe having a large number of water supply holes, and supplies water supplied from a water source (not shown) to the water guide sheet 20 through the water supply holes. However, as the water supply pipe 18, a pipe from which water oozes out from the entire outer peripheral surface such as a porcelain pipe or a cloth pipe may be used instead of the drip pipe.
[0014]
FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the arrangement of the water supply pipe 18 and the water conveyance sheet 20. As shown in the figure, the water-conducting sheet 20 is not spread over the entire surface, but the water-conducting sheet 20 formed in a strip shape is appropriately spaced so as to prevent the water supply pipe 18 from being lifted from above. Is provided.
[0015]
According to the above configuration, the water supplied from the water supply pipe 18 to the water guide sheet 20 permeates in the horizontal direction due to the capillary action of the water guide sheet 20. Thereby, the sand 16 filled in the gap between the piles of the artificial turf 14 can be moistened, and the surface of the ground 10 can be prevented from being dried and heated.
[0016]
In addition, since an extremely fine pipe is used as the water supply pipe 18, the water supply pipe 18 has almost no hindrance to various competitions on the ground 10. In addition, when an extremely fine pipe is used as the water supply pipe 18 in this manner, the water supply pipe 18 is likely to float, but in this embodiment, the water guide sheet 20 is laid so as to cover the water supply pipe 18 and pressed from above. Since it is attached, the water supply pipe 18 can be prevented from floating. Therefore, according to this embodiment, it can suppress that the water supply pipe 18 which supplies water to the water conveyance sheet | seat 20 becomes the obstruction of the competition performed on the ground 10. FIG.
[0017]
In addition, a slight convex portion of the water-conducting sheet 20 generated in the installation portion of the water supply pipe 18 is flattened by covering the water-conducting sheet 20 with the sand 16, and the influence on the competition is further suppressed. Will be.
[0018]
And since the influence which the water supply pipe | tube 18 has on a competition is restrained small as mentioned above, the water supply pipe | tube 18 can be provided not only in the edge part of the ground 10, but in arbitrary positions. Therefore, by appropriately disposing the water supply pipe 18, the water-conducting sheet 20 can be uniformly wetted and an appropriate wet state can be maintained throughout the ground 10. In addition, since the water supply can be prevented from becoming excessive in part, the amount of water used can be reduced.
[0019]
Moreover, since the distance from the water supply pipe 18 to each position of the ground 10 can be reduced as compared with the case where the arrangement position of the water supply pipe 18 is limited to the ground end portion, Time until water is supplied to each position can be shortened. For this reason, it becomes possible to supply the ground 10 with the required amount of water with high responsiveness when necessary, and fine control of the wetness can be realized.
[0020]
Moreover, since the water-conducting sheet 20 and the water supply pipe 18 can be connected to each other by simply laying the water-conducting sheet 20 from the upper side of the water supply pipe 18, water supply can be performed reliably. It becomes.
[0021]
Further, since the water-conducting sheet 20 is uniformly moistened, the sand-shaped water-conducting sheet 20 is separated at an appropriate interval as shown in FIG. Even if arranged, the entire ground 10 can be moistened. Therefore, in this embodiment, the required area of the water-conducting sheet 20 can be reduced and cost reduction can also be achieved.
[0022]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it can suppress that the water supply pipe for supplying water to a water-conducting sheet | seat becomes obstructive of various competitions performed on the ground surface.
