Description

【0001】

The present invention relates to a cardboard box suitable for a returnable box that can be easily assembled and folded, and more particularly to a cardboard box that accommodates clothes in a state of being hung and hung on a hanger.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a corrugated cardboard box commonly called a hanger box for storing clothes while being hung on a hanger when carrying clothes or moving clothes by a clothing company has been used.
[0003]
FIG. 6 shows an example of a conventionally known hanger box (clothing cardboard box), which has side plates 51, 52, 53, and 54 that are continuous on the folding line, and is caused from a folded state. The box body 50 is automatically formed into a bottomed cylinder shape by overlapping bottom flaps (not shown), and the upper ends of the front and rear side plates 51, 52 are arranged in the front-rear direction via folding lines 55, 55. A front upper lid 56 and a rear upper lid 57 having different widths are integrally formed, and notched recesses 53a and 54a are formed at the center of the upper edges of the left and right side plates 53 and 54, respectively.
[0004]
This hanger box is provided with a synthetic resin-made rack member 60. The rack member 60 includes a flange 61 on which the hanger 59 is suspended and sandwiching grooves 62, 62 formed at both ends thereof. It is comprised from the support parts 63 and 63 which have. In order to mount the 50 rack member 60 on the box body, the side plates of the cutout recesses 53a and 54a of the box body 50 are sandwiched and attached from above by the sandwiching grooves 62 and 62 of the support portions 63 and 63.
[0005]
In the assembled hanger box, a plurality of clothes 63 hung on the hanger 59 are hung on the buttocks 61 and accommodated. Then, the front and rear upper lids 56 and 57 are folded inward so that the outer surfaces of the hanging flaps 56a and 57a provided at the front ends of the front and rear upper lids 56 and 57 are brought into contact with each other to close the lids 56 and 57. The hanging flaps 56b, 56b, 57b, 57b provided on the left and right sides of 57 are bonded with the hook-and-loop fasteners 58, 58 provided on the outer surfaces of the left and right side plates 53, 54 corresponding to the respective hanging flaps 56b, 56b, 57b, 57b. And it seals so that it may not open carelessly, and accommodates and conveys several clothes, without folding.
[0006]
When the conveyance is finished, the frame member 60 is removed from the box body 50 and the box body 50 is also folded. And it is assembled again at the time of conveyance of the next clothes, and is used many times as a returnable box.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional hanger box, the box body 50 and the rack member 60 are separated and stored and managed separately during storage and transfer in the folded state. Since it is configured to be attached and assembled, it is easy to forget to load the rack member 60 on the work site, and the quantity difference between the rack member 60 and the box body 50 is easily generated, and the management at the work site is troublesome and transported. It was not easy to handle for the workers.
[0008]
Further, since the bridge member 60 formed of synthetic resin is bulky, it requires a storage space different from the box body 50 and is expensive, so it cannot be said that it is economically advantageous.

[0023]
A rear upper lid 20 is connected to the upper end of the rear side plate 3 via a fold line R15. Hanging flaps 20a and 20b are provided on the left and right sides of the rear upper lid 20, and inner surfaces of the left and right hanging flaps 20a and 20b. A hook-and-loop fastener 30 is bonded to the surface. Further, a connecting plate 22 that is bent at a right angle via a folding line R16 and bent into a L-shaped cross section by a sewing machine blade 21 is provided at the tip of the rear upper lid 20, and a connecting plate 22 is provided at the tip of the connecting plate 22. There is provided a rack portion 26 formed by winding and adhering the reinforcing pipe 25 at the widened portion 22a.
[0024]
As shown by a corrugated cardboard box D shown in FIG. 3A, the connecting plate 22 has a widened portion 22a for winding the reinforcing tube 25 at the tip thereof to form the rack shaft portion 26. is doing. In the widened portion 22a, four sewing blade lines 23 are placed at intervals corresponding to the corners of the reinforcing tube 25 so that the reinforcing tube 25 made of a paper tube having a rectangular cross section can be easily wound. The reinforcing tube 25 is wound around the wire.
[0025]
Needless to say, the rack portion 26 may be formed separately from the connecting plate 22 and may be attached to the tip of the connecting plate and detachable using a hook-and-loop fastener (not shown).
[0026]
Both end portions 26 a and 26 b of the rack shaft portion 26 protrude from the distal end portion of the connecting plate 22. The rear upper lid 20 is closed, and both end portions 26a and 26b of the rack shaft portion 26 are removably fitted into the retaining grooves 13 and 14, so that the connecting plate 22 bent over the left and right side plates 2 and 4 is bent. A recessed portion 24 is formed.
[0027]
The recessed portion 24 ensures a sufficient allowance for the hook 39a of the hanger 39 on the rack shaft portion 26, so that clothes can be hung. Further, the front upper lid 10 is fitted with the front flap 10a in the recessed portion 24 and closed in a resilient contact with the connecting plate 22.
[0028]
The reinforcing tube 25 may be made of a synthetic resin. However, considering the problems of economic efficiency, resource recycling, and separation and disposal by material, the cardboard box is preferably a single material as a paper material, and a paper tube is sufficient. It is preferable to use a paper tube because strength can be obtained.
[0029]
Needless to say, the rack portion 22 is not limited to a rectangular cross section, and may be a square, a circle, or an ellipse.
[0030]
In the present embodiment configured as described above, it can be stored in a folded state as in a normal cardboard box. Then, when used, the bottomed cylindrical box is automatically opened from the folded state, and the connecting plate 22 is bent at the folding line R16 and the sewing machine blade line 21 to form an L-shaped cross section. The rear upper lid 20 is folded down at a fold line R15, both ends 12a and 26b of the rack shaft portion 26 are fitted into the latching grooves 13 and 14, the rack shaft portion 26 is spanned, and the upper surface of the connecting plate 22 is opened. The recessed portion 24 is formed, and the left and right flaps 20a, 20b of the rear upper lid 20 are fixed to the left and right side plates 2, 4 with hook-and-loop fasteners 30, 30 (see FIG. 5).
[0031]
To accommodate the transport clothes, the inclined lid 1a of the front side plate 1 is released from being fixed by the hook-and-loop fastener 30, and the inclined lid 1a is bent outward along the inclined folding line R9 so that the front upper lid 10 is opened together with the inclined lid 1a. deep. After the transporting clothes are stored, the inclined lid 1a is closed again and fixed with the hook-and-loop fastener 30, and the front upper lid 10 is folded at the folding line R12 to insert the front flap 10a into the recessed portion 24 and the front upper lid. Ten left and right flaps 10 b and 10 c are fixed to the left and right side plates 2 and 4 with hook-and-loop fasteners 30 and 30.
[0032]
As described above, since the packaging is performed without using the adhesive tape, the cardboard box is less damaged as a returnable box, and can be used many times as a returnable box.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
The corrugated cardboard box of the present invention implemented in the form as described above has the effects as described below.
[0034]
According to the corrugated cardboard box of the first aspect, the latching groove is provided in the upper center of the inner side of the left and right side plates so as to face each other, and is mounted on the connecting plate that is continuous with the tip of the upper lid of either the front upper lid or the rear upper lid. Since the shaft part is provided, and the hanger is hung on the rack shaft part so that the rack shaft part can be freely fitted in and removed from the latching groove, the rack member is separated from the cardboard box like a conventional hanger box. It is no longer necessary to prepare, and management can be facilitated without the complexity of storage and transportation.
[0035]
According to the corrugated cardboard box according to claim 2, in addition to the above effects, the reinforcing shaft is wound and bonded at the widened portion of the connecting plate to form the rack portion, so that the strength of the rack portion is enhanced, You can hang multiple heavy clothes.
[0036]
According to the corrugated cardboard box according to claim 3, in addition to the above-described effects, a rack with a sufficient hanger for hooking a hanger is secured by using a paper tube having a square cross section as a reinforcing tube. It is possible to form a cardboard box for carrying clothes that is suitable as a returnable box that is easy to form a part and is inexpensive and adapted to resource recycling.
