【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は導水渠、沈殿池等の水面上に浮遊するスカムを一方向にかき寄せる往復式スカムかき寄せ機に係り、特に、走行台車のクラッチ保持部に異物が侵入することによる故障発生を防止するようにした往復式スカムかき寄せ機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来の往復式スカムかき寄せ機は、導水渠、沈殿池等の水面上に備えた軌道と、この軌道に沿って走行可能なスクレーパ付きの走行台車と、軌道上を往復動するスライドバーと、上記スライドバーに間隔的に設けられた駒を走行台車に設けられ係合方向を転換可能なクラッチと係合させて走行台車を軌道に沿って一方向に移動させる駆動手段と、上記軌道の両端部に設けられてクラッチの係合方向を転換させる移動方向反転手段と、走行台車に備えられ往動時にスクレーパ下端を水面下に位置させ復動時にスクレーパ下端を水面上に位置させるスクレーパ移動手段と、を備えたものである。また、導水渠には往復式スカムかき寄せ機と並行してスカムをスカム収集装置へ吹き寄せる散水スプレーが配設されている。

上記往復式スカムかき寄せ機によると、走行台車は、これに設けたクラッチとスライドバーに間隔的に設けた駒とを係合させる駆動手段により、走行台車を軌道に沿って一方向に移動させ、往動移動と復動移動とを繰り返すものである。ところで、走行台車に備えられたクラッチとこのクラッチ保持部は、外部に露出しているから、点検口等の開口部から異物が侵入してクラッチに異物が噛み込んだり、散水スプレーの力で異物が水面から飛ばされ、斜め下方向からクラッチ保持部に異物が侵入してクラッチに噛み込むことがある。

本発明はこのような点に基づいてなされたものでその目的とするところは、走行台車のクラッチ保持部に異物が侵入することによる故障発生を防止するようにした往復式スカムかき寄せ機を提供することにある。

上記目的を達成すべく本発明の請求項1記載の往復式スカムかき寄せ機は、導水渠、沈殿池等の水面上に備えた軌道と、この軌道に沿って走行可能なスクレーパ付きの走行台車と、軌道上を往復動するスライドバーと、上記スライドバーに間隔的に設けられた駒を走行台車に設けられ係合方向を転換可能なクラッチと係合させて走行台車を軌道に沿って一方向に移動させる駆動手段と、上記スライドバーの両端部に設けられて上記クラッチの係合方向を転換させる移動方向反転手段と、走行台車に備えられ往動時にスクレーパ下端を水面下に位置させ復動時にスクレーパ下端を水面上に位置させるスクレーパ移動手段と、を具備した往復式スカムかき寄せ機において、上記走行台車のクラッチ保持部にスライドバーの側面に当接してこれとクラッチ保持部との隙間を覆うカバー体を取付けたことを特徴とするものである。

【作用】
本発明の請求項1記載の往復式スカムかき寄せ機は、導水渠、沈殿池等の水面上に備えた軌道に沿って走行可能なスクレーパ付きの走行台車を走行させ、浮遊するスカムをかき寄せるものであり、軌道上を往復動するスライドバーと、上記スライドバーに間隔的に設けられた駒を走行台車に設けられたクラッチと係合させて走行台車を軌道に沿って一方向に移動させる駆動手段を備える。また、上記スライドバーの両端部にはクラッチの係合方向を転換させる移動方向反転手段を備えるとともに、走行台車には対向するストッパーとの協働により往動時にスクレーパ下端を水面下に位置させ復動時にスクレーパ下端を水面上に位置させるスクレーパ移動手段を備える。そして、この走行台車のクラッチ保持部にスライドバーの側面に当接し、これとクラッチ保持部との隙間を覆うカバー体を取付けたものである。

この往復式スカムかき寄機の運転中において、走行台車に付設したクラッチとこのクラッチ保持部に、上方空間から異物が侵入しようとする。しかし、カバー体がスライドバーの側面に当接してこれとクラッチ保持部との隙間を覆うように取付けられているから、クラッチ保持部への異物の侵入が防止される。尚、カバー体とスライドバーとは摺接されて互いに移動できるようになっている。これにより、走行台車のクラッチ保持部に異物が侵入することがなくクラッチが正常に機能し続けて、スライドバーに設けた駒と確実に係合され、走行台車を常に軌道に沿って一方向に確実に移動させることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図1〜図11を参照して本発明の往復式スカムかき寄せ機の実施形態について説明する。図1と図2は本発明の往復式スカムかき寄せ機100と走行台車を示す斜視図であり、図3は導水渠の平面図であり、図4〜図7はスクレーパ付き走行台車の作用図である。

本発明の往復式スカムかき寄せ機100は、導水渠1や沈殿池に適用されるものであり、例えば、導水渠1の水面W上に2本のコ字状形鋼2,3を対向して配置した軌道Rが架設されている。上記軌道Rには、走行台車10が装着され、この走行台車10にスクレーパ5が取付けられている。また、図3に示すように、導水渠1には軌道Rと並行して散水スプレー50が設置されていて、これにより、水面Wに浮かぶスカムSをスカムスキマ側へ吹き流すようにしている。

上記走行台車10は、上記軌道Rである2本の形鋼2,3の下縁2A,3Aに枠体7の前後4箇所に設けたガイド6により摺動可能に支持されている。上記枠体7には、クラッチ保持部40が形成されている。このクラッチ保持部40は、枠体7とこれに立設した2枚の垂直板7A,7Bにより形成され、2枚の垂直板7A,7B間に支軸7Cが架設されている。この支軸7Cには、略半月状のクラッチCがその円弧長孔C0にて係合されており、左傾姿勢と右傾姿勢とに傾斜方向を切り換え可能で且つその状態を維持できるように取付けられている。

上記走行台車10の枠体7の下部には、図1、図4、図5に示すように、スクレーパ5が枠体7の下面に取付けた支持部31に枢支され、スクレーパ移動手段20によって、スクレーパ5の下部を水面下に入れる垂直姿勢と水面上に持ち上げる傾斜姿勢に保持するものである。また、スクレーパ移動手段20は、枠体7の両側部に配設され軌道の延長方向に向けて進退可能とした作動棒21と、この作動棒21に連結されたストップアジャストメント23とからなり、ストップアジャストメント23はロッキングデバイス25の三葉孔25Aに係合している。

しかして、図4に示すように、走行台車10が終端側へ移動して作動棒21が軌道Rに固定したストッパー32に当接して枠体7内へ押し込まれると、ストップアジャストメント23が、ロッキングデバイス25における三葉孔25Aの溝25Bに係合し、スクレーパ5を水面Wから上方へ持ち上げてこの状態が保持される。また、図5に示すように、上記走行台車10が始端側へ移動すると、作動棒21が軌道Rに固定したストッパー33に当接して枠体7内へ押し込まれると、ストップアジャストメント23が、ロッキングデバイス25における三葉孔25Aの溝25Cに係合させ、スクレーパ5を水面W下へ下げてこの状態が保持される。

上記走行台車10を軌道R上で往復動させる駆動機構Dは、図1と図2に示すように、軌道R内に配置した1本のスライドバー15と、このスライドバー15を往復移動させる駆動源D0と、上記スライドバー15にスライドバー15の往復移動量よりも小さい寸法で間隔的に設けられた駒17と、走行台車10に設けられたクラッチCとからなり、駒17にクラッチCが係合して走行台車10を軌道Rに沿って一方向に移動させる。即ち、図4に示すように、走行台車10は、クラッチCが右傾姿勢を保持されていると、スライドバー15を右への往動時に駒17がクラッチの左端C1に係止し、そのストローク量だけ右進される。また、図5に示すように、走行台車10は、クラッチCが左傾姿勢を保持されていると、スライドバー15を左への復動時に駒17がクラッチの右端C2に係止し、そのストローク量だけ左進される。尚、上記駆動源D0は、モータの回転を減速してクランク運動に変更する機構や、油圧シリンダで直接に進退運動する機構等が適宜に使用できる。

上記スライドバー15は、図2に示すように、2本の形鋼2,3の上縁2B,3B間に適当間隔で架設した支持体4の中央部下に吊設した保持部4Aの左右凹部4B,4Cに、上面左右に突設したガイド縁15A,15Bを嵌挿することにより摺動自在に取付けられる。

上記走行台車10の方向変換は、図4と図5に示すように、クラッチCの左端C1及び右端C2における駒17との係合位置の変更により行われる。その係合位置の変更は、上記スライドバー15の両端部に設けた移動方向反転手段である湾曲板H1,H2によって行われる。即ち、湾曲板H1,H2はこれに向けて進行してくるクラッチCを受け止め、クラッチの傾斜姿勢を逆向きに変換することで、駒17との係合方向を転換する。

しかして、図6に示すように、上記走行台車10が軌道R上での往動時に、クラッチCを右傾姿勢として、スライドバー15の往復移動で走行台車10を右進させ、スクレーパ5の下端5Aを水面W下に位置させた状態で、スカムSをかき寄せ方向に移動してスカムスキマ30(図1に図示)に集める。そして、上記走行台車10が軌道Rの終端に配置したストッパー32に当接してスクレーパ移動手段20が作動する。即ち、往動の終端位置で、スクレーパ5の下端5Aを斜め姿勢として水面W上に持ち上げるとともに、スライドバー15の両端部に設けた移動方向反転手段H1が進行してくるクラッチCを受け止め、クラッチCの傾斜姿勢を右傾から左傾へ逆向きに変える。

これで、図7に示すように、スライドバー15の往復移動を駆動源として、走行台車10は終端位置から始端位置へ戻される。この始端位置へ戻される時、復動の始端位置で、ストッパー33に当接してスクレーパ移動手段20が作動する。これで、スクレーパ5の下端5Aを斜め姿勢から垂直姿勢に変化させて水面W下に下降させるとともに、スライドバー15の始端部に設けた移動方向反転手段H2が進行してくるクラッチCを受け止め、クラッチの傾斜姿勢を左傾から右傾へ逆向きに変える。これで、再び、図6に示すように、上記走行台車10は、クラッチCの右傾姿勢により、スライドバー15の往復移動でスクレーパ5の下端5Aを水面W下に位置させた状態でかき寄せ方向に移動されるものであり、以下、上記作用を繰り返し行う。

すなわち、図2と図8〜図11に示すように、上記走行台車10のクラッチ保持部40における左右の垂直板7A,7Bには、各カバー体42,44が傾斜させた姿勢で取付けられている。上記カバー体42,44は、頂縁部42A,44Aと取付片42B,44Bとからなり、この取付片42B,44Bに取付板47,49の取付縁47A,49Aを接合して複数のビスB1,B2で連結し、この取付部47B,49Bを3本の支軸7CとナットB3で垂直板7A,7Bに螺着させている。そして、上記スライドバー15の両側面15C,15Dにカバー体42,44の各頂縁部42A,44Aを当接させ、スライドバー15とクラッチ保持部40との隙間Gを覆っている。更に、上記2枚のカバー体42,44の長さは、左右の垂直板7A,7Bにおける走行台車10の進行方向に対する長さよりも長く設定され、進行方向の前後から異物がクラッチ保持部40内に侵入しないようになっている。上記カバー体42,44は、樹脂製で低い摩擦抵抗と耐摩耗性にすぐれた材質が使用されている。

また、上記走行台車10のクラッチ保持部40におけるクラッチCの前後外側となる転動範囲外には、枠体7に長孔状の落とし込み孔7D,7Eが設けられている。この落とし込み孔7D,7Eの周囲には、下方へ延長された囲み部7F,7Gを形成している。これにより、点検口等の開口部から異物Kがクラッチ保持部40内に侵入しても、これを下方へ落下させるとともに、散水W1による斜め下方からの異物Kの侵入をガードできる構成になっている。

上記往復式スカムかき寄せ機100の運転中において、走行台車10に付設したクラッチ保持部40に、図3に示すように、暗渠にした導水渠1に複数箇所設けた点検口T1、T2、T3等の開口部から異物Kが侵入することがある。しかし、カバー体42,44がクラッチ保持部40にスライドバー15の側面15C,15Dに当接し、これとクラッチ保持部40との隙間Gを覆うように取付けられているから、このクラッチ保持部40への異物Kの侵入が完全に防止される。これにより、走行台車10に設けたクラッチCに異物Kが噛み込んでしまう虞れはなく、クラッチCが正常に機能し続けて、スライドバー15に設けた駒17と確実に係合され、走行台車10を軌道Rに沿って一方向に確実に移動させることができる。
