Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sound absorbing structure for a wall surface, and more particularly to a sound absorbing structure for a wall surface in which a panel is attached to the wall surface at a predetermined interval so as to exhibit a sound absorbing effect by vibration of the panel itself.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 10, this type of wall soundproof structure has a panel 2 arranged parallel to the wall surface 1 at a predetermined interval with respect to the wall surface 1, and the panel 2 is attached to a support portion a fixed to the wall surface 1. It was fixed. When the sound hits the panel 2 having the air layer 3 behind, the panel 2 vibrates. At this time, the panel 2 hits the panel 2 in order to keep the vibration against the internal friction of the panel 2 and the loss at the support portion a. A part of the energy of the sound is consumed and exhibits a sound absorption effect (for example, see Non-Patent Document 1).
[0003]
[Non-Patent Document 1]
“Noise / Vibration Countermeasure Handbook” edited by Japan Acoustical Materials Association, published by Gakuhodo, May 20, 1982, P258-259
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above conventional example, since the panel 2 is rigidly supported by the support part a, the vibration of the panel 2 is regulated by the support part a by the support, and the panel itself is difficult to vibrate, and the sound absorption effect is low. There was a problem.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the description, and an object of the present invention is to provide a wall-wall sound absorbing structure that can support the panel itself so as to easily vibrate and has a high sound absorbing effect.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the wall sound absorption structure of the present invention is arranged such that the panel 2 is disposed in parallel to the wall surface 1 with a predetermined distance from the wall surface 1, and the upper fixing bracket 4 is disposed on the upper end surface of the panel 2. The upper fixing bracket 4 is fixed to the wall surface 1 along with the lower fixing bracket 5 along the lower end surface of the panel 2, and the lower fixing bracket 5 is fixed to the wall surface 1. The upper fitting piece 4a of the upper fixing fitting 4 is loosely fitted in the hole 6, and the lower fitting piece 5a of the lower fixing fitting 5 is loosely fitted in the lower fitting hole 7 provided on the lower end surface of the panel 2, and the upper fitting is performed. A gap S is formed between the hole 6 and the upper fitting piece 4a and between the lower fitting hole 7 and the lower fitting piece 5a so that the panel 2 can move in the thickness direction of the panel 2 , In addition, the anti-rest fitting 8 is fixed to the wall surface 1 along the left and right side surfaces of the panel 2, and the side portions provided on the left and right side surfaces of the panel 2. The side fitting piece 8a of the steady fitting 8 is loosely fitted in the joint hole 9, so that the panel 2 can move in the thickness direction of the panel 2 between the side fitting hole 9 and the side fitting piece 8a. It is characterized in that a gap S is formed for the purpose .
[0007]
By attaching the panel 2 as described above, the panel 2 arranged at a distance from the wall surface 1 can be supported and attached by the upper fixing bracket 4 and the lower fixing bracket 5. Is supported by the upper fixing bracket 4 and the lower fixing bracket 5, the upper fitting piece 4 a and the upper fitting hole 6, and the lower fitting piece 5 a and the lower fitting hole 7 are loosely fitted through the gap S. Therefore, the panel 2 is attached so that the panel 2 can move in the thickness direction of the panel 2, and the panel 2 itself can be supported so as to easily vibrate, and the sound absorbing effect is enhanced.
[0008]
In addition, in addition to the fixing of the upper fixing bracket 4 and the lower fixing bracket 5 as described above, the panel 2 can be fixed so that the panel 2 does not move to the left and right by the steady rest fitting 8, and the panel 2 can be stably attached. Thus, even if the panel 2 is attached with the steady rest 8, the side fitting piece 8 a and the side fitting hole 9 are loosely fitted through the gap S, so that the panel 2 has the thickness of the panel 2. The panel 2 is attached so that it can move in the direction, and the panel 2 itself can be supported so as to easily vibrate, and the sound absorption effect is enhanced.
[0009]
Also, a buffer that cushions so that no sound is produced even if the upper fixing bracket 4, the lower fixing bracket 5, or the steady rest fitting 8 contacts the inner surface of the upper fitting hole 6, the lower fitting hole 7, or the side fitting hole 9. It is also preferable that the member 10 is mounted. When the panel 2 vibrates greatly, the upper fixing bracket 4, the lower fixing bracket 5, and the steady rest fitting 8 may hit the inner surfaces of the upper fitting hole 6, the lower fitting hole 7, and the side fitting hole 9. In addition, no sound is generated by being buffered by hitting the buffer member 10.
[0010]
It is also preferable that the panel 2 itself is provided with a sound absorbing material 11 so that the panel 2 itself has a sound absorbing function. In this case, the sound absorbing material 11 of the panel 2 itself absorbs sound, so that the sound is absorbed and the sound absorbing effect is further enhanced.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, the panel 2 is attached in parallel to the wall surface 1 with a space to be the air layer 3 with respect to the wall surface 1 to make a sound absorbing structure. As shown in FIG. 5, the decorative plate 12, the intermediate plate 13, the frame body 14, the sound absorbing material 11, and the like are formed and integrally assembled.
[0012]
The decorative board 12 is a rectangular board, and at least makeup is applied to the surface. The intermediate plate 13 is also a rectangular plate, and a back groove 16 that is long in the width direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the intermediate plate 13 is formed on the back surface side of the intermediate plate 13 so as to extend in the width direction. The back grooves 16 are provided at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction at portions other than both ends in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate plate 13. The length in the longitudinal direction of the intermediate plate 13 is the same as the length in the longitudinal direction of the decorative plate 12, but the width of the intermediate plate 13 is smaller than the width of the decorative plate 12.
[0013]
The decorative plate 12 is attached to the front surface side of the intermediate plate 13, and at this time, for example, the decorative plate 12 is placed on the back surface side of the decorative plate 12 with the surface of the decorative plate 12 facing down. The intermediate plate 13 is mounted on the The intermediate plate auxiliary material 17 is the same as the length of the intermediate plate 13, and the thickness of the intermediate plate auxiliary material 17 is the same as the thickness of the intermediate plate 13. The intermediate plate auxiliary member 17 is disposed on both sides of the intermediate plate 13 and is attached to the decorative plate 12 and attached. With the intermediate plate 13 and the decorative plate 12 bonded together, the intermediate plate 13 is directed downward as shown in FIG. 6, and a pattern groove is formed from the surface of the decorative plate 12 with a tool such as a circular saw 18. 19 is drilled. The pattern groove 19 is formed in a direction intersecting the back groove 16 so as to be orthogonal to the back groove 16, and is formed along the longitudinal direction of the decorative board 12. When drilling the pattern groove 19, the pattern groove 19 is drilled to a depth reaching the back groove 16, and the pattern groove 19 and the back groove 16 are communicated.
[0014]
The frame body 14 is formed by forming a pair of horizontal frame members 14a and a pair of vertical frame members 14b in a rectangular shape, and a partition frame member 14c is provided between the vertical frame members 14b. The frame body 14 is disposed on the back side of the intermediate plate 13 and the intermediate plate auxiliary member 17 and is attached to the intermediate plate 13 and attached thereto. The sound absorbing material 11 is formed in a rectangular plate shape, and the sound absorbing material 11 is loaded into the frame body 14 and integrated. In the case of this example, the sound absorbing material 11 is formed of a soft fiber board (density less than 0.35 g / cm 3) called an insulation board. When the sound-absorbing material 11 is formed of such a soft fiberboard, there is a hygroscopic property in addition to the sound-absorbing property. As described above, the panel 2 having sound absorbing properties is formed by integrally assembling the decorative plate 12, the intermediate plate 13, the frame 14, the sound absorbing material 11, and the like as shown in FIG.
[0015]
The panel 2 is formed as described above, and the panel 2 is attached as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 with the upper fixing bracket 4, the lower fixing bracket 5, and the steady rest fitting 8. The panel 2 is attached to the wall surface 1 at a predetermined interval, and an air layer 3 is formed between the wall surface 1 and the panel 2. The space between the air layers 3 is about 10 to 15 mm.
[0016]
The lower fixing bracket 5 is formed in a L-shaped cross section with a horizontal piece 5b and a vertical piece 5c. The vertical piece 5c has a round hole-shaped attachment hole 5d, and the top of the horizontal piece 5b has an upper portion. A lower fitting piece 5a is provided so as to stand up.
