Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a handrail device that can be suitably implemented at an entrance of a building in which a sliding door such as a sliding door is provided.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, as a countermeasure for the elderly, in apartment buildings, at the entrances and exits of the veranda and the room, handrails are used to replenish the balance of the body during passage in order to encourage elderly people to pass easily and safely. A device is provided. This handrail device has a bar-shaped handrail member and a bracket that holds the handrail member with a space in front of the prospective direction with respect to the indoor side wall surface and the outdoor side wall surface.
[0003]
Such handrail devices are provided on both sides of the indoor side wall surface in the frontage direction, and are provided on both sides of the outdoor side wall surface in the frontage direction. When the sliding door is a sliding door, the sliding door is configured by a joinery frame that is fixed to the inner peripheral portion of the opening with an entrance formed in the wall of the building, and, for example, two shojis that are held by the joinery frame. . The joinery frame includes a pair of eaves frames, an upper frame that connects the upper end portions of the eaves frames to each other, and a lower frame that connects the other end portions of the eaves frames to each other. Each of the frame, the upper frame, and the lower frame is made of an extruded material of an aluminum alloy, and is realized as a so-called sash frame.
[0004]
Each shoji is basically provided with a pair of scissors, an upper scissors that connect the top ends of each scissors to each other, a lower scissors that connect the other ends of each scissors, and the lower reeds. Is connected to the middle part between the upper end and the lower end of each cage, and is supported by the middle beam provided in parallel with the upper and lower cages, and each cage, the upper cage and the middle beam. It includes an upper glass and a lower glass held by each fence, middle rail, and lower fence.
[0005]
These shojis are supported so as to be movable in the frontage direction with the door wheel supported by a rail formed integrally with the lower frame, and the right or the right when traveling from indoor to outdoor and from indoor to outdoor. Either one of the shojis arranged on the left is selectively moved to form an opening, and after passing through the opening, the moved shoji is moved until it comes into contact with one of the heel frames to close the opening. To do.
[0006]
When the passerby is an elderly person or a physically handicapped person, the handrail member of the handrail device provided in the vicinity of one of the shojis that opens or closes the shoji to stabilize the body during passage as described above It is provided on both the left and right side walls in the direction of travel until it is gripped, and is provided on both the indoor side wall surface and the outdoor side wall surface. However, even if the right or left shoji is further operated in the direction of travel, any one handrail member of handrail devices provided at a total of four locations inside and outside is grasped to stabilize the body. The sliding doors can be opened and closed in a state where they are in a smooth state, allowing them to pass smoothly.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In such a conventional technique, each handrail device described above is provided on each of the left and right sides of the indoor side wall surface and the outdoor side wall surface. Therefore, when a passer opens the shoji and passes through the opening, the handrail device moves from the room to the outside. Sometimes, among the handrail members provided on the indoor side wall surface, one of the handrail members on the side where one of the handbags to be opened is held is opened, and the one of the handbags is opened and moved to the outdoor side. . At this time, the arm on the side holding the one handrail member is restrained as the passerby's body moves from the room to the room outside, so that the posture during passage is toward the room side, that is, an oblique direction. You have to move outside in an unnatural posture. In addition, in the state where the body of the passer-by is placed outside the joinery frame and on the outdoor side, it becomes difficult for the passer-by to hold the one handrail member on the indoor side, It is necessary to bring it back to the handrail member. Such picking up of one handrail member provided on the indoor side wall surface and one handrail member provided on the outdoor side wall surface not only causes anxiety for the elderly and the physically handicapped, but also makes the body unstable. Therefore, there is a problem that the risk of falling and wobbling increases.
[0008]
Furthermore, by providing handrail devices on both the left and right sides of the indoor side wall surface and the outdoor side wall surface, it is possible to fully open the opening that occurs when the shoji is opened. Even if you try to grip handrail members that are arranged close to you in order to stabilize the posture, etc., each handrail member is not provided facing the passerby, so you can quickly find and grip the handrail member However, there is a problem in that sufficient assistance cannot be obtained during passage for elderly people and persons with physical disabilities who are more likely to interfere with smooth passage as compared with healthy people.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to provide a handrail device that can be easily and reliably grasped during passage and can support smooth passage.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention described in claim 1 is a mounting member fixed to a frame of a sliding door provided at a doorway of a building, facing a moving path of a shoji,
A handrail member connected substantially parallel to the mounting member and spaced in the frontage direction;
A handrail device comprising: a connecting means having a bracket having one end connected to a mounting member and the other end connected to a handrail member.
[0011]
According to the present invention, the mounting member is fixed to the frame of the sliding door provided at the entrance of the building, and the handrail member is connected to the mounting member by the connecting means. The connecting means includes a bracket having one end connected to the mounting member and the other end connected to the handrail member, and one end of the bracket is connected to the mounting member. When the handrail member is detachably attached to the attachment member together with at least the bracket of the connecting means, when the handrail member is not used, only the attachment member is fixed to the frame and the shoji is opened The handrail member and the bracket projecting into the opening generated in step 1 can be removed and stored in a predetermined storage location, and can be attached to the mounting member when necessary, thereby improving the convenience in use.
[0012]
Further, since the handrail member is provided substantially in parallel with the mounting member fixed to the frame, the handrail member does not protrude greatly into the opening formed when the shoji is opened, and the passage is hindered. Absent. In addition, since the handrail member is connected to the mounting member with an interval in the frontage direction, it is optimally set to such an extent that the handrail member can be easily and reliably grasped when the passerby passes through this interval. By doing so, the handrail member can be firmly grasped and the body can be stabilized. Moreover, since the handrail member is connected to the mounting member fixed to the frame of the sliding door by the connecting means substantially in parallel with the mounting member, the posture can be maintained even during the movement from the indoor to the outdoor and the movement from the outdoor to the indoor. The state in which the mounting member is always held can be maintained without greatly changing.
[0013]
Therefore, as described in relation to the prior art, there is no need to re-hold the handrail member provided on the indoor side and the handrail member provided on the outdoor side, thereby allowing passage from the indoor to the outdoor and from the outdoor to the indoor. It is possible to pass in a stable state without significantly tilting the body backward in the direction of passage while holding one handrail member at any time during the passage of the body. It is possible to avoid the occurrence of an unstable state and to support smooth traffic for passers-by, in particular, elderly people and disabled people.
[0014]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the connecting means has a retracted position in the vicinity of the mounting member with respect to the mounting member with respect to the mounting member, and is separated from the mounting member and protrudes forward in the prospective direction from the moving path of the shoji. It is characterized in that it is connected displaceably over the protruding position.
[0015]
According to the present invention, since the handrail member is connected to the retracted position and the protruding position by the connecting means so as to be displaceable, the handrail member is disposed at the protruding position when passing, and the handrail member is sufficiently provided between the handrail member and the mounting member. The handrail member can be securely gripped by ensuring a sufficient interval and allowing the hand to be easily inserted. In addition, when it is not possible to pass through or when it is not possible to secure a sufficient opening width with respect to the movement of the article, the handrail member is retracted to the retracted position to easily secure an opening with a sufficient opening width for the passage of the article. Can do. In this way, the handrail member can be selectively displaced between the retracted position and the protruding position by the connecting means, and convenience in use is improved.
[0016]

A pair of screws 41 for fixing the other end portion 36 of the bracket 37 are screwed to each other, and a screw holding piece 42 made of a rectangular metal plate is included.
[0024]
The mounting member 33 is made of an extruded shape of an aluminum alloy having a length of 600 mm, for example. A pair of screw holes 43 into which the shaft portions of the pair of screws 40 are respectively screwed are formed in the vicinity of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 33. The screw holding piece 42 is formed with a pair of screw holes 44 into which the shaft portions of the screws 41 that fix the other end portion 36 to the handrail member 34 are screwed.
[0025]
The mounting member 33 has a substantially C-shaped base portion 53 and a substantially C-shaped guide rail portion 54 formed integrally and in parallel in the base portion 53 in its cross section. In addition, the handrail member 34 has a substantially C-shaped base portion 60 and a substantially C-shaped guide rail portion 61 formed integrally and in parallel in the base portion 60 in its cross section. The one end portion 35 of the bracket 37 includes a first flange 55 inserted into the guide rail portion 54 of the mounting member 33, a second flange 56 formed in parallel with the first flange 55 at a distance, and a second flange 56. A third flange 57 formed parallel to the flange 56 with a gap is provided. Further, the other end portion 36 of the bracket 37 is provided with a first flange 62 inserted into the guide rail portion 61 of the handrail member 34 and a second flange 63 formed in parallel with the first flange 62 at a distance. It is done.
[0026]
The third flange 57 of the one end 35 and the second flange 63 of the other end 36 are connected via a web 65 that is gently curved in a generally S shape. A shaft hole 66 through which the shaft portion of the screw 40 is inserted is formed near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the second flange 56 of the one end portion 35. A shaft hole 67 through which the shaft portion of the screw 41 is inserted is formed near both ends in the longitudinal direction of the first flange 62 of the other end portion 36.
[0027]
In order to attach the first flange 55 of the one end 35 to the guide rail portion 54, notches 68 that are slightly larger than the first flange 55 are formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the mounting member 33. [0029]
FIG. 5 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the outdoor handrail device 1b as seen from the cutting plane line VV in FIG. The other handrail device 1b arranged on the outdoor 4 side is provided on the other eaves frame 13b facing the moving path of the shoji 12a on the outdoor 4 side. The other handrail device 1b is configured in substantially the same manner as the one handrail device 1a described above, and corresponding portions are denoted by the same reference numerals. It should be noted that the web 65 of the one handrail device 1a is generally curved in an S shape, whereas the web 65 of the other handrail device 1b is usually moved when moving from the indoor 3 to the outdoor 4; Since the shoji 12b on the side of the room 3 is opened and the handrail member 34 protrudes into the opening, it is made flat so as not to obstruct the opening and closing of the screen door (not shown) that is normally provided.
[0030]
Similarly to the one handrail device 1a, the other handrail device 1b can pass while holding the handrail member 34 without twisting the body in an unnatural posture when passing. it can. When passing from the outdoor 4 to the indoor 3, the gap between the shoji 12 b on the indoor 3 side and the handrail member 34 is narrower than that of the handrail member 34 of the one handrail device 1 a, but it is a veranda or the like. Since the shoji 12a and 12b are rarely closed in the state where they are outside the room 4, there is no problem in using the other handrail member 34.
[0031]
In each handrail device 1a, 1b configured as described above, one end portion 35 of the bracket 37 is detachably connected to the attachment member 33 so that the handrail member 34 is attached to at least the bracket 37 of the connection means 38 and the attachment member. 33, when the handrail member 34 is not used, only the attachment member 33 is fixed to the collar frames 13a and 13b, and the handrail member 34 projecting into the opening generated when the shoji 12a and 12b are opened and The bracket 37 can be removed and stored in a predetermined storage location such as a storage compartment, and can be attached to the attachment member 33 when necessary, thereby improving convenience in use.
[0032]
Further, since the handrail member 34 is provided substantially in parallel to the mounting member 33 fixed to the collar frames 13a and 13b, the handrail member 34 does not protrude greatly into the opening formed when the shoji is opened. , Will not interfere with traffic. Further, since the handrail member 34 is connected to the mounting member 33 with an interval in the frontage direction, the handrail member 34 can be easily and surely grasped when the passerby passes through this interval. By setting optimally, the handrail member 34 can be firmly grasped and the body can be stabilized. Moreover, since the handrail member 34 is connected to the mounting member 33 fixed to the frame 13a, 13b of the sliding door by the connecting means substantially in parallel with the mounting member 33, when moving from the indoor 3 to the outdoor 4 and from the outdoor 4 Even during the movement to the room 3, the mounting member 33 can always be held without changing the posture greatly.
[0033]
Therefore, as described in relation to the prior art, it is not necessary to re-hold the handrail member provided on the indoor 3 side and the handrail member provided on the outdoor 4 side, thereby allowing the passage from the indoor 3 to the outdoor 4 and In any of the passages from the outdoor 4 to the indoor 3, it is possible to pass in a stable state without significantly tilting the body backward in the passage direction while holding one handrail member 34, It is possible to avoid an unstable state of the body due to the handrail member 34 being picked up, and to support a smooth passage for passers-by, particularly elderly people and physically handicapped people.
[0034]

【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the handrail member is not used, only the mounting member is fixed to the frame, and the handrail member and the bracket protruding in the opening generated when the shoji is opened are removed. Since it can be stored in a predetermined storage location and attached to the attachment member when necessary, the convenience of using the handrail device can be improved. In addition, since the handrail member is provided substantially parallel to the mounting member, the handrail member does not protrude greatly into the opening formed when the shoji is opened, and the passage is not hindered. In addition, since the handrail member is connected to the mounting member by the connecting means substantially in parallel with the mounting member, it is always mounted without greatly changing the posture during the movement from the indoor to the outdoor and the movement from the outdoor to the indoor. The state in which the member is gripped can be maintained, and the body is greatly rearward in the passage direction while holding the one handrail member regardless of whether the passage is from the indoor to the outdoor or the outdoor to the indoor. It is possible to pass in a stable state without inclining, avoiding the unstable state of the body due to re-handling of the handrail member, and smoothing for passers-by, especially the elderly and disabled persons Can be supported.
[0049]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the handrail member is connected by the connecting means so as to be displaceable between the retracted position and the protruding position, the handrail member is disposed at the protruding position when passing, and the handrail member and the mounting member are arranged. A sufficient space can be secured between the handrail and the hand or the arm so that the handrail member can be inserted easily.
