しかしながら、前記のように封口シールテープ付きボタン型電池を、対応する包装パックなどに人手によって位置決め・装着することは、ボタン型電池の需要増大や量産性に十分対応できない。すなわち、包装スピードが遅くて量産に対応し得ないし、また人海戦術方式を採ると、コストアップを招来するばかりでなく、人手による取扱過程で、貼着してある封口シールテープの汚損・破損などが発生し、商品性も損なわれ易いという不都合な問題がある。

換言すると、ボタン型電池の需要増大や量産性に十分対応可能な、封口シールテープ付きボタン型電池の包装パック化が望まれていながら、実用上満足し得るような自動的な整列化、もしくは一定の方向性を付与できる封口シールテープ付きボタン型電池の整列装置は、未だ開発されていないのが現状である。

本発明はこのような事情に対処してなされたもので、需要増大や量産に十分対応して、封口シールテープ付きボタン型電池を容易に、また確実に方向付けもしくは整列化できる整列装置の提供を目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1の発明は、封口シールテープが付着された面を上向きにして、かつ前記封口シールテープが搬送される方向とは逆方向側に向くように載置されたボタン型電池を所定方向に搬送する搬送体と、前記搬送体の進行方向に対して角度をズラして配置され、かつ搬送体面に載置されたボタン型電池の周面部に対接して搬送をガイドする磁石内蔵型の第1の搬送ガイドと、前記第1の搬送ガイドに対向して配置され、ボタン型電池の封口シールテープ先端部の端面に対接する立ち上がり面、および該立ち上がり面に対して垂直に設けられ、封口シールテープ先端部の一方の面に対接する面を有する逆L字型の第2の搬送ガイドとを具備する封口シールテープ付きボタン型電池の整列装置である。
