Description

【0001】
【0019】

Figure 0003928419
【0020】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a seat heater that can be mounted on a seat of an automobile or the like and heated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, this type of seat heater is shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 5A, many seat heaters 3 have heater wires 1 arranged and fixed on a flexible support 2 from the hips to the vicinity of the thighs. In recent years, as the comfort of seat heating has further increased, as shown in FIG. 5B, a heater wire is provided on the side portion 6 that protrudes from the center portion 5 to the left and right, and the seat heater 4 that performs seaside heating is also provided. The number of vehicles that can be installed has increased to intermediate and higher.
[0003]
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing a state in which such a seat heater is mounted on a vehicle seat. The seat heater 4 is mounted on the seat center B of the seat A and the side portion 6 is mounted on the seat side C. ing. A seat heater is also mounted on the back D of the seat A. As shown in FIG. 5B, the heater wiring direction of the central portion 5 of the seat heater 4 is almost in the left-right direction with respect to the seat, and the side portion 6 has a straight line portion in the left-right direction with respect to the seat. , The front-rear direction was mixed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional configuration, when a person gets into the car, the seat side C of the seat A is higher than the seat center B. Therefore, the seat side C is temporarily seated and then crushed by the hips to the seat center B. There are many cases of slipping, and the tendency is stronger for vehicles with particularly high vehicle height. In addition, the seat side C was crushed in the same way when getting off the car, and the load stress was applied in the left-right direction of the seat side C.
[0005]
On the other hand, a part of the heater wire 1 disposed on the side part 6 attached to the seat side C is in the same left-right direction as the direction of being crushed by the hip, and as shown in FIG. Since the upper thread 7 and the lower thread 8 are firmly fixed to the support body 2, the heater wire 1 is repeatedly subjected to V-shaped bending (E) as shown in FIG. There was a problem that it would.
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and an object thereof is to provide a highly reliable seat heater that does not break even when used for a long period of time.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described conventional problems, the seat heater according to the present invention includes a support body and a heater wire disposed on the support body, and the wiring to the side portion of the heater wire is front and rear with respect to the sheet. It is arranged in the direction.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the first aspect of the invention, since the wiring direction of the side portion is the front-rear direction of the seat, the load on the side portion when getting on and off is orthogonal to the heater wire, and there is no V-shaped bending to prevent disconnection. It is possible to reduce the load applied to the heater wire during getting on and off by making the turning point of the heater wiring at the side portion into an acute shape in a V shape. Further, since the wiring in the front-rear direction has no corner portion, there is an effect of improving productivity by speeding up the work.
[0010]
The invention according to claim 2 is the center most frequently used at the time of getting on and off, particularly by setting the turning point of the heater wiring of the side part according to claim 1 within 1/3 of the front and rear distance of the entire seat. Since it deviates from a part, the load concerning a heater wire can be reduced.
[0011]
The invention according to claim 3 is the center most frequently used at the time of getting on and off, particularly by setting the turning point of the heater wiring of the side portion according to claim 1 within 1/3 from the rear of the longitudinal distance of the entire seat. Since it deviates from a part, the load concerning a heater wire can be reduced.
[0015]
Example 1
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a seat heater in Embodiment 1 of the present invention.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the seat heater 9 of the present embodiment, the heater wire 1 is sewn and fixed to the support 2 by an automatic sewing machine with an upper thread and a lower thread as shown in FIG. The wiring direction of the heater wire 1 is configured in the longitudinal direction of the seat.
[0017]
By configuring as above, Heater wire 1 even if a crease occurs in the side portion 6 with the seat side C are crushed by a load at the time of getting on and off of the sheet is perpendicular to the load direction That is, since it is not orthogonal to the crease generated in the seat side portion, it is not possible to apply a V-shaped bend.
[0018]
(Table 1) shows the results of an experiment for getting on and off using the seat heater configured as described above for a certain automobile seat.
[0019]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003928419
[0020]
In general, the standards for getting on and off an automobile manufacturer are not definite but are said to be 25,000 times or more, so it can be said that the values after countermeasures are sufficiently satisfactory.
[0021]
(Example 2)
FIG. 2 is a plan view of the seat heater according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0022]
The difference from the first embodiment is that the connecting portion 11 of the central portion 5 and the side portion 6 is located in front of the seat, and the turn-around point F of the heater wiring of the side portion 6 is 1/3 from the rear of the longitudinal distance H of the entire seat. Is located within.
[0023]
With this configuration, the turn-around point can be moved away from the vicinity of the center of the side portion 6 where the load is most easily applied when getting on and off, so that the load applied to the heater wire 1 can be reduced.
[0024]
In this embodiment, automatic wiring by a sewing machine was used as a method for fixing the heater wire 1 to the support 2. However, as shown in FIG. 3, the heater wire 1 is bonded and fixed by the supports 2 a and 2 b. Needless to say, the method has the same effect.
[0025]
In addition, there is a concern that the length of the heater wire 1 may be shorter than the conventional one by setting the wiring direction of the side portion 6 in the front-rear direction of the seat, and the warmth of the side portion may be reduced. The original purpose of the arrangement is to obtain a warm atmosphere from the left and right sides of the seat when seated, and there is no problem.
[0026]
Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 4, by providing the connecting portions 11 on both the seat rear side and the seat front side, the movement of the side portions can be restricted, and the workability when sewing on the seat can be improved. In addition, although 12 is a through-hole of the suspension cloth of a sheet | seat skin, if it is unnecessary on the structure of a sheet | seat, it is not necessarily required.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the wiring direction of the heater wire on the side portion is set to the front-rear direction of the seat, and the heater wire at the turning point is arranged in an acute angle in a V shape. It is possible to obtain a highly reliable seat heater that is strong against load stress and is not disconnected.
