Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of a battery pack of a handy terminal, one of systems used for eating out (restaurants, pubs, fast foods, etc.).
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 1 shows a conventional battery pack 1. Conventionally, one of the systems used in restaurants (restaurants, pubs, fast foods, etc.), the battery pack 1 of the handy terminal has a negative terminal 2 and a negative terminal 2 that are contact terminals when the battery is replaced or the charger is inserted in the operating environment. The
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Due to the use environment in the restaurant (restaurants, pubs, fast foods, etc.), the battery pack terminals are always contaminated with dirt. Therefore, dirt is attached but contact failure is prevented. Also, ensure that sufficient contact is secured to prevent contact failure and instantaneous power outages. Furthermore, the contact layout is designed to prevent short-circuiting regardless of how it is handled or left untouched.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the battery pack of the present invention, the positive electrode and the negative electrode are each laid out in a part where the battery pack housing is partially recessed, and the terminal contact portion of the contact has a structure in which a finger or the like does not enter, and dirt adheres to it. I prevented it. In addition, the contact terminals are U-shaped so that a multipoint contact can be made so that some dirt adheres and no contact failure or instantaneous power failure occurs at that portion, so that a contact area can be secured. In addition, the tip of the contact bent in a U-shape is also laid out from the outermost periphery of the battery pack housing to prevent short-circuiting.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
In the battery pack of the present invention, each of the positive electrode and the negative electrode is laid out in a portion where a part of the battery pack housing is recessed, and the terminal contact portion of the contact has a structure in which a finger or the like does not enter. As a result, although the portion of the contact terminal closest to the surface of the battery pack housing is touched, the contact with the contact terminal of the handy terminal or the charger does not reach the finger, so that it is possible to prevent adhesion of dirt. Also, unless the entire surface of the contact terminal is covered with dirt, except for dirt that adheres due to direct finger contact etc., if the contact terminal of the other party (handy terminal / charger) is a multipoint contact, be sure to A U-shaped terminal structure is used so that a contact area sufficient for point contact can be obtained somewhere. This prevents the contacts on the other side (handy terminal / charger) from getting on dirt and causing poor contact or momentary power outages. Also, the tip of the contact bent in a U-shape is laid out from the outermost periphery of the battery pack housing so that it does not short-circuit even if it is inadvertently placed on a metal tray or table.
[0006]
【Example】
The embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 shows an appearance of the battery pack 11. The battery pack 11 of this embodiment has two contact terminal portions, a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and each of the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is intended to improve contact failure due to contact, and since it is impossible to change the use environment, it is difficult to get dirt on the contact terminal and contact failure when still attached. It is a structure from two aspects of the measures. Even if the battery pack is touched with a slightly dirty hand, the contact itself is laid out in the recess of the battery pack, so that the contact portion of the contact is not touched, and therefore, there is an effect that the adhesion of dirt from the hand is eliminated. In addition, the U-shaped terminal structure allows the contact area to be expanded, and the other side (handy) is used unless the entire surface of the contact terminal is covered with dirt except for the dirt that adheres due to direct finger contact. By making the contact terminal of the terminal / charger a multi-point contact, the probability that the contact will get on the dirt is lowered, and it is possible to eliminate contact failure and instantaneous power failure. In addition, by retracting the most advanced part of the U-shaped terminal from the outermost periphery of the battery pack housing, even if the battery pack is placed on a metal tray or table, it will not electrically short-circuit. There are also safety measures.
