Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wrist rest for an ophthalmic operating table.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Ophthalmic surgery is performed by a surgeon and assistant doctor using a microscope. Microsurgery using a microscope is a very fine operation in micro units, and the patient moves the head by taking a surgical position facing directly above the optical axis of the microscope with a box pillow or the like. The surgeon must also ensure that his arm is not accidentally shaken during a long operation. For this reason, a wrist rest for supporting and stabilizing the surgeon's arm is installed above the pillow portion of a general ophthalmic operating table.
However, since this wristrest protrudes above the patient's face, it becomes an obstacle when performing preoperative disinfection, anesthesia, or postoperative treatment.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, a support column is erected in front of the pillow part of the operating table, and an intermediate part of the wrist rest is pivotally attached to the upper end of the supporting column. During the operation, the wrist rest is projected above the face of the subject. It is known that the height is fixed and fixed with a screw, and after the operation is completed, the wrist rest is turned to the patient's head side, tilted downward, and the screw can be loosened and removed.
There is also known a surgical apparatus in which the lower end of the support column is screwed to both sides of the pillow portion of the operating table, and both ends of the wrist rest are fixed to the upper end of the support column.
In addition, the literature which described the said conventional surgery apparatus was not discovered.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, if the wrist rest is rotated parallel to the longitudinal direction of the operating table as in the former case, the operator's arm may pass over the face of the sterilized patient and the affected area may be recontaminated with desquamation.
In addition, each of them has a complicated structure, and the work of overhanging and retreating is troublesome, and the operation takes time, and other treatments cannot be performed immediately after the operation is completed.
This invention allows the wrist rest to bulge in a stable state above the pillow part during the operation, and can be retracted to the side of the patient who does not get in the way after the operation, preventing desquamation on the face during operation. It is an object to provide a wrist rest with high safety for an ophthalmic operating table.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The wrist rest for the ophthalmic operating table according to the present invention has a support column standing on the side of the pillow portion of the operating table, and a pedestal extending outward is formed on the upper side of the support column, and the outer end of the pedestal One end of the wrist rest body is rotatably attached via a support shaft parallel to the longitudinal direction of the operating table, and when the wrist rest body is turned inward, the wrist rest body is placed on the cradle. It is placed and protrudes upward from the operating table, and when it is rotated outwardly, it is hung from the lower outside of the cradle .
[0006]
During the operation, the wrist rest body is projected over the pillow section of the operating table, placed on the pedestal without being screwed, and after the operation, it is simply rotated outward and moved downward on the side of the pillow section of the operating table. Defeat.
The wrist rest body is supported in a stable state by a cradle extending laterally, so that it does not shake or move unexpectedly.
The length of the support post may be adjustable so that the wrist rest body can be adjusted to a height at which it can be easily operated, and the length can be adjusted so as not to obstruct the surgeon.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 3, the wrist rest for the ophthalmic operating table of the present invention includes a support column 2 erected on the side of the pillow portion of the operating table 1 and a wrist rotatably attached to the upper portion of the support column 2. A rest body 3 is provided.
The type of the operating table 1 is not particularly limited, but the pillow 4, the upper body support 5, the buttocks support 6, and the leg support 7 are arranged so as to be rotatable with respect to each other, as shown in FIG. If necessary, the pillow part 4, the upper body support part 5, the buttocks support part 6 and the leg support part 7 can be arranged in a flat shape and be bent in a chair shape.
Moreover, since the upper surface of the pillow part 4 is deeply U-shaped, the head of the subject is prevented from moving stably even if there is no box pillow or the like (see FIG. 1 and FIG. 1). Figure 2).
[0008]
As shown in FIG.1 and FIG.2, the frame material 8 which supports the lower surface of the pillow part 4 protrudes to the side of the pillow part 4, and the support pillar 2 is erected on the upper surface of this protrusion part.
The support column 2 includes an outer pipe 9 having a lower end fixed to the frame member 8 and an inner flange 10 that is slidably inserted from the upper surface of the outer pipe 9.
A screw hole is formed in the upper portion of the outer pipe 9 so as to penetrate the peripheral wall, and a screw 11 for fixing the inner collar 10 is screwed into the screw hole from the outer surface toward the inner peripheral surface. .
[0009]
Therefore, the length of the support column 2 can be adjusted as appropriate by loosening the screw 11 and sliding the inner flange 10 relative to the outer pipe 9 and then fixing the inner flange 10 by tightening the screw 11. . That is, the inner collar 10 protrudes above the outer pipe 9 and can be slid to adjust the length sufficiently to meet the various demands of the surgeon, and has a length that does not interfere with the surgeon. .
The upper end of the support column 2 (the upper end of the inner collar 10) is bent outward, and a cradle 12 extending outward in parallel with the frame member 8 is formed. The upper surface of the cradle 12 is formed flat, and a spindle insertion tube 13 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the operating table 1 is integrally formed at the outer end of the upper surface of the cradle 12.
[0010]
The wrist rest body 3 has a strength that does not deform even when weight is applied with an arm placed thereon, and is formed in a substantially U shape that opens to the leg side of the operating table 1.
Further, at one end of the wrist rest body 3, a pair of projecting pieces 15 are formed so as to sandwich both end surfaces of the support shaft insertion cylinder 13, and the support shaft 14 is inserted into the support shaft insertion cylinder 13 and the projecting piece 15. Is done.
Thus, one end of the wrist rest body 3 is attached to the outer end of the cradle 12 so as to be rotatable about a support shaft 14 parallel to the longitudinal direction of the operating table 1.
[0011]
Between both ends of the wrist rest body 3, a cradle 16 is installed to support the covering cloth so as not to touch the face of the subject.
As shown in FIG. 4, the cradle 16 is formed by bending a bar material into a U shape, forming legs 17 at both ends thereof, and mounting an annular ring 18 at the tips of the legs 17 on both sides. Further, a set screw 19 is screwed into a screw hole penetrating the ring 18 from the outer surface toward the inner periphery.
Then, the ring 18 is externally fitted to both ends of the wrist rest body 3, the set screw 19 is tightened, and the separation mount 16 is stretched between the both ends of the wrist rest body 3 toward the upper leg side of the operating table 1. Install it so that it comes out.
It should be noted that the cradle 16 can be easily removed by loosening the set screw 19.
[0012]
When performing ophthalmic surgery on a subject lying on the operating table 1, after the disinfection or anesthesia of the eye is completed, the wrist rest body 3 is rotated inward to receive the support formed on the upper portion of the support column 2. Place on table 12. Then, the wrist rest main body 3 is stably supported in a state where the wrist rest body 3 projects over the face of the subject and surrounds the face.
When the operation is completed, the wrist rest body 3 is rotated outward. Then, the wrist rest body 3 is rotated 270 degrees and hung downward, so that it does not interfere with the treatment of putting medicine on the subject's eyes or applying gauze.
The height adjustment mechanism of the support pillar 2 and the shape of the wrist rest body 3 are not limited to those of the above-described embodiment, and may be appropriately changed within a range in which the same function can be exhibited.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the wrist rest main body is moved to a position where the wrist rest body projects upward from the face of the subject and a position which does not interfere with the treatment after the operation, simply by rotating to the side. Therefore, the operation is simple, and there is no fear of desquamation during the operation, and it becomes possible to perform necessary treatment immediately after the operation at a position close to the head of the subject.
In addition, since the wrist rest body is stably supported by the cradle, there is no fear of causing a surgical error due to shaking during the operation.
According to the invention which concerns on Claim 2, a wrist rest main body can be adjusted to the height which is easy to operate by changing the length of a support pillar.
