本発明は前記した如き構成によって以下の如き効果を奏する。
請求項1の発明によれば、前後の揺動側壁が開くので、メンテナンスが行ないやすい。また、2本の支持軸と1本の連結材で左右の固定側壁を連結するので、細断機の剛性を大きくすることが出来る。更に、2本の支持軸が、揺動側壁の枢軸と左右の固定側壁を連結する連結材とを兼ねているので、部品点数を少なくしてコスト低減を図ることが出来る。
覆い部材の中間部材が着脱自在となされているので、メンテナンスが行ないやすい。
請求項2の発明によれば、覆い部材の中間部材の固定を簡単に行なうことが出来る。
請求項3の発明によれば、固定刃の前部材と同後部材とを別個・独立に位置調節出来るので、固定刃の、回転刃(粗切断用回転刃及び細切断用回転刃)に対する位置調節が行ないやすい。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
なお、この説明において、前とは図1紙面表側を、後とは同裏側をいい、左とは図1左側を、右とは同図右側をいう。
