本発明者は、基材層と、該基材層の少なくとも表側に設けられた印刷層と、該印刷層上に形成された保護層とからなるカードを前提として、上記課題を解決するため、光輝性のあるチップをカードの層間あるいは層内に混入することにより、特徴のあるデザインを演出できるようにした。具体的な手段は次のとおりである。
