Description
Claims (30)
- 中を流体が流れる第1及び第2の流路を有する熱伝導体を提供する工程と、
加熱手段によりこの熱伝導体に熱エネルギーを供給する工程と、
を具備し、
この熱伝導体は、互いに対向する第1の面と第2の面とを有し、
前記第1の流路は、前記熱伝導体の第1の面に形成され、前記第2の流路は、この熱伝導体の第2の面にこの第1の流路に接続されて形成され、
また、流体がこれら第1及び第2の流路を流れるのに従って、流体の流れが、層流になる領域と乱流になる領域とを交互に規定し、
前記加熱手段は、前記流路の中の流体が前記熱伝導体から熱を吸収するように、この熱伝導体に熱的に結合され、この熱伝導体にほぼ覆われている、流体を加熱する方法。 - 前記供給された熱エネルギーは、前記熱伝導体内に蓄えられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記熱伝導体内に配置される請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記加熱手段は、ヒータ素子である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、前記流体内にこの流路を通して循環する乱流を発生させるように、形成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、渦巻状である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、円弧状部分および非円弧状部分を持つように形成されている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、前記加熱手段をほぼ囲むことにより、この流路内の流体が前記熱伝導体から熱を吸収するように、入口と出口との間の、前記熱伝導体内で連続した曲がった流路として形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の流路は、入口から、この第1の流路を第2の流路に接続している穴まで径方向内方に延びている渦巻状流路として形成され、
前記第2の流路は、前記第1の流路を第2の流路に接続している前記穴から、出口まで径方向外方に延びている渦巻状流路として形成されている、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、同心状の流れ部分を有する渦巻状流路として形成され、この流路の同心状流れ部分は、相互に近接して配置され、熱伝導体の壁により分離されている請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱エネルギーの貯蔵と、中を流体が流れる第1及び第2の流路とを規定している熱伝導体を提供する手段と、
この熱伝導体に熱エネルギーを供給するために加熱手段をこの熱伝導体に熱的に結合させるための手段と、
前記熱伝導体により前記第1及び第2の流路内の流体に熱エネルギーを与える手段と、
を具備し、
前記熱伝導体は、互いに対向する第1の面と第2の面とを有し、
前記第1の流路は、前記熱伝導体の第1の面に形成され、前記第2の流路は、この熱伝導体の第2の面にこの第1の流路に接続されて形成され、
また、前記流体がこれら第1及び第2の流路を流れるに従って、この流体の流れが、層流になる領域と乱流になる領域とを交互に規定している、流体を加熱する加熱装置。 - 熱伝導体と、
この熱伝導体内に形成され、中を流体が流れる第1及び第2の流路と、
この熱伝導体に熱を供給して前記第1及び第2の流路内の流体の温度を上げるように、この熱伝導体に熱的に結合され、この熱伝導体にほぼ覆われている加熱手段と、
を具備し、
前記熱伝導体は、互いに対向する第1の面と第2の面とを有し、
前記第1の流路は、前記熱伝導体の第1の面に形成され、前記第2の流路は、この熱伝導体の第2の面にこの第1の流路に接続されて形成され、
また、前記流体がこれら第1及び第2の流路を流れるに従って、この流体の流れが、層流になる領域と乱流になる領域とを交互に規定している、流体を加熱する加熱装置。 - 前記熱伝導体は、前記加熱手段からの熱エネルギーを蓄える請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記熱伝導体は、構造体である請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記熱伝導構造体内に形成され、前記流体の流路と流体的に連通する入口および出口をさらに具備する請求項12乃至14のいずれか1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、前記入口と出口との間に曲がった流路を規定している請求項15に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記流路は、渦巻形状である請求項12乃至16のいずれか1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、乱流を発生するために、円弧状部分および非円弧状部分を備えている請求項12乃至16のいずれか1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記熱伝導体内に配置されている請求項12乃至18のいずれか1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱手段は、少なくとも1つのヒータ素子を備えている請求項12乃至19のいずれか1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱手段は、前記熱伝導体に結合された複数の別々のヒータ素子を備えている請求項12乃至20のいずれか1に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記熱伝導体から表面に、上昇された温度で流体を放出する手段をさらに具備する請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記表面は、車両の表面である請求項22に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記放出する手段は、流体放出装置を備え、また、
さらに前記流体を収容する流体源をさらに備える請求項22又は23に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、入口と出口との間の、前記熱伝導体内に形成された連続する曲がった流路であり、この流路が前記加熱手段をほぼ囲むことにより、この流路内の流体が前記熱伝導体から熱を吸収する、請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路は、前記熱伝導体の中心で実質的に前記流体を連通させて配置されている請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記第1の流路は、入口から、前記第1の流路を第2の流路に接続している穴まで径方向内方に延びる渦巻状流路を規定し、
前記第2の流路は、前記第1の流路を第2の流路に接続している前記穴から出口まで径方向外方に延びる渦巻状流路を規定している請求項12に記載の加熱装置。 - 前記加熱手段は、厚膜ヒータ素子を備えている請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記加熱手段の作動を制御するコントローラをさらに具備する請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
- 前記第1及び第2の流路の少なくとも一方は、渦巻状流路を規定しており、この流路の同心状流れ部分が相互に近接して配置され、前記熱伝導体の壁により分離されている請求項12に記載の加熱装置。
