【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコゲーム機の裏面側に設置された賞品球貯留タンク本体にパチンコ球の飛び出し防止のための貯留補助部材が係設された賞品球貯留タンクに関し、特に、貯留補助部材の取り付け構造に特徴を有する賞品球貯留タンクに関する。

【従来の技術】
現在、各種のパチンコゲーム機が遊技店に設置されているが、それぞれのパチンコゲーム機には各台毎に裏面側に賞品球用のパチンコ球(以下、「賞品球」と記す)を貯めておくための賞品球貯留タンク(以下、単に「賞球タンク」と記す)が備えられている。そして、パチンコゲーム機が列設された島毎に、各パチンコゲーム機の賞球タンクへ賞品球を補給するための補給樋が設けられている。一方、賞球タンクには貯留されたパチンコ球の重量に基づき作動する検出スイッチが設けられ、この検出スイッチが賞品球の減少を検出した場合に、補給樋から各賞球タンク毎に設けられた補給装置の開閉手段が開いて、その吐出部から賞球タンク内へ賞品球が落下するよう構成されている。

ところで、このような賞球タンクは、上方から下方にかけて配設された賞球払出装置の最上段に位置するため、その賞球払出装置が形成された基板には上端部に固定されている。従って、賞球タンクは、外枠や補給装置の吐出部と衝突あるいは干渉しないように上方に開口した開口端が低く形成されている。一方、従来から賞品球が賞球タンク内に満杯状態に近づくに従い、賞品球が互いに衝突し開口端を越えて外部へ飛び出す欠点があった。この飛び散った賞品球は、パチンコゲーム機内に構成された機構に干渉してパチンコゲーム機の正常な動作を妨害するおそれがあった。

そこで、このような賞球タンク内にできるだけ多くの賞品球を収容するとともに、賞品球の飛び出しを防止するため、従来から実公昭63―19094号公報に開示されたような貯留補助部材が使用されている。その具体的構成について以下に図面を参照して説明する。図7及び図8は、当該公報に掲載された従来の賞球タンクを示した斜視図である。

賞球タンク50は、上面が開口した賞球タンク本体51の両サイド壁面部に上下方向に延びる取付片52,52が形成され、底面には、賞球タンク本体51の下方に位置する傾斜通路へ連通し得る連通孔53が形成されている。また、底面には傾斜面が形成され下流側の連通孔53に対して上流側には、賞品球の存在を確認するための検出スイッチ54が設けられている。賞球タンク本体51には、その前方壁面の上部中央に切欠溝55が形成され、その壁面上端に沿って複数個の係合部としての突出ピン56,56…が形成されている。切欠溝55は、補給装置先端の吐出部(不図示)の下端が、基板を開閉操作する際に賞球タンク本体51の前方壁面上端部に衝突しないように形成されたものである。

そして、賞球タンク本体51の前方壁面上端縁には、軟質合成樹脂材あるいはゴム等からなる飛び出しを防止した貯留補助部材61が着脱自在に取り付けられている。貯留補助部材61は、賞球タンク本体51の上端縁と嵌合し得る断面略U字状の固定部62と、固定部62より上方に突出する櫛歯形状部64を有する突出部63とから構成されている。また、貯留補助部材61の固定部62には突出ピン56,56…に係合する凹溝65,65…が形成され、図8に示すように賞球タンク本体51に一体に固定されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来のパチンコゲーム機の賞球タンク50では、貯留補助部材61を着脱自在にしたことで、その貯留補助部材61という部品を要、不要に応じて取り付けたり取り外すことが必要であり手間のかかるものであった。また、貯留補助部材61を取り付けたり取り外したりしたのでは紛失するおそれがあるとともに、その貯留補助部材61を別途管理するのでは手間のかかるものでもあった。また、賞球タンク50に貯留補助部材61を取り付けることによって生じる効果の点からみれば貯留補助部材61は、賞球タンク50には不可欠であるが、各パチンコゲーム機の賞球タンク50毎に貯留補助部材61を取り付けること自体手間のかかるものであり、従来の貯留補助部材61は作業性の点からも好ましいものではなかった。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明にかかるパチンコゲーム機の賞球タンクの一実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。本実施の形態の賞球タンクは、前記従来例のものと同様に補給装置から賞品球が供給される賞球タンク本体に貯留補助部材が係設された構成をなすものであるが、先ず、本実施の形態の賞球タンクの説明に先立ち当該賞球タンクを含む賞球払出装置の構成について簡単に説明する。図1は、本実施の形態の賞品球貯留タンクを備えたパチンコゲーム機裏側の賞球払出装置を示した正面図である。

この賞球払出装置1は、所定量の賞品球の払出を行うものであり、枠体2に対して開閉可能に蝶着された機構セット盤3上に形成されている。その賞球払出装置1の最上段には、上方に開口した賞球タンク12が機構セット盤3に固定されている。その賞球タンク12の直上には補給装置4が配設され、吐出部4aが垂下されている。賞球タンク12は、後述するように傾斜した底面に連通孔が形成され、その連通孔下方には賞品球を整列流出し得る傾斜したタンクレール5が連設されている。更に、賞球ケース6内には、タンクレール5の下流側の賞品球をさらに減圧して送り出す送出樋7が連設され、その送出樋7を通過する賞品球の数を確認する確認スイッチ、その賞品球の送り出しを調節する払い出しソレノイド等(いずれも不図示)が内装されている。そして、送出樋7の下流側には排出部が形成され、排出路8a及び下部受け皿満タンスイッチが内装された排出路8bが、下端部下方に開口して形成されている。

次に、本発明の特徴をなす貯留補助部材が係設された賞球タンクの第1実施の形態について説明する。図2及び図3は、本実施の形態の賞球タンク12を示した外観斜視図である。賞球タンク本体20は、合成樹脂等によって形成された上面が開口した横長の箱体をなしたものである。その賞球タンク本体20には、その両サイドの壁面であって機構セット盤3側に近接する位置に上下方向に張り出した取付片11,11が一体成形されている。取付片11,11には機構セット盤3に固定するためのネジ穴が形成されてる。賞球タンク本体20の底面には、前記タンクレール5に連通する連通孔13が左端部に形成され、その連通孔13を下流側にして傾斜面が形成されている。その賞球タンク本体20の傾斜した底面は傾斜した底板14によって構成され、その底板14には、賞球タンク12内に補給された賞品球の補給状態を検出するための検出スイッチ9(図1)が係設されている。
