Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, conventionally, in the upper hinge portion 30, as shown in FIG. 12A, the gap d1 between the plate member 32 fixed to the front frame 4 and the holding member 33 fixed to the window frame 5. And a gap d2 between the plate member 32 and the main body of the front frame 4, and these gaps d1 and d2 are exposed to the outside, so that the door member removal pin 35 is externally provided through these gaps d1 and d2. It was a structure that can be operated and pushed down.
[0020]
A piano wire or the like can be inserted into the gaps d1 and d2, and when a person who intends to cheat depresses the door member removal pin 35, it is separated from the bearing portion 31 and the door of the gaming machine 1 is separated. The member 5 can be opened.
[0021]
As described above, when the door member 5 is opened, it becomes possible for a fraudulent person to perform a fraudulent work on a gauge or the like on the game board 6, and a fraudulent act that facilitates the insertion of a game ball into the winning opening is performed. There was a possibility.
[0022]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems. For example, in order to make it easier for a game ball to enter a winning opening, a door member and a gaming machine main body are separated from the gaming board of the gaming machine. It is an object of the present invention to provide a door structure for a gaming machine that can prevent an action and thereby improve crime prevention in a gaming machine and damage prevention effect when it is inadvertently installed.
[0023]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The door structure of the gaming machine of the present invention is configured as follows in order to solve the above-described technical problem.
[0024]
That is, the door structure of the gaming machine according to the present invention is provided in a gaming machine body that requires gaming media for gaming, a door member that allows the front surface of the gaming machine body to rotate, and the gaming machine body or the door member. A hinge having a shaft portion, and having the shaft portion as a fulcrum, the door member and the gaming machine main body being rotatable, and the shaft portion being fitted to be movable in the fitting / removing direction. And a locking member extending in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the shaft portion on the shaft portion, while a blocking member is provided on the gaming machine body or the door member. This blocking member is a member that moves between the blocking position and the non-blocking position of the movement of the shaft portion in the fitting / removing direction by rotating, and in the state where the blocking member has been moved to the blocking position, at least a portion of said blocking member, through the axis of the shaft portion Wherein the circumference is and when distribution immediately below the engaging piece is both abut on the locking pieces.
Further, the blocking member is a member that moves between a blocking position and a non-blocking position of movement of the shaft portion in the fitting / removing direction by sliding, and in the state where the blocking member is moved to the blocking position, the blocking member at least a portion of the, or as to abut on both the locking pieces when distribution directly below the surrounding a and the engaging piece through the axis of the shaft portion.
[0025]
In addition, a hinge part means the structure which can mutually rock | fluctuate around a center axis | shaft or rotate using a hinge pin etc. The fulcrum and connection point of this hinge structure are called a rotation fulcrum and a smooth joint, respectively. Further, the hinge portion may be on the gaming machine main body side, on the door member side, or on both the gaming machine main body side and the door member side.
[0026]
With this configuration, with the blocking member blocked from moving the shaft, a linear tool such as a piano wire is inserted from outside the gaming machine through various gaps (openings) near the hinge to move the shaft. Even if it tries, the axial part does not move. That is, a linear tool such as a piano wire is often inserted through a gap between the door member and the gaming machine main body. In this case, since the blocking member according to this configuration is in contact with the locking piece of the shaft portion and prevents the shaft portion from moving, the shaft portion is moved in the fitting / removing direction using a linear tool such as a piano wire. Even if it tries to make it, it will hit against the blocking member and will not be able to move. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a fraudster from opening a door member of the gaming machine to perform a fraudulent work on a gauge or the like on the game board, and to improve the crime prevention effect.
[0027]
The door structure of the gaming machine of the present invention is composed of the above-described essential components, but it is established even when the components are specifically as follows.
[0028]
That is, in the door structure of the gaming machine of the present invention, the shaft portion is elastically biased in the fitting / removing direction.
[0031]
Furthermore, in the door structure of the gaming machine of the present invention, the locking by the blocking member is such that the shaft portion is fitted to the bearing portion, and the door member and the gaming machine main body are pivotally supported. It is characterized by blocking movement at a position.
[0032]
Furthermore, in the door structure of the gaming machine of the present invention, the blocking member is prevented from moving the shaft portion by abutting against one side of the blocking member.
[0033]
It should be noted that the locking piece and the blocking member need only interact with each other and can be locked, and it is sufficient that either the locking piece or the blocking member fluctuates to prevent the movement of the shaft portion.
[0037]
Furthermore, the blocking member is rotatably held by a holding member, and a first locking portion that stops the rotation of the blocking member at the blocking position by contacting the holding member, and the locking It is good also as what has a 2nd latching | locking part which engages with a piece and blocks | prevents the movement of the said axial part.
[0038]
Furthermore, in the door structure of the gaming machine of the present invention, the blocking member is in a locked state with the blocking member when the door member is in a closed state, and an action of moving the shaft portion from the outside of the door member occurs. However, the movement of the shaft portion is prevented.
[0040]

Even if it is going to push down the member removal pin 35, the locking piece 35a collides with the 2nd locking part 43, and the movement to a fitting / removing direction becomes impossible.
[0065]
When removing the window frame 5 from the front frame 4, the window frame 5 is opened and the blocking member 40 of the upper hinge portion 30 is rotated to the non-blocking position. Next, the lever portion 35a of the door member removal pin 35 is pushed down, and the upper end portion of the window frame 5 is shifted to a position where it does not interfere with the plate member 32 in a state where the upper end portion of the door member removal pin 35 is extracted from the bearing portion 31. Then, the whole window frame 5 is lifted and the pin of the lower hinge part is pulled out from the locking hole.
[0066]
In addition, a hinge part means the structure which can mutually rock | fluctuate around a center axis | shaft or rotate using a hinge pin etc. The fulcrum and connection point of this hinge structure are called a rotation fulcrum and a smooth joint, respectively. The upper hinge portion 30 may be on the gaming machine main body 1 side, on the window frame 5 side, or on both the gaming machine main body 1 side and the window frame 5 side.
[0067]
As described above, with the blocking member 40 blocking the movement of the door member removal pin 35, the gaps d1 and d2 near the upper hinge portion 30 of the ball game machine 1 from the outside of the ball game machine 1 (FIG. 4 ( The operation when a linear tool such as a piano wire is inserted will be described through c)).
[0068]
In many cases, a linear tool such as a piano wire is inserted through the gaps d1 and d2 between the window frame 5 and the front frame 4. In this case, the blocking member 40 according to the present invention is in contact with the locking piece 35a of the door member removal pin 35 and prevents the door member removal pin 35 from moving, so that a linear tool such as a piano wire is used. Even if the door member removal pin 35 is moved in the fitting / removing direction, it comes into contact with the locking piece 43 of the blocking member 40 and cannot be moved. As a result, it is possible to prevent the window frame 5 of the ball and ball game machine 1 from being opened and to perform illegal work on the gauge or the like on the game board 6 and to improve the crime prevention effect.
[0069]
Further, the locking piece 35a of the door member removal pin 35 and the second locking portion 43 of the blocking member 40 only need to interact and lock, and either the locking piece 35a or the blocking member 40 varies. Thus, it is only necessary to prevent the movement of the shaft portion.
[0070]
The embodiment of the present invention has been specifically described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications based on the technical idea of the present invention are possible.
[0071]
For example, as shown in FIG. 7, the door member removal pin 35 is supported so as to be rotatable about its central axis and movable up and down, and the block-shaped blocking member 50 is fixed to the holding member 33 at a predetermined position. Then, by rotating the door member removal pin 35 and disposing the locking piece 35a at the blocking position immediately above the blocking member 50, the door member removal pin 35 can be prevented from moving in the fitting / removing direction. In addition, it is preferable to provide a locking means for locking the rotation of the door member removal pin 35 at this blocking position. In this case, the door member removal pin 35 moves between a blocking position (a position indicated by a broken line) and a non-blocking position (a position indicated by a solid line).
[0072]
Further, as shown in FIG. 8, both end portions of a substantially U-shaped blocking member 51 are rotatably attached to the holding member 33, and the door member removal pin 35 is locked by both legs 52, 52 of the blocking member 51. It is also possible to prevent the door member removal pin 35 from moving in the fitting / removing direction by sandwiching the piece 35a from above and below.
[0073]
The blocking member 51 is attached so as to be freely movable so as to prevent the door member removal pin 35 from moving by being tilted or raised. Then, when the blocking member 51 is turned, the blocking member 51 moves between a blocking position (a position indicated by a solid line) and a non-blocking position (a position indicated by a broken line).
[0074]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, a substantially L-shaped blocking member 53 is slidably attached to the holding member 33, and the leading end of the blocking member 53 is disposed directly below the locking piece 35 a of the door member removal pin 35. By doing so, the vertical movement of the door member removal pin 35 can be prevented. In this case, the blocking member 35 moves between a blocking position (a position indicated by a solid line) and a non-blocking position (a position indicated by a broken line).
[0075]
Further, as the blocking member, a cover-shaped blocking member (not shown) that covers at least the locking piece 35a of the door member removal pin 35 when the window frame 5 is closed can be movably attached.
[0076]
For example, in the above-described embodiment, a piano wire is used as an example of a linear tool used for an unauthorized act of fraud. Needless to say, from the outside of the gaming machine 1, Possibility of pushing the door member removal pin 35 through the gaps d1 and d2 and moving it in the fitting / removing direction, removing the window frame 5 from the gaming machine body, and performing unauthorized operations on the gauges provided on the gaming board 6 Mention other linear tools with Specifically, in addition to the piano wire, wire, copper wire, chain, thread such as silk thread and raw thread can be cited as examples. It can be blocked by the members 40, 50, 51, 53.
[0077]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, while the movement of the shaft portion is blocked by the blocking member, the shaft portion is moved by inserting a linear tool such as a piano wire from the outside of the gaming machine through various openings near the hinge portion. However, the shaft is not transferred. As a result, it is possible to prevent a fraudster from opening the door member of the gaming machine and performing a fraudulent work on a gauge or the like on the game board, thereby improving the crime prevention effect.
