Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a door opening / closing handle device used by being attached to a door of a switchboard storage box or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a door opening / closing handle device used by being attached to a door of a switchboard storage box or the like is known. As this door opening / closing handle device, for example, the one shown in FIG. 12 exists. This door opening / closing handle device includes a casing 101 attached to the door and a handle 102, a rotating shaft 104 pivotally supported on the upper end side of the handle 102, and a locking / unlocking mechanism provided on the lower end side of the handle 102. The handle 102 is attached to the bottom surface of the housing recess 111 provided on the front side of the casing 101 so as to be rotatably inserted. The undulation is freely performed from the prone state stored in the storage concave portion 111 of the casing 101 to the state of being raised forward. When the door is opened by the door opening / closing handle device, a key piece is inserted into the pressing member 105 and rotated, and then the pressing member 105 is pressed backward. As a result, the moving member 161 provided on the rear side of the pressing member 105 in the handle 102 moves upward to disengage from the casing 101, thereby providing a connection portion between the handle 102 and the rotating shaft 104. The lower end side of the handle 102 is naturally raised from the storage recess 111 of the casing 101 to the front side by the urging force of the raising / lowering spring 144. Then, by rotating the raised handle 102, the handle 102 can be rotated with respect to the casing 101 attached to the door. By this rotating operation, the handle 102 is fixed to the rear end of the rotating shaft 104. The plate-shaped locking fitting 120 is rotated together. Thereby, locking with main body parts (not shown), such as a switchboard storage box, and the locking metal fitting 120 can be removed.
The moving member 161 is always urged downward by the urging means 162. Therefore, when the pressing operation of the pressing member 105 is stopped, the pressing member 105 is urged forward by the pressing member moving surface 162b formed in the urging means 162 and returned to the original position.
[0003]
However, since the pressing member 105 indirectly returns to the original position, it may not operate smoothly due to friction and catching on the handle 102.
[0004]

A pressing protrusion 52 is formed at the rear end of the pressing member 5 as shown in FIGS. The pressing protrusion 52 has a pressing protrusion rear surface 52a and a pressing protrusion front surface 52b. The pressing protrusion rear surface 52a presses the lock moving surface 61b of the locking member 61 to press the locking member 61 as will be described later. The front surface 52b of the pressing projection is located behind the rear abutting wall 16c of the lock housing portion 16 of the handle body 3 during locking, thereby preventing the pressing member 5 from coming off forward with respect to the lock housing portion 16. To fulfill.
[0016]
The pressing member 5 is housed in a lock housing portion 16 provided on the lower side of the handle body 3 so as to be rotatable and movable in the front-rear direction. The lock housing portion 16 of the handle body 3 is formed with a predetermined depth from the front surface of the handle body 3 to the rear side. The pressing member 5 is housed in the lock housing portion 16 of the handle body 3 from the front side of the lock housing portion 16 and is locked when the tumbler 51 is arranged on the lower side.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the lock storage portion 16 is formed with a predetermined depth from the front surface of the handle body 3 to the rear side, and a contact wall is provided in the lock storage portion 16. Yes. The abutting walls include a front abutting wall 16a, a concave front abutting wall 16b, a rear abutting wall 16c, first rotating abutting walls 16d and 16d, and second rotating abutting walls 16e and 16e. And.
The front contact wall 16a is formed as a flat front surface in the lock storage portion 16, and the recessed front contact wall 16b is a recess provided to be recessed backward with respect to the central portion of the front contact wall 16a. Is a flat surface facing forward. Further, the rear abutting wall 16c is formed on a rearward flat surface so as to face the front abutting wall 16a. The first rotation contact walls 16d and 16d are portions facing each other at an interval in which the tumbler 51 can be accommodated so as to be adjacent to the recess front contact wall 16b in the recess. The second rotation contact walls 16e and 16e are formed adjacent to the front contact wall 16a and the rear contact wall 16c so as to face each other with a space where the tumbler 51 can be accommodated. Is formed.
[0017]
The pressing member 5 is housed from the front side of the lock housing portion 16, and is in a locked state with the tumbler 51 positioned on the lower side, as shown in FIG.
In this locked state, the tumbler 51 is positioned between the first rotation contact walls 16d, 16d, and when the pressing member 5 tries to move rearward in the lock storage portion 16, the tumbler 51 is in contact with the recess front surface contact wall. 16b is prevented from moving backward. As for the front side, as shown in FIG. 9, the front surface 52b of the pressing protrusion 52 located between the second rotation contact walls 16e and 16e is inserted into the front of the pressing protrusion 52. By contacting the upper end 71a of the metal fitting 71, the movement is prevented. As a result, the pressing member 5 is prevented from being detached from the lock storage portion 16.
As described above, the tumbler 51 is positioned between the first rotation contact walls 16d and 16d, and the pressing member 5 tries to rotate right (X direction in FIG. 7) in the lock storage portion 16. When the tumbler 51 hits the left first rotation contact wall 16d and is prevented from rotating right, and when the pressing member 5 tries to rotate counterclockwise (Y direction in FIG. 7), the tumbler 51 is moved to the right. The left rotation is prevented by hitting the first rotation contact wall 16d. Accordingly, the tumbler 51 serves as an anti-rotation means during locking in the lock storage portion 16.
As described above, in the locked state, the pressing member 5 is in a state in which it cannot rotate in the left-right direction and cannot move in the front-rear direction by the tumbler 51 in the lock housing portion 16.
[0018]
Next, from the state shown in FIG. 7A, a key piece (not shown) is placed in the pressing member 5 to house the tumbler 51 in the pressing member 5, and then the pressing member 5 is moved to the right. By rotating (X direction in FIG. 7), the unlocked state as shown in FIG. 7B is obtained. FIG. 7B shows a state in which the key piece has been removed from the pressing member 5, and the tumbler 51 protrudes between the second rotating contact walls 16e and 16e.
Regarding the movement in the front-rear direction of the pressing member 5 in this unlocked state, the rear is first movable within a range determined by contact with a locking member 61 described later. Further, regarding the front, the pressing protrusion front surface 52b of the pressing protrusion 52 abuts against the rear abutting wall 16c, so that the movement is prevented. In other words, the pressing member 5 is movable in the front-rear direction within a predetermined range in the lock storage portion 16.
When the key piece is removed from the pressing member 5, the tumbler 51 is positioned so as to protrude between the second rotating contact walls 16e and 16e as described above. Is prevented from rotating.
[0019]
In this embodiment, the pressing member 5 has a structure that can be locked and unlocked by incorporating a cylinder lock. However, the present invention is not limited to this structure, and is always unlocked as a simple push button. It may be used in a locked state.
In this case, a common member can be used by omitting the tumbler 51 and attaching a cover without the key piece insertion hole 53 to the pressing member 5.
[0020]
Next, the locking mechanism 6 will be described. The locking mechanism 6 is a mechanism that detachably locks the handle 2 and the casing 1 in a lying state, and includes a locking member 61 and a coil spring 62. As shown in FIG. 8, the locking member 61 is composed of a block-like member, and is provided with a spring connection piece 61a connected to the coil spring 62 on the upper side, and below the spring connection piece 61a. On the side, there is provided a lock moving surface 61b composed of an inclined surface that gradually becomes rearward as it goes downward. Further, a locking claw 61 c is provided on the lower side of the locking member 61.
In addition, the locking member 61 is formed with a right rotation contact surface 61d and a left rotation contact surface 61e in order to restrict the rotation range of the pressing member 5 by contacting the pressing protrusion 52 of the pressing member 5. The locking claw 61c protruding from the opening 17c of the locking member fitting insertion portion 17b enters the claw locking hole 18 provided in the lower inner wall of the handle housing recess 11 of the casing 1. ing. Further, when the locking member 61 is inserted into the locking member insertion portion 17b, the spring connecting piece 61a is inserted into the lower side of the coil spring 62, so that the locking member 61 is always attached to the lower side by the coil spring 62. When the locking claw 61c matches the claw locking hole 18 of the casing 1 by this biasing, it naturally enters.
[0022]
In addition to the above, the lock storage portion 16 is provided with a fastener 71 and a coil spring 72. As shown in FIG. 9, the fastener 71 is a bracket that is arranged so as to surround the lower part and the side part of the lock storage part 16 of the handle body 3 from the outside. As shown in FIG. 7, the upper end portion 71a of the fastener is located between the second rotation contact walls 16e and 16e of the lock storage portion 16 and is arranged so as to protrude to the position of the recess front contact wall 16b. As described above, when the pressing protrusion front surface 52b of the pressing protrusion 52 comes into contact, the pressing member 5 functions to prevent the locking member 16 from coming off. The lower end 71b is arranged so as to protrude from the rear bottom of the lock storage unit 16 into the lock storage unit 16, and a coil spring 72 is fitted to the lower end 71b. The front side of the coil spring 72 is fitted into the rear end of the pressing member 5. The member 5 can be rotated rightward (X direction in FIG. 7) in the lock storage portion 16. In this state, the pressing member 5 is rotated clockwise, and when the pressing member 5 rotates approximately 90 °, the pressing protrusion 52 of the pressing member 5 contacts the right rotation contact surface 61d of the locking member 61, and the pressing member The rotation of 5 stops. When the key piece is removed at this time, as shown in FIG. 7B, the tumbler 51 protrudes again from the pressing member 5 in a state where the tumbler 51 is located between the second rotation contact walls 16e, 16e of the lock storage portion 16. To do. That is, this is the state shown in FIGS. 10C and 10D, and in this state, the pressing member 5 can move rearward. Then, by pressing the pressing member 5 backward from this state, the pressing member 5 can be moved backward as shown in FIGS.
The pressing operation of the pressing member 5 to the rear side can be performed with the key piece inserted or with the key piece removed.
[0025]
As the pressing member 5 moves rearward, the pressing protrusion rear surface 52a of the pressing protrusion 52 formed at the rear portion of the pressing member 5 presses the lock moving surface 61b of the locking member 61. With this pressing, FIG. As shown in (F), the locking member 61 moves upward against the urging force of the coil spring 62, and the locking claw 61 c that has entered the claw locking hole 18 of the casing 1 is moved to the claw locking hole 18. Get out of. As a result, the locked state between the handle 2 and the casing 1 is released. As shown in FIG. 11, the lower end side of the handle 2 is rotated forward by the urging force of the raising spring 44 and is raised from the casing 1.
[0026]
Thereafter, the handle 2 raised from the casing 1 is gripped and rotated. Thereby, the latching fixture 20 latched by main parts, such as a switchboard storage box, can be removed, and doors, such as a switchboard storage box, can be opened.
[0027]
On the other hand, when locking, the handle 2 is returned to the front position of the casing 1 contrary to the above. At that time, it is only necessary to return the locking metal fitting 20 until it comes into contact with the angle regulating protrusion 15 of the casing 1, whereby the handle 2 can be returned to the original state along the longitudinal direction of the casing 1. In this state, the lower end side of the handle 2 is pressed rearward against the urging force of the raising spring 44, and the handle 2 is stored in the handle storage recess 11. At this time, the locking member 61 is biased by the coil spring 62, thereby protruding into the claw locking hole 18, and the handle 2 is held in the handle storage recess 11. Then, by inserting a key piece into the pressing member 5, the tumbler 51 of the pressing member 5 sinks into the pressing member 5, the non-rotatable state when unlocked by the tumbler 51 is released, and the pressing member 5 is rotated counterclockwise (see FIG. 7 in the Y direction).
[0028]
When the pressing member 5 rotates approximately 90 ° by the counterclockwise rotation operation of the pressing member 5, the pressing protrusion 52 of the pressing member 5 contacts the left rotation contact surface 61e of the locking member 61, and the pressing member 5 rotates. Stop. Then, when the key piece is removed in this state, the tumbler 51 protrudes to the outer peripheral side of the pressing member 5 and enters between the first rotation contact walls 16d, 16d so that it cannot rotate and move. 10 (A) (B) can be locked.
[0029]
In the conventional door opening / closing handle device, when the pressing member 5 is pushed backward during unlocking, the movement for returning to the front is pressed against the lock moving surface 61b of the locking member 61 urged by the coil spring 62. Was done indirectly. For this reason, friction and catching may occur and the movement may not be smooth.
On the other hand, in the door opening / closing handle device according to the present invention, a coil spring 72 is provided in the lock housing portion 16 and the pressing member is directly urged forward. Does not occur and can be moved smoothly.
[0030]
Here, the above-mentioned rotation or rotation widely means movement by unlocking operation, and the immovable state can be widely implemented as meaning a state in which the movement for unlocking is disabled.
Moreover, in this embodiment, the press member 5 is not restricted to what consists of said cylinder lock, A various lock | rock can be used. For example, the pressing member 5 having no locking / unlocking function can be used. In this case, the pressing member 5 is always in the unlocked state described above. The member 61 can be removed from the claw locking hole 18, and the handle 2 can be returned to the original state by being housed in the handle storage recess 11.
Further, the pressing member 5 is not limited to a configuration in which the pressing member 5 is arranged to be freely rotatable and movable in the front-rear direction, but is arranged to be rotatable and movable in the up-down direction and the left-right direction. In this way, the engagement between the casing 1 and the handle 2 may be released by movement caused by movement in the up-down direction or the left-right direction after the turning operation by the key piece. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the pressing member 5 is moved after being rotated by the key piece from the locked state. However, for example, the pressing member 5 may be simultaneously moved to the rear side while being rotated by the key piece. It can be changed as appropriate.
[0031]
Moreover, in this embodiment, although the locking member 61 is moved by making the pressing protrusion 52 which is a part of the pressing member 5 contact | abut directly to the locking member 61, for example, the pressing member 5, the locking member 61, and Another member may be interposed therebetween, and the locking member 61 may be moved indirectly through the other member when the pressing member 5 is moved rearward, and may be changed as appropriate.
[0032]
Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the main body portion of the switchboard storage box or the like and the door are directly locked via the locking bracket 20 fixed to the handle 2 is illustrated, but indirectly through the locking bracket 20. It can also be locked and can be changed as appropriate. In this embodiment, the handle 2 is attached to the casing 1 so that it can be raised and lowered. However, the handle may be attached to the casing so that it can be raised and lowered and cannot be rotated. obtain.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the door opening / closing handle device according to the present invention, since the urging means is directly provided on the pressing member, the pressing member is pressed by another member such as a locking member urged as in the prior art. Compared to the above, problems such as friction and catching do not occur, and the pressing member can be moved smoothly.
