【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、締め付けおよび取り外しの容易な作業性を向上させた簡易締結装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、例えば建築現場や製品の組立現場で使用されている簡易締結装置(以下、ナットという)は、雄ネジへの挿入、雄ネジを介しての部材の締め付け、雄ネジからの取り外しの際に回転させる操作が必要であった。特に高い場所や狭い場所でナットを回転させてナットの締め付け、取り外しを行う作業は容易でない。
このため、作業性を向上させたワンタッチで雄ネジへの挿入、雄ネジを介して部材の締め付けの可能なナットとして、実公昭55−48171号公報に開示されているものが知られているが、ナットの取り外しに際しては回転させる操作が必要である。
さらにワンタッチで雄ネジへの挿入、雄ネジを介しての部材の締め付け、雄ネジからの取り外しの可能なナットとしては、特公昭55−50203号公報に開示されているものが知られているが、雄ネジへの挿入、雄ネジからの取り外しのたびに操作環を回転させる操作が必要である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の簡易締結装置は以上のように構成されていたので、実公昭55−48171号公報に開示されている技術では、ナットの取り外しに際してのナットの回転操作に改良の余地があり、ナットの取り外しの際の作業性の向上が図られていない課題があった。

また、特公昭55−50203号公報に開示されている技術では、雄ネジへの挿入、雄ネジからの取り外しのたびに操作環を操作する手間が必要であり、さらに構造も複雑でコスト高となる課題があった。

本発明は上記事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、雄ネジへの挿入、雄ネジを介しての部材の締め付け、雄ネジからの取り外しの際の作業性を向上させ、さらに簡単な構造によりコストの上昇も抑制できる簡易締結装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明に係る簡易締結装置は、雌ネジが形成された複数のネジ駒と、該複数のネジ駒を前記雌ネジの縮径方向に付勢するとともに一体化するネジ駒一体化手段と、該ネジ駒一体化手段により一体化された前記複数の各ネジ駒を拡径方向と平行な方向に移動可能に収納し、前記ネジ駒の雌ネジと螺合する雄ネジが挿通される雄ネジ挿通孔が形成された雌ネジケースと、前記ネジ駒と係合可能となっており、当該係合によりネジ駒の拡径方向への移動を拘束する拘束部材とを備えていることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態例を図について説明する。
図1は、第1の実施の形態による簡易締結装置の構成を示す構造図であり、同図(a)は簡易締結装置の平面図、同図(b)は正面図、同図(c)は底面図、同図(f)は同図(a)のA−A断面構造を示す断面図、同図(e)はネジ駒保持部材の断面図である。これらの図において、1はナットケース、2および3は半円環形状を有したネジ駒、5はカバー体である。

図4は、前記ナットケース1にネジ駒2,3を収納するためのカバー体5の構成を示す構造図であり、同図(a)はカバー体の平面図、同図(b)は正面図、同図(c)は底面図、同図(d)は同図(a)のA−A断面構造を示す断面図である。これらの図において、5aはカバー体5をナットケース1に嵌合させ、ナットケース1と一体化するための係止凸部であり、ナットケース1の係止凹部1dと嵌合する。5bはネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cが突出し、ネジ駒2,3を拡径方向に移動可能にする透孔である。
Oリング4により一体化されているネジ駒2,3は、ナットケース1の有底長穴1aに収納されている状態で、ナットケース1へ係止凸部5aにより嵌合したカバー体5によりナットケース1からの抜け落ちが防止される。

また、図1(e)に示す符号6はネジ駒保持部材であり、ネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cの外径よりわずかに大きな内径のネジ駒保持穴6aが形成されている。なお、このネジ駒保持部材6は、被締結部材でもよく、その場合は被締結部材にネジ駒保持穴6aが形成されることになる。

次に動作について説明する。
図5は、この簡易締結装置の各部の動作を示す動作説明図であり、同図(a)に示すように雄ネジであるボルト51に対しこの簡易締結装置をA方向へ挿入すると、同図(b)に示すごとく、Oリング4の付勢力に抗してネジ駒2およびネジ駒3が拡径方向に移動する。実際には、ボルト51のネジ山をネジ駒2、ネジ駒3の雌ネジのネジ山が乗り越えるたびに、ネジ駒2およびネジ駒3が図5(b)に(イ)で示す拡径方向と、(ロ)で示す縮径方向への移動を繰り返す。このため、雄ネジ挿通孔1bからボルト51を押し込むことで、回転させることなく自由にボルト51の所望の位置へこの簡易締結装置を配置することが出来る。この状態では、ネジ駒2およびネジ駒3の雌ネジがOリング4によりボルト51に圧接して、ボルト51に対し簡易締結装置はずり落ちることなく所望の位置に配置された状態を維持している。
そして、この簡易締結装置を配置した後、図5の(c)に示すようにネジ駒保持部材6のネジ駒保持穴6aをネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cに嵌合させることによりネジ駒2,3の拡径方向の移動は阻止され、一つのナットとして機能し、ネジ駒保持部材6または図5の(d)に示すように被締結部材にネジ駒保持穴6aが形成されているときには当該被締結部材を支えたり、締め付けたりすることが出来る。

以上のように、この第1の実施の形態によれば、ネジ駒保持部材6のネジ駒保持穴6aをネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cに嵌合させないかぎり、ボルト51を所望の位置へ回転させることなく自由に移動可能であるため、ボルト51への挿入、ボルト51を介しての部材の締め付け、ボルト51からの取り外しの際の作業性が向上し、さらにナットケース1、ネジ駒2,3、Oリング4、カバー体5および必要に応じてネジ駒保持部材6など合計6点程度の部品点数から構成されている簡単な構造であることからコストの上昇も抑制できる効果がある。

次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態を図について説明する。
図6は、第2の実施の形態による簡易締結装置の構成および各部の動作を示す構造図であり、本簡易締結装置のネジ駒保持部材6のネジ駒保持穴6aの内周面はテーパが付されたテーパ面として構成されている。また、ネジ駒保持穴6aと嵌合するネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cの外周面も、前記ネジ駒保持穴6aのテーパ面と合致するテーパが付されたテーパ面として構成されている。
本実施の形態の簡易締結装置では、前記第1の実施の形態の効果が得られるだけでなく、図6の(b)に示すようにネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cへのネジ駒保持部材6の嵌合が容易になると共に、同図(c)に示すようにテーパの効果によりネジ駒2,3の雌ネジ2b,3bがボルト51へ強く押さえつけられることとなり、ネジ駒保持部材6または被締結部材にネジ駒保持穴6aが形成されているときには当該被締結部材をより強固に締め付けることが出来、さらにネジの弛み止めの効果も期待できる。

次に、本発明の第3の実施の形態を図について説明する。
図7(a)は、第3の実施の形態による簡易締結装置の構成を示す構造図であり、図において2gはネジ駒2の大径部2dの外側周面に形成された弾性を有した弾性舌部、3gはネジ駒3の大径部3dの外側周面に形成された弾性を有した弾性舌部である。これら弾性舌部2g,3gの先端部は、ナットケース1の有底長穴1aの内側周面に当接しており、ネジ駒2,3をその雌ネジの縮径方向に付勢するとともに一体化している。

なお、図7の(b)に示すように、弾性舌部1e,1fをナットケース1の有底長穴1aの内側周面に構成するようにしてもよい。この場合、弾性舌部1e,1fの先端部は、ネジ駒2,3の大径部の外側周面へ当接し、ネジ駒2,3をその雌ネジの縮径方向に付勢するとともに一体化する。

次に、本発明の第4の実施の形態を図について説明する。
図8は、第4の実施の形態による簡易締結装置の構成を示す構造図である。この簡易締結装置では、ネジ駒保持部材6のネジ駒保持穴6aに嵌合凹部6bを構成し、またネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cに嵌合凸部2f,3fを構成する。
そして、図8の(a)に示すようにネジ駒保持穴6aをネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cに対し図中(ハ)の方向に押し込むことにより、嵌合凹部6bへ嵌合凸部2f,3fが嵌合されて一つのナットとして機能する。同図(b)はこの状態を示している。

本実施の形態の簡易締結装置では、ネジ駒保持部材6のネジ駒保持穴6aに構成された嵌合凹部6bへネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cに構成された嵌合凸部2f,3fが嵌合された状態では、ネジ駒保持部材6はネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cからは容易に外れなくなるため、被締結部材の形状、状態にかかわらず確実に一つのナットとして機能する状態を維持することが可能になる効果がある。

次に、第5の実施の形態を図について説明する。
図9は、第5の実施の形態による簡易締結装置の構成を示す構造図である。この簡易締結装置では、前記第4の実施の形態における嵌合凹部6b、嵌合凸部2f,3fを構成するとともに、ネジ駒保持部材6に仮保持用の突起6dを構成し、さらにカバー体5の端部へ前記突起6dと係合する係止部5bを構成し、ネジ駒保持部材6がカバー体5、ナットケース1の側面に沿って移動可能に構成する。そして、ネジ駒保持部材6が係止部5bによりカバー体5へ係止された状態で、ネジ駒保持部材6をカバー体5へ仮保持できるようにする。なお、この状態では図9の(a)に示すようにネジ駒2,3は拡径方向へ移動可能である。

本実施の形態の簡易締結装置では、ネジ駒保持部材6は簡易締結装置本体へ仮保持されているので、ネジ駒保持部材6と簡易締結装置本体とを一体物として扱うことが出来、ネジ駒保持部材6の紛失を防止でき、携帯も容易になり、作業性を向上できる効果がある。

次に、第6の実施の形態を図について説明する。
図13は、第6の実施の形態による簡易締結装置の構成および各部の動作を示す構造図である。この簡易締結装置では、ナットケース1内に、弾性体7を介してネジ駒2,3を押す固定駒8が設けられている。ネジ駒2,3には円錐形状の凸部2r,3rが構成され、また固定駒8には前記ネジ駒2,3に構成された円錐形状の凸部2r,3rと合致する円錐形状の凹部8aが構成されている。

本簡易締結装置では、簡易締結装置本体をA方向へ移動させ、ボルト51が簡易締結装置本体に押し込まれると、Oリング4の付勢力に抗してネジ駒2,3が拡径方向に移動する。実際にはボルト51のネジ山をネジ駒2,3のネジ山が越えるたびに、ネジ駒2,3は図13の(b)に(イ)で示す拡径方向および(ロ)で示す縮径方向の移動を繰り返すので、押し込むだけでよく簡易締結装置本体を回す必要はない。簡易締結装置本体をA方向へと押し込んでいくと、相手部材61に固定駒8の下端が当接し、固定駒8が上方へ移動し、ネジ駒2,3の円錐形状の凸部2r,3rが固定駒8の円錐形状の凹部8aと嵌合する。その後、固定駒8の円錐形状の凹部8aによりネジ駒2,3の拡径方向の移動は阻止され、1つのナットとして機能し、相手部材を支持したり締め付けることが出来る。また、円錐形状の凸部2r,3rが固定駒8の円錐形状の凹部8aと嵌合するため、弛み止めの効果もある。

次に、第7の実施の形態を図について説明する。
図14は、第7の実施の形態による簡易締結装置の構成および各部の動作を示す構造図である。この簡易締結装置では、ナットケース1内に、円錐形状の凹部5rが構成されたカバー体5によリ、弾性体7を介してネジ駒2,3が収納されている。ネジ駒2,3には、カバー体5の円錐形状の凹部5rと嵌合する円錐形状の凸部2r,3rが構成されている。

本簡易締結装置では、簡易締結装置本体を図14(a)のA方向へ移動させ、ボルト51が簡易締結装置本体に押し込まれると、Oリング4の付勢力に抗してネジ駒2,3が拡径方向に移動する。実際にはボルト51のネジ山をネジ駒2,3のネジ山が越えるたびに、ネジ駒2,3は図14の(b)に(イ)で示す拡径方向および(ロ)で示す縮径方向の移動を繰り返すので、押し込むだけでボルト51へ簡易締結装置本体を装着でき回す必要はない。簡易締結装置本体を図14に示すA方向へ押し込んでいくと、相手部材61にネジ駒2,3の下端が当接し、ネジ駒2,3が上方へ移動し、ネジ駒2,3の円錐形状の凸部2r,3r、カバー体5の円錐形状の凹部5rと嵌合する。その後、カバー体5の円錐形状の凹部5rによりネジ駒2,3の拡径方向の移動は阻止されて1つのナットとして機能し、相手部材61を支持したり、締め付けることが出来る。本例においても弛み止めの効果がある。

図10、図11、図12は、以上説明した各実施の形態の簡易締結装置の用途例を示す説明図である。
蛍光灯を取り付けるには、従来、図10に示すように天井裏(階上の床)に固定されているボルト51に、蛍光灯のフレーム50の穴を通し、その後、ナット52を用いて蛍光灯を固定する作業手順になる。この場合、ナット52を回す作業が面倒であり、さらに高所作業であることから安全面での問題もある。
このような作業において以上説明した各実施の形態の簡易締結装置を用いる場合には、前記蛍光灯のフレーム50の穴をネジ駒保持穴とすることにより、ボルト51に前記ネジ駒保持穴である前記蛍光灯のフレーム50の穴を通し、簡易締結装置本体のネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cに前記蛍光灯のフレーム50の穴を嵌合させるだけで蛍光灯の取り付けは完了する。なお、この状態で蛍光灯の高さの微調整を行うときには、簡易締結装置本体を回すことにより行う。

また、天井を取り付けるには、従来、図11に示すように前段階として天井裏(階上の床)に固定されているボルト51に天井を支えるハンガー53を取り付けるが、前記蛍光灯と同様にボルト51へ前記ハンガー53の固定用穴を通しナット52で固定しており、ナット52を回すという作葉が面倒であり、さらに高所作業であることから安全面での問題もある。
このような作業において以上説明した各実施の形態の簡易締結装置を用いる場合には、前記ハンガー53の固定用穴をネジ駒保持穴とすることにより、ボルト51に前記ハンガー53の固定用穴を通した後、簡易締結装置本体をボルト51へ通し、ネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cにハンガー53の固定用穴を嵌合させるだけで、ハンガー53の取り付けは完了する。なお、ハンガー53の高さの微詔整は、簡易締結装置本体を回すことにより行う。

また、排水管の配管工事は、図12に示すように床から直立しているボルト51に、排水管54を支持するバンド55とナット52を使用して取り付けるが、排水管54の勾配を考慮しながらの取り付けとなるので、ナット52を回して高さ調整しなければならず、極めて面倒な作業である。
このような作業において以上説明した各実施の形態の簡易締結装置を用いる場合には、バンド55の固定用穴をネジ駒保持穴とすることにより、簡易締結装置本体をボルト52へ通し、高さを概略調整した後、バンド55の固定用穴をボルト52へ通し簡易締結装置本体のネジ駒2,3の小径部2c,3cにバンド55の固定用穴を嵌合させるだけで、バンド55の取り付けは完了する。なお排水管54の勾配の微調整は簡易締結装置本体を回すことにより行うことが出来る。
なお、上記した用途の他にも、天井裏の電気配線の支持、ダクトの取り付け等その用途は広い。

【発明の効果】
以上のように、本発明によれば、雌ネジが形成された複数のネジ駒と、該複数のネジ駒を前記雌ネジの縮径方向に付勢するとともに一体化するネジ駒一体化手段と、該ネジ駒一体化手段により一体化された前記複数の各ネジ駒を拡径方向と平行な方向に移動可能に収納し、前記ネジ駒の雌ネジと螺合する雄ネジが挿通される雄ネジ挿通孔が形成された雌ネジケースと、前記ネジ駒と係合可能に前記雌ねじケースに取り付けられ、前記係合によりネジ駒の拡径方向への移動を拘束する拘束部材とを備えているので、雄ネジを雄ネジ挿通孔へ押し込むと前記複数の各ネジ駒は雌ネジの径方向に移動して前記雄ネジの所望の位置への自由な移動が可能になり、またネジ駒の拡径方向への移動を拘束する拘束部材を備えていることから、各ネジ駒の拡径方向の移動が拘束されて前記各ネジ駒は1つの雌ネジ体として機能するため、雄ネジへの挿入、雄ネジを介しての部材の締め付け、雄ネジからの取り外しの際の作業性が向上し、さらに簡単な構造によりコストの上昇も抑制できる効果がある。

雌ネジが形成された複数のネジ駒と、
該複数のネジ駒を前記雌ネジの縮径方向に付勢するとともに一体化するネジ駒一体化手段と、
該ネジ駒一体化手段により一体化された前記複数の各ネジ駒を拡径方向と平行な方向に移動可能に収納し、前記ネジ駒の雌ネジと螺合する雄ネジが挿通される雄ネジ挿通孔が形成された雌ネジケースと、
前記ネジ駒と係合可能となっており、当該係合によりネジ駒の拡径方向への移動を拘束する拘束部材とを備えていることを特徴とする簡易締結装置。
