本発明は、クリップの軸筒への取り付け構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
1例として、実開昭61−71490号公報に記載されている第4図並びに第5図がある。具体的に説明すると、軸体104の後部には、縮径された挾持部105が形成されている。そして、その挾持部105には、筆記具用クリップ101の挾持用爪102、103が囲繞するようにして取り付けられている。

【本発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述した従来技術にあっては、使用する度に、クリップ101が後部に移動してしまい、逐一、前方に移動し復元しなければならず煩わしいものであり、ややもすると、挾持部105の後端から脱落してしまうこともあった。ちなみに、使用の際には、クリップ101の前端が軸体104からはなれる方向に拡開され、その拡開の作用がクリップの後退動作に影響し、また、軸体に対するクリップの横振れなどもクリップの後退動作に影響している。尚、横振れの角度が大ききと、クリップが後退する以前に挾持用爪102、103が大きく拡開してしまい、軸体から脱落してしまう場合もある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、軸筒のクリップを取り付ける部分に溝部を形成し、該溝部の対向する2箇所に非溝部を形成するとともに、その非溝部に前記溝部と連結する連結溝部を形成し、また、前記溝部に前記クリップの挾持部を囲繞するよう取り付けるとともに、クリップの基部、並びに、クリップの挟持部の端部を前記2箇所の非溝部に各々当接せしめ、さらに、前記クリップの本体部分を板状となし、そのクリップ本体部分の前記挾持部側の端部を折曲せしめ、その端部を前記連結溝部まで延設形成するとともに、前記軸筒の溝部の幅をクリップの挟持部の幅よりも広く形成したことを要旨とする。

【実施例】
図1〜図6に1例を示す。軸筒1のクリップ2が取り付けられる外周部分には、溝部3が形成されているが、対向する2箇所には非溝部(前方非溝部4、後方非溝部5)が形成されており、よって、前記溝部3は側面方向に形成された2箇所の溝部から構成されている。しかし、前記前方非溝部4の上方部においては、前記溝部3と同等の深さの連結溝部6が形成されている。
一方、前記クリップ2は、平板状のクリップ本体7と、そのクリップ本体7の上部から内側(軸筒1の方向)に向け直角方向に折り曲げ形成された基部8、9と、その基部8、9から連続的に湾曲形成され、前記軸筒1の溝部2に囲繞するように挟着する挾持部10、11と、前記クリップ本体7の上部が軸筒1の方向に折曲せしめられた折曲部12とから構成されている。

前記クリップ2が取り付けられる溝部3の幅Aは、クリップ2の挾持部10、11の幅Bよりも若干広く形成されており、よって、クリップ2を軸筒1の溝部3に取り付けた際には、若干の隙間Cが形成される。この隙間Cは、製品寸法のばらつき、特に、前記折曲部12の弾性復元力による弾性復帰や、クリップを加工(切断)する際に発生するバリの突起などを考慮してのことである。
また、クリップ2の挾持部10、11は、その両端部が前記後方非溝部5の段部5aに当接している(図6参照)。この当接によって、軸筒1に対するクリップ2の回転が防止されているが、前記基部8、9の軸筒1との接触部分も前記前方非接触部4の段部4aに当接しているため、この当接によって、更にクリップ2の軸筒1に対する回転が防止されている。

前記クリップ2の平板状のクリップ本体7の後部を折曲せしめることによって形成されている平板状の折曲部12の端部は、前記連結溝部6の外周面部13の近傍に位置しているが、当接するまで延設形成してもよい。これも折曲部12などの寸法のばらつきを考慮してのことである。
ここで、前記クリップ2は、金属の板体をプレスなどで順次打ち抜き加工をしながら、
曲げ加工を行い、基部や挾持部、折曲部を形成すると言った加工方法(一般的には、順送と言われている加工方法)などで形成されている。

次に、作用について説明する。クリップ2の後退動作は、溝部3によって形成された鍔部14によって阻止され、また、クリップ2を左右方向に捻じった(振った)際には、折曲部12の端部の天面15の1部が鍔部14に当接し、その捻じり(横振れ)が阻止される。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、軸筒のクリップを取り付ける部分に溝部を形成し、該溝部の対向する2箇所に非溝部を形成するとともに、その非溝部に前記溝部と連結する連結溝部を形成し、また、前記溝部に前記クリップの挾持部を囲繞するよう取り付けるとともに、クリップの基部、並びに、クリップの挟持部の端部を前記2箇所の非溝部に各々当接せしめ、さらに、前記クリップの本体部分を板状となし、そのクリップ本体部分の前記挾持部側の端部を折曲せしめ、その端部を前記連結溝部まで延設形成するとともに、前記軸筒の溝部の幅をクリップの挟持部の幅よりも広く形成したので、クリップの軸筒に対する移動は勿論、軸筒からの脱落をも防止することができる。
