本発明は、産業用無人ヘリコプターを運ぶためのキャリング装置に関するものである。

従来より、薬剤散布用の産業用無人ヘリコプターは知られている。
そして、従来、このヘリコプターを運ぶときには、把持部を有する棒状のキャリングバーをヘリコプターの機体にノブネジなどで取り付け、それによって運んでいた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ノブネジでキャリングバーを取り付けるものであると、締め付けるのが主にヘリコプターの機体下側からなので締めづらく、また、ネジ式のため、取り付けるのに時間がかかり、作業時間のロスにつながっていた。また、その取付位置が高いために積み込み作業もしづらかった。
そこで、本発明は、産業用無人ヘリコプターに簡単に装着することができて、使用性のよいキャリング装置を得ることを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上のような目的を達成するために、本発明は、次のような産業用無人ヘリコプター用キャリング装置を提供するものである。すなわち、産業用無人ヘリコプターを運ぶための把持部と係合部とからなるキャリング装置であって、その係合部は、前記ヘリコプターのスキッドの内側下部に筒状の軸芯が機体前後方向になるように設けられた支持部に回動自在に支持される枢支部と、前記ヘリコプターの前記スキッドに係止され、外れ防止手段であるストッパープレートが設けられている係止部とを備え、前記枢支部の先端は、筒状の前記支持部に挿通しやすいように側面視テーパー状に形成され、支持プレートと前記ストッパープレートは互いに対向するように平行に設けるとともに、前記支持部は、スキッドパイプを前記スキッドに取り付ける取付部材と一体的に設けることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明するが、本発明は、本発明の精神の範囲内において適宜設計変更可能なものである。
図1は本発明にかかるキャリング装置を装着したヘリコプター全体を示す概略斜視図であり、図2はヘリコプターのスキッドに装着するキャリング装置の概略斜視図である。また、図3はキャリング装置の装着動作説明図であり、図4はストッパープレートの取付方の別実施例を示す正面図、図5はキャリング装置の別実施例を示す概略斜視図である。

図1、図2で示すように、本発明にかかるキャリング装置は棒状のパイプ体をコ字状に屈曲形成して、装着時にはヘリコプター(1)のスキッドパイプ(2)と平行になるハンドリング部(11)を有する把持部(10)と、把持部(10)の開放している両先端部に設けられる係合部(12)とで構成されており、係合部(12)は、把持部(10)の両先端部に略中央部が固設される支持プレート(13)と、支持プレート(13)の一端部に突設されてヘリコプター(1)のスキッド(3)に設けられた筒状の支持部(4)に回動可能に挿通される突起状の枢支部(14)と、支持プレート(13)の枢支部(14)と同じ側の他端部に突設されてスキッド(3)に係止される、先端に外れ防止手段であるストッパープレート(16)が固設された係止部(15)とで構成されている。

突起状枢支部(14)の先端は筒状の支持部(4)に挿通しやすいように側面視テーパー状に形成され、支持プレート(13)とストッパープレート(16)は互いに対向するように平行に設けられている。そして、その支持プレート(13)とストッパープレート(16)の間隔、即ち係止部(15)の長さはスキッド(3)の幅とほぼ同じか、それよりもやや長めに形成されている。
また、支持部(4)はヘリコプター(1)のスキッド(3)の内側下部に筒状の軸芯が機体前後方向になるように設けられており、図示のものはスキッドパイプ(2)をスキッド(3)に取り付ける取付部材(5)と一体的に設けられるとともに、スキッド(3)の幅とほぼ同じ長さに形成されている。
このように取付部材(5)と一体的に支持部(4)を設けると、別途支持部材を設けなくて済むので部品点数の削減が図れ、機体の軽量化が図れる。

キャリング装置は以上のような構成になっており、次にその装着工程を説明すると、図2で示すように、まず、支持部(4)に枢支部(14)を機体前後方向から挿通する。そして、図3で示すように、枢支部(14)をヒンジの中心としてそのまま把持部(10)を上方へ回動させる。すると、支持プレート(13)とストッパープレート(16)とでスキッド(3)を機体前後方向から挟み込むような形になり、ストッパープレート(16)によって、キャリング装置がスキッド(3)から容易に外れるのが防止される。しかして、枢支部(14)は支持部(4)から容易に外れないような長さに形成することが望ましく、支持部(4)とほぼ同じ長さに形成するのが望ましい。また、支持プレート(13)は把持部(10)の先端に対してやや傾斜させて固着することが望ましく、その方が把持部(10)の回動範囲を狭められる。なお、このキャリング装置は左右一対のものであり、機体の左右両側からヘリコプター(1)を支持して運搬するようになっている。

また、ストッパープレート(16)は係止部(15)に溶接して固定するのが望ましいが、これ以外にも、図4(A)で示すように、ボルト(17)によって係止部(15)に固定するか、図4(B)で示すように、係止部(15)にストッパープレート(16)を挿嵌した後、その外側に突出している係止部(15)の孔にスナップピン(18)などの止め具を挿通して固定してもよい。
なお、図示のストッパープレート(16)の形状は円板状だが、これに限定されるものではなく、また、図2、図3のキャリング装置はヘリコプター(1)の左側に装着する様子を示しているが、右側に装着する場合も同様である。
また、このキャリング装置において、支持部(4)に枢支部(14)を挿通する方向は機体前後方向どちらからでもよいので、右用、左用の区別は特にない。

また、把持部(10)を回動してスキッド(3)を支持プレート(13)とストッパープレート(16)とで挟み込むようにしたとき、枢支部(14)によって、支持部(4)にスキッド(3)に向かう方向に力がかかるが、支持部(4)はスキッド(3)の内側下部に設けられているので、その力のかかる方向に対して強度上有利になっており、スキッド(3)の外側に設ける場合よりも支持部 (4)の強度アップを図らなくても済むようになって、いたずらに機体重量が重くなるのが防止されている。
その他、図5で示すように、把持部(10)の係合部(12)とは反対側でハンドリング部(11)と直交する方向にグリップ(19)を延設すると、ヘリコプター(1)を持ち上げるときに力が入れやすくなって、作業性が向上する。なお、このキャリング装置は支持プレート(13)が把持部(10)に一体的に形成されている。

以上、何れにしても本発明のキャリング装置は、ヘリコプターのスキッドに、別途取付部材を必要としないで簡単に目で見ながら装着することができるため、使用性が大変よく、作業時間のロスを大いに解消することができる。
また、キャリング装置をスキッドに装着したとき、把持部のハンドリング部がヘリコプターの下面より20cm〜25cm位の高さ位置になるので、ヘリコプターを運搬する軽トラックなどの専用移動車の荷台高さが地上から70cm前後であることを考慮しても合計で90cm〜95cm位になり、作業者は楽な姿勢で把持できるとともに、力も入れやすい。
また、左右両側のそれぞれのスキッドに装着するものであるため、左右のスキッドパイプ間にばらつきがあっても支障なく装着することができ、ヘリコプターの片側で容易に1人で作業ができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、産業用無人ヘリコプターを運ぶためのキャリング装置を、別途取付部材を必要としないで簡単に装着することができる。したがって、使用性が大変よく、作業時間のロスを大いに解消することができる。
また、運搬中にキャリング装置が容易に外れるような不都合もなく、ヘリコプターの重量が重くなるような不都合もない。
