Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a wall base material made of gypsum board and a building interior wall structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The interior walls of buildings are generally finished by pasting wallpaper (cross) on a plasterboard. Specifically, first, curing (drying) is performed by smoothing the screw holes of the gypsum board and the unevenness of the joint portion by putty treatment. The wallpaper is a roll with a width of about 3 m or 1 m, glued on the back side, and pasted on the cured gypsum board.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since the wallpaper is completely adhered by gluing, the surface of the gypsum board will be peeled off if the adhesive (adhesive) is too strong when the wallpaper is peeled off by renovation etc. become. In addition, glue may be harmful to the human body.
[0004]
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a wall surface material, a wall base material, and a building indoor wall structure capable of finishing an indoor wall without using glue (adhesive). .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The wall surface material has one side of the hook-and-loop fastener formed on a part or the whole of the back surface. The wall base material of the present invention is a wall base material to which a wall surface material is attached, wherein the main body portion of the wall base material is made of gypsum board, and the other side of the hook-and-loop fastener is at least on the four side edges of the main body portion. A frame member that is a part to be bonded and that forms a bonding surface portion that does not peel off even if the other side is peeled off is mounted.
[0006]
If it is this composition, the other side of a hook_and_loop | surface fastener will be adhere | attached on the adhesion part of a wall base material, and one side of the hook_and_loop | surface fastener which exists in the back surface of the said wall surface material by pressing a wall surface material with respect to this other side And the other side are entangled with each other to form a mounting state and finish the wall. On the other hand, since the wall surface material is mounted with a hook-and-loop fastener in remodeling, etc., the wall surface material can be removed without difficulty, and even if the other side is peeled off from the bonding surface portion, no peeling occurs on the bonding surface portion. Therefore, the wall base material does not become waste material. Also, the wall surface material can be removed and then mounted again after being removed. Moreover, since the adhesive can be made unnecessary in attaching the wall surface material to the wall base material, the problem of volatile organic compounds (VOC) can also be solved.
[0008]
The bonding surface portion and the main body portion may be flush with each other, or the main body portion may be more convex. According to this, the clearance gap produced between a wall surface material and the said main-body part can be eliminated or decreased.
[0009]
The building interior wall structure according to the present invention is characterized in that the above-described wall surface material is attached to any of the above-described wall base materials.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a wall surface material, a wall base material, and a building indoor wall structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, in the building interior wall structure of this embodiment, a wall base material 1 is attached to a stud (steel stud) 2, 2, and wallpaper (cross) 3 is attached to the wall base material 1. The wall is finished by pasting.
[0012]
The wallpaper 3 has a pattern as a wallpaper on the front surface, and a female side 5A of a hook-and-loop fastener is formed on the entire back surface, which is cut out from a roll. The female side 5A of the hook-and-loop fastener is thin, and is attached to the back surface of the wallpaper 3 with, for example, an adhesive.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 2A, the wall base material 1 is composed of a main body portion 1a made of gypsum board, and a metal frame member 1b having a U-shaped cross section mounted on the main body portion 1a. The frame member 1b forms a bonding surface portion to which the male side sheet 5B of the surface fastener is bonded at the four side edges of the main body portion 1a. The male side sheet 5B has a male side structure on its front surface and an adhesive surface on the back surface. Further, a thin sheet is used as the male side sheet 5B.
[0014]
When the wallpaper 3 is peeled off, as a matter of course, it is ideal that the female side 5A formed on the back surface of the wallpaper 3 is detached from the male side sheet 5B. Therefore, it is desirable that the back surface adhesive strength of the male side sheet 5B is stronger than the bonding force between the female side 5A and the male side sheet 5B. Here, when the adhesive strength of the back surface of the male side sheet 5B is increased, if the male side sheet 5B is directly adhered to the gypsum board as the main body 1a, the male side sheet 5B is peeled off together when the wallpaper 3 is peeled off. The gypsum board surface may be peeled off, but such peeling can be avoided by using the frame member 1b as a bonding surface portion.
[0015]
FIG. 2B shows a modification of the building interior wall structure. In the wall base material 1 ′ used in this structure, the surface of the frame member 1b forming the bonding surface portion and the surface of the main body portion 1a ′ are flush with each other. In the structure shown in FIG. 2A, a gap corresponding to the thickness of the frame member 1b and the male side sheet 5B is generated between the back surface of the wallpaper 3 and the main body 1a. ), The gap can be narrowed. In addition to being flush with each other as described above, the main body 1a ′ may be convex with respect to the surface of the frame member 1b. The degree of this protrusion is the thickness of the male side sheet 5B. According to this, the clearance gap between the back surface of the wallpaper 3 and main-body part 1a 'can be almost eliminated.
[0016]
As described above, with the above configuration, the male side sheet 5B of the hook-and-loop fastener is bonded to the bonding surface portion (the surface of the frame member 1b) of the wall base material 1, and the wallpaper 3 is applied to the male side sheet 5B. By pressing, the female side 5A of the hook-and-loop fastener present on the back surface of the wallpaper 3 and the male side sheet 5B are coupled to each other to form a mounting state and finish the wall. On the other hand, since the wallpaper 3 is attached with a hook-and-loop fastener in remodeling or the like, the wallpaper 3 can be removed without difficulty, and even if the male side sheet 5B is peeled off from the bonding surface portion, the wall surface 3 is not peeled off. Since it does not occur, the wall base material 1 is not scrapped. Further, the wallpaper 3 can be removed and then mounted again after being removed. Moreover, since the adhesive can be made unnecessary in attaching the wallpaper 3 to the wall base material 1, the problem of the volatile organic compound (VOC) can be solved.
[0017]
In addition, in the said Example, although the surface of the frame member was used as the surface part for adhesion | attachment, it is possible to form the surface part which can be peeled easily in a wall base material, and to make this into the surface part for adhesion | attachment for the male side sheet | seat 5B. That is, if the adhesive strength between the wall base material and the male side sheet 5B is strong, peeling off occurs in the wall base material when the male side sheet 5B is peeled off, thereby making it easier to peel off the male side sheet 5B. Stripping of the wall base material can be prevented. Of course, in this case, it goes without saying that an adhesive force sufficient to hold the wallpaper 3 is obtained. In this case, when the wallpaper 3 is peeled off during the renovation, the male sheet 5B is peeled off together. However, the male sheet 5B may be peeled off from the wallpaper 3 and adhered to the wall base material again. Further, if it is difficult to bond the male side sheet 5B again, a new one may be used as the male side sheet 5B. Since the wallpaper 3 itself does not have an adhesive surface for adhesion, no problem occurs even when the wallpaper 3 is cleaned.
[0018]
Moreover, although the metal frame member 1b was used as a frame member, it is not restricted to metal. Further, the relationship between the male side and the female side of the hook-and-loop fastener may be reversed.
[0019]
Moreover, although the wallpaper 3 was shown as a wall surface material, it is not restricted to this, It is good also as a panel body. For example, it is good also as a panel body using the board | plate of wood type | system | group (for example, a wooden board or a cork-like body), ceramics, metal, or these composite boards. In the case of this panel body, the size may be substantially the same as the size of the wall base material 1, or it may be smaller than this and mounted in a large number. In the case of mounting a large number, it is conceivable to form the bonding surface portion (the surface of the frame member, the peelable surface portion, a combination thereof, etc.) in a lattice shape corresponding to the size. When the wall surface material is the roll-shaped wallpaper 3, it is desirable that one side of the hook-and-loop fastener is formed on the entire back surface. However, when the wall surface material is a regular wallpaper or the panel body, for example, an edge portion It may be formed in a part such as only. The wallpaper may be pasted horizontally so as to straddle the joint. Moreover, the wall surface material, wall base material, and building interior wall structure of the present invention can be applied not only to the side walls of living rooms and corridors, but also to ceiling walls.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the wall surface material is mounted with a hook-and-loop fastener, it is possible to remove the wall surface material without difficulty in reforming and the like, and the hook-and-loop fastener is removed from the bonding surface portion. Even if it peels off, no peeling occurs on the bonding surface portion, so that the wall base material does not become a waste material. Also, the wall surface material can be removed and then mounted again after being removed. Moreover, since the adhesive can be made unnecessary by attaching the wall surface material to the wall base material, the problem of the volatile organic compound can be solved.
