Description

The present invention relates to an electric hot water storage container that heats a content liquid to boil or keep warm, store the hot water for use, and is used for an electric pot for home use.

In this type of electric hot water storage container, the inner container for storing the hot water is accommodated in the outer case from the opening of the shoulder portion, and the outer peripheral upper portion of the inner container is placed on the opening of the shoulder portion of the outer case and suspended. It is known that the bottom part of the inner container and the bottom part of the outer case are connected by using a screw inserted from below the bottom part, and the bottom part of the inner case is attracted between the bottom parts and the inner container is fixed to the outer case. (For example, refer to Patent Documents 1 and 2.) In both cases, using a substantially Z-shaped fitting that is formed at both ends with oppositely bent connecting pieces, the connecting piece at one end is screwed to the connecting part provided by welding to the bottom of the inner container from below. Thus, the connecting piece that is the lower end is connected to the bottom of the outer case by a screw inserted from below. With such a Z-shaped connecting bracket, both the screwing of the connecting piece at the upper end and the screw connection by the connecting piece at the lower end can be performed without interfering with each other from the same side, that is, the lower side. It can also be solved, which is advantageous for assembly and disassembly repair.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 08-131332 JP 2002-369747 A

By the way, between the bottom of the inner container and the bottom of the outer container, there is a difference in the height of the required space depending on what is placed there and how it is installed. The space height is about twice that described in Document 2. In addition, there is a specification that the outer case is shared by inner containers having different heights, and thus the space height may be further increased.

For this reason, if only using the Z-shaped connecting bracket as described above, the leg length increases in proportion to the space height, and as shown in Patent Documents 1 and 2, the lower end connecting piece and the outer case The connection between the bottom and the bottom of the joint is completed with the margin of tightening, and the bottoms can be sufficiently pulled without being affected by the tension of the connection fittings. It is difficult to guarantee the rigidity against deformation, kinking, elongation, etc. when subjected to external force or impact by dropping, and the displacement and deformation between the inner container and the outer case can also be helped to play the connection between them and the inner container It is conceivable that the suspended fixed state is loosened and water leaks from the suspended portion of the inner container at the shoulder opening into the body without noticing this.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric hot water storage container in which the space between the bottom of the inner container and the outer case is increased or increased, and the suspended state of the inner container is less likely to loosen.

The electric hot water storage container of the present invention stores an inner container that is heated and stored by heating the content liquid with a heater and stored for use in the outer case from the opening of its shoulder, and the outer peripheral upper portion of the inner container is accommodated. Place and hang on the opening of the shoulder of the outer case, and connect the bottom of the inner container and the bottom of the outer case using screws inserted from below the bottom to attract the bottom of the inner container. A container fixed to the outer case is provided, a vertical spacer is attached to the horizontal connecting piece at the lower end of the connecting member extending downward from the bottom of the inner container, and the spacer and the bottom of the outer case are connected by the screw. The basic configuration is that the inner container is fixed to the outer case.

In such a basic configuration, the connecting member extends downward from the bottom of the inner container and is connected to the bottom of the outer case using the connecting piece at the lower end, and only the vertical spacer attached to the connecting piece at the lower end. The required length with respect to the height of the space between the bottom of the inner container and the outer case is shortened, so that a decrease in rigidity against deformation or kinking due to the length is suppressed, and the spacer is straight from the lower end connecting piece of the connecting member. As a simple and rigid straight body that only extends downward, the lower end connecting piece has the same position as the lower end connecting piece, the lower end has the same connecting part, and the connection with the bottom of the outer case by a screw is inserted from the bottom. This can be achieved without impairing the assembling property and decomposability, and without impairing the rigidity against deformation and kinking.

A feature of the electric hot water storage container of the present invention is that at least a double washer is applied to a portion of the bottom surface of the outer case where the screw is passed, and the outer washer in contact with the screw head is attached. In contrast, the inner washer is soft and has an elastic restoring force against compression .
According to such a feature, the surface pressure between the screw side due to the screw connection between the spacer and the bottom of the outer case and the bottom of the outer case expands from the head area of the screw to the area of the double washer. In addition, between the outer washer and the bottom lower surface of the outer case, the outer washer is softer than the outer washer and is obtained with compression against the inner washer having an elastic restoring force against compression. The inner container and the outer case are connected to the connecting structural material formed by the screws, spacers, and connecting members, which can receive the displacement force in the lateral direction between the bottom of the inner container and the outer case, which can be dropped and work for a moment. It is easier to prevent plastic deformation accompanying elongation between the bottoms of the steel.

In the further configuration, the connection by the screw is performed with compression between the outer washer of the inner washer and the bottom of the outer case,
The surface pressure can be reliably obtained by suppressing escape due to the softness of the inner washer and having a restoring force against compression. Even when there is a plastic deformation accompanied by an elongation or a deformation or a displacement such that the bottom interval of the inner container and the outer case is reduced, the surface pressure is still secured by filling the shrinkage by restoring from the compressed state. Play can be prevented.

In a further configuration, the amount of compression of the inner washer is greater than or equal to the amount of play of the connection that may occur during handling of the vessel.
The inner washer is always used in any case where there is a plastic deformation with an extension of the connecting structural member due to contact with or dropping of the container body, or a deformation or a displacement such that the bottom interval between the inner container and the outer case is reduced. It is possible to reliably prevent play in the connection due to the restoration from the compressed state.

Further objects and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and drawings. Each feature of the present invention can be used alone or in combination in various combinations as much as possible.

According to the electric hot water storage container of the present invention, even if the height of the space between the bottom of the inner container and the outer case is increased, the connection with the bottom of the outer case by the screw inserted from below is conventionally assembled and disassembled. Even if there is an external force or impact caused by hitting or dropping the container, the inner container is not damaged. It is possible to prevent the suspended holding state from being loosened and causing water leakage into the body.

In particular, the surface pressure between the screw side by connection and the bottom of the outer case works in the double washer surface area, with pressure on the inner washer between the outer washer and the bottom bottom of the outer case, The lateral displacement force between the inner container and the bottom of the outer case can be flexibly and reliably received to prevent the plastic deformation of the connecting structural member, in particular, the elongation, thereby ensuring the stability of the connection.

According to a further configuration, the connection by the screw is performed with compression between the outer washer of the inner washer and the bottom of the outer case,
While the surface pressure is reliably obtained by suppressing the escape by the inner washer, the inner side of the connecting structural material should be deformed in the event of plastic deformation or expansion of the bottom of the inner container and the outer case. It is possible to secure the surface pressure by filling the washer by compressing and restoring the washer, and to make it difficult for the inner container to be held and fixed.

According to a further configuration, the amount of compression of the inner washer is greater than or equal to the amount of play of the connection that may occur during handling of the vessel.
Prevents loosening of the inner container suspension and fixing by compressing and restoring the inner washer in any case where the connecting structural material is plastically deformed with any elongation or shrinks in the bottom interval of the inner container and the outer case. Can be secured.

Hereinafter, an electric pot according to an embodiment of the electric hot water storage container of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5 for the understanding of the present invention.

As shown in FIG. 1, the electric pot of the present embodiment has an inner container 2 that heats the content liquid with a heater 4 to boil or keep it warm and store it for use. The member 16 is accommodated from above through the opening 20 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, and the outer peripheral upper part 2 a of the inner container 2 is placed on the inner peripheral step 20 a of the opening 20 of the shoulder member 16 of the outer case 1. The bottom portion 2b of the inner container 2 and the bottom portion 1a of the outer case 1 are connected using the screw 21 shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 to 5 inserted from below the bottom portion 1a to connect the bottom portions 2b and 1a. It has a basic configuration including a container 3 that attracts the space and fixes the inner container 2 to the outer case 1.

More specifically, as shown in FIG. 1, the inner container 2 adopts a stainless steel vacuum double container and forms an outward flange-type outer peripheral upper portion 2 a at the upper end, and is in the middle of the inner periphery of the opening 20. It is placed on the stepped portion 20a facing upward via a seal packing 22 so that it can be suspended and fixed so as not to leak water. The seal packing 22 is mounted so as to be wrapped around the outer peripheral upper portion 2a, but may be mounted on the stepped portion 20a. However, the inner container 2 may be a single container, and the suspension structure to the outer case 1 can be variously changed. The heater 4 is applied to the lower surface of the single bottom part 2c provided leaving the peripheral part of the bottom part 2b of the inner container 2 so that the content liquid can be efficiently heated without obstructing the vacuum double part 2d. Metal fittings 23 are attached by welding or the like to several places in the circumferential direction of the annular bottom portion 2b surrounding the single bottom portion 2c, and a metal heat shield 24 covering the underside of the heater 4 is screwed to the fittings 23 with screws 25. The heater 4 is pressure-bonded to the single bottom portion 2 c by a pressing structure portion 26 made of a spring plate or a contact plate provided between the heat shield plate 24 and the heater 4.

The inner container 2 extends from the single bottom part 2c, rises between the inner container 2 and the body of the outer case 1, and has a discharge port 6 at the tip of the container 3 that protrudes from the upper part of the container 3 to the outside of the container 3. 7, the user operates the electric pump 15 or the manual pump 10 by the key operation on the operation panel 9 on the overhanging portion 5 or the pressing plate 10 a on the upper surface of the body lid 18 that opens and closes the body 3. The liquid content is discharged out of the container through the discharge path 7 so that it can be used. Further, an operation / display system board box 8 corresponding to the operation panel 9 is provided in the overhanging portion 5, and is stopped in the middle of the discharge path 7 when the container 3 is in an abnormal posture as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Water valves 11, 12, 13 are provided, and control means 14 provided between the bottom portions 1 a, 2 b performs hot water storage by operating the heater 4 in a boiling or heat-retaining mode according to the mode set on the operation panel 9. The pump 15 is driven. In addition, the water stop valve 11 at the time of the fall, the water stop valve 12 at the time of the forward tilt, and the water stop valve 13 at the time of the lateral fall are provided at the upper part of the rising portion of the discharge passage 7 as shown in FIGS. Therefore, it is possible to cope with three posture anomalies such as 3 falls, forward tilt, and sideways fall, and the safety in use is high.

The outer case 1 is made of synthetic resin and the bottom portion 1a and the body portion 1b are integrally molded. The shoulder member 16 made of synthetic resin is fitted from above, and the inner container 2 is held and fixed to the outer case 1 So that they can be integrated. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the specific configuration can be designed in various ways. The body lid 18 is pivotally supported by fitting a hinge pin 27 to a bearing portion 19 provided at the rear portion of the shoulder member 16 so that the hinge pin 27 can be attached and detached, and the opening 20 is opened to the mouth of the inner container 2 by turning around the hinge pin 27. It can be opened and closed together with the portion 2f. The bearing part 19 is opened forward and the hinge pin 21 is inserted into and removed from the bearing part 19 in a state in which the body cover 18 is opened by a predetermined amount or more until the body cover 18 can move back and forth from the opening 20 to attach / detach the body cover 18. I can do it. A stopper 28 which is given a closing behavior by a spring is provided in the open portion of the bearing portion 19 so that the body lid 18 is not inadvertently removed.

A lock member 31 urged so as to be always in a locking position by a spring is provided at a free end portion which is a front portion of the body lid 18, and the lock member 31 is attached to the shoulder member 16 when the body lid 18 is closed. The container lid 18 is locked in the closed state by engaging with the engaging portion. The lock by the lock member 31 can be released by rotating the lock release lever 32 provided on the upper surface of the body lid 18 clockwise about the shaft 33 to retract the lock member 31 against the spring. it can. The lock release lever 32 is rotated clockwise by pushing the front end portion of the lock release lever 32 with the thumb and lifting the rear end portion protruding from the upper surface of the body lid 18 with the index finger or the ring finger or both. If the lock release lever 32 is pulled up after the lock release, the body lid 18 can be opened to the end.

A metal inner lid 34 is applied to the inner side of the vessel lid 18, and an outer peripheral seal packing 35 is in close contact with the mouth 2 f of the inner container 2 to close the inner container 2. The material is made of the same stainless steel as the inner container 2 because of its low thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. A vapor passage 36 is provided inside the body lid 18 to communicate the inside of the inner container 2 with the outside of the body lid 18 so as to release the steam generated in the inner container 2 to the outside so as to prevent abnormal pressure increase. It is. The steam passage 36 is also provided with a water stop valve 37 at the time of overturning, and is closed when the container body 3 is overturned to prevent the liquid content from flowing out through the steam passage 36.

The control means 14 is a control circuit board that is integrally formed at the bottom of the outer case 1 or screwed in a downward circuit box 38, and the circuit box 38 is formed in the opening 39 at the bottom of the outer case 1. The lid 41 is placed from below. A synthetic resin bottom cover 42 is applied to the opening 39 at the bottom of the outer case 1 from below, and is attached to the bottom 1a of the outer case 1 by engaging and screwing the claws on the outer periphery. ing. A rotating seat 43 is sandwiched between the bottom lid 42 and the bottom 1a of the outer case 1 so that the rotary seat 43 can be rotated. When the electric hot water storage container is placed, the container 3 is reciprocally rotated within a range of less than 360 degrees. It supports so that it can do and can change the direction of the body 3.

Here, as described above, the outer case of the inner container 2 should be able to play in the connection between the bottom parts 1a and 2b by external force or impact when the container 3 is applied to or dropped. 1 is loosened in the state of being held and fixed to 1, and water leaks into the container body 3 through a gap formed between the opening 20 through which the content liquid is supplied and discharged and the outer peripheral upper portion 2a of the inner container 2. This water leakage is an important problem for the electric pot because it leaks into the body 3 through the gap between the opening 20 of the shoulder member 16 and the trunk of the inner container 2 shown in FIG.

Corresponding to this, in the present embodiment, as shown in the examples shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 and the example shown in FIG. 5, the horizontal connecting piece at the lower end of the connecting member 51 extending downward from the bottom 2 b of the inner container 2. A vertical spacer 53 is attached to 51 a, and the inner container 2 is suspended and fixed to the outer case 1 by connecting the spacer 53 and the bottom 1 a of the outer case 1 with the screw 21. As a result, the connecting member 51 extends below the bottom 2b of the inner container 2 and is connected to the bottom 1a of the exterior case 1 using the connecting piece 51a at the lower end as shown in FIG. The required length L2 with respect to the space height H between the inner container 2 and the bottom portions 2b, 1a of the outer case 1 is shortened by the length L1 of the vertical spacer 53 attached to.

Therefore, a decrease in rigidity due to deformation or kinking caused by the connecting member 51 being long in a plate shape can be suppressed, and the spacer 53 is simple and highly rigid that extends straight down from the lower end connecting piece 51a of the connecting member 51. As a straight body, specifically, a metal columnar body, the position of the connecting portion by the lower end connecting piece 51a is the same position, and the connecting portion 54 displaced right below is maintained at the same position. It is necessary to connect to the bottom portion 1a by screwing the screw 21 to be inserted from below, and the desired deep screwing allowance l is satisfied, so that the conventional assembling and disassembling ability is impaired, deformation, kinking, etc. It can be achieved without impairing the rigidity against. As a result, even if the space height H between the inner container 2 and the bottom portions 2b and 1a of the outer case 1 is increased, the connection by the screw 21 inserted from below the bottom portion 1a of the outer case 1 can be assembled and disassembled in the conventional manner. It can be achieved without damaging the rigidity against deformation or kinking of the entire connecting structure 61 in which the screw 21, the spacer 53, and the connecting member 51 are connected between the bottom portions 1 a, 2 b. Even if it is dropped or is subject to external force or impact, the suspended holding state of the inner container 2 to the outer case 1 is loosened, causing water leakage into the body 3 Can be prevented.

The connecting member 51 is a leg having a connecting piece 51a at the lower end thereof integrally extending downward from the outside of the screwing portion in the heat shield plate 24 attached to the metal fitting 23 provided on the bottom 2b of the inner container 2 by a screw 25. Although it is formed in a shape, it is attached to the bottom 2b of the inner container 2 via the metal fitting 23 or the like alone as a conventional Z-shaped metal fitting or by a double structure with the heat shield 24. May be. The screw 21 is screwed through a metal washer 62, and the surface pressure of the screw 21 is expanded from the head region of the screw 21 to a larger washer region, so that the heat shield plate 24 and the connecting member 51 are fixed. This makes it easy to prevent the drooping base portion from the heat shield plate 24 from being displaced or deformed around the screwing portion. In addition, an indented bead 63 perpendicular to the continuous direction is formed at the bent portion from the heat shield plate 24 of the connecting member 51 and the bent portion to the connecting piece 51a to provide rigidity against bending and stretching deformation. It is increasing. Further, the spacer 53 is made of metal, and a screw 64 extending upward from the center of the end face corresponding to the connecting piece 51a is screwed to the connecting piece 51a at the upper end, and the end face is pressed against the lower surface of the connecting piece 51a. Thus, a sufficient surface pressure can be obtained with a sufficient area, and the spacer 53 is firmly attached to the connecting piece 51a with sufficient mounting rigidity against not only positional displacement but also shaking.

The hole 65 through which the screw 21 of the bottom portion 1a of the outer case 1 is passed is as shown in the spacer 53 located in the hole 65 as shown in FIG. The size of the play S is between the screw 21 located in the hole 65. As a result, when the lateral displacement force acts between the inner container 2 and the bottom portions 2b and 1a of the outer case 1 for a moment when the container 3 is applied to or dropped from the other, the hole 65 faces the It is buffered by the surface pressure between the screw 21 side by the screw connection between the spacer 53 and the bottom portion 1a of the outer case 1 and the bottom portion 1a of the outer case 1 without being disturbed by contact with the spacer 53 and the screw 21. It is done. As a result, it is possible to prevent the connecting structural member 61 from undergoing plastic deformation accompanying elongation between the inner container 2 and the bottom portion 1a of the outer case 1, and there is play in the connection between the inner container 2 and the outer case 1. It is suitable for preventing the occurrence.

In the example shown in FIG. 5, a metal washer 66 is applied to the lower surface of the portion through which the screw 21 of the bottom portion 1 a of the outer case 1 is passed, and the surface pressure region is changed from the head region of the screw 21 to the washer 66. The surface area can be enlarged, and even if the hole 65 is larger than the head of the screw 21 as in the illustrated example, the surface pressure required for connection can be obtained. In particular, as shown in FIGS. 1, 3, and 5, the hole 65 rises upward at a portion forming a downward stepped portion 71 to which the bottom plate 42 of the opening 39 in the bottom portion 1a of the outer case 1 is applied. In addition, it is formed on the ceiling wall 72a of the downward box-shaped portion 72 extending inward, and further, a U-shaped enclosure wall 72b that rises from the box-shaped portion 72 above the ceiling wall 72a is formed. The connection part with the inner container 2 in the bottom part 1a is reinforced.

In the example shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, at least double washers 67 and 68 are applied to the lower surface of the portion through which the screw 21 of the bottom portion 1 a of the outer case 1 is passed. The inner washer 68 is softer and has an elastic restoring force against compression than the outer washer 67 in contact with the surface. Specifically, the outer washer 67 is made of metal, and the inner washer 68 has a double structure made of an elastic washer made of silicon rubber. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and it is only necessary to satisfy the above condition. Therefore, the inner washer 68 can be divided into two or more and different materials can be combined.

In this way, the surface pressure between the screw 21 and the bottom 1a of the outer case 1 due to the screw connection between the spacer 53 and the bottom 1a of the outer case 1 is reduced from the head region of the screw 21 to the double washer 67. 68, and is compressed between the outer washer 67 and the bottom surface of the bottom portion 1 a of the outer case 1, which is softer than the outer washer 67 and has an elastic restoring force against compression. Obtained. Therefore, a lateral displacement force can be more flexibly and reliably received between the inner container 2 and the bottom 2b, 1a of the outer case 1 that can work for a moment by hitting or dropping the container 3, and the connection It is easier to prevent the structural member 61 from undergoing plastic deformation accompanying elongation between the inner container 2 and the bottom portions 2b, 1a of the outer case 1. As a result, the surface pressure between the screw 21 side by connection and the bottom 1a of the outer case 1 is the surface area of the double washers 67 and 68, and between the outer washer 67 and the lower surface of the bottom 1a of the outer case 1. It works with pressure on the inner washer 68 and receives the displacement force in the lateral direction between the bottoms 2b and 1a flexibly and reliably, thereby preventing the plastic deformation of the connecting structural member 61, in particular the elongation, and the stability of the connection. Can be secured.

Here, the connection by the screw 21 is compression from, for example, the simple contact state shown in FIG. 4 between the outer washer 67 of the inner washer 68 and the bottom 1a of the outer case 1 to the state shown in FIG. In this case, the surface pressure can be reliably obtained by suppressing escape due to the softness of the inner washer 68 and having a restoring force against compression. Even when there is a deformation or a displacement such that the space between the bottom of the inner container 2 and the outer case 1, that is, the space height H is reduced, the shrinkage is filled as shown in FIG. The surface pressure can be ensured and play can be prevented from occurring in the connection. As a result, while the surface pressure is reliably obtained by suppressing the escape by the inner washer 68, even if the space height H between the bottom portions 2b and 1a is shrunk, it is filled by compressing and restoring the corresponding inner washer 68. In addition, a surface pressure can be ensured and the suspended holding state of the inner container 2 to the outer case 1 can be made difficult to loosen. Here, the compression amount of the inner washer 68 is set to be more than the play amount of the connection that may occur in the handling of the container 3, so that the container 3 is applied to or dropped from the other, and the connection structural material In any case where there is a plastic deformation with an extension of 61 or a deformation or a displacement in which the space height H between the bottom portions 2b and 1a is reduced, the inner washer 68 is restored and restored from the compressed state. It is possible to reliably prevent play and looseness from occurring in the suspended and fixed state of the inner container 2. As a result, in any case where shrinkage occurs between the bottom portions 2b and 1a, it is possible to ensure the prevention of loosening of the suspension holding of the inner container 2 by the compression restoration of the inner washer 68.

Further, the connection by the screw 21 is as shown in FIG. 3A between the outer washer 67 of the inner washer 68 and the spacer 53 by tightening the screw 21 exceeding the tightening allowance B shown in FIG. It is also accompanied by compression as shown. Thus, even between the screw 21 and the spacer 53, the surface pressure via the double washers 67 and 68 between the outer washer 67 and the lower surface of the spacer 53 is softer than the outer washer 67 and is elastically restored to compression. The inner washer 68 having a force is compressed, and the inner washer 68 is securely obtained by suppressing the escape due to the softness and the restoring force to the compression, and the connection state between the screw 21 and the spacer 53 is determined. It can hold firmly with the attachment state to the connection member 51. As a result, the inner container 2 is further prevented from being loosely fixed to the outer case 1 without being affected by the play S provided between the hole 65 in the bottom 1a of the outer case 1 and the spacer 53 located in the hole 65. It's easy to do.
