上記電流経路は、それぞれ、減衰補償増幅器に電流を供給するための電流源を備えている、発振器回路のことである。

Claims (8)
- 共振回路(1)と、
上記共振回路(1)の減衰を補償するために、共振回路(1)に対してそれぞれ切り替え可能に結合されている複数の減衰補償増幅器(2)と、
各減衰補償増幅器(2)に対して設けられるとともに、共振回路(1)と供給電位端子(8)との間で、効率的に切り替え可能な電流経路(2,3,4)をそれぞれ形成するために、上記減衰補償増幅器(2)に結合するスイッチ(4)と、を備え、
上記電流経路(2,3,4)は、それぞれ、減衰補償増幅器(2)に電流を供給するための電流源(3)を備えている、発振器回路。 - 上記スイッチ(4)は、それぞれ、駆動回路(5)に接続される制御端子を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の補償された発振器回路。
- 入力部側で上記共振回路(1)に接続され、出力側で上記駆動回路(5)に接続されている振幅値検出部(6)を備えた制御ループが形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の発振器回路。
- 上記減衰補償増幅器(2)を有する電流経路(2,3,4)は、互いに並列となるように、共振回路(1)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発振器回路。
- 上記減衰補償増幅器(2)は、それぞれ、交差結合された2つのトランジスタ(21)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の発振器回路。
- 上記減衰補償増幅器(2)のトランジスタ(21)は、電界効果トランジスタであり、
上記電界効果トランジスタは、チャンネル幅に対するチャンネル長の比率が同じとなるように対をなし、
減衰補償増幅器(2)のチャンネル幅に対するチャンネル長の比率は、相互に関連付けられてバイナリーステップで累進することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の発振器回路。 - 上記スイッチ(4)は、デジタル駆動されるトランジスタスイッチであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の発振器回路。
- 上記共振回路(1)は、制御電圧(A)により共振周波数を制御するための制御入力部を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の発振器回路。
