Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an opening structure in a joinery having an opening provided with a plate member such as a glass or a mirror such as stained glass or transparent glass, or a plywood. It is related with the opening part structure which can be performed and can improve the design.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Some joinery used for doors and windows are constructed by attaching glass, mirrors, or intermediate plates at predetermined positions, and are used for optimal parts. For example, joinery fitted with glass, including transparent glass or stained glass, is used as a door or window for a living room, and a joinery fitted with a mirror is used as a door for a bath or a toilet, Joiners with plates are used as doorways for bedrooms.
[0003]
The example of the attachment structure which attaches glass, a mirror, or an intermediate plate to the door as a fitting is demonstrated using FIGS. FIG. 5 shows a first known example of a structure for attaching glass to a flash joinery. In the figure, a groove 53 formed on the surface edge 53 is formed by arranging a surface edge 53 over the entire circumference on one surface of the opening 52 formed at a predetermined position of the joinery 51 and fixing it to the joinery 51 with an adhesive. Glass 54 is fitted into 53a. A surface edge 55 is disposed on the other surface of the opening 52 so as to face the surface edge 53, and the surface edge 55 is fixed to the fitting 51 by a screw or a tucker 56. When the surface edge 55 is disposed in the opening 52, the groove 55a of the surface edge 55 is configured to hold the glass 54. In this first known example, the head of the tucker 56 is exposed to the outside, and there is a difficulty in design.
[0004]
FIG. 6 shows a second known example of a structure for attaching an intermediate plate to a braided joinery. In the figure, a fitting 61 is provided with an attachment member 65 to which an intermediate plate 64 formed with improved designability is disposed in an opening 63 formed by a basket or bundle 62, and is fixed by an adhesive. . In this second known example, a pair of bundles 62 arranged on the upper and lower sides are attached to one vertical fence constituting the fitting 61, and an attachment member 65 is bonded to each bundle 62 to form a U-shape. The middle plate 64 is inserted and attached from the open portion of the U-shape, and the other vertical rod is attached to the open portion. Further, the surface plate 66 is attached to the entire surface of the fitting 61 including the connection portion between the bundle 62 and the attachment member 65. By attaching it, it is possible to conceal the adhesion site between the two and make up the surface of the joinery 61 to improve the design.
[0005]
FIG. 7 shows a third known example of a structure for attaching glass to a braided joinery. In the figure, a fitting 71 has a groove 75a into which a glass 74 is fitted and a fixing member 75 having a step 75b on which a holding member 76 is placed in an opening 73 formed by a ridge or a bundle 72. After the glass 74 is fitted in the groove 75a, the clamping member 76 is placed on the stepped portion 75b, and the clamping member 76 and the fixing member 75 are simultaneously attached to the bundle 72 by screws 77. In addition, a surface plate 78 is attached to the entire surface of the joinery 71 including the connection portion between the bundle 72 and the fixing member 75, and the design of the joinery 71 is improved by the surface plate 78.
[0006]
As described above, in the first known example, the glass is fixed and the opening is decorated with one member, and in the second known example, the middle plate is fixed with one member, and the surface plate is attached to the surface of the joinery. The design is improved. The third known example has a shape combining the first and second known examples, and the design is improved by attaching a surface plate to the surface of the joinery. The surface plate is attached so as to cover the entire surface of the joinery, and exhibits a function of making up the joinery itself including the periphery of the opening.
[0007]
In the first known example to the third known example, the members (surface edge, mounting member, fixing member, clamping member) for fixing the glass or the like to the joinery are exposed, which affects the appearance design of the joinery. The member for fixing the glass or the like to the joinery has both a function of fixing the glass and the like to the joinery and a function of improving the design of the joinery, and means for attaching to the joinery and a shape or a surface design are limited. Is done.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the structure of the first known example to the third known example is used to fix the glass or the middle plate to the joinery, the fixing member arranged on one surface of the opening is fixed to the joinery with an adhesive, and the opening The clamping member arranged on the other side of the door is fixed to the joinery with a screw or a tucker. For this reason, there is a problem that the head of the screw or the tucker is exposed on the surface and the aesthetic appearance is impaired.
[0009]
In addition, the lifespan of a recent house is increasing, and there is a case where a change in the function of the joinery or a change in the design of the joinery is required due to a change in the composition of the occupants during the period of use. For example, there may be demands such as changing the transparent glass attached to the joinery to stained glass or removing the glass or the intermediate plate to form a pet passage. In such a case, or when the glass is broken or the intermediate plate is deteriorated and needs to be replaced, in the structures of the first to third known examples, an operation of pulling out the tucker and driving it again, or an adhesive The operation | work etc. which peel and peel again are needed. The work of driving the tucker is performed in the vicinity of the glass, so it is difficult for an amateur to easily work. Similarly, the work of fixing using an adhesive belongs to the difficult task for an amateur to easily perform. There is a problem.
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide an opening structure of a joinery that can easily replace a plate-like member such as glass or an intermediate plate even for an amateur and can improve the design of the peripheral edge of the opening. It is to provide.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, an opening structure of a joinery according to the present invention is a structure of an opening formed at a predetermined position of a joinery, and a supporting decorative member and a decorative member for making up the periphery of the opening, A fixing member for fixing the plate member disposed in the opening, and the support decorative member receives the plate member on a surface on one side of the plate member. Indirectly via flexible packing material When the decorative member is attached to the periphery of the opening, the front end of the decorative member is obstructed when the plate member is inserted from the decorative member side into the step formed on the supporting decorative member. Formed at a height that will not cause damage In addition, a groove is formed in a predetermined portion of the surface facing the support decorative member, and the fixing member is provided with a flexible packing material on the other surface of the plate member received in the step portion of the support decorative member. And two pieces projecting in parallel from the main body to the joinery side are formed. The supporting decorative member and the decorative member are attached in advance so as to face the periphery of the opening, and after the plate member is arranged on the stepped portion of the supporting decorative member, the fixing member is fixed between the plate member and the front end portion of the decorative member. One piece is engaged with a locking portion formed on the side surface of the groove and an engaging protrusion formed at a position corresponding to the locking portion of the piece, and thereby a spring action is applied. The plate member is fixed by being fitted in the groove.
[0012]
In the opening structure of the joinery described above, the plate member disposed in the opening formed in the joinery can be fixed by attaching a fixing member around the opening, and the plate member can be removed by removing from the periphery of the opening. Can be removed from the joinery. Further, by attaching a decorative member to the periphery of the opening, at least a part of the fixing member is covered with the decorative member, and the periphery of the opening can be covered.
[0013]
In particular, the decorative decorative member in which a step member for receiving the plate member and directly or indirectly supporting the surface on one side of the plate member is formed, and there is no obstacle when the plate member is inserted into the step portion. A decorative member having a height and a fixing member, and a supporting decorative member and a decorative member are attached in advance to the opposing surfaces (both surfaces of the joinery) at the periphery of the opening of the joinery, and a plate member Can be easily inserted because there is nothing to interfere with this insertion work. The plate member inserted into the stepped portion is supported with the surface on one side contacting the stepped portion of the supporting decorative member directly or indirectly. Then, after the plate member is inserted into the step portion of the support decorative member, the fixing member is fitted between the plate member and the front end portion of the decorative member, thereby restraining the other surface of the plate member by the fixing member. And can be fixed.
[0014]
Therefore, one side of the joinery can be decorated with a supporting decorative member that receives and supports the plate member directly or indirectly, and the other side of the fitting is a makeup arranged facing the supporting decorative member. Makeup can be performed by the member, and the fixing member fitted between the front end portion of the decorative member and the plate member.
[0015]
As described above, a supporting decorative member and a decorative member are attached in advance to the periphery of the opening of the fitting, and a plate member is inserted into the supporting decorative member, and a fixing member is provided between the plate member and the tip of the decorative member. Since the plate member is fixed by fitting, the plate member can be easily taken out by removing the fixing member. Therefore, the operation of inserting and fixing the plate member to the opening of the joinery and the operation of replacing the currently attached plate member with a new plate member can be easily performed.
[0016]
Further, a groove is formed in a predetermined portion of the surface of the decorative member facing the support decorative member, and the fixing member is directly or indirectly in contact with and fixed to the plate member received in the step portion of the support decorative member; Two pieces project from the main body in parallel to the joinery side, and the supporting decorative member and the decorative member are attached in advance facing the peripheral edge of the opening, and the plate member is arranged on the step portion of the supporting decorative member. After that, when the fixing member is fitted between the plate member and the front end portion of the decorative member, the plate member can be fixed by fitting two pieces of the fixing member into the groove.
[0017]
That is, since the fixing member has a main body that is fixed in direct or indirect contact with the plate member and two pieces protruding from the main body, when the two pieces are fitted in the groove of the decorative member, The position can be maintained by the spring property of these pieces, and at the same time, the main body can directly or indirectly contact the surface of the plate member, thereby maintaining a stable position and posture.
[0018]
Therefore, by fitting the fixing member between the plate member and the distal end portion of the decorative member, the surface of one side of the plate member directly or indirectly contacts the stepped portion of the supporting decorative member, and the other side Is fixed in a stable state by directly or indirectly contacting the main body of the fixing member. Further, by removing the fixing member from between the plate member and the front end portion of the decorative member, the plate member arranged on the step portion of the supporting decorative member can be exposed, and the plate member can be easily detached. I can do it. In particular, by providing the fixing member with two pieces having spring properties, the operation of detaching the fixing member from the decorative member is facilitated.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the opening structure of a joinery according to the present invention will be described.
[0020]
The opening structure according to the present invention is a fitting used for a door or window shoji, and is formed in one or a plurality of positions at a predetermined position and has an opening into which a plate member is fitted. Thus, an amateur can easily attach and detach the plate member to and from the opening, and the aesthetic appearance around the opening can be improved. For this reason, it is possible to change the function of the opening or change the function of the plate member attached to the opening, and to easily replace the plate member when it is damaged or deteriorated. It is possible to increase the degree of freedom for changing the function of the part and the design.
[0021]
In the present invention, the fixing member for fixing the plate member disposed in the opening is detachably attached to the periphery of the opening, or is detachably fitted between the plate member and the tip of the decorative member. Is done. That is, the fixing member is detachably attached to the surface of the joinery that forms the periphery of the opening, or is detachably attached to the decorative member that is disposed on the periphery of the opening and is fixed to the surface of the opening. Therefore, the fixing member does not necessarily have to be attached to the surface constituting the periphery of the opening so as to be directly attached / detached, and may be attached to the periphery of the opening substantially.
[0022]
Similarly, the decorative member is configured to be attached to the opening of the joinery and cover the periphery of the opening. That is, the decorative member is detachably attached to the fixing member attached to the surface constituting the periphery of the opening, or directly fixed to the surface constituting the periphery of the opening. Accordingly, the decorative member is indirectly and detachably attached to the surface constituting the periphery of the opening, or directly fixed.
[0023]
The structure as a joinery is not particularly limited, and a conventional flash structure joinery or a braided structure joinery can be used. Moreover, it does not specifically limit about the shape, dimension, or number of the opening part formed in these joinery, You may form one place or multiple places in the predetermined position of joinery.
[0024]
The opening is generally configured as a hole formed in the joinery in a flash structure joinery, and is generally configured by a ridge and a bundle in a joinery having a braided structure. Therefore, the periphery of the opening differs depending on the shape of the opening that changes according to the structure of the joinery. In the case of a flash structure joinery, the periphery of the opening is configured by the surface of the joinery facing the opening. In the case of a structure, it is mainly constituted by vertical and horizontal bundles.
[0025]
The plate member attached to the opening is not particularly limited in shape and function, and when attached to the opening of a joinery, can exhibit a specific function including improvement of aesthetics, and has a flat surface. A member having a plate-like appearance regardless of whether it is a flat plate is employed. Examples of such plate members include glass (including transparent glass, opaque glass, stained glass, etc.), a mirror, or an intermediate plate having a design uneven pattern formed on the surface thereof by plywood, etc. There are a plate member made of a scratch-resistant plate that can withstand pets such as dogs and cats, and a screen door-like or interleaf-like plate member that is provided with a pet doorway represented by a dog.
[0026]
As described above, the plate member attached to the opening of the joinery can not be uniquely limited, and can be appropriately adopted according to the resident's request. Therefore, the plate member is not necessarily a so-called “plate”.
[0027]
In addition, as the plate member attached to the opening, as long as the vertical, horizontal, and thickness dimensions are equal, it can be selectively used from a plurality of models having different functions and different designs. That is, by replacing the currently installed transparent glass with a plywood with a concavo-convex pattern on the surface, the perspective function and surface design of the joinery can be changed significantly, or the currently installed plywood can be It is possible to significantly change the function of joinery by replacing it with the entrance of a pet.
[0028]
The fixing member for fixing the plate member as described above to the opening of the joinery is configured to be detachable from the joinery. And when it is installed around the opening formed in the joinery, it is possible to fix the plate member to the opening, and when it is removed from the periphery of the opening, the plate member can be removed from the opening of the joinery. It is. At least a part of the fixing member is covered with a decorative member for makeup. Therefore, when the fixing member is attached around the opening formed in the joinery, even if a part for attaching the fixing member is exposed on the surface, the part is made up by the decorative member, so that the appearance is impaired. There is nothing.
[0029]
The fixing member has a spring property and is configured to fix the plate member using the spring property. That is, by configuring the fixing member by the main body and two pieces projecting in parallel from the main body, it becomes possible to give the two pieces springiness, and any one of these pieces It is possible to fix the plate member by one side, and by fitting the two pieces into the groove to restrain the position, in this state by directly or indirectly contacting a part of the main body with the plate member, It is also possible to fix the plate member.
[0030]
The decorative member is attached to the opening formed in the joinery, and has a function of applying makeup by covering at least a part of the fixing member and covering the periphery of the fixing member and the opening. When attaching the decorative member to the opening, there is no limitation on which part of the opening is attached, and for example, the decorative member may be attached to a fixing member attached around the opening, or directly around the opening. Or you may attach indirectly. Further, it can be attached to the periphery of the opening. In any case, it is preferable to configure so that the fixing member is attached in an optimum manner in consideration of the shape and dimensions of the fixing member. Further, it is not limited whether the decorative member can be attached to and detached from the fitting.
[0031]
As an attaching means to be attached to the periphery of the opening formed in the fitting of the decorative member, when the decorative member is configured to be removable, it can be used repeatedly (a tape similar to the tape used when attaching the fixing member). It is preferable to use, and when fixing, it is preferable to use an adhesive. In any case, the attachment means for attaching the decorative member to the periphery of the opening must not be exposed to the outside.
[0032]
The decorative member can be constituted by a plurality of parts (for example, a plurality of piece-like parts corresponding to each side when the opening is square) according to the shape of the opening. However, when the decorative member is constituted by a plurality of parts, a clear connection line is formed at the connection part of the part, and this connection line may impair the aesthetic appearance.
[0033]
The fixing member and the decorative member can be formed of a material such as wood or synthetic resin, and are preferably selected as appropriate in relation to the material forming the main body of the joinery.
[0034]
Next, an embodiment of the opening structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a development view schematically illustrating the opening structure, and is a reference diagram illustrating a configuration example applied to a flash structure joinery. FIG. 2 is a view for explaining the opening structure according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3 is a view for explaining the shapes of the supporting decorative member, the decorative member, and the fixing member constituting the first embodiment. FIG. 4 is a view for explaining the structure of a door to which the opening structure according to the present invention is applied.
[0035]
First, a configuration example of the opening structure will be schematically described with reference to FIG. In the drawing, a glass 3 serving as a plate member is disposed in an opening 2 formed in the joinery 1, and is fixed to the joinery 1 by a fixing member 4. Further, a decorative member 5 is attached to the periphery of the opening 2, the fixing member 4 is covered with the decorative member 5 and makeup is performed, and the connecting portion between the fitting 1 and the fixing member 4 around the opening 2 is provided. Make up by covering.
[0036]
1 shows only the fixing member 4 arranged on one side (upper surface side) of the glass 3, but the fixing member 4 is similarly arranged on the opposite side (lower surface side). Note that the fixing member 4 arranged on the opposite side may be completely fixed in advance.
[0037]
The joinery 1 is formed as a joinery having a flash structure, and an opening 2 is formed at a predetermined position of the joinery 1. The dimensions of the joinery 1 correspond to the dimensions of the part to which the joinery 1 is attached in the house, and cannot be uniquely set. Similarly, the size of the opening 2 is not uniquely set, and is appropriately set according to the size of the joinery 1 and the design of the part to which the joinery 1 is to be attached.
[0038]
The joinery 1 having a flash structure has a necessary thickness as a joinery, and the opening 2 is formed by forming a surface that defines the opening 2. That is, the surface facing the opening 2 in the joinery 1 is formed as a surface 2 a around the opening 2. Further, the surface of the fitting 1 and the vicinity of the opening 2 has a function as the peripheral edge 2 b of the opening 2. For this reason, the peripheral edge 2b of the opening 2 does not define the dimension from the opening 2, but indicates an approximate range.
[0039]
The fixing member 4 is configured to be attachable to and detachable from the surface 2a constituting the periphery of the opening 2, and has a function of fixing the glass 3 when attached and releasing the fixation of the glass 3 when detached. is there.
[0040]
The material which comprises the fixing member 4 is not specifically limited, It is possible to select the optimal material from wood, a synthetic resin, or a metal.
[0041]
The decorative member 5 has a function of covering the periphery of the opening 2 by covering the fixing member 4 attached to the surface 2a constituting the periphery of the opening 2 formed in the fitting 1 and covering the peripheral edge 2b of the opening 2. It is what has.
[0042]
The decorative member 5 can be constituted by a plurality of rod-shaped members formed corresponding to each surface 2 a of the opening 2. However, an integral shape having a shape corresponding to the shape of the opening 2 (in the case of the present embodiment, a quadrangular shape) or a shape unrelated to the shape of the opening 2 (for example, an ellipse shape that fits in the opening 2). It is preferable to configure as a frame.
[0043]
When the decorative member 5 is attached to the opening 2 formed in the fitting 1 as described above, the glass 3 disposed in the opening 2 and the fitting 1 are connected via the decorative member 5. It is possible to sufficiently exhibit the design properties.
[0044]
Next, the structure of the opening according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0045]
The structure of the opening according to the present embodiment is such that two decorative members composed of a supporting decorative member and a decorative member are arranged on both sides of the opening, and these decorative members are arranged on the surfaces constituting the periphery of the opening. Two supporting decorative members are fixed by bonding, and after the plate member is arranged with respect to the fixed supporting decorative member, the fixing member is fitted between the plate member and the front end portion of the decorative member. The plate member is fixed by the decorative member and the fixing member already fitted is detached, and the plate member can be removed.
[0046]
In particular, the support decorative member fixed to the surface 2a of the opening 2 formed in the joinery 1 is formed with a step portion that receives the glass 3 serving as a plate member and directly or indirectly contacts with the glass. The glass 3 is fitted into the glass 3, and the fixing member is fitted between the glass 3 and the tip of the decorative member so that the fixing member is directly or indirectly brought into contact with the glass 3. It is possible to fix to.
[0047]
At this time, the majority of the fixing member is fitted between the glass 3 and the tip of the decorative member, but at least the end face facing the glass 3 that is the part facing the inside of the opening 2 is exposed, The function of the opening 2 as a makeup is exhibited together with the surface of the decorative member.
[0048]
In the figure, the joinery 1 is configured as a joinery having a flash structure, and a supporting decorative member 31 is disposed on one surface of the opening 2 formed in the joinery 1, and a decorative member 32 is provided on the other surface. Is arranged. The glass 3 disposed in the opening 2 is fixed with the surface on one side contacting the support decorative member 31 directly or indirectly and the surface on the other side contacting the fixing member 33 directly or indirectly. .
[0049]
The supporting decorative member 31 is formed at the tip portion and is formed at the end portion on the opening 2 side and the step portion 31a that receives the glass 3 and makes direct contact with one surface or indirectly with the packing material 34. The skirt portion 31b covers the peripheral edge 2b of the opening 2 and a mounting surface 31c that is a surface facing the surface 2a of the opening 2 and is attached to the surface 2a.
[0050]
The decorative member 32 includes a groove 32a that receives the fixing member 33, a locking portion 32b that is formed on a side surface of the groove 32a and that locks an engagement protrusion 33 provided on the fixing member 33, and an end portion on the opening 2 side. A skirt portion 32c that is formed and covers the peripheral edge 2b of the opening 2 and a mounting surface 32d that faces the surface 2a of the opening 2 and is attached to the surface 2a.
[0051]
The dimension from the tip 32e of the decorative member 32 to the mounting surface 32d is substantially equal to or shorter than the dimension from the bottom of the step portion 31a to the mounting surface 31c of the supporting decorative member 31. When the glass 3 is disposed on the step portion 31a, the decorative member 32 is configured to have a height that does not hinder the work. Since the groove 32a is formed in the decorative member 32, the tip end portion 32e of the decorative member 32 is separated from the step portion 31a of the supporting decorative member 31 by the size of the fixing member 33. That is, when the glass 3 is disposed on the step portion 31 a of the support decorative member 31, a gap for fitting the fixing member 33 is formed between the glass 3 and the distal end portion 32 e of the decorative member 32.
[0052]
The supporting decorative member 31 and the decorative member 32 are attached to the fitting 1 with attachment surfaces 31c and 32d bonded to the surface 2a of the opening 2, respectively. Accordingly, the surface 2a constituting the periphery of the opening 2 is covered with the support decorative member 31 and the decorative member 32, and the peripheral edge 2b of the opening 2 can be made up with the support decorative member 31 and the decorative member 32. It is.
[0053]
When the fixing member 33 is fitted between the glass 3 and the tip 32e of the decorative member 32, the fixing member 33 has a function of indirectly contacting the glass 3 via the packing material 34 and fixing the glass 3. For this reason, the fixing member 33 includes a main body portion 33a that indirectly contacts the glass 3, and two pieces 33b and 33c that protrude in parallel from the main body portion 33a. And an engagement protrusion 33d that engages with a locking portion 32b provided on the decorative member 32 and an upper end portion of the decorative member 33. A concave groove 33e is formed at a position substantially corresponding to 32e.
[0054]
In particular, the width dimension of the groove 32a formed in the decorative member 32 is slightly smaller than the dimension between the outer surfaces of the two pieces 33b and 33c provided in the fixing member 33. When fitted, the fixing member 33 is configured to be able to maintain the fitted state by the spring action of the two pieces 33b and 33c.
[0055]
An engaging projection 33d is formed at a position corresponding to the engaging portion 32b provided on the decorative member 32 on the surface of the piece 33b of the fixing member 33 facing the decorative member 32, and is recessed at a position corresponding to the upper end portion 32e. A groove 33e is formed. The engaging protrusion 33d has a function of preventing the fixing member 33 from being detached by engaging with the engaging portion 32b of the decorative member 32, and the concave groove 33e is provided when the fixing member 33 is detached. This is used when the portion protruding from the upper end portion 32e is pushed in the direction of the glass 3 to be removed by hooking the tip of the driver or the driver. When the fixing member 33 is fitted between the glass 3 and the upper end portion 32e of the decorative member 32, the concave groove 33e is covered with the decorative member 32, so that the design is excellent.
[0056]
That is, the engaging projection 33d functions when the fitting state of the fixing member 33 to the decorative member 32 is maintained, and the concave groove 33e is used when the fixing member 33 in the fitting state is detached from the decorative member 32. It is what you use.
[0057]
In particular, since an amateur performs an operation of exchanging a plate-like member typified by the glass 3, it is preferable that the fixing member 33 can be easily fitted and detached. Therefore, the structure for detaching the fixing member 33 in the fitted state is not limited to the above-mentioned concave groove 33e, but other shapes, for example, a hook-like protrusion is formed on the fixing member 33 to form a perforation or driver A structure in which a small hole is formed in the main body 33a and a perforation is inserted into the hole to be hooked may be used.
[0058]
That is, in order to fix the glass 3, it is indispensable to remove the fixing member 33 fitted between the glass 3 and the tip 32e of the decorative member 32. However, the structure for releasing the fixing member 33 is required. Is not particularly limited.
[0059]
The packing material 34 is made of flexible rubber or synthetic resin, and is attached to the step portion 31 a of the support decorative member 31 and the main body 33 a of the fixing member 33, and the free end contacts the surface of the glass 3. In this embodiment, the packing material 34 is formed integrally with the support decorative member 31 and the fixing member 33. However, the present invention is not limited to this configuration, and is formed separately from the support decorative member 31 and the fixing member 33. It is also possible to use one.
[0060]
In particular, the thickness of the plate member (glass 3) disposed in the opening 2 of the joinery 1 is not uniquely set, but generally changes according to the selected plate member having functionality. It is. In this case, it is possible to cope with a change in the amount of deflection of the packing material 34 integrally formed with the support decorative member 31 and the fixing member 33. Further, a support protrusion 31f is formed at the tip of the step portion 31a formed on the support decorative member 31, and a support protrusion 33f is formed on the main body 33a of the fixing member 33. When using the thickest plate member, It is possible to fix the support protrusions 31f and 33f by directly contacting the surface of the plate member.
[0061]
In the present embodiment configured as described above, the supporting decorative member 31 and the decorative member 32 are attached in advance to the surface 2a of the opening 2 formed in the fitting 1 by means such as adhesion, so that the opening 2 It is possible to make up the surface 2a and the peripheral edge 2b with these decorative members 31 and 32.
[0062]
In particular, when the supporting decorative member 31 and the decorative member 32 are attached to the opening 2, the tip 32e of the decorative member 32 has a height substantially equal to the step 31a formed on the supporting decorative member 31, and the step 31a The whole will be exposed. For this reason, when inserting the glass 3 into the step 31a of the support decorative member 31 from the decorative member 32 side, it is possible to easily and reliably accommodate the glass 3 without anyone interfering with the insertion. It is. And the glass 3 arrange | positioned at the step part 31a contacts the step part 31a through the packing material 34. FIG.
[0063]
Next, the fixing member 33 is fitted between the glass 3 and the tip 32e of the decorative member 32 with the pieces 33b and 33c facing the groove 32a, and the pieces 33b and 33c are fitted into the groove 32a. Thereby, the fixing member 33 can stably hold the fitting state with respect to the groove 32a by the spring action of the pieces 33b and 33c. Further, the main body 33a of the fixing member 33 is in contact with the glass 3 directly or indirectly through the packing material 34, and the glass 3 can be fixed accordingly.
[0064]
In the present embodiment, the step portion 31a does not necessarily have to be formed on the support decorative member 31, and may be formed on the surface where the support decorative member 31 and the decorative member 32 face each other. That is, the step portion 31a may be formed on the decorative member 32 side.
[0065]
Next, an example of a joinery to which the opening structure is applied will be described with reference to FIG. The fitting 1 shown in the figure is a door of a house, an opening 2 is formed below the door 1, and a plate member 3 provided with an entrance 41 through which pets can go in and out is disposed. Has been. The plate member 3 is detachably attached by the supporting decorative member 31 (attached to the opposite surface in the figure), the decorative member 32, and the fixing member 33 according to the first embodiment, and the periphery of the opening 2 is the decorative member. 31 and 32 and the fixing member 33 make up.
[0066]
The plate member 3 includes an entrance 41 and a face material 42, and the entrance 41 includes a frame 41a and a swing type door 41b. Further, the entrance / exit 41 is integrated with the face material 42, and the whole is configured to function as the plate member 3. The entrance / exit 41 is a commercially available one attached to the face material 42, and several plate members 3 to which the entrance / exit 41 of different sizes are attached are prepared and can be easily replaced as the pet grows. Is possible. In addition, as the face material 42, a scratch-resistant plate made of a wood-peeling material and having a surface hardness improved to such an extent that it can be used as a flooring material is used, assuming that the pet sharpens or scratches the nail. .
[0067]
By arranging the plate member 3 as described above in the opening 2 of the door 1, the pet can freely enter and exit. Further, when the face member 42 of the plate member 3 is damaged by scratches, the plate member 3 is exposed over substantially the entire surface by separating the fixing member 33 from between the plate member 3 and the tip 32e of the decorative member 32. Therefore, it can be easily detached from the door 1.
[0068]
And a new plate member 3 using a face material 42 that is not damaged, a plate member 3 provided with a larger doorway 41, and a plate with screen doors or other functions and designs irrespective of pets. After replacing the member 3 and placing a new plate member 3 on the step 31 a of the support decorative member 31, the fixing member 33 is fitted between the plate member 3 and the tip 32 e of the decorative member 32. A new plate member 3 can be attached.
[0069]
As described above, the function and design of the selected plate member 3 can be imparted to the door 1 by appropriately selecting the function and design of the plate member 3. Therefore, even when the door 1 is used for a long period of time, it can be used with appropriate changes in function and design.
[0070]
In each of the above-described embodiments, the case where the glass 3 is used as the plate member has been described. For example, the glass 3 is changed to a glass having a substantially different design as a transparent function such as transparent glass, ground glass, or stained glass but having a different design. It is possible. In addition, it is possible to positively change the design of the joinery by selecting and replacing the glass 3 made of plywood that does not have a fluoroscopic function or a plate member with a different design on the surface. It is. Furthermore, it is possible to change the function of the joinery by exchanging the glass 3 or the plate member attached below with a screen door or a door or a pet doorway.
[0071]
【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, in the opening structure of a joinery according to the present invention, the plate member disposed in the opening can be fixed by a fixing member detachably attached around the opening, and the fixing member It is possible to make up the opening by covering at least a part thereof with a decorative member.
[0072]
For this reason, it is possible to perform maintenance of the plate member by a simple operation that does not require specialized techniques. In other words, even if a plate member such as glass is damaged, even an amateur can easily replace it with new glass, and remove the currently installed glass or mirror and replace it with a member such as a screen door or a pet doorway. I can do it.
[0073]
In particular, by forming the stepped portion on the supporting decorative member and setting the height of the tip portion of the decorative member to a value that does not hinder the placement of the plate member on the stepped portion, Removal work can be performed easily.
[0074]
As described above, since the fixing member is configured to be detachable, the fixing member does not become a waste material when the plate member is replaced or changed, which is advantageous in terms of cost. In addition, the above work does not need to be performed after removing the joinery, and since the target joinery is attached to the doorway or the window, the work can be performed easily and in a short time, and the construction period can be shortened. .
