本発明は、刺身及び惣菜等の食品を収容したトレイの上部をフィルムで覆うときに、このフィルムを上方に特ち上げて、該フィルムと食品が接触しないようにするための食品包装パック用スペーサに関する。

【従来の技術】
この食品包装パック用スペーサとして、実公平１−２３９８４号公報に開示されたものが知られている。
図７は、この食品包装パック用スペーサを示す斜視図であり、図中１１はフィルム支持部である。
食品包装パック用スペーサは、円弧状のフィルム支持部１１と、トレイ側部の内面に当接される二股状の内面当接部１２，１２とからなり、内面当接部１２，１２の基部には、トレイ側部の外面を押圧する半円状の外面押圧部１３が設けられている。フィルム支持部１１と、内面当接部１２，１２とは、これらの内面に突設されたリブ１４により補強されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明は斯かる事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、内面当接部の先端部の少なくとも外面押圧部側を曲面状になすことにより、トレイ側部を内面当接部と外面押圧部とで狭むときに、トレイ側部の内面を傷つけることなく、滑らかに内面当接部を差入れることができ、装着性と衛生面とが良好であるとともに、先端部がトレイ側部の内面に固定されて押圧するので、トレイ側部を強固に狭んだ状態で固定される食品包装パック用スペーサを提供することを目的とする。

第１発明の食品包装パック用スペーサは、食品を収納したトレイの上側を覆うフィルムをトレイに対し支持するものであり、トレイの側部内側に差入れて内面に当てがう一対の内面当接部と、トレイの側部外面を押圧すべく屈曲又は湾曲した外面押圧部とによりトレイの側部を狭み、前記内面当接部に連設され、湾曲したフィルム支持部によってフィルムを支持すべくなしておる食品包装パック用スペーサにおいて、前記フィルム支持部は略コの字型の枠状をなし、前記外面押圧部は、前記フィルム支持部の対向する二辺間の長手方向における中間部から基部を内側に突出させた状態で垂設されており、前記基部を押圧することにより前記外面押圧部が前記内面当接部に対して開くべくなすと共に、前記内面当接部の差入れ側の先端部は、少なくとも外面押圧部側が外面押圧部方向に膨出した曲面状をなすと共に、前記内面当接部の差入れ側の先端部における外面押圧部側と前記外面押圧部における前記トレイの挟持部との間に前記トレイの厚みより狭小な間隔を設けてなり、前記膨出した曲面状と前記内面当接部上方と前記外面押圧部とで前記トレイの側部を挟持することを特徴とする。
