Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a concealed printed matter used for a lottery ticket, an international telephone card, an Internet connection card, a net small payment card, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the above lottery tickets and international telephone cards, a concealment layer is formed by covering the numbers and symbols printed on the mount, and the concealment layer is peeled off by scratch. . And, as a method for forming the concealment layer, printing is generally performed using silk ink so as to cover from above. Recently, in order to produce mass production effects and cost merit, the concealment layer was formed by transfer. Things are also being used.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the concealing layer is formed with a transfer foil, a highly smooth backing sheet is required to securely adhere to the backing sheet on which the numbers and symbols are printed. Further, the transfer foil is more transparent than the silk ink because of its thinness, and it is necessary to devise measures to prevent the transparency of the mount. Therefore, concealed prints using a mount with an opaque layer in between are used. However, since the opaque layer is made of metal foil or by metal vapor deposition, the type of printer that can be used is limited. come. In addition, there is a risk that static electricity accumulated in the metal layer may spark during printing. In addition, there is an environmental problem that it is difficult to handle as separated garbage.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and the object of the present invention is to reliably hold the transfer concealing layer and prevent see-through and to have good mechanical suitability for a printer or the like. Thus, it is an object of the present invention to provide a concealed printed material that can be discarded as general garbage after use.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a concealed printed matter in which concealment information such as numbers and symbols formed on a mount is covered with a transfer concealment layer that is peelable, and is not visible. Consists of a three-layer paper with an upper layer holding a transfer concealing layer and sandwiching a central layer filled with a highly opaque pigment between the upper layer and the lower layer. The transfer concealing layer is a transfer foil. are formed, the upper layer is characterized by smoothness of the matte coated processing is given Resona surface is not less than 150 seconds.

In addition, by using a colored pigment having spectral characteristics approximate to the print color of the concealment information 3 for coloring the center layer 6, the concealment information 3 can be printed in red, blue, or the like other than black. Further, by incorporating a fluorescent agent or a watermark in the center layer 6, it is possible to achieve a security effect of the mount in the manufacturing stage. Furthermore, since there is no influence of see-through, there is a design advantage.
[0014]
【Example】
A black paper containing a black pigment (basis weight: 64 g / m 2 ) was sandwiched between high quality papers equivalent to a basis weight of 64 g / m 2 so as to be sandwiched from both sides, and a mat was coated on one side to prepare a mount. The total thickness of the obtained mount was 200 μm, the smoothness of the mat coat surface was 250 seconds, and the light transmission density was 5.20.
[0015]
Characters were printed on the mount prepared above by an inkjet printer (Cytex 6450), and then the foils were transferred onto the surface with a continuous foil tape transfer machine so as to cover the characters. It was confirmed that the transfer foil was fixed and cut off in the transfer process without being caught by the printer during printing. The transfer foil was a silver scratch foil of Kurz Corporation, and the transfer temperature was 70 ° C.
[0016]
In the concealed printed matter obtained in this way, the lower letters were not seen through the transfer foil.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the concealed printed matter of the present invention is a concealed printed matter in which concealment information such as numbers and symbols formed on the mount is covered with a transfer concealment layer that is peelable, and is not visible. The mount has an upper layer that holds a transfer hiding layer, and is composed of a three-layer paper in which a central layer containing a highly opaque pigment is sandwiched between an upper layer and a lower layer, and the transfer hiding layer is a transfer foil. in which it is formed, since the smoothness of the upper layer is matte coated processing is given Resona surface is characterized in that at least 150 seconds, as compared to the normal 1 Soshi or film, exposed to light of intensity However, the concealment information on the mount is not seen through, and the thickness and management of the concealment layer can be simplified.
[0018]
Moreover, because uses transfer foil concealing layer, raised from the mount of scratches becomes about 1 [mu] m, there is no such thing as that peeled off before use by a roller or the like during mechanical issues.
[0019]
Further, since it does not have a metal layer as in the prior art, it can be disposed of as general garbage when it is used.
