本発明は、内部に収納した機器の点検用の扉を備えた通信機器等の電気電子機器を収納する電気電子機器収納用箱に関するものである。

通信機器等の電気電子機器を収納する電気電子機器収納用箱においては、前面に内部の機器の取り付け、メンテナンスのための扉が設けられ、側面にも監視用等の扉が設けられることが多い。このような扉には、扉の開閉あるいは固定用のハンドルを設け、不用意な扉の開放を防ぐために鎖錠装置を付設するのが一般的であった。このようなハンドル等を各扉に個別に設けた場合には、多くの部品を要することから電気電子機器収納用箱のコストがかさむという問題があり、また、扉面に監視用の窓を設ける場合には、ハンドル等によりスペースが取られて窓の寸法が制限されるという問題があった。さらに、鎖錠、開錠する場合には各ハンドルの鎖錠装置を個別に操作しなければならず、作業が煩雑となる問題もあった。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決し、単一のハンドルにより前面及び側面の扉を固定、開放することができる電気電子機器収納用箱を提供するためになされたものである。

上記の問題を解決するためになされた請求項1の発明の電気電子機器収納用箱は、前面を扉、側面を扉もしくは着脱可能な側板とした電気電子機器収納用箱において、前面の扉にハンドルと連動して回転する留め金を設け、該留め金に電気電子機器収納用箱本体に設けた係合孔に係合する係合部と、側面の扉もしくは側板に設けた係合孔に係合する係合部とを設けたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明の実施の形態について図を参照しながら具体的に説明する。
図1は本発明の電気電子機器収納用箱の外観を示すもので、電気電子機器収納用箱本体1の前面に前面扉2、右側面に側面扉3がそれぞれ設けてある。図2は前面扉及び側面扉を取り外した状態を示すもので、電気電子機器収納用箱本体1の前面及び側面にそれぞれ前面枠部4及び側面枠部5が設けてあり、前面枠部4の左側には前面扉2を支承する蝶番本体6、6が、側面枠部5の後側には側面扉3を支承する蝶番本体7、7が取り付けてある。また、前面枠部4の右側壁面8には係合孔9が設けてある。蝶番としては、従来から電気電子機器収納用箱に使用されているものを使用することができ、図示していないが、電気電子機器収納用箱本体1には必要に応じて電気電子機器取り付け用の枠及び取り付け板等、入線用孔、通風孔等が設けてある。

図3及び図4は本発明の第一の実施の形態を示すものであって、前面扉2及び側面扉3が電気電子機器収納用箱本体1に対して固定された状態を示している。前面扉2及び側面扉3は、前面扉2の左側及び側面扉3の後側にそれぞれ取り付けた蝶番が蝶番ピンによって蝶番本体6、6及び蝶番本体7、7に結合され、電気電子機器収納用箱本体1に対して開閉自在に保持されている。前面扉2及び側面扉3はいずれも周辺を折り曲げて浅い箱状に形成してあり、前面扉2の右側部にはハンドル10が取り付けてある。また、側面扉3の前側端部の折り曲げ部分にはクランク状に折り返して延長した折り返し部11を形成し、該折り返し部11には係合孔12が設けてある。ハンドル10は施錠装置を組み込んだものとすることが好ましく、前面扉2にはハンドル10を操作することにより回転させられる留め金13が取り付けてあり、該留め金13には両端にそれぞれ係合部14、15が設けてある。

この構成のものにおいて、ハンドル10を操作して図4に一点鎖線で示すように留め金13の係合部15、14が上下に位置する状態とし、側面扉3、前面扉2を順次閉じたうえハンドル10を操作すると、係合部14及び15はそれぞれ係合孔9及び12に係合することになる。係合部14と係合孔9とが係合することにより前面扉2は前面枠部4の右側壁面8に固定されることとなり、また、係合部15と係合孔12とが係合することにより側面扉3は前面扉2に固定されることとなる。これにより、ハンドル10を操作するのみで前面扉2及び側面扉3の開放、固定が同時に行なわれることになる。

図5及び6は本発明の第一の参考例を示すものであって、前面扉2及び側面扉3が電気電子機器収納用箱本体1に対して開閉自在に保持されていること、前面扉2及び側面扉3が浅い箱状に形成してあること、前面扉2の右側部にハンドル10が取り付けてあること、ハンドル10に連動する留め金13が取り付けてあること、側面扉3に折り返し部11を形成してあることは、第一の実施の形態のものと同様である。この第一の参考例では、側面扉3の折り返し部11に係合孔12が設けてなく、前面扉2の右側端部の折り曲げ部を更に折り曲げて折り曲げ部16が形成してある。また、留め金13には一方に係合部14が設けてある。

図7は本発明の第二の参考例を示すものであって、第一の参考例のものに対して側面扉3を電気電子機器収納用箱本体1に固定する引っ掛け金具17を付加したものである。引っ掛け金具17は側面扉3の折り返し部11に設けた係合孔18に係合自在としたもので、電気電子機器収納用箱本体1の前面に枢着してある。19は正面扉の折り曲げ部16が引っ掛け金具17と干渉するのを避けるために折り曲げ部16に設けた切り欠き部である。

上記側面扉の自然開放を抑止する引っ掛け金具17は第一の実施の形態のものにも取り付け可能であり、引っ掛け金具17はマグネットで代替することも可能である。側面扉が意図せず開放されると横に置かれたものと衝突するというような不具合を生ずる場合があり、引っ掛け金具17それを回避するために使用するものであるが、この引っ掛け金具17の操作は面倒で忘れる危険性もある。マグネットを使用した場合には正面扉1の開放時の側面扉3の自然開放が確実に抑止され、容易に引外すことができ、さらに、取り付けが容易であるという利点がある。
