[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In Patent Documents 1 and 3, the left and right sliding doors are connected in a fixed state to one cable member, and when one sliding door opens and closes, the other sliding door also opens and closes. In the smoke-proof sliding door device to which such a structure is applied, when evacuating in a state where the left and right sliding doors are closed in the event of a fire, if you try to open one sliding door, the other sliding door will also open. There was a problem that required great power. For this reason, it was not easy to open the sliding doors for powerless elderly people, women and children, and there was a risk of hindering quick evacuation. Furthermore, in Patent Document 3, the locking piece is locked by the engagement / disengagement lever to keep the sliding door open at the normal time, and the engagement / disengagement lever and the engagement piece are disengaged in the event of a fire and the sliding door is closed. When the evacuee opens the sliding door to evacuate, there is a possibility that the locking piece is again locked by the engagement / disengagement lever and the sliding door is opened. When the sliding door moves together with the sliding door when the sliding door is opened from the closed state during evacuation, the sliding device is held again in the release device when the sliding door is fully opened, and the smoke shielding function is There was a risk of damage.
[0008]
In Patent Document 2, a self-closing device is separately provided for each of the left and right sliding doors. Therefore, when this structure is applied to the smoke-proof sliding door device, a release device is required for each of the left and right sliding doors to be kept open at all times. It becomes.
[0009]
Patent documents 4 and 5 exemplify a sliding door, and do not disclose a problem presented by the present application. However, in the smoke-proof sliding door device to which the sliding door is opened by locking the terminal tool at the end of the wire of Patent Document 4 to the release device, the sliding door is closed from the opened state, and the sliding door is evacuated. Even if it opens, there is no fear that the terminal device will be locked again in the release device, but since the terminal device that opens the sliding door with the release device is provided at the end of the wire, the wire and terminal are opened and closed as the sliding door opens and closes. There is a risk that the tool may come loose or the wire may get tangled, which may hinder the reliable operation of the sliding door. Moreover, since the terminal device is provided in the sliding door via the wire, the terminal device falls when the restraint by the release device is released, and thus a structure for preventing the terminal device from falling is required.
In this application, the left and right sliding doors maintained open by the release device are opened with a small force without opening the other sliding door when the release device is released and closed in the event of a fire. When the sliding door is opened, the sliding door can be closed again without being held by the release device, and the double-smoke smoke-proof sliding door device can be opened and closed with a single release device. A drive mechanism is to be provided.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, the left and right sliding doors are urged in the closing direction in which they abut against each other, and are normally held in the open state by the release device and are automatically closed from the open position by releasing the release device. In the smoke-proof sliding door device, a guide rail is provided along the sliding door opening / closing direction, and a sliding door open state holding member detachable from the release device is provided on the guide rail so as to be guided and moved along the sliding door opening / closing direction. The cable member wound around the left and right pulleys corresponding to the left and right sliding doors is connected to the member, and this cable member is connected to the upper transition part for one sliding door and to the lower sliding door. Each sliding door is provided with a locking member corresponding to the sliding door corresponding to each side transition portion, and the left and right sliding doors abut against the locking member with the urging force in the closing direction in a state where the holding member is locked to the release device. Keep open To make it in, has a relatively movable in the opening direction corresponding sliding doors, of the self-closed closed state by the rotation of the cord member sliding door can be opened without rotating the cord member for the locking member characterized in that way the.
According to this, the sliding door is brought into contact with the locking member in the normal state where the holding member is locked to the release device by the locking members provided on the cable member connected to the holding member and corresponding to the left and right sliding doors, respectively. When the open state is maintained and the holding member is released by the release device, the right and left sliding doors close while rotating the cable member with the urging force in the closing direction, so that the passage and the building opening can be blocked, and smoke can be blocked. The open / close state is performed by one holding member and a release device, and no release device is required for each sliding door. When one of the sliding doors is opened while the left and right sliding doors are closed, the sliding door can move relative to the locking member in the opening direction, so that the sliding member can be slid to circulate. Absent. For this reason, since the other sliding door is not opened, an evacuation route can be secured with a small opening force that only pulls one sliding door, and it is easy to handle for a weak elderly person, woman or child. Even if the sliding door is opened for evacuation after closing, the holding member does not move with the opening movement of the sliding door, so the holding member is not locked to the release device, and the sliding door is automatically closed again by the urging force and smoke shielding Function is not impaired. In addition, since the sliding door open state holding member is provided so as to be guided and moved along the guide rail, the holding member moves without being unfolded and a reliable operation is obtained.
[0011]
The left and right sliding doors are biased in a closing direction by a winding spring member that generates a constant load. According to this, since a certain force is applied to the sliding door from the start of closing of the left and right sliding doors to contact, the left and right sliding doors contact with a constant load even when they collide with each other. Contact is ensured.
[0012]
Abutment members that can abut on the locking members corresponding to the left and right sliding doors are provided, through holes through which the cable members are inserted are provided in the abutment members, and the abutting members provided on the left and right sliding doors are each closed. It is characterized in that it is brought into contact with a corresponding locking member by urging to.

[0017]
Further, both ends of the winding wire 27 in the upper wire portion 38 are connected to the lower portion of the sliding door open state holding member 41 as shown in FIG. 9. The holding member 41 includes a holding hook 42, and the holding hook 42 is engaged with and disengaged from a latch 55 of a release device 44 attached to the center of the horizontal frame 18 via a bracket 43 (FIG. 10). In the state where the holding hook 42 is locked to the latch 55, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 12, the left and right smoke-proof sliding doors 4, 5 are fully opened by the contact between the locking member 40 and the contact piece 26. When the solenoid 56 of the release device 44 is operated by a signal from a fire (smoke) detection device (not shown), the holding hook 42 is unlocked by the latch 55. Since the release device 44 and the holding member 41 are engaged and disengaged at the center of the horizontal frame 18 (closed center L), the lid 17a of the drive unit housing case 17 can be provided compared to the release device provided in the door pocket. Installation and inspection can be performed easily by opening. A guide element 45 is provided on the upper portion of the holding member 41, and the guide element 45 is guided so as to be slidable along the holding member guide rail 46. The holding member guide rail 46 is constructed by laying a pipe between the holding member guide rail mounting pieces 47, 47 provided on the upper portions of the brackets 36, 43 in parallel with the winding wire 27.
[0018]
The closing means mounting piece 48 provided at the lower portion of the bracket 43 is provided with a well-known winding spring member as the left and right sliding door closing means 49, 49. The winding spring member 49 is a constant load spring, and one end of the belt-like leaf spring 50 is connected to and wound around a winding member 51 that is pivotally supported so that the leaf spring 50 is wound around the winding member 51. It is configured such that the winding force always acts so as to stick. As shown in FIG. 11, the winding members 51 of the left and right winding spring members 49 are rotatably attached to the closing means mounting piece 48, and the other ends of the leaf springs 50 are respectively connected to the left and right smoke shields. It connects with the supporting member 21 of the sliding doors 4 and 5 via the connection member 52, and the smoke shielding sliding doors 4 and 5 are always urged | biased in the closing direction by using winding force as closing force.
[0019]
In the smoke-proof sliding door device 1 configured in this way, as shown in FIG. 12, the passage opening 2 is normally opened, so that the left and right smoke-proof sliding doors 4, 5 are left and right by the opening / closing drive mechanism 54. 3 and 3 are held in the stored state. At this time, the left and right winding spring members 49 and 49 are drawn out from the winding member 51 in the opening direction, and urge the smoke shielding sliding doors 4 and 5 in the closing direction. Further, when the holding member 41 is locked to the release device 44, the left locking member 40 is positioned at the left end of the winding wire 27 and the right locking member 40 is positioned at the right end position of the winding wire 27. The contact pieces 26 of the left and right smoke-proof sliding doors 4 and 5 corresponding to the left and right engaging members 40 are brought into contact with the urging force of the wind-up spring member 49 to restrict the movement in the closing direction. The left and right smoke-proof sliding doors 4 and 5 are held in an open state by the locking of the holding member 41 and the release device 44.
[0020]
In the event of a fire, as shown in FIG. 13, the solenoid 56 is energized to release the holding hook 42 by the release device 44, thereby closing the left and right shields at a substantially constant speed by the closing force of the retractable spring member 49. The smoke sliding doors 4 and 5 move in synchronization with the closing direction while pushing the corresponding locking member 40, and the upper airtight material 12 a of the smoke shielding sliding doors 4 and 5 and the upper closing member are moved to the upper airtight material 12 of the sliding door frame 6. 34 is the vertical closing member 15 of the sliding door frame 6 and the vertical air-tight material 33a of the smoke-proof sliding doors 4 and 5 are below the door-end air-tight materials 29 and 29 of the left and right smoke-proof sliding doors 4 and 5, and the smoke-proof sliding doors 4 and 5 The airtight material 30 and the floor surface F are in close contact with each other, and the passage opening 2 is sealed. At this time, the left and right locking members 40, 40 move in the closing direction to rotate the winding wire 27 in the clockwise direction, and the holding member 41 is greatly shaken by being guided along the holding member guide rail 46. Instead, it moves to the right in FIG. 13 and is located at the right end of the winding wire 27.
[0021]
For example, when one (left side) smoke-proof sliding door 4 is opened in order to secure an evacuation route in the closed state of the smoke-proof sliding doors 4, 5, the winding wire 27 is inserted into the contact piece 26, and Since the stop member 40 is in contact, as shown in FIG. 14, the left smoke-proof sliding door 4 does not rotate the circling wire 27 and keeps the stop member 40 in its place, so that the stop member 40 Move relative to the opening direction. Therefore, since the other smoke-proof sliding door 5 is not opened together by the opening / closing drive mechanism 54, one sliding door 4 can be opened with a small opening force, and even an inexperienced elderly person can secure an evacuation route. Can be done easily and evacuate quickly. Further, even if the smoke shielding sliding door 4 is fully opened when the evacuation route is secured from this closed state, the rotating wire 27 does not rotate, so that the holding member 41 connected to the rotating wire 27 does not move and the right end of the rotating wire 27 does not move. The holding member 41 is not locked to the release device 44 again. Therefore, even if the smoke shielding sliding door 4 is opened, the smoke shielding sliding door 4 is automatically closed again by the closing force of the retractable spring member 49, so that the smoke shielding function is maintained.
[0022]
Incidentally, as in Patent Document 3, the sliding door guide rail 62 of the right smoke-proof sliding door 5 is slightly inclined in the prospective direction toward the closing center L with respect to the sliding door guide rail 61 of the left smoke-proof sliding door 4 ( The present application is also applied to FIG. In this case, the sliding door open state holding member may be moved in the sliding door opening / closing direction orthogonal to the closing center L, or may be moved in the sliding door opening / closing direction along the inclined right sliding door guide rail 62. May be.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, the sliding door open state holding member detachably engageable with the release device is movably provided, and the holding member is connected to the rope member wound around the left and right pulleys so that the vertical movement of the rope member is performed. The part is provided with a locking member corresponding to each of the left and right sliding doors, and in a state where the holding member is locked with the release device, the sliding member abuts on the locking member with an urging force in the closing direction, and is held in the open state. Since the sliding door corresponding to the locking member is relatively movable in the opening direction, the sliding door can be held in the open state by one holding member and the release device. Further, when one of the sliding doors is opened in the closed state of the sliding door, the sliding door can move relative to the locking member, so that the cord member is not circulated and the other sliding door is not opened. For this reason, the sliding door can be opened with a small opening force to open one of the sliding doors, so that it is easy to handle, and an evacuation route can be easily secured even for a weak elderly person. Further, since the cable member does not go around, the holding member does not move and is locked again with the release device, and the opened sliding door is closed again and the smoke shielding function is not impaired. In addition, a guide rail is provided along the sliding door opening and closing direction, and a sliding door open state holding member that can be engaged with and detached from the release device is provided on the guide rail so as to be guided and moved along the sliding door opening and closing direction. It moves without any problem and reliable operation is obtained.
