Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a table and a desk leg device, and more particularly, to a table and a desk leg device that can be changed according to the depth width of the top board and eliminate the bulkiness in packaging.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, various table and desk leg devices have been provided. For example, there are a wide variety of such leg devices such as a leg plate structure, an L-shaped side view, and a front / rear separation type. Here, as a function that the leg device that supports the top plate must have, firstly, it is excellent in stability, next is high support strength, and excellent in design.
[0003]
Further, in the case of a foldable table in which the top plate rotates in the vertical direction, the requirements further required for the leg device become severe. That is, the upper end portion must be compact in order to connect the top plate to the upper end portion of the leg device so as to be rotatable. In addition, when the top plate is turned upward and folded, the center of gravity moves rearward, and in this case, it must be possible to support it stably. Furthermore, in order to be able to stack in the folded state in the folded state, both legs of the front table must enter between the legs of the rear table.
[0004]
As such a leg device, in Patent Document 1, a pair of forwardly tilted leg columns that pivotably connect the top plate to the upper end portion are provided, and auxiliary legs are arranged apart from the side of the pair of leg columns. In addition, there is described a leg body having a structure in which the upper end of the auxiliary leg is fixed at the middle / high position of the leg column and the auxiliary leg is gently curved outward. Further, Patent Document 2 describes a leg body having a structure in which a second leg rod bent forward in a side view is disposed outside the inclined first leg rod and the upper portions of both leg rods are fixed. ing.
[0005]
However, since the legs described in both patent documents maintain the same shape even when the top plate is folded, the bulkiness is not eliminated when packing. For this reason, it is necessary to separate the top plate and the leg at the rotating part and also the reinforcing beam connecting the left and right legs, which is very troublesome. When the interlocking mechanism with a board is provided, those connections must be disassembled, and it is virtually impossible to separate the top board and the leg.

[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The leg device of the present invention can be widely applied to general tables and desks. In the present embodiment, an example in which the leg device is applied to a folding table will be described. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of the foldable table according to the present embodiment as viewed from behind, FIG. 2 is a side view of the foldable table, FIG. 3 is a side view of the foldable state, and FIGS. Details are shown. In the figure, symbol A is a leg device, B is a curtain plate interlocking device, C is a lock device, 1 is a leg, 2 is a top plate, and 3 is a curtain plate.
[0014]
The foldable table of this embodiment is connected to the upper ends of the left and right legs 1, 1 so that both sides of the lower surface of the top plate 2 can be turned up and down, and the top plate 2 is used in a substantially horizontal state (FIG. 2). (See FIG. 3) and a folded state (see FIG. 3) rotated upward, and the curtain plate 3 arranged below the rear portion of the top plate 2 approaches the lower portion of the rear portion of the top plate 2 and hangs down. The link between the used state and the folded state along the rear edges of both legs 1, 1 is linked to the top plate 2 so as to be movable, and can be locked in the used state and the folded state. It has become.
[0015]
First, a leg device A (leg body 1) according to the present invention is a leg device that supports both side portions of the top plate 2, as shown in FIGS. The auxiliary leg 5 is selected from a single or a plurality of types disposed in front of the main leg 4, and the upper and lower intermediate parts of the main leg 4 are detachably connected to the upper end part of the auxiliary leg 5.
[0016]
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the leg 1 is formed with screw holes 7 and 7 on the front side of the connecting portion 6 of the main leg 4 that connects the auxiliary leg 5, and An engaging portion 8 that engages from the front side to the side surface of the connecting portion 6 of the main leg 4 is formed at the upper end portion of the auxiliary leg 5, and an attachment hole 9 is formed in the engaging portion 8 corresponding to the screw holes 7, 7. , 9 are formed, screws 10 and 10 are inserted into the mounting holes 9 and 9 from the front side and screwed into the screw holes 7 and 7 with the engaging part 8 engaged with the connecting part 6. It is.
[0017]
Here, if the connecting portion 6 is a recess into which the engaging portion 8 is fitted, the connection is stronger. The engagement portion 8 is joined to the front surface side of the main leg 4 to form a plan view from a front surface portion 8a formed with the mounting holes 9 and 9, and a side surface portion 8b joined to the side surface side of the main leg 4. It is formed in a substantially L shape. The front surface 8a of the engaging portion 8 of the auxiliary leg 5 is attached to the connecting portion 6 of the main leg 4 by the screws 10 and 10, and the side surface 8b is in contact with the side surface of the main leg 4. As a result, the outward displacement of the auxiliary leg 5 is restricted. The screws 10 and 10 are located inside the auxiliary leg 5 and screwed into the main leg 4 from the front side, so that they cannot be seen from the outer side and the appearance can be improved. Further, since the engaging portion 8 of the auxiliary leg 5 is set larger than the other portions, the contact area with the connecting portion 6 is increased, the connected state is stabilized, and the engaging portion 8 is used. Because there are few protrusions to the side, there is no worry of injury even if you hit your feet.
[0018]
The main leg 4 and the auxiliary leg 5 constituting the leg body 1 are made of aluminum in this embodiment, and the molding die becomes smaller and cheaper due to the separation of the main leg 4 and the auxiliary leg 5. Cost can be reduced. If a plurality of types of auxiliary legs 5 having different front and rear dimensions are prepared, the auxiliary legs 5 are selected according to the depth width of the top plate 2 and connected to the main legs 4 to reduce the stable support state. It can be realized at a cost. That is, in order to prepare a product group of folding tables having different depth widths, it is only necessary to use the common main leg 4 and combine only the auxiliary legs 5 with different dimensions, so that the total cost can be reduced. It is. For example, the folding table shown in FIG. 2 is a combination configuration example of the top plate 2 having a depth width of 60 cm and the auxiliary legs 5 having an intermediate length, and FIG. 6A is a short top plate 2a having a depth width of 45 cm. FIG. 6B is a configuration example in which the top plate 2a having a depth width of 70 cm and a long auxiliary leg 5a are combined. Further, the auxiliary legs 5 can be prepared in a plurality of types with different colors other than having different dimensions. In that case, it is possible to select a favorite color on the color design or to have a change.
[0019]
Further, in a side view, the main leg 4 has a shape that protrudes backward and is gently curved, and the auxiliary leg 5 has a shape that protrudes forward and is gently curved, and the auxiliary leg 5 slightly increases toward the front. The two main legs 4 and 4 of the foldable table located in front of the left and right auxiliary legs 5 and 5 are fitted into each other so that they can be stacked in the front-rear direction. Further, casters 11,... Are attached to the lower ends of the main leg 4 and the auxiliary leg 5, respectively, so as to be movable. And when stacking a plurality of foldable tables, the inner surface of the auxiliary leg 5 of the front foldable table and the outer surface of the main leg 4 of the rear foldable table are rubbed. In order to prevent damage due to contact, a protective member 12 such as polyolefin rubber is provided along the top of the inner side surface of the auxiliary leg 5. Specifically, a concave groove is formed on the inner side surface of the auxiliary leg 5, and the most part of the protective member 12 is embedded and fixed in the concave groove. The protective member 12 can be appropriately adopted as long as it is a material having a sliding and buffering action when receiving the main leg, and the attachment structure to the auxiliary leg 5 may be any fixing means such as adhesion or screwing.
[0020]
In this way, the leg 1 can be made compact during packaging and storage because the auxiliary leg 5 can be attached to and detached from the main leg 4. FIG. 7 shows a state in which the auxiliary leg 5 is removed from the main leg 4 in a folded state in which the top plate 2 is rotated upward and the curtain plate 3 is arranged along the rear edge of the main leg 4. ing. Here, since the top plate 2, the main leg 4, and the curtain plate 3 are positioned on a substantially straight line, the overall thickness is very thin without disassembling the curtain plate interlocking device B and the lock device C described later. It becomes a thing and can be packed in a flat box. The auxiliary legs 5 and 5 are not bulky because they can be accommodated and packed between the main legs 4 and 4.
[0021]
Here, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 7, the curtain plate 3 and the leg corresponding thereto are viewed in a side view when the curtain plate 3 is folded along the rear edge of the main leg 4 of the leg 1. If the shape of the rear edge of the main leg 4 of the body 1 is made to substantially coincide with the curved shape protruding rearward, both side edges of the weakly strong curtain plate 3 will be protected by the main leg 4, and it will be folded or packaged. Even in the state, the curtain plate 3 is not deformed. 1 and 2, the curtain plate 3 is located at the rear end portion of the top plate 2 and is in a position retracted more than the main leg 4, so that the foot space can be widely used. Since the curtain plate 3 has a curved shape protruding rearward, the lower part of the curtain plate 3 is hidden deeper below the top plate 2, so that the possibility of catching a foot on the lower edge of the curtain plate 3 when passing nearby is reduced. .
[0022]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a mounting recess 13 is formed on the inner surface of the main leg 4 above the connecting portion 6, and the mounting recess 13 is thick at the bottom of the high strength support plate 14. The crank-shaped mounting base 15 formed in the above is screwed from the inner side, and the connecting beam 16 is fixed between the mounting bases 15 and 15 of the both support plates 14 and 14 attached to the left and right main legs 4 and 4, respectively. The two support plates 14 and 14 are integrated by the connecting beam 16 to increase the strength. As a result, the left and right main legs 4 and 4 are integrally connected via the connecting beam 16 and have very high support strength.
[0023]
Next, the curtain plate interlocking device B will be described with reference to FIGS. This curtain-plate interlocking device B is connected to the upper ends of the left and right legs 1 and 1 by connecting the lower side portions of the top plate 2 with a main shaft 17 so as to be vertically rotatable and arranged below the rear portion of the top plate 2. The linked curtain plate 3 is linked to the top plate 2 so as to be movable between a use state in which the curtain 3 is suspended close to the rear lower part of the top plate 2 and a folded state along the rear edges of both legs 1, 1. During the series of folding operations of the top plate 2 and the curtain plate 3, a gap 20 having a predetermined interval or more is always formed between the rear end portion 18 of the top plate 2 and the upper end portion 19 of the curtain plate 3. .
[0024]
Here, when the gap 20 is provided at a predetermined interval or more, the rear end portion of the top plate 2 is unexpectedly moved when the top plate 2 is held in the vertical direction by holding the rear end portion 18 of the top plate 2. The finger is prevented from being pinched between the upper end portion 19 of the curtain 18 and the curtain plate 3. Further, in the folded state, the curtain plate 3 follows the rear edges of the main legs 4 and 4 of the both legs 1 and 1, so that the front and rear storage efficiency can be improved when stacking.
[0025]
Specifically, the curtain plate 3 disposed below the rear portion of the top plate 2 is linked to the leg 1 by a pair of upper and lower link rods 21 and 22 on both the left and right sides, and the upper link rod 21 and the top plate are connected. 2 and the rear plate 18 are linked by an interlocking rod 23 to link the top plate 2 and the curtain plate 3 together, and the rear end portion 18 of the top plate 2 is always connected to the top plate 2 during a series of folding operations. The lengths and pivot positions of the upper and lower link rods 21 and 22 and the interlocking rod 23 are set so as to form a gap 20 having a predetermined interval or more between the upper end portion 19 of the curtain plate 3.
[0026]
Here, as described above, when the curtain plate 3 is folded along the rear edge of the main leg 4 of the leg 1, the curtain 3 and the main leg of the leg 1 corresponding thereto are displayed. 4 in the side view state in which the shape of the rear edge of the main body 4 is made to substantially coincide with the curved shape protruding rearward and the curtain plate 3 is folded along the rear edge of the main leg 4 of the leg 1. 21 and 22 are substantially concealed inside the leg 1 so as to be hardly visible.
[0027]
As described above, in order to set the length and the pivot position of the upper and lower link rods 21 and 22 and the interlocking rod 23, first, in the usage state of the curtain plate 3 requested in conjunction with the operation of the top plate 2. And the position in the folded state are determined. Then, a first pivot point 24 and a second pivot point 25 that pivotally attach the upper link rod 21 and the lower link rod 22 at the rear side positions of the curtain plate 3 are determined. Then, a point equidistant from the first pivot points 24 and 24 when the curtain 3 is in the use state and the folded state is determined on the inner surface of the main leg 4, and this point is the third pivot point. Similarly, a fourth pivot point 27 is set at a position equidistant from the second pivot points 25, 25. Accordingly, the length of the upper link rod 21 having the first pivot point 24 and the third pivot point 26 at both ends is determined, and the second pivot point 25 and the fourth pivot point 27 are disposed at both ends. The length of the lower link rod 22 is determined. Here, the upper link rod 21 has a slightly curved shape in order to escape the connecting beam 16 in the folded state. Then, a fifth pivot point 28 is provisionally determined at an appropriate position on the lower surface of the rear portion of the top plate 2, and in the vicinity of the middle portion of the upper link rod 21 that is equidistant from the fifth pivot point 28 in the use state and the folded state. A point is determined, and this point is set as the sixth pivot point 29, and the length of the interlocking rod 23 having the fifth pivot point 28 and the sixth pivot point 29 at both ends is determined. In this way, with the positions of the pivot points 24 to 29 being determined and the lengths and shapes of the upper and lower link rods 21 and 22 and the interlocking rod 23 being determined, the top plate 2 is changed from the use state to the folded state. If the gap 20 becomes less than the predetermined interval during the change, the above setting operation is repeated, and the gap 20 always exceeds the predetermined interval during the series of folding operations of the top plate 2 and the curtain plate 3. Repeat until formed. As a result, the positions of the top plate 2 and the curtain plate 3 in the used state and the folded state are guaranteed to be as designed, so if the gap 20 of a predetermined interval or more can always be secured during the folding operation, then the setting work is finish. Further, the third pivot point 26 and the fourth pivot point 27 are provided on the mounting base 15 of the support plate 14, so that the upper and lower link rods 21 and 22 are attached before the support plate 14 is attached to the main leg 4. Can be assembled.
[0028]
Next, the locking device C will be described with reference to FIGS. 2, 3, and 9 to 11. This locking device C is connected to the upper ends of the left and right legs 1, 1 so that both sides of the lower surface of the top plate 2 can be rotated up and down, and the top plate 2 is rotated in a substantially horizontal state of use and upward. A folding table locking device C that is fixed in a folded state, wherein the top plate 2 is rotatably connected to a support plate 14 provided on the leg 1 by a main shaft 17, and the support plate 14 1st engaging part 30 and 2nd engaging part 31 are formed in the edge part of this, and the restricting part which protruded from the front-end | tip part of the regulating member 32 arranged on the both sides of the lower surface of the said top plate 2 so that vertical inclination was possible respectively 33 is elastically biased by the kick spring 34 so as to engage the first engagement portion 30 when in use and engage with the second engagement portion 31 when folded. In contact with the operation piece 35 provided at the base end portion of the restricting member 32, the restricting portion 33 is connected to the first engaging portion 30 or the second engaging portion 30. The operating member 36 for operating the regulating member 32 in a direction away from the engagement portion 31, in which each side portion of the lower surface of the top plate 2 is provided rotatably.
[0029]
Here, the restricting member 32 can be tilted by a pivot 37, and an operation member 36 separate from the restricting member 32 is rotatably provided by a support shaft 36A. The operating members 36, 36 provided on both sides of the lower surface of the top plate 2 are pivoted with their support shafts 36A, 36A being fixed to both ends of one shaft 38. Yes. The operating member 36 has a pressing piece 40 that abuts on the lever 39 and the operating piece 35 of the restricting member 32. By lifting the lever 39, the pressing piece 40 pushes the operating piece 35 downward, thereby The pin-shaped restricting portion 33 of the restricting member 32 is separated from the first engaging portion 30 or the second engaging portion 31 against the elastic biasing force of the kick spring 34, and the front edge portion of the top plate 2 or the like. With the right place, it can be rotated upward or downward to change the state. In the middle of this state change, the lever 39 may be released, and the restricting portion 33 slides on the arcuate edge 41 of the support plate 14.
[0030]
More specifically, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. 10, the mounting member 42 having a substantially U-shaped cross section opened downward is provided with the groove portions 43 facing in the front-rear direction on both sides of the lower surface of the top plate 2. The upper part of the support plate 14 attached to the upper end of the leg 1 is arranged in the groove 43 of the attachment member 42 and is connected to both side wall plates 44 of the attachment member 42 so as to be rotatable by the main shaft 17. The restricting member 32 and the operation member 36 are rotatably provided on the attachment member 42. The mounting member 42 is covered with a cover 45 made of synthetic resin.
[0031]
The restriction member 32 and the operation member 36 are formed separately, and the left and right operation members 36 and 36 are interlocked by a shaft 38, so that both restriction members can be operated regardless of which of the left and right operation members 36 is operated. 32 and 32 can be operated, and even if the member accuracy and the mounting accuracy are somewhat worse, it can be operated reliably. In addition, the operation in which the restricting portion 33 of the most important restricting member 32 engages and locks with the first engaging portion 30 or the second engaging portion 31 is independent by the elastic biasing force of the kick spring 34. Therefore, the state can be reliably fixed between the use state and the folded state.
[0032]
2 and 3, reference numeral 46 in the drawing denotes a wiring duct attached to the lower surface of the rear portion of the top plate 2. The wiring duct 46 has a shape in which the front edge of the substantially L-shaped receiving portion in a side view is raised in a use state, and is open toward the front. When the cord is wired to the wiring duct 46 from the front, the cord does not fall even when the cord is folded as shown in FIG. Further, since the gap 20 exists, there is no possibility that the cord is disconnected even if the folding operation is performed while the cord is wired through the gap 20.
[0033]
