【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特開平6−306824号公報に記載される如き、部材を直接支柱等に取り付ける方法では、取り付けは容易ではあるものの、取り付け耳板の面からボルト頭が突出し、見栄えが悪い上にボルト頭が腐食されると錆が流出し、支柱等が汚染されて外観が損なわれる恐れがある。また市街地などに設置した場合には、歩行者等がボルト頭に接触して怪我をするといった不具合も考えられる。

そこで本発明は、上記の如き問題点を解決し、取り付けが容易で、且つ取り付けに係わる手段が目立つことのない防音板を提供せんとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明は以下のような構成としている。すなわち、防音板の端部の一部か、又は防音板の端部に取り付けられた取付枠の奥側に第1の壁面が設けられ、且つ取付枠の手前側に第2の壁面が設けられ、前記第1の壁面にはボルトが挿通可能な貫通孔が穿設され、該貫通孔にボルトを挿通して対象物に取り付けられる防音板であって、少なくとも第1の壁面に挿通されたボルトの手前に位置する第2の壁面が、上下方向に設けられたヒンジにより手側に向けて開放可能となされると共に、前記第2の壁面は、取付枠に固定された第3の壁面が、第2の壁面の奥側の面に接するように設けられ、そしてこの第2の壁面を開放させた状態で第1の壁面をボルトにより対象物に取り付けることができると共に、第1の壁面を対象物に取り付けた後は、この第2の壁面を閉鎖して第3の壁面に固定手段により固定させることができるようになされたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明に係わる実施の形態について、図面に基づき以下に具体的に説明する。図2及び図3は本発明に係わる防音板の、取り付けの一形態を示すもので、支柱に防音板が取り付けられる状態を示す説明図である。まず図2に示す如く、防音板10は、遮音板101の周囲に縦枠材102及び横枠材103が形成されたものであるが、防音板10の端部には第1の壁面1及び第2の壁面2が備えられた取付枠20が設けられている。
