Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a syringe and is intended to handle the syringe more safely.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A syringe used in the medical field is provided with a protective cover that covers the injection needle before and after use (during disposal) from the viewpoint of ensuring safety in handling.
[0003]
By the way, since the conventional protective cover is a cap type that can be detached from the syringe, there is a risk of accidentally damaging the hand or finger with the needle tip when wearing it (particularly on used syringes). In addition, when the protective cover is attached and discarded, the work of attaching the protective cover itself is troublesome, and the burden on the worker (especially mental burden) is large, and the improvement is required.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to propose a novel syringe that can safely and reliably cover a needle with respect to a used syringe.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention provides a syringe for holding a syringe needle via a locking tip and a plunger for forming a drug solution filling space between the syringe and discharging the drug solution from the tip of the syringe needle by sliding. A syringe provided,
At the tip of the syringe, the locking tip is screwed and supported in a through passage that leads to the filling space of the chemical solution, and the locking tip is slid along the axis of the syringe by the rotation and falls into the filling space together with the injection needle. the rotary member mounting which causes,
The syringe is characterized in that a lid body is arranged on the pressing end face of the plunger by screwing the penetrating path to replace the locking tip and closing the penetrating path .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to the drawings.
[0008]
1 (a) and 1 (b) show an embodiment of a syringe according to the present invention, (a) shows the whole thereof, and (b) shows an enlarged main part thereof.
[0009]
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes an injection needle, 2 denotes a locking tip for holding the injection needle 1, and a screw portion 2 a is provided on the outer surface of the locking tip 2.
[0010]
Number 3 is a syringe that forms the main body of the syringe, and 4 is a plunger that forms a filling space M for the drug solution between the syringe 3 and discharges the drug solution from the tip of the injection needle 1 by sliding in the syringe 3. It is.
[0011]
Reference numeral 5 denotes a rotating body that is rotatably held at the tip of the syringe 3. The rotating body 5 has a through passage 5a communicating with the filling space M, and a threaded portion r is formed on a side wall surface of the through passage 5a.
[0012]
Reference numeral 6 denotes a lid fixedly held on the pressing end surface of the plunger 4 by an engaging means such as a screw. The lid 6 can be engaged with a threaded portion r provided on the side wall surface of the through passage 5a. It can be done. Further, 7 is a seal member disposed between the flange portion of the locking tip 2 and the top wall 3a of the syringe 3, and 8 is a convex portion for supporting and positioning the locking tip 2 inside the syringe 3. is there.
[0013]
Since the threaded portion 2a of the locking tip 2 is engaged and screwed with a threaded portion r provided in the through passage 5a of the rotating body 5, and the space between them is sealed by the seal member 7, By using the syringe in the state shown in 1, the drug solution is reliably discharged from the injection needle 1.
[0014]
After the use of the syringe (during disposal), the plunger 4 is pulled back once to form a space in the syringe 3. When the rotating body 5 is rotated here, the locking tip 2 gets over the convex portion 8 and moves together with the injection needle 1. Slide along the axis of the syringe 3. When the engagement between the threaded portion 2a of the locking tip 2 and the threaded portion r of the through-passage 5a is released, the locking tip 2 enters the space (filling space) of the syringe 3 together with the injection needle 1 as shown in FIG. The storage of the injection needle 1 is completed by dropping and removing the lid 6 fixedly held on the pressing end surface of the plunger 4 and screwing it onto the through passage 5a of the rotating body 5 as shown in FIG.
[0015]
As described above, the syringe according to the present invention can drop the injection needle 1 into the syringe 3 only by rotating the rotating body 5, and the penetrating path 5 a is reliably closed by the lid 6 provided separately. Therefore, the injection needle 1 does not jump out through the through passage 5a after use.
[0016]
There is a concern that the locking chip 2 rotates with the rotating body 5 when the rotating body 5 is rotated. In such a case, a vertical rib is provided inside the syringe 3 in advance, and this vertical rib is used for locking. Fit around a part of the chip 2 (flange, etc.) to avoid rotation.
[0017]
In order to separate the injection needle 1 from the other components, the injection needle can be taken out simply by pulling out the plunger 4 from the syringe 3, so that separation and collection can be performed very easily.
[0018]
FIG. 4 shows another configuration example of the syringe according to the present invention with respect to the main part (open end of the syringe 3). The syringe shown here has a structure in which a ring 9 fixed and held by an engaging means such as an undercut is provided inside the opening end of the syringe 3 (other configurations are the same as those shown in FIG. 1). Yes, thereby preventing the plunger 4 from coming out of the syringe 3 when the plunger 4 is pulled back to form a storage space for the injection needle 1 in the syringe 3.
[0019]
Although the ring 9 is shown as an example in FIG. 4 where the ring 9 is fixed and held by undercutting, the engaging means may be a screw or an adhesive, and is not particularly limited in the present invention. In order to discard this type of syringe, the syringe needle 1 is stored in the syringe and then discarded with the plunger 4 inserted into the syringe 3.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the injection needle can be stored in the syringe simply by rotating the rotating body, there is no risk that the needle tip touches the hand or finger after use of the syringe (at the time of disposal) and damages it. The storing operation of the injection needle can be performed very easily.
[Brief description of the drawings]
FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of a syringe according to the present invention.
FIG. 2 is a view showing a state where an injection needle is dropped into a syringe in the syringe shown in FIG.
FIG. 3 is a view showing a state where a lid is attached to the syringe shown in FIG. 1;
