Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pushbutton switch that activates an alarm device or a doorbell.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there are two types of push button switches for activating alarm devices, doorbells, and the like, depending on the type of contact, an A contact type push button switch and a B contact type push button switch.
[0003]
The A-contact type pushbutton switch is normally turned off when the pushbutton is not pushed, and is turned on when the pushbutton is pushed. Such an A-contact type pushbutton switch is widely used as, for example, a pushbutton switch for starting a doorbell and a pushbutton switch for starting an alarm device.
[0004]
The B-contact type push button switch is normally turned on when the push button is not pushed, and is turned off when the push button is pushed. Such a B contact type push button switch is widely used as a push button switch for starting an alarm device, for example.
[0005]
Here, the structure of a conventional B-contact type pushbutton switch will be described with reference to FIGS. The B-contact type push button switch is attached to a case 1 made of a resin such as plastics, a fixed side terminal 2 and a movable side terminal 3 housed and held in the case 1, and one surface of the case 1 so as to be able to advance and retract. The push button 4 is configured.
[0006]
The case 1 includes a lower case 5 and an upper case 6. The fixed side terminal 2 and the movable side terminal 3 are housed and held in the lower case 5, and the push button 4 is attached to the upper case 6 so as to freely move forward and backward. 5 and the upper case 6 are fixed by a stopper or a fixing claw.
[0007]
The fixed-side terminal 2 includes a contact piece 7 formed in a substantially crank shape and a terminal piece 8 formed in a substantially U shape. The contact piece 7 and the terminal piece 8 are caulked. A fixed contact 9 is provided on the contact piece 7, and an electric wire (not shown) is connected to the terminal piece 8.
[0008]
The movable terminal 3 includes a terminal piece 10 formed in a substantially U shape, a support body 11 formed in a substantially L shape, a long leaf spring 12, and a compression spring 13. One end of the leaf spring 12 and the support 11 are crimped. The other end of the leaf spring 12 is provided with a movable contact 14 that is connected to and separated from the fixed contact 9, and an electric wire (not shown) is connected to the terminal piece 10. The compression spring 13 is formed by cutting and raising a part of the leaf spring 12 into a substantially U shape, and one end is integrally connected to the leaf spring 12 in the vicinity of the movable contact 14 and the other end is locked to the locking portion 15. Has been. The compression spring 13 urges the plate spring 12 in a direction to bend the plate spring 12 to a position where the movable contact 14 contacts the fixed contact 9. The support 11 is bent at a position facing the substantially central portion of the leaf spring 12 in the longitudinal direction and is formed in a substantially L shape, and a protruding piece 16 is formed at the bent portion. The protruding piece 16 is penetrated into a hole (not shown) formed in the plate spring 12 by cutting and raising the compression spring 13, and the other end of the compression spring 13 is locked to the protruding piece 16. A portion 15 is formed.
[0009]
The push button 4 is formed with a pressing portion 17 that presses the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring 12 when the push button 4 is pressed into the case 1. When the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring 12 is pressed by the pressing portion 17, the leaf spring 12 is bent and the movable contact 14 is separated from the fixed contact 9 as shown in FIG. Turn off.
[0010]
When the movable contact 14 comes into contact with the terminal piece 8 of the fixed terminal 2 when the leaf spring 12 is bent by pressing the push button 4 to move the movable contact 14 away from the fixed contact 9, the B contact type This causes a disadvantage that the pushbutton switch is energized. Therefore, the bending position restricting member 18 is attached in the lower case 5, and when the leaf spring 12 pressed by the pressing portion 17 is bent, the leaf spring 12 is brought into contact with the distal end portion of the bending position restricting member 18. The bending position of the leaf spring 12 is restricted so that the movable contact 14 separated from the fixed contact 9 does not contact the terminal piece 8.
[0011]
Next, the structure of a conventional A-contact type pushbutton switch will be described with reference to FIGS. The A contact type push button switch and the B contact type push button switch are designed to share the various parts constituting the push button switch, and the same parts as those described with reference to FIGS. The same reference numerals are used, and description thereof is omitted. The A-contact type push button switch is attached to a case 1 made of a resin such as plastics, a fixed side terminal 2a and a movable side terminal 3 housed and held in the case 1, and a surface of the case 1 so as to freely advance and retract. And a push button 4a.
[0012]
The case 1 includes a lower case 5 and an upper case 6. The fixed side terminal 2 a and the movable side terminal 3 are accommodated and held in the lower case 5, and the push button 4 a is attached to the upper case 6 so as to freely advance and retract. 5 and the upper case 6 are fixed by a stopper or a fixing claw.
[0013]
The fixed-side terminal 2a is composed of a terminal piece 8 formed in a substantially U-shape. A fixed contact 9 is provided on the terminal piece 8, and an electric wire (not shown) is connected to the fixed-side terminal 2a.
[0014]
The movable terminal 3 includes a terminal piece 10 formed in a substantially U shape, a support body 11 formed in a substantially L shape, a long plate spring 12, and a compression spring 13. The compression spring 13 biases the leaf spring 12 in a direction in which the leaf spring 12 bends to a position where the movable contact 14 is separated from the fixed contact 9.
[0015]
The push button 4a is opposed to a pressing portion 17 that presses the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring 12 when the push button 4a is pushed into the case 1 and an end portion of the leaf spring 12 on the movable contact 14 side. A deflection position restricting projection 19 is formed. Even if the leaf spring 12 has a large amount of deflection when turned off due to variations in component dimensions or the like, the movable contact 14 is caused by the end of the leaf spring 12 on the movable contact 14 side coming into contact with the deflection position restricting projection 19. Of the leaf spring 12 in a direction away from the fixed contact 9 is restricted.
[0016]
FIG. 10 shows a state where the push button 4a of the A-contact type push button switch is pressed. It is turned on by contacting 9.
[0017]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the B-contact type pushbutton switch shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the fixed-side terminal 2 is formed by crimping the contact piece 7 formed in a substantially crank shape on the terminal piece 8. For this reason, in order to form the substantially crank-shaped terminal piece 8, the bending process of 2 times is required and it takes an effort.
[0018]
When the contact piece 7 and the terminal piece 8 are caulked, as shown in FIG. 8, the contact piece 7 and the terminal piece 8 are arranged at the corners of the caulking jig 20, and the directions indicated by the arrows. Since pressurization is performed, the caulking work takes time and workability is poor, and defective products with poor caulking are likely to occur.
[0019]
Further, in the B-contact type push button switch, when the leaf spring 12 that is bent by being pressed by the push button 4 comes into contact with the bending position restricting member 18, the pressing portion 17 and the bending position restricting member 18 that are located close to each other are contacted. Are in contact with the leaf spring 12 from the opposite direction, and the contact makes it easier for the leaf spring 12 to be permanently deformed. When the leaf spring 12 is permanently deformed, the performance and reliability as a push button switch are lowered.
[0020]
The deflection position restricting protrusion 19 formed on the push button 4a of the A contact type push button switch shown in FIGS. 9 and 10 is used in the B contact type push button switch shown in FIGS. If it does, it will be in the way because it contacts the contact piece 7. Accordingly, the push button 4a (or 4) cannot be shared by the A contact type push button switch and the B contact type push button switch.
[0021]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a B-contact type pushbutton switch that can easily form a fixed terminal.
[0022]
In addition, the present invention can prevent the movable contact from being brought into contact with the fixed terminal and being turned on when operated in the off state, and can prevent the contact without causing permanent deformation of the leaf spring. An object is to provide a pushbutton switch of a type.
[0023]
A further object of the present invention is to provide a push button switch that can be used in common in the A contact type push button switch and the B contact type push button switch.
[0024]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a pushbutton switch comprising: a contact piece formed in a substantially L shape comprising a first piece portion and a second piece portion, and a fixed contact provided on the second piece portion; A fixed terminal in which the first piece is brought into surface contact with the mounting surface portion of the terminal piece and fixed by crimping; a terminal piece to which an electric wire is connected, and one end fixed to the terminal piece The leaf spring is provided with a movable contact at the other end, and one end is fixed in the vicinity of the movable contact of the leaf spring and the other end is locked to the locking portion, thereby moving the leaf spring in a predetermined direction. A movable terminal having a compression spring biased in a bending direction; a case in which the fixed terminal and the movable terminal are housed and held at a position where the fixed contact and the movable contact are in contact with each other; The leaf spring of the movable terminal housed and held in one surface of the case is bent. The leaf spring is attached to the direction facing the direction so as to be movable forward and backward, and the movable contact is moved away from the fixed contact by pressing the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring during the pressing operation toward the case. And a push button provided with a pressing portion that bends.
[0025]
Here, in the normal state where the push button is not pushed, the push button switch is turned on when the fixed contact of the fixed terminal and the movable contact of the movable terminal are brought into contact with each other by the action of the leaf spring and the compression spring, and the push button is pressed. This is a B contact type push button switch in which the leaf spring is bent and the movable contact is separated from the fixed contact and turned off. When pressing of the push button is stopped, the leaf spring is deflected to a position where the movable contact comes into contact with the fixed contact by the action of the leaf spring and the compression spring, and the push button switch returns to the ON state.
[0026]
Therefore, in the fixed side terminal of such a B contact type pushbutton switch, the contact piece constituting the fixed side terminal is formed in a substantially L-shape composed of the first piece portion and the second piece portion. The contact piece can be formed by bending the plate-like member once, and the contact piece can be easily formed. Further, when the contact piece and the terminal piece are caulked, the first piece of the contact piece is brought into surface contact with the mounting surface of the terminal piece, so that the first piece of the contact piece is placed on a flat surface. It is possible to place and fix the crimping, whereby it is possible to smoothly press the crimping and to obtain a fixed terminal having a good crimping quality between the contact piece and the terminal piece.
[0027]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the pushbutton switch according to the first aspect, the movable piece separated from the fixed contact by the terminal piece of the fixed terminal being pressed by the pressing portion and the leaf spring being bent. An insulated contact is provided on which the contact contacts.
[0028]
Here, when the movable contact is moved away from the fixed contact by pressing the push button and bending the leaf spring, the push button switch cannot be turned off if the movable contact contacts the terminal piece of the fixed terminal.
[0029]
Therefore, when the leaf spring is bent and the movable contact is moved away from the fixed contact, the movable contact is brought into contact with the insulated contact provided on the terminal piece, so that the movable contact comes into contact with the terminal piece and is energized. And the push button switch is reliably turned off. Since the pressing portion of the push button and the insulating contact are located apart from each other, even if the pressing portion and the insulating contact abut against the leaf spring from the opposite direction, the contact causes permanent deformation of the leaf spring. The force does not act, the occurrence of permanent deformation of the leaf spring is prevented, and the performance and reliability of the push button switch are maintained over a long period of time.
[0030]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the pushbutton switch according to the first or second aspect, the pushbutton is located near the pressing portion and closer to the movable contact than the pressing position of the pressing portion of the leaf spring. Opposing deflection position restricting protrusions are provided.
[0031]
Therefore, even if this push button is used in a B contact type push button switch, the deflection position restricting projection is located away from the contact piece of the B contact type push button switch, so that the deflecting position regulating projection is a B contact type push button switch. It does not happen that it comes in contact with the contact piece. On the other hand, when this pushbutton is used with an A-contact type pushbutton switch, even if the leaf spring has a large amount of deflection at the time of OFF due to variations in component dimensions, the leaf spring hits the deflection position regulating projection. By contacting, the leaf spring is prevented from being excessively bent. Thus, this push button can be shared by the A contact type push button switch and the B contact type push button switch.
[0035]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In addition, the same part as the part demonstrated in FIG. 6 thru | or FIG. 10 is shown with the same code | symbol, and description is also abbreviate | omitted. The present embodiment shows the structure of a B-contact type pushbutton switch. The B-contact type pushbutton switch includes a case 1 made of a resin such as plastics, and a fixed and stored in the case 1. A side terminal 21, a movable side terminal 3, and a push button 22 attached to one surface of the case 1 so as to freely advance and retract.
[0036]
The case 1 includes a lower case 5 and an upper case 6. The fixed side terminal 21 and the movable side terminal 3 are housed and held in the lower case 5, and a push button 22 is attached to the upper case 6 so as to freely move forward and backward. 5 and the upper case 6 are fixed by a stopper or a fixing claw.
[0037]
The fixed-side terminal 21 includes a contact piece 25 formed in a substantially L shape including a long piece portion 23 as a first piece portion and a short piece portion 24 as a second piece portion, and a terminal piece formed in a substantially U shape. 8 and the contact piece 25 and the terminal piece 8 are crimped. As shown in FIG. 3, the crimping of the contact piece 25 and the terminal piece 8 is performed by bringing the long piece portion 23 of the contact piece 25 into surface contact with the mounting surface portion 26 of the terminal piece 8, and It is carried out by placing on the flat surface of the crimping jig 27 and pressing with a pressure member (not shown) from the direction indicated by the arrow. Note that a notch hole 28 is formed in a portion of the terminal piece 8 facing the mounting surface portion 26 in parallel to allow the pressing member for caulking to be moved in the arrow direction. A fixed contact 9 is provided on the contact piece 25. An electric wire (not shown) is connected to the terminal piece 8, and an insulating contact 29 made of an insulating material such as plastic is provided at a position facing the fixed contact 9.
[0038]
The movable terminal 3 includes a terminal piece 10 formed in a substantially U shape, a support body 11 formed in a substantially L shape, a long plate spring 12, and a compression spring 13. The compression spring 13 urges the plate spring 12 in a direction to bend the plate spring 12 to a position where the movable contact 14 contacts the fixed contact 9.
[0039]
The push button 22 includes a push portion 17 that pushes the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring 12 when the push button 22 is pushed into the case 1, and a flexure position that will be described in detail in a second embodiment to be described later. A restriction protrusion 30 is formed. When the substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring 12 is pressed by the pressing portion 17, the leaf spring 12 is bent and the movable contact 14 is separated from the fixed contact 9 as shown in FIG. Turn off.
[0040]
In such a configuration, according to the B-contact type push button switch, the fixed contact 9 and the movable contact 14 are connected to each other between the leaf spring 12 and the compression spring 13, as shown in FIG. It is contacted by the action and turned on. At the time of a pressing operation in which the push button 22 is pressed, as shown in FIG. 2, the leaf spring 12 pressed by the pressing portion 17 is bent and the movable contact 14 is separated from the fixed contact 9 and is turned off. When the pressing of the push button 22 is stopped, the push button 22 is pushed back to the position shown in FIG. 1 by the action of the plate spring 12 and the compression spring 13, and the plate spring 12 is bent to a position where the movable contact 14 contacts the fixed contact 9. The push button switch returns to the ON state.
[0041]
Here, in the fixed side terminal 21 of the B contact type push button switch, the contact piece 25 constituting the fixed side terminal 21 is formed in a substantially L shape composed of a long piece portion 23 and a short piece portion 24. The contact piece 25 may be formed by bending the plate member once, and the contact piece 25 can be formed easily.
[0042]
As shown in FIG. 3, the crimping of the contact piece 25 and the terminal piece 8 is performed by bringing the long piece portion 23 of the contact piece 25 into surface contact with the mounting surface portion 26 of the terminal piece 8, and It is carried out by placing on the flat surface of the crimping jig 27 and applying pressure from the direction indicated by the arrow. For this reason, it is possible to perform the pressurization smoothly when the caulking is stopped, and it is possible to obtain the fixed-side terminal 21 having good caulking quality between the contact piece 25 and the terminal piece 8.
[0043]
When the push button 22 is pressed and the leaf spring 12 is bent to move the movable contact 14 away from the fixed contact 9, the movable contact 14 separated from the fixed contact 9 contacts the insulating contact 29 provided on the terminal piece 8. The contact with the terminal piece 8 is prevented and the push button switch is reliably turned off.
[0044]
Since the pressing portion 17 of the push button 22 and the insulating contact 29 are located apart from each other, even if the pressing portion 17 and the insulating contact 29 abut against the leaf spring 12 from the opposite direction, the leaf spring 12 is brought about by this contact. Forces that cause permanent deformation do not act. For this reason, generation | occurrence | production of the permanent deformation of the leaf | plate spring 12 is prevented, and the performance and reliability of a pushbutton switch are maintained over a long period of time.
[0045]
Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. This embodiment shows the structure of an A-contact type pushbutton switch. The A-contact type push button switch and the B-contact type push button switch shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 are designed to share the various components constituting the push button switch, and will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. The same parts as those shown are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is also omitted.
[0046]
The A-contact type push button switch is attached to a case 1 made of a resin such as plastics, a fixed side terminal 21a and a movable side terminal 3 housed and held in the case 1, and a surface of the case 1 so as to be able to advance and retreat. The push button 22 is configured.
[0047]
The fixed-side terminal 21a is composed of a terminal piece 8 formed in a substantially U-shape. A fixed contact 9 is provided on the terminal piece 8, and an electric wire (not shown) is connected thereto.
[0048]
The movable terminal 3 includes a terminal piece 10 formed in a substantially U shape, a support body 11 formed in a substantially L shape, a long plate spring 12, and a compression spring 13. The compression spring 13 biases the leaf spring 12 in a direction in which the leaf spring 12 bends to a position where the movable contact 14 is separated from the fixed contact 9.
[0049]
The push button 22 includes a pressing portion 17 that presses a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction of the leaf spring 12 when the pushing button 22 is pressed toward the case 1, and a pressure on the leaf spring 12 that is located in the vicinity of the pressing portion 17. A bending position restricting protrusion 30 is formed, which is in contact with the movable contact 14 side of the pressing position by the portion 17.
[0050]
In this configuration, according to the A contact type push button switch, when the push button 22 is not pushed, the leaf spring 12 is moved to the push button 22 side by the action of the leaf spring 12 and the compression spring 13, as shown in FIG. The movable contact 14 is separated from the fixed contact 9 and turned off. At the time of a pressing operation in which the push button 22 is pressed, as shown in FIG. 5, the leaf spring 12 pressed by the pressing portion 17 is bent and the movable contact 14 comes into contact with the fixed contact 9 and is turned on. When the pushing of the push button 22 is stopped, the push button 22 is pushed back to the position shown in FIG. 4 by the action of the leaf spring 12 and the compression spring 13, and the leaf spring 12 is bent to a position where the movable contact 14 is separated from the fixed contact 9. The push button switch returns to the off state.
[0051]
Here, in this push button switch, since the push button 22 is formed with the bending position restricting protrusion 30, even if the leaf spring 12 has a large amount of deflection when turned off due to variations in component dimensions, the leaf spring 12 However, excessive bending of the leaf spring 12 is restricted by contacting the tip of the bending position restricting protrusion 30.
[0052]
When the push button 22 having such a bending position restricting protrusion 30 is used in a B contact type push button switch, the bend position restricting protrusion 30 is located away from the contact piece 25 of the B contact type push button switch. (Refer to FIG. 1 and FIG. 2) The bending position restricting protrusion 30 does not get in the way of contact with the contact piece 25 of the B contact type push button switch, and this push button 22 is replaced with the A contact type push button switch. It can be shared with the B contact type push button switch.
[0053]
【The invention's effect】
According to the pushbutton switch of the first aspect of the present invention, the contact piece constituting the fixed side terminal of the pushbutton switch is formed in a substantially L shape composed of the first piece portion and the second piece portion. The contact piece can be formed by bending the plate-shaped member once, and the contact piece can be easily formed.
[0054]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the pushbutton switch according to the first aspect, the movable contact separated from the fixed contact is brought into contact with the terminal piece of the fixed terminal by the pressing portion being pressed and the leaf spring being bent. Since the insulated contact is provided, when the leaf spring is bent to move the movable contact away from the fixed contact, the movable contact is brought into contact with the insulated contact provided on the terminal piece and becomes energized. Can be prevented. Even when the pressing part and the insulating contact abut against the leaf spring in the opposite direction during the off operation, the pressing part and the insulating contact are located apart from each other, and this contact causes permanent deformation of the leaf spring. Such a force does not act, and it is possible to maintain the performance and reliability of the push button switch over a long period of time by preventing the leaf spring from being permanently deformed.
[0055]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the pushbutton switch according to the first or second aspect, the pushbutton is bent in the vicinity of the pressing portion and opposed to the movable contact side from the pressing position by the pressing portion of the leaf spring. Since the position restricting protrusion is provided, even if this push button is used in a B contact type push button switch, the bend position restricting protrusion is located away from the contact piece of the B contact type push button switch. It does not happen that the protrusion comes in contact with the contact piece of the B-contact type push button switch. On the other hand, when this pushbutton is used with an A-contact type pushbutton switch, even if the leaf spring has a large amount of deflection at the time of OFF due to variations in component dimensions, the leaf spring hits the deflection position regulating projection. It can prevent that a leaf | plate spring bends excessively by contacting. Thus, this push button can be shared by the A contact type push button switch and the B contact type push button switch.
