Description

【0001】

[0009]
A frame 1 shown in FIG. 1 is formed by connecting corner members 3a to 3d at four corners to each other by an elongated intermediate member 4 and assembling into a frame shape of 4.0 m × 2.7 m. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, each of the corner members 3a to 3d has a pair of L-shaped members 5 formed by welding ends of square pipes (50 × 50 mm) into L-shapes in parallel in the front-rear direction. The corner portions 6 of the L-shaped members 5 are connected to each other by a connecting member 7 made of a square pipe (50 × 50 mm). Here, two reinforcing members (L-shaped angles) 8 are provided between the opposing L-shaped members 5 in parallel with the connecting member 7, and a fastener 12 described later is fixed to each reinforcing member 8. Bolt holes 9 are provided for this purpose. The connecting member 7 is provided with a set of fixing plates 10 that can fix the turnbuckle. Further, connecting portions 11 that can be fitted to the inside of the intermediate member 4 protrude from both ends of each L-shaped member 5. The connecting portion 11 is spot welded by inserting one end of a square pipe (45 × 45 mm) into the end of the L-shaped member 5 by a predetermined length, and the other end is outside the end of the L-shaped member 5. It protrudes into The corner members 3a to 3d having the above-described structure are galvanized on both the inside and outside surfaces by dotting.
[0010]
The intermediate member 4 shown in FIG. 1 includes short intermediate members 4a and 4b that connect the corner members 3 in the vertical direction, and long intermediate members 4c and 4d that connect the corner members 3 in the horizontal direction. These intermediate members 4a to 4d are also made of 50 × 50 mm square pipes, and both inner and outer surfaces thereof are galvanized by dipping plating. Here, the corner members 3a and 3b are connected in the vertical direction by a pair of parallel short intermediate members 4a, and the corner members 3c and 3d are connected in the vertical direction by a set of parallel short intermediate members 4b. The corner members 3a and 3d are connected in the lateral direction by a pair of parallel long intermediate members 4c, and the corner members 3b and 3c are connected by a pair of parallel long intermediate members 4d. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, each of the corner members 3 a to 3 d and the intermediate members 4 a to 4 d is formed by connecting the connecting portion 11 protruding from the respective corner members 3 a to 3 d to the intermediate members 4 a to 4 d. As shown in FIG. 4, the fastener 12 is then passed to the joint between the corner member 3 and the intermediate member 4, and the fastener 12 is connected to both the members 3 with screws 13. 4 and is fixed to the reinforcing member 8 by using bolts 14 and nuts 15. In FIG. 4, only the connection portion between the corner member 3b, the short intermediate member 4a, and the long intermediate member 4d is shown, but the other connection portions have the same structure.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 5, the support 2 shown in FIG. 1 is a metal round tube (outer diameter 21.6 cm) whose inner and outer surfaces are galvanized, and has a ring-shaped flange slightly closer to the lower end than the center in the longitudinal direction. 20 is formed, and a ring-shaped base 22 is formed at the lower end 21. A plurality of bolt holes 23 are formed in the flange 20 and the pedestal 22 at regular intervals along the circumferential direction. As shown in FIG. 1, the column 2 is inserted into the frame body 1 from below, the upper end 24 and the flange 20 are fixed to the frame body 1, and the lower end 23 protrudes downward from the frame body 1. .
[0012]
Specifically, the upper end 24 of the support column 2 is fixed to the frame body 1 via an upper receiving bracket 25 attached to the long intermediate member 4c of the frame body 1, and the flange 20 is attached to the long intermediate member 4d. It is fixed to the frame body 1 via a lower receiving bracket 26. As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, these metal fittings 25 and 26 are arranged so as to straddle between the long intermediate members 4c and 4c or 4d and 4d arranged in parallel at regular intervals. A round hole 28 having a diameter substantially the same as the outer diameter of the support column 2 is formed in the base plate 27 screwed to the intermediate members 4c and 4d, and a ring-shaped rib 29 is raised at the periphery of the round hole 28. is there. As shown in FIG. 5, the column 2 is inserted into the round hole 28 from below the round hole 8 until the flange 20 comes into contact with the peripheral edge of the round hole 28 of the lower bracket 26. The upper end 24 fitted inside the rib 29 and the flange 20 in contact with the peripheral edge of the round hole 28 of the lower bracket 26 are fixed to the respective brackets 25 and 26. Specifically, the upper end 24 fitted inside the rib 29 of the upper receiving metal fitting 25 is screwed to the rib 29 from the outside of the rib 29. Further, the flange 20 in contact with the peripheral edge of the round hole 28 of the lower receiving metal fitting 26 includes a bolt 31 passed through the bolt hole 30 of the metal fitting 26 and the bolt hole 23 of the flange 20 communicated therewith, and this bolt. It is fixed by a nut 32 screwed to 31. Incidentally, the upper receiving metal fitting 25 and the lower receiving metal fitting 26 are also galvanized.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 1, a turnbuckle 35 connects the fixing plates of the corner members 3 b and 3 c and the fixing plate 33 of the upper receiving metal fitting 25 positioned diagonally to these. Further, a turnbuckle 36 connects the fixing plates of the corner members 3a and 3d and the fixing plate 33 of the lower receiving metal fitting 26 positioned diagonally with respect to them.

A pair of parallel long intermediate members 4c and 4c and 4d and 4d are also connected to each other by two or more reinforcing metal fittings 40.
[0015]
When a signboard is constructed using the signboard frame having the above-described structure, the frame body 1 is assembled by connecting the corner members 3a to 3d and the intermediate members 4a to 4d at a construction site or a factory. A post 2 is manufactured by attaching a column 2 to the body 1. Next, the base 22 of the column 2 is bolted to the base (column), and the display panel is attached to the frame 1. Moreover, when constructing an illumination signboard in which the display panel is illuminated from the inside, the display panel is attached after installing necessary devices such as a fluorescent lamp and a ballast in the assembled frame 1. In addition, when installing the required equipment for illumination, an angle etc. are arrange | positioned in the frame 1 as needed, and, thereby, a required equipment is installed in a predetermined position.
[0016]
(Embodiment 2)
Although the frame body shown in Embodiment 1 is a horizontally long rectangle, it can be formed into a vertically long rectangle or a square by changing the length of the intermediate member. Further, instead of a single intermediate member that connects a pair of adjacent corner members, a plurality of intermediate members that are connected may be connected. In this case, it is desirable to employ the same structure as the connection structure between the corner member and the intermediate member for the connection between the intermediate members.
[0017]
As long as the corner member and the intermediate member are plated on both inside and outside, the plating material may be other than zinc. Further, the dimensions of the corner member, the intermediate member, and other members are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
(1) Since the corner member and the intermediate member constituting the frame body are formed of square pipes that are resistant to twisting, there is no problem that the frame is distorted or deformed by wind or its own weight.
(2) When a square pipe is used, rust is likely to occur on the inner surface that cannot be painted. However, in the signboard frame of the present invention, the inner and outer surfaces of the corner member and the intermediate member are plated, so that rust hardly occurs. In addition, the construction period is shortened because no painting work is required on site. Furthermore, since no painting equipment or painting technology is required, the production cost can be kept low.
(3) Since the frame can be assembled and disassembled, it can be manufactured without welding equipment and welding technology, and the construction period is shortened. Further, since the welding equipment and the welding technique are not required, the manufacturing cost can be further reduced. Furthermore, corner members, intermediate members, and other necessary members can be transported to the site and manufactured on the spot, thereby reducing transportation costs. In addition, since welding is not used for assembling, there is no problem that rust is generated at the welded portion and the rust expands to the whole.
(4) Since the frame can be assembled and disassembled, the signboard can be easily removed and disassembled in a short time.
(5) When the size or shape of the signboard needs to be changed in the future, it is possible to realize a signboard whose size or shape has been changed by reusing most of the members.
(6) In general, a signboard having sufficient strength and resistant to rust can be realized in a short period of time and at a low cost.
