本発明は化学プラント等において反応物等の物質の仕込みを管理する方法及びそのための装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
同一の反応を行う反応槽が少なくとも二系列以上ある化学ブランにおいて、タイムサイクルをずらして反応物を仕込む場合、従来は、仕込み回数や仕込む順番を記録紙に記録したり、カウンターで記録する等の手作業の確認によって反応槽に反応物を二重に仕込む誤動作を防止する対策がとられていた。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、反応槽に反応物を仕込む作業を手作業で行う場合には、人間の動作が介在するため、誤作動を完全になくすことができないという問題があった。原料から製品を作る一連の製造過程の中では、仕込み間違いは、後工程に影響するためできる限りその間違いを防止する必要があった。
本発明は化学反応等を用いた製造工程の少なくとも二系列の装置に同一原料の仕込みを行う作業において、勘違い仕込みや二重仕込みを防止するための低コストで、かつ安全確実な仕込管理方法とその装置を提供することを目的とする。

【発明を解決するための手段】
本発明者等は、上記課題を解決すべく鋭意検討した結果、反応槽の仕込みホッパーロの蓋に遠隔操作により開閉できるロック装置及び蓋の開閉が確認できる装置を取り付け、さらにホッパー下部の反応槽仕込みノズル接続部にリミッター付き手動バタフライ弁を取り付け、ロックの状態、蓋の開閉状態、バタフライ弁の開閉状態を確認できるシーケンスソフトを組み込み、計装室からの操作指示のほかにバタフライ弁の開閉を現地確認しないと原料仕込みができないようにコンピューター管理することで上記課題を解決できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。

すなわち、本発明は、(1)下部に手動開閉弁、上部に遠隔操作によって開閉をロックできる開口部を設けた反応物仕込み装置を少なくとも2系列以上付帯した装置への物質投入を管理する方法において、コンピュータによる遠隔操作によって開口部のロックを解除し、さらに前記手動開閉弁を手動で開放したことを前記コンピュータで確認した後、物質を投入することを特徴とする物質投入管理方法に関し、(2)装置が、物質を反応させるための反応装置であり、投入する物質が、反応装置内で反応させる物質であることを特徴とする(1)に記載の物質投入管理方法に関する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の方法及びそれに使用される装置は、同じ種類の物質を仕込む装置が並列している場合に特に効果的であり、特に化学プラントの反応槽のように、仕込み量を間違えた場合に反応全体に大きな影響がでると予想されるために本発明の方法及び装置を好適に用いることができる。その具体例を化学プラントにおける反応槽を例にとり、図1に示した。本発明に使用される装置としては原料仕込みホッパー(1)、仕込みホッパー蓋(2)、コンピューターの指示により遠隔操作で作動する仕込みホッパー開閉用エアシリンダー式ロック装置(3)と仕込みホッパー開閉確認センサー(4)、仕込み場所で人間が目と手で確認して開閉する手動式バタフライ弁(5)と手動式バタフライ弁開閉確認リミッタースイッチ(6)、粉塵飛散防止用ブロアー(7)であり、これらの装置が2基並設されている。

本発明に使用される仕込みホッパーの蓋の形状には特に制限ないが仕込みホッパー開閉用エアシリンダー式ロック装置と仕込みホッパー開閉確認センサーの取り付けに不都合を生じない形状が好ましい。仕込みホッパー開閉用エアーシリンダー式錠は、該蓋の左右二個所に取り付けるのが好ましい。仕込みホッパー蓋開閉確認センサーは蓋の開閉確認用なので蓋開閉が検知できる最も適当な位置一個所に設置されていれば十分である。

実施例1
反応槽に溶媒を入れさらに、反応物を図1に示す仕込みホッパー蓋1から手作業で仕込む場合を例にとり以下説明する。
並設されている反応槽1と反応槽2は、同じ反応を行う場合、異なる反応行う場合とあるが、同じ反応を、時間をずらして同時に行う場合に、特に本発明の管理方法を行うのが好ましい。
図1に示すロック装置(3)と仕込みホッパー開閉確認センサー(4)、手動式バタフライ弁開閉確認リミッタースイッチ(6)はそれぞれ計装室に置かれているコンピュータに接続されており(図1において点線によりそれを表した)、ロック装置(3)は、計装室から遠隔操作により自動開閉が可能であり、さらに、それぞれの操作は、コンピュータ画面上で開閉を確認することができるようにコンピュータと接続されている。
反応物を反応槽に仕込む手順としては、以下のように行った。
▲1▼反応槽に、反応溶媒を投入し、攪拌を開始する。
▲2▼エアシリンダー式ロック装置(3)をコンピューターの指示でONとして解除されたことを確認する。
▲3▼手動式バタフライ弁(5)を手動で開放する。
▲4▼弁開閉確認リミッターがONになり開いていることを計装室画面上で確認する。▲5▼解錠された蓋(2)を開いてホッパー開閉確認用センサー(4)で蓋が開いていることを計装室画面上で確認する。
▲6▼仕込みロサイドに設置されているブロアーを回転させる。
▲7▼釣り上げ用ホイストでフレキシブルコンテナーに入った反応物を蓋が開放された仕込み口より、反応槽に投入する。
▲8▼仕込み終了後、手動で蓋(2)を閉め、蓋両サイドのエアシリンダー式ロック装置(3)をコンピューター指示で閉にする。この際、コンピュータ画面上で、蓋の開閉、ロックの施錠を確認する。
▲9▼蓋サイドのブロアーを停止させ仕込みホッパー下部のバタフライ弁(5)を手動で閉める。コンピュータ画面で開閉確認用のリミッタースイッチがOFFになることを確認する。
このような一連の仕込み作業がコンピュータ画面操作者と現場作業者が無線連絡しながら連携して実施し、さらに仕込みホッパー蓋の開閉確認と仕込みホッパー下部のバタフライ弁の開閉確認がクリアーされないと原料仕込みができないようにすることにより、同じ原料仕込みロが二系列あることによる仕込み間違いをすることなく工程を進めることができるようになった。

【発明の効果】
以上述べたように、コンピュータシステムによる確認と手作業による確認を組み合わせ、一度仕込みが終了したら引き続いて仕込みが出来ないシステムとすることで、二系列の同じ反応槽に同じ原料を仕込こむ作業において、勘違い等の人為的な誤りによる仕込みミスの防止がはかられるので、本発明の方法は極めて有効であり、産業上の利用価値は高いといえる。
