Description
図1〜図5は本発明を実施する形態の一例であって、図中、図6〜図8と同一の符号を付した部分は同一のものを表わしており、基本的な構成は図7、図8に示すものと略同様である。而して、本図示例においては、空気供給管21が接続されたダクト22の側部には燃料ガス接続座23が固設され、ベース内筒16は、ダクト22及び燃料ガス接続座23の上面に搭載されて支持され、固設されている。
図6に示す固体高分子型燃料電池8で発電を行うに際しての起動時には、燃料改質装置を加熱する必要がある。この場合は、燃焼用燃料29を起動用燃料として燃焼用燃料供給管20から燃料ガス供給管19内に吹込み、燃料ガス供給管19内から間隙30を介してバーナコーン24内の保炎スペース31に導入し、空気25を短管33に設けた小孔を介し孔36から保炎スペース31内に導入し、スパークロッド35に通電してスパークを発生させ、バーナコーン24内の保炎スペース31内に供給された燃焼用燃料29に点火する。

Claims (5)
- 容器の内筒内に配置した炉筒と内筒との間の流路に収納した改質管の外周側に燃焼ガスを送給して前記改質管内を流れる原料ガスを改質し得るようにした燃料改質装置の燃焼装置であって、前記炉筒の下端に接続されて空気を送給し得るようにした筒体内の上端に、周壁部に複数の空気吹出し孔を有する中空筒状のバーナコーンを収納すると共に、該バーナコーン内に所定形状の中子を収納して、前記バーナコーンと中子との間に保炎スペースを形成し、前記バーナコーンの下部に、燃料ガスを前記保炎スペースに送給し得るようにした燃料ガス供給管と、少なくとも上端部が燃料ガス供給管内に配置されて燃焼用燃料を前記燃料ガス供給管内の上部空間から保炎スペースに送給し得るようにした燃焼用燃料供給管を設け、前記燃料ガス及び燃焼用燃料を前記中子の下面を通して前記保炎スペースへ送給し得るよう構成したことを特徴とする燃料改質装置の燃焼装置。
- 容器は真空断熱容器である請求項1に記載の燃料改質装置の燃焼装置。
- 空気吹出し孔はバーナコーンの周方向へ所定の間隔で設けられると共に軸線方向へ複数段設けられている請求項1又は2に記載の燃料改質装置の燃焼装置。
- 空気吹出し孔は正列配置されている請求項3に記載の燃料改質装置の燃焼装置。
- 燃焼用燃料供給管の少なくとも上端部は燃料ガス供給管内に同心状に配置されている請求項1、2、3又は4に記載の燃料改質装置の燃焼装置。
