Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a fishing rod provided with a non-slip member in a grip portion or the like, and a combination of an adhesive sheet-integrated anti-slip member and a fishing rod therefor.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in order to improve grip performance, a grip made of rubber is provided on the grip portion to make it difficult to slip, or a small unevenness is provided on the surface of the tub tube to prevent slipping.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when it is covered with water, a rubber film forms a water film on the surface, and it is difficult to maintain slippage as rubber. Further, when small irregularities are provided on the surface of the tub tube, if the irregularity difference is large, it is difficult to slip when gripped, but the palm hurts, and if the irregularities are small, the difficulty of slipping is reduced.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod that is difficult to slip even when wet and has a good grip.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of the above-described object, in claim 1, the anti-slip member according to claim 1, wherein the inside is a flexible layer made of a flexible material, and a large number of small members made of a material harder than the flexible material are arranged outside the flexible layer. A base sheet is adhered to the inside of the flexible layer via an adhesive, an adhesive is provided on the inside of the base sheet, and the adhesive is attached to an appropriate position of the fishing rod so as to face the surface of the fishing rod . A fishing rod is provided.
Examples of the flexible material include rubber, elastomer resin, EVA, foamable resin, cork and the like. Examples of the hard material include monofilaments of synthetic resin materials such as nylon, polyester, rayon, acrylic, and vinylon, and forms other than monofilaments made of synthetic resin materials.
Since the non-slip member has a flexible layer, the gripping feeling is good. In addition, since a hard material is arranged on the surface side, when it is gripped by hand, the presence of a large number of small hard materials provides an anti-slip action, and in combination with a flexible layer Although it is a harder material to touch the hand, the pain is alleviated and the grip feeling is improved. Even when wet, the water flows in the gaps between many small members, and the anti-slip action is easily maintained. Even if water overflows from the gaps between many small members, the presence of a harder material acts on the palm, fingers, etc., and the wet feeling is reduced, and the anti-slip action is hardly reduced.
[0005]
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fishing rod according to the first aspect, wherein most of the small members are elongated bodies provided in the shape of flocks, and most of the length is 20 times or less of the thickness.
Even if it is harder than the material of the soft layer, in the case of a flock-like elongated body, if it is too thin, it will bend easily and become flexible, and the anti-slip action will disappear. If the length is 20 times or less of the thickness, it is easy to maintain the anti-slip action. Preferably it is 15 times or less, more preferably 10 times or less.
[0006]
In Claim 3, the fishing rod of Claim 2 whose length of the said small member is 2 mm or less is provided.
If it is 2 mm or less, even if it is provided on the surface of the fishing rod together with the flexible layer, it is easy to operate such as gripping. Preferably, it is 0.1 mm-1 mm.
[0007]
In Claim 4, the said small member provides the fishing rod in any one of Claims 1-3 currently hold | maintained with the adhesive agent with respect to the said flexible layer.
Applying an adhesive on the flexible layer and using an electrostatic coating principle before it dries, for example by spraying a number of small members, eg by electrostatic flocking, to prevent slipping Can be manufactured.
[0008]
According to claim 5, in the layer thickness direction one side of the flexible layer of flexible material, arranged a number of small member made of a material harder than the flexible material, bonded to the layer thickness direction other side of the flexible layer agent thereby bonding the base sheet through, and the adhesive of the substrate board sheet adhesive sheet integrated slip member provided with adhesive on the opposite side, characterized in that in the fishing rod and the set adhesive A combination of a seat integrated anti-slip member and a fishing rod is provided.
If it is set, the wide sheet-like pressure - sensitive adhesive sheet-integrated anti-slip member can be cut into an appropriate shape as it is or can be provided at a site desired by the user.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail based on an embodiment shown in the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is an enlarged view of a main part of a grip portion of a fishing rod according to the present invention. The soot tube 10 is made of a fiber reinforced resin in which a matrix resin such as an epoxy resin is reinforced with reinforcing fibers such as carbon fibers. An anti-slip member 14 is attached to the surface of the grip portion of the soot tube. In this embodiment, the anti-slip member 14 is detachably attached to the soot tube 10, but may be fixed so as not to be detachable by an adhesive, for example. In this example, a special adhesive sheet 12 is interposed.
[0010]
The adhesive sheet 12 has an adhesive 12A applied on one side of the base sheet 12S and an adhesive 12B applied on the other side. The adhesive side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 12 is attached to the back surface of the anti-slip member (the surface on the side of the soot tube when attached) and integrated with the anti-slip member 14, and the adhesive side is attached to the surface of the soot tube. Thus, the anti-slip member 14 is provided at an appropriate portion of the tubule, in this example, the grip portion.
[0011]
The non-slip member 14 is a flexible material layer 14J on the side of the tubule, and a large number of small members 14H are disposed on the surface side of the material, which is harder than the material of the flexible layer. In this example, the small member 14H is a flock-like elongated body. An adhesive 14S is used to hold the small member on the surface of the flexible layer 14J. You may hold | maintain by welding, pressure bonding, etc. Furthermore, you may strengthen holding | maintenance power by coating resin etc. on the flocking. When an adhesive is used, it may be applied to the surface of the flexible layer 14J, and a large number of small members may be sprayed with compressed air through a nozzle or the like before it is dried. The elongated body 14H has a monofilament form of a synthetic resin material such as nylon, polyester, rayon, acrylic, and vinylon. As the type of adhesive, rubber-based, epoxy-based, cyanoacrylate-based, vinyl chloride-based, and the like can be used.
[0012]
FIG. 2 is a schematic enlarged view of the elongated body. The length H of the majority of the elongated bodies formed of the synthetic resin material as described above is 20 times or less of the ratio to the thickness dimension D in the thickness direction. With this setting, when used as the anti-slip member 14, it is possible to prevent a large number of slender bodies from being bent and falling down even if they are somewhat bent, and the top portions 14HT face outward and are pulled to the palm. It is difficult to slip and slip. Even if it is caught, since it is a synthetic resin material as described above, it is somewhat bent and a comfortable catching feeling is obtained.
[0013]
If you compare this feeling of catching, it feels like a lightly pressed sandpaper that is not rough, and it does not feel painful. Therefore, the grip feeling is good and the anti-slip action is high. In order to enhance the anti-slip action, there is a corner edge portion 14K in the top portion 14HT. For example, if a long monofilament is cut into a suitable length, such a corner edge portion is present. However, the apex may be rounded to form a curved surface so that almost no corner edges are present. If there are almost no corner edges, the degree of catching will be reduced, but the feeling of touch will be improved.
[0014]
Furthermore, since the flexible layer 14J is present on the lower side, the hand feeling when gripping is a harder material that is directly touched, but the pain is relieved for the anti-slip action. Comfortable. The 20 times or less is preferably 15 times or less, more preferably 10 times or less, and the lower limit in these cases is 2 times. The length H of the elongated body is 2 mm or less, and the thickness D is preferably 0.1 mm or less. The length is more preferably 1 mm or less, and the lower limit is preferably 0.1 mm or more.
[0015]
As described above, even in the case of getting wet with water due to the presence of the flocked elongated bodies, the water flows in the gaps between the numerous elongated bodies, and the anti-slip action is easily maintained. Even if water overflows from the gaps between a number of slender bodies, the presence of the top of the flocked slender body is sensed with palms, fingers, etc., and the wet feeling is prevented, and the anti-slip action is hardly reduced.
[0016]
In the above, an example in which the anti-slip member 14 is attached to the tub tube 10 with an adhesive or the like has been described. However, in FIG. 3, the concave portion 10H is provided on the surface portion of the tub tube, and a soft material layer of the anti-slip member An example is shown in which 14J is fitted and fixed with an adhesive or the like. If it carries out like this, it will become difficult to peel an anti-slip | skid member from a soot tube.
[0017]
In FIG. 4, an appropriate number of groove-like recesses 10H ′ are provided along the longitudinal direction of the tub tube 10, and the back surface side of the soft material layer 14J of the anti-slip member corresponds to the groove-like recesses. An example is shown in which protrusions are formed, these are matched, and fixed with an adhesive or the like. If it carries out like this, it will become difficult to peel an anti-slip | skid member from a soot tube. Further, the flexible material layer 14J has a shape in which the back surface is in accordance with the surface curvature of the soot tube 10, the peripheral portion is thin, the central portion is compacted, and the peripheral portion hardly hits the fingertip or the like. It is difficult to peel off. This may be formed by pouring the material into a mold in the same manner as the flexible material layer 14J shown in FIG.
[0018]
FIG. 5 illustrates a form in which corner portions of the anti-slip member 14 provided on a fishing rod such as a rod are rounded. By doing so, it is possible to prevent the fingertips and the like of the hand from being caught by the corners, and to make it difficult to peel off.
FIG. 6 shows a form in which the peripheral surface 14JS of the soft material layer 14J of the anti-slip member is formed in an inclined shape in a direction in which the outer side far from the fishing rod surface is reduced in diameter. Thereby, it can prevent that the fingertip etc. of a hand are caught in a corner | angular part, and can make it hard to peel off.
[0019]
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of the anti-slip member 14 shown in FIG. The back surface 14JU of the flexible material layer 14J has a shape that follows the curvature of the surface of the fishing rod to be mounted, and has a thin peripheral edge. Therefore, it is hard to peel off after sticking. Further, a ridge 14JT along the longitudinal direction of the fishing rod is formed on the front side of the flexible material layer 14J, and when it is provided at the grip portion, the anti-slip action is further improved.
[0020]
The above is an example in which the anti-slip member is applied to the grip portion of the fishing rod, but it can also be applied to various parts as follows. In FIG. 9, a pipe-shaped reel mounting portion 20 is provided outside the tub tube, and a fixed hood 24 and a movable hood 22 are provided. An anti-slip member is applied to the outer surface of the nut member 23 that rotates the moving hood. Moreover, it applies also to the surface of the pipe-shaped main-body part 26 near the fixed hood. The fingertip that rotates the nut member can be made difficult to slip, or can be made difficult to slip when the reel mounting portion is gripped.
[0021]
FIG. 10 is applied to the surface of a fishing rod 26 ′ in the vicinity where the plate-shaped reel mounting portion 20 ′ is provided. When gripping the reel mounting part, it can be made difficult to slip. It can also be applied to the surface of the finger pressing portion of the moving hood 22 ′ of the plate-shaped reel sheet, and it prevents the fingertip from slipping.
FIG. 11 is applied to the side surface 26 ″ of the cylindrical reel mounting body 20 ″ as a part to be attached to the soot tube. When gripping the reel mounting portion, it is possible to make it difficult for the fingers of the hand to slip.
FIG. 12 is applied to the surface of the trigger 30 provided on the side opposite to the side on which the plate-shaped reel mounting portion 20 ′ is provided and to the surface of the fishing rod in the vicinity thereof. Further, the present invention is also applied to the upper predetermined surface portion 33 of the tongue-shaped arm support member 32 provided at the rear end portion of the fishing rod. Friction with the abutting arm can be increased, making it difficult to come off.
[0022]
FIG. 13 is applied to the outer peripheral portion 41 of the bottom plug 40. The operability when attaching / detaching the bottom plug is improved.
FIG. 14 shows an example in which a small-diameter soot pipe 10 ″ is spliced in front of the large-diameter soot pipe 10 ′ in a side-by-side manner. This is applied to the outer periphery 10B in the vicinity of the removed rear end portion. If it is applied to the joint type fishing rod in this way, the hand is prevented from slipping at the time of joining, and even if the rod is wet, it can be easily inserted and removed.
[0023]
In the above, the anti-slip member is applied to the fishing rod as a product, but the fishing rod is not provided with the anti-slip member at the time of sale, or even if it is provided in an appropriate place, there is room for application in other places. In some cases, a non-slip member such as the structure shown in FIG. 1 or FIGS. 3 to 8, or a sheet having a wider structure can be sold as a set with a fishing rod. In the case of a wide sheet, cut and use as appropriate. In such a case, the form which has stuck the adhesive sheet 12 is also possible, and the form which is not sticking is also possible.
[0024]
In the above description, the case where a large number of small members are flock-like elongated bodies has been described. However, in the present invention, a member having a small shape size such as particles used for sandpaper may be used instead of the elongated body. Examples of materials that can be used for these include functional inks used for screen printing and other synthetic resin materials.
[0025]
In the above description, even if each explanation item is explained alone, there is a form in which each explanation item is arbitrarily combined unless there is a contradiction particularly with a combination with other explanation items.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fishing rod that is difficult to slip even when wet and has a good grip.
