従来、図3及び4に示すように、分電盤、制御盤等の電気機器収納用箱10に、内部機器の発熱により内部温度上昇を防ぐため、箱体の壁面に換気孔11を透設し、この換気孔11に換気扇を組み付けるために換気孔周辺に換気扇取付孔12を透設していた。しかしながら、換気扇を取付ける際に危険防止のため不用意に手が入らないように換気扇ガードを取付けなければならず、さらに、発熱量の少ない内部機器に変更する時など、換気扇を取り付けない場合には、不用意に手が入らないように図5に示すように換気孔11を覆い隠すためにブラインド板13を取り付けていたが、見苦しいものであった。

本発明は、上記の問題点を解決するためになされたものであり、電気機器収納用箱の換気孔の美観を優れたものとするとともに、換気扇を取付ける場合には、換気扇ガードを不要とし、換気扇を取り付けない場合にはブラインド板の取付を不要とする電気機器収納用箱の換気孔構造を提供する。

上記の問題を解決した本発明の電気機器収納用箱体の換気孔は、換気扇を装着可能な電気機器収納用箱の換気孔において、複数のスリットを設けるとともに、換気扇取付孔を前記スリットの最も外側の各スリットの外側端部に一連に設け、換気扇取付孔に換気扇を電気機器収納用箱体の内部にねじ止めにより取付けたことを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、図1及び2を参照して本発明の実施形態について説明する。
1は分電盤、制御盤等の電気機器収納用箱体、2は箱体1の側壁に設けられた換気孔であり、この換気孔2は複数のスリット3からなる。この換気孔2を構成する複数のスリット3のうち、最も外側の各スリット3の外側端部には、スリット3と一連の換気扇取付孔4が透設されている。そして必要に応じてねじ止めなどにより電気機器収納用箱体1の内部に換気扇5を取付けるものである。なお、スリット3の本数、間隔は換気風量、換気孔面積等を考慮して決めればよいものであり、換気孔の位置も電気機器収納用箱体の扉などに設けてもよく、この実施形態に限定されるものではない。

まず、電気機器収納用箱体の内部機器の発熱により換気扇を取付ける場合には、換気孔2を構成する複数のスリット3のうち、最も外側の各スリット3の外側端部に透設されている、スリット3と一連の換気扇取付孔4に、鎖線で示す換気扇5をねじ止めなどにより取付ける。そして複数のスリット3を通過して空気の流出が行われ、電気機器収納用箱体内部の温度上昇を抑える。また、換気扇5は電気機器収納用箱体1の内部に取付けられており、スリット3により内部に手などが入らないので換気扇ガードを設ける必要がない。
そして、発熱量の少ない内部機器を使用し、自然放熱を利用し換気扇5が不要な場合に、換気孔2は複数のスリット3で構成されているため不用意に手を入る恐れはないので、そのままの状態で使用すればよく、別途ブラインド板を取付ける必要がない。このとき、換気扇を取付けるための換気扇取付孔4はスリット3と一連に設けられており、一見しては目立たないので、美感に優れているものである。
