Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an end structure of the same wall panel at a joint portion of the wall panel and the door frame of the unit room, and specifically, the panel end that protrudes backward to the side edge of the wall panel main body. The present invention relates to a wall panel end structure formed by attaching and fixing a reinforcing member having a substantially U-shaped cross section, which is formed in one piece and opened forward, to the panel end piece from the rear.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, this type of wall panel end structure has a panel end piece 2 that protrudes backward at the side edge of the wall panel main body 1 and has a cross section that opens forward. A U-shaped reinforcing mold 3 was attached and fixed to the end piece 2 of the panel from the rear, and was constructed at the junction between the wall panel of the unit bathroom and the door frame 10. In this case, the front surface of the wall panel body 1 is the interior side surface of the bathroom, and the entrance to the bathroom is arranged side by side on the side of the wall panel body 1 and includes a door that can be opened and closed at the entrance. A door frame 10 is installed.
[0003]
Further, the wall panel body 1 is made of a resin-coated steel plate, and the panel end piece 2 is integrally formed by bending the side edge portion of the wall panel body 1 to the rear inner front side in a substantially U shape. The reinforcing mold 3 is made of a metal having a substantially U-shaped cross section, and is attached and fixed to the panel end piece 2 from behind to reinforce the panel end piece 2. At that time, the reinforcing mold 3 is fitted and mounted on the panel end piece 2 and is fixed to the panel end piece 2 by a coupling screw 7 inserted from behind. Then, a door frame 10 is erected and joined to the side of the panel end piece 2 reinforced by the reinforcing mold 3, and the door frame 10 is coupled and fixed to the panel end piece 2 with a connector such as a screw. Bonding and fixing strength can be obtained.
[0004]
However, in this case, the panel end piece 2 is formed in a substantially U-shape that fits with the reinforcing mold member 3 so that the reinforcing mold member 3 is fitted and attached to the rear side of the wall panel body 1. has become a thing that protrudes. Therefore, the wall panel main body 1 becomes thick and bulky, and the processing cost and material cost at the panel end piece 2 are increased, and improvement in cost has been desired. Therefore, although it is desired to suppress the rearward projecting amount of the panel end piece 2, the reinforcing mold 3 has a substantially U-shaped cross section so that the door frame 10 can be coupled and fixed with sufficient bonding and fixing strength. A certain amount of size is required, and the reinforcing mold member 3 cannot be fitted and attached to the panel end piece 2 having a small protruding amount. Therefore, the protruding amount cannot be kept small. Currently.
[0005]
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-303121 discloses a structure in which a door frame is connected and fixed to a side of a wall panel body via a connection piece as a “door frame connection structure in a unit room”. However, in this connection structure, there is no member such as the reinforcing mold member 3 having a substantially U-shaped cross section and a certain size, and a sufficient bonding and fixing strength cannot be expected.
[0006]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-303121 [0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the prior art, there has been no wall panel end structure in which the amount of protrusion of the panel end piece to the rear is small and sufficient joining and fixing strength can be obtained. The present invention has been invented in view of the above prior art, and the problem is that the thickness of the panel end piece can be kept small, and this panel end piece is made of a reinforcing material having a substantially U-shaped cross section. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wall panel end structure that can be sufficiently reinforced and that can easily and reliably mount and fix the reinforcing mold member.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention forms a panel end piece portion that protrudes backward at the side edge of the wall panel body, and a reinforcing mold member having a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens forward is provided at the end of the panel. It is a wall panel end structure that is fixedly attached to one part from the rear, and includes a spacer block that comes into contact with the inside of the panel end piece, and a locking recess is formed on the outer surface of the spacer block, A locking projection is provided on the inner side of the panel end piece, the locking projection is engaged with the locking recess, and the spacer block is brought into contact with the inner side of the panel end piece. With the rear end part protruding rearward from the rear end edge of the panel end piece, the reinforcing material is attached to the panel end piece from the rear so that the panel end piece and the spacer block are sandwiched from both sides. a wall panel end structure comprising fixed, locking the panel end piece Is engaged with the locking recess of the spacer block, and the panel end piece and the spacer block are viewed from both sides by a reinforcing mold having a substantially U-shaped cross section in which the inner and outer dimensions and the inner width of the spacer block are set to be approximately equal. A reinforcing mold is attached to the panel end piece from behind so as to be sandwiched .
[0009]
Therefore, in this case, since the reinforcing mold member having a substantially U-shaped cross section is attached and fixed to the panel end piece portion, the panel end piece portion is sufficiently reinforced by the reinforcing mold member. In this case, a spacer block is provided to be in contact with the inner side of the panel end piece, and the rear end of the spacer block projects rearward from the rear end edge of the panel end piece. Since the reinforcing mold is attached and fixed to the panel end piece from the rear so as to sandwich the part and the spacer block from both sides, the amount of protrusion of the panel end piece to the rear is kept small, The longitudinal dimension of the reinforcing mold is large and its strength is ensured.
[0010]
In addition, a locking projection formed on the inside of the panel end piece is engaged with a locking recess formed on the outer surface of the spacer block, and the spacer block is abutted on the inside of the panel end piece. In this state, the reinforcing mold is attached and fixed from the rear so as to sandwich the panel end piece and the spacer block from both sides. The spacer block is fixed by engaging with the recess. In this way, the spacer block supplements the thickness in the front-rear direction for the strength at the panel end piece part, and is interposed between the panel end piece part and the reinforcing mold material, and both are coupled and fixed, These three members can be combined and integrated easily and securely fixed by simply mounting and fixing the reinforcing material.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
1 to 3 show a wall panel end structure which is an embodiment corresponding to all of claims 1 to 4 of the present application. The wall panel end structure of this embodiment is formed with a panel end piece 2 that protrudes backward at the side edge of the wall panel main body 1 and has a substantially U-shaped reinforcing mold 3 that opens forward. The panel end piece 2 is mounted and fixed from the rear.
[0012]
The wall panel end structure of this embodiment includes a spacer block 4 that is in contact with the inside of the panel end piece 2. Further, a locking recess 5 is formed on the outer side surface 4 b of the spacer block 4, and a locking convex piece 6 is projected from the inside of the panel end piece 2. Then, the locking convex piece 6 is engaged with the locking recess 5, the spacer block 4 is brought into contact with the inside of the panel end piece portion 2, and the rear end portion 4a of the spacer block 4 is connected to the panel end piece portion 2. The reinforcing mold 3 is mounted and fixed to the panel end piece 2 from the rear so that the panel end piece 2 and the spacer block 4 are sandwiched from both sides in a state of protruding rearward from the rear end edge 2a. .
[0013]
In the wall panel end structure of this embodiment, the side edge of the metal wall panel main body 1 is bent so that the panel end piece 2 and the locking convex piece 6 are connected to the wall panel main body 1. It is integrally formed. In this case, the rear end edge portion of the panel end piece portion 2 is folded back inward to form a locking convex piece 6 that bends and protrudes in an approximately mountain shape inward. Further, the reinforcing mold 3 is fixed by a connecting screw 7 that is inserted from behind and is screwed into the spacer block 4.
[0014]
Hereinafter, the wall panel end structure of this embodiment will be described in more detail. The wall panel body 1 is made of a resin-coated steel plate and is constructed as a wall panel of a unit bathroom. Therefore, a heat insulating material 8 for keeping the interior of the bathroom warm is attached to the substantially entire back surface of the rear side of the wall panel main body 1. In this case, the heat insulating material 8 is made of a resin foam, a fiber board, or the like, and has a thickness approximately equal to or slightly smaller than the thickness of the heat insulating material 8 so that the panel end piece 2 is located rearward from the side edge of the wall panel body 1. The wall panel body 1 is thin and not bulky as a whole.
[0015]
As shown in FIG. 2, the wall panel main body 1 is erected and installed on the peripheral portion of the floor pan 9 constituting the floor portion of the unit bathroom, and the front surface of the wall panel main body 1 becomes the indoor side surface of the bathroom. Facing to the side. In addition, the wall panel end structure of this embodiment is constructed at a joint portion with the door frame 10 as shown in FIG. 3. In this case, the entrance to the bathroom is located on the side of the wall panel body 1. A door frame 10 that is arranged side by side and includes an openable / closable door at the entrance is installed. At that time, the door frame 10 is coupled and fixed to the wall panel end structure by the fixing screw 11 inserted from the inner peripheral side of the door frame 10.
Next, each structural member used for the wall panel edge part structure of this embodiment is demonstrated. The wall panel main body 1 is made of a resin-coated steel plate as described above, and the panel end piece portions 2 bent and protruded rearward are formed integrally on both side edges. A rear end edge 2a of the panel end piece 2 is extended with a substantially chevron-shaped locking convex piece 6 that is folded back inward and forward and bent inward. The convex piece 6 is subjected to a bending press process to the entire length of the side edge of the wall panel body 1 together with the panel end piece portion 2 and is simply formed integrally.
[0016]
The spacer block 4 is a resin-integrated molded product, and is formed to have a length that covers substantially the entire length of the side edge of the wall panel body 1. As shown in FIG. 1, the cross-sectional shape of the spacer block 4 is substantially rectangular, and the dimension in the front-rear direction is formed larger than the rearward projecting dimension of the panel end piece 2, and the dimension in the inner and outer directions is the above-mentioned dimension. The dimension of the spacer block 4 in the inner and outer directions is set to be substantially equal to the inner width dimension of the reinforcing die member 3 described later. Further, both side corners of the rear end portion 4a of the spacer block 4 are formed in a chamfered shape so that the reinforcing mold member 3 described later can be easily fitted and mounted.
[0017]
Further, on the outer surface 4b of the spacer block 4, a groove-shaped locking recess 5 having a substantially V-shaped cross section is formed in the vicinity of the front end of the spacer block 4 over the entire length. The shape substantially matches the locking convex piece 6. Then, with the front end surface of the spacer block 4 in contact with the rear rear surface of the wall panel body 1, the locking recess 5 is engaged with the locking convex piece 6 from the inner side, and the spacer block 4 outer surface 4b of Ru formed continuously to the panel end piece 2 of the outer surface substantially flush shape.
[0018]
The reinforcing mold 3 is a metal mold made of steel having a substantially U-shaped cross section that opens forward, and is formed to have a length that covers substantially the entire length of the side edge of the wall panel body 1, similar to the spacer block 4. The reinforcing mold 3 is composed of both side pieces 3a and 3b and middle and rear pieces 3c between the both side pieces 3a and 3b. The front and rear direction is such that the inner side piece 3b is in contact with the rear back surface of the wall panel body 1. The outer side piece portion 3a is formed to have a size and is shorter in the front-rear direction than the inner side piece portion 3b so as to be in contact with the outer surface of the panel end piece portion 2.
[0019]
Further, the internal space shape of the reinforcing mold member 3 is formed so as to substantially match the outer shape of the spacer block 4, and as described above, the locking convex piece 6 is engaged with the locking recess 5 and the panel end. In a state where the spacer block 4 is in contact with the inside of the piece portion 2, the reinforcing mold member 3 is fitted and attached from the rear so as to sandwich the spacer block 4 and the panel end piece portion 2 from both sides. A plurality of fixing holes 12 are formed in the middle and rear piece 3c of the reinforcing mold 3, and the connecting screws 7 inserted from the fixing holes 12 are screwed into the spacer block 4 to be connected. The reinforcing mold 3 is firmly bonded and fixed to the panel end piece 2 at a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction via the spacer block 4.
[0020]
Further, a large diameter hole 13 is formed in the outer side piece portion 3a of the reinforcing mold member 3, and a small diameter hole 14 is formed in each of the inner side piece portions 3b, and the inner side surface 4c of the spacer block 4 is formed. A V-shaped groove 15 is formed at a position corresponding to the small-diameter hole 14 over the entire length in the longitudinal direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, a fixing screw 11 is inserted from the inner peripheral side of the door frame 10 erected and joined to the side of the wall panel main body 1, and the fixing screw 11 is inserted into the large-diameter hole 13 of the reinforcing die 3. And the door frame 10 is firmly coupled and fixed to the wall panel end structure.
[0021]
Therefore, in the wall panel end structure of this embodiment, the reinforcing mold 3 made of metal and having a substantially U-shaped cross section is mounted and fixed to the panel end piece 2. Fully reinforced by. At this time, the panel end piece 2 and the spacer block 4 are sandwiched from both sides with the rear end portion 4a of the spacer block 4 protruding rearward from the rear end edge 2a of the panel end piece 2. Further, since the reinforcing mold 3 is mounted and fixed to the panel end piece 2 from the rear, the amount of projection of the panel end piece 2 to the rear is kept small, and the wall panel main body 1 is formed thin as a whole. Nevertheless, the longitudinal dimension of the reinforcing mold 3 is large and its strength is ensured.
[0022]
In addition, a locking projection 5 projecting inside the panel end piece 2 is engaged with a locking recess 5 formed on the outer side surface 4b of the spacer block 4, and the inside of the panel end piece 2 is engaged. In this state, the reinforcing block 3 is attached and fixed from the rear so as to sandwich the panel end piece 2 and the spacer block 4 from both sides as described above. As long as 3 is not pulled back and removed, the locking projection 6 and the locking recess 5 are engaged and the spacer block 4 is fixed.
[0023]
As described above, the spacer block 4 supplements the thickness in the front-rear direction for the strength of the panel end piece 2, and is interposed between the panel end piece 2 and the reinforcing mold 3 to couple and fix them together. However, these three members can be simply combined and integrated and fixed securely by simply mounting and fixing the reinforcing mold member 3. Therefore, the panel end piece 2 and the spacer block 4 are engaged with each other by the locking convex piece 6 and the locking recess 5, and both are positioned and fixed only by this engagement. Can be mounted and fixed easily and reliably.
[0024]
In the wall panel end structure of this embodiment, the side edge of the metal wall panel main body 1 is bent so that the panel end piece 2 and the locking convex piece 6 are the same. Therefore, it is easy to form the panel end piece 2 and the locking convex piece 6. In addition, in this case, the locking protrusion 6 is formed so that the rear end edge portion of the panel end piece 2 is folded back inward and protrudes inwardly in a substantially mountain shape. 6 is not easily deformed, and the locking recess 5 of the spacer block 4 is smoothly engaged from the inner side.
[0025]
Further, in the wall panel end structure of this embodiment, the reinforcing mold 3 is fixed by the connecting screw 7 that is inserted from behind and screwed into the spacer block 4. It is easily performed, and the reinforcing mold 3 and the spacer block 4 are firmly coupled to each other, and the both are securely coupled and fixed to the panel end piece 2 so as not to be pulled out rearward.
[0026]
In the wall panel end structure of the above-described embodiment, the spacer block 4 is formed to have a length that covers substantially the entire length of the side edge of the wall panel body 1, and can be easily formed by extrusion molding of a synthetic resin. However, according to the present invention, the spacer block 4 is formed in a short length, and a plurality of spacer blocks 4 are arranged corresponding to the portion for fixing and fixing the reinforcing mold 3 (the portion corresponding to the connecting screw 7). In this case, the spacer block 4 is formed by injection molding of a synthetic resin. Further, in the present invention, since the thickness of the panel end piece 2 is supplemented by the spacer block 4, the reinforcing mold 3 in the wall panel end structure shown in the above prior art can be shared as it is.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the wall panel end structure of the present invention, the thickness is supplemented by the spacer block and the thickness of the panel end piece is kept small, and the cross-section is coupled and fixed to the panel end piece via the spacer block. Sufficient strength can be ensured by the substantially U-shaped reinforcing mold. In addition, the reinforcing mold member is mounted and fixed from the rear so as to sandwich the panel end piece and the spacer block from both sides. At that time, the panel end piece and the spacer block are formed by the locking convex piece and the locking recess. Since they are engaged with each other and both are positioned and fixed only by this engagement, it is possible to easily and reliably mount and fix the reinforcing mold member.
