本発明は、身体障害者や養護老人等の入浴に供される安全機能付入浴装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来技術の実開平7−37175号公報には、支柱、担架部、ベ−ス部、昇降式ストレッチャー、昇降式浴槽、浴槽本体、入浴装置、昇降式浴槽の底面又は昇降式ストレッチャーの上面に設けられるスイッチ、押圧部、制御回路等からなる入浴装置が開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来装置は、上昇する浴槽が担架部に衝突し担架部を持ち上げると、担架部に繋がるベ−ス部も持ち上げられ、ベ−ス部に設けられたスイッチが浴槽に当たって作動させられ、浴槽が上昇を停止し、担架部の損傷を回避するというものである。前述の従来装置では、衝突を検出する部位が最初に衝突する衝突部位とは離れた異なる部位である。検出部位と衝突部位が同一部位でなく離れている故に衝突現象の検出の速さが劣り、及び正確さにも劣る。

本発明の目的は、上記課題を解決したものであり、入浴操作時の、入浴者の安全を図り、担架及び搬送車の破損を防ぎ、安全に入浴できる安全機能付入浴装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決しようとする手段】
即ち本発明は、昇降式の浴槽(1)と、入浴者を運ぶ昇降式の搬送車(2)とから構成され、前記浴槽(1)に検出器(24)を設けるとともに前記搬送車(2)に被検出器(21)を設け、前記検出器(24)は前記浴槽(1)のベース部(3)における切欠き部(17)の挿入口(19)に設けられる浴槽位置検出器であり、前記被検出器(21)は前記搬送車(2)の脚枠部(16)が前記浴槽部(4)の前記切欠き部(17)に挿入され、前記浴槽(1)の横側の正規位置に前記搬送車(2)がセットされたときに前記検出器(24)に当接するよう前記脚枠部(16)に設けられる搬送車位置被検出器であり、前記被検出器(21)が前記検出器(24)に当接すると前記検出器(24)が作動し前記浴槽(1)が昇降可能となることを特徴とする安全機能付入浴装置である。
又、昇降式の浴槽(1)と、入浴者を運ぶ昇降式の搬送車(2)とから構成され、前記浴槽(1)に検出器(24)を設けるとともに前記搬送車(2)に被検出器(21)を設け、前記検出器(24)は前記浴槽(1)のベース部(3)に設けられるベース中央検出器(79)であり、前記被検出器(21)は前記搬送車(2)の脚枠部(16)が前記浴槽部(4)の前記切欠き部(17)に挿入され、前記搬送車(2)が前記浴槽(1)の横側の正規位置にセットされたときに前記検出器(24)に当接するよう前記搬送車(2)の前記脚枠部(16)に設けられる側面被検出器(78)であり、前記被検出器(21)が前記検出器(24)に当接すると前記検出器(24)が作動し前記浴槽(1)が昇降可能となることを特徴とする安全機能付入浴装置である。
又、昇降式の浴槽(1)と、入浴者を運ぶ非昇降の跨ぎ式搬送車(90)とから構成され、前記浴槽(1)の前・後側壁(10)(14)にそれぞれ検出器(24)が設けられるとともに前記跨ぎ式搬送車(90)の前・後縦脚フレ−ム(88)(89)における前記前・後側壁(10)(14)対向部位にそれぞれ被検出器(21)が設けられ、又は、前記浴槽(1)の前記前・後側壁(10)(14)にそれぞれ前記被検出器(21)が設けられるとともに前記搬送車(2)の前記前・後縦脚フレ−ム(88)(89)における前記前・後側壁(10)(14)対向部位にそれぞれ前記検出器(24)が設けられ、前記跨ぎ式搬送車(90)が前記浴槽(1)の長辺方向を跨ぐように前記浴槽(1)に対してセッティングされると、前記被検出器(21)によって前記検出器(24)が作動させられ前記浴槽(1)の昇降が可能となることを特徴とする安全機能付入浴装置である。
又、昇降式の浴槽(1)と、担架(23)に乗せた入浴者を運ぶ昇降式の搬送車(2)とから構成され、前記浴槽(1)の浴槽部(4)に槽内取着位置検出器(39)を設け、前記搬送車(2)の担架(23)に担架取着位置被検出器(40)を設け、前記浴槽部(4)の上昇時に前記槽内取着位置検出器(39)が前記担架取着位置被検出器(40)に一定の離間距離以内に接近すると、昇降制御部(66)は前記浴槽部(4)の上昇を停止させた後、前記浴槽部(4)の内底面と前記担架(23)下面とが前記離間距離を保つように前記浴槽部(4)を下降させ、又は、前記担架(23)の下降時に前記担架取着位置被検出器(40)が前記槽内取着位置検出器(39)に一定の離間距離以内に接近すると、前記搬送車(2)の昇降機(30)は前記担架(23)の下降を停止させた後、前記離間距離を保つように前記担架(23)を上昇させることを特徴とする安全機能付入浴装置である。
又、前記浴槽(1)が上昇可能である旨を表示する適正位置報知機能(85)を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明が、昇降式の浴槽1と入浴者を運ぶ非昇降式の搬送車2とから構成されている場合、入浴に際して、搬送車2を浴槽1に横着けし、搬送車2上の担架23を前記浴槽1内の上方に移動させ、前記浴槽1のみを上昇させ、前記担架23上の入浴者を入浴させる。

図1、2、3、4、5に示す本発明の第1実施例は昇降する浴槽1と、昇降する搬送車2とからなる。

浴槽1は、床面に置かれるベ−ス部3と、湯を収容する浴槽部4と、ベ−ス部3に載設され浴槽部4を昇降可能に支持する昇降駆動装置5とからなる。浴槽部4の左側壁6上部には、各種表示器及び各種操作スイッチが配設されるメインパネル7と、ハンドシャワ−8が設けられる。浴槽部4の左・右側壁6・18の内側上部には溢水口15が開設される。

前記メインパネル7の中の1つに、搬送車2が浴槽1に好適にセッティングした時に発光する上昇可能表示灯9がある。浴槽部4の前側壁10上部には、ハンドシャワ−8へ湯を手動で供給するミキシングバルブ11と、ハンドシャワ−8の湯を手動で開閉操作するシャワ−止水栓12と、浴槽部4へ湯を注ぐ給湯口13が設けられる。
