【発明が解決しようとする課題】
然しながら、防舷材本体の両方の鏡部にマンホール及び口金を設けた空気式防舷材の場合には、マンホールを塞ぐ口金及び口金を取付けるための部材が二組必要となるため、部品費が高くなると共に、取付け作業も多くなると言う問題があった。また、マンホールを設けるための加工や、口金取付け部材の取付け加工、マンホールを設けるために必要となる鏡部の補強加工が両側で必要となるため加工費用が高くなると言う問題があった。

この発明は上記目的を達成するため、長楕円形状に形成して成る防舷材本体の一方の鏡部のみにマンホールを形成し、該マンホールに口金取付け金具を介して少なくとも一種類以上のバルブを取付けた口金を設けた空気式防舷材において、前記防舷材本体のマンホールを形成していない他方の鏡部に、錘取付け金具を介して互いに分離可能に独立した複数の錘を取付けると共に、該錘の分離着脱により両鏡部における総質量を、前記防舷材本体を水上に浮かべた時に水平になるように設定可能にしたことを要旨とするものである。

【発明の効果】
この発明は上記のように、長楕円形状に形成して成る防舷材本体の一方の鏡部のみにマンホールを形成し、このマンホールに口金取付け金具を介して少なくとも一種類以上のバルブを取付けた口金を設けた空気式防舷材において、防舷材本体のマンホールを形成していない他方の鏡部に、錘取付け金具を介して互いに分離可能に独立した複数の錘を取付けると共に、この錘の分離着脱により両鏡部における総質量を、防舷材本体を水上に浮かべた時に水平になるように設定可能にしたので、以下のような優れた効果を奏するものである。
(a).マンホールを形成していない側の鏡部に取付ける錘の分離着脱により両鏡部における質量バランスを調整するようにしたので、マンホールの質量に応じたバランス調整を可能にして、海洋浮遊時における水平性を確保することができる。
(b).防舷材本体の一方の鏡部にのみマンホールを形成し、このマンホールに口金取付け金具を介して少なくとも一種類以上のバルブを取付けた口金を取付けるように構成したので、構成が簡単になり、加工費も安く、安価に製造出来る。
(c).マンホールの無い他方の鏡部は、穴による欠損部がなく、ビードの外径も小さいので、強度上構造の簡略化が可能であり、従って補強材の配列構造が簡単となり、配列数も少ないので、防舷材本体の加工コストを低減させることが可能となる。
