Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pneumatic fender, and more particularly to a pneumatic fender constructed so that the masses of mirror parts on both sides in the longitudinal direction of the fender main body are equal.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, pneumatic fenders formed in an elliptical shape have manholes (holes that allow workers to enter and exit) in both mirror parts of the fender body, and caps for closing the manholes. And a pneumatic fender having a base for closing the manhole while forming a manhole in a mirror portion on one side of the fender main body.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of a pneumatic fender that has manholes and bases on both mirror parts of the fender body, two sets of members are needed to attach the base and base to close the manholes, so the parts cost is high. There was a problem that the mounting work was increased as the cost increased. In addition, there is a problem that the processing cost is high because the processing for providing the manhole, the mounting processing of the base mounting member, and the mirror processing necessary for providing the manhole are required on both sides.
[0004]
In addition, in the case of a pneumatic fender with a manhole and a base provided on the mirror part on one side of the fender body, the parts cost and processing cost for providing the manhole are about half, but the base and the base attachment member When the weight balance of the left and right was lost, and the fender body was floated on the water, the fender body could not be kept horizontal.
[0005]
The object of the present invention is to configure the pneumatic fenders having manholes only on one side of the mirror part so that the masses at the mirror parts on both sides in the longitudinal direction are equal to each other, thereby improving the horizontality in the longitudinal direction when floating on the sea. while securing is to provide a pneumatic fender that can be manufactured at a low cost construction is simple.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention forms a manhole only in one mirror part of a fender body formed in an elliptical shape , and at least one type of valve is provided in the manhole via a base fitting. in the attached pneumatic fender having a mouthpiece, said the other of the mirror unit manhole no formation of fender body, mounting a plurality of weights which were separable independent of each other through the weight mounting bracket Rutotomoni The gist is that the total mass of both mirror parts can be set to be horizontal when the fender body is floated on water by separating and attaching the weight .
[0007]
In the above-described configuration, the plurality of weights may be fixed to the weight mounting bracket protruding into the fender main body by being threadably fitted. Furthermore, the plurality of weights may be formed in a disc shape.
[0008]
Thus, only one of the mirror portion of the fender main body, the pneumatic fender having a mouthpiece attached at least one or more of the valves through a die mounting bracket, the manhole of the fender body the other of the mirror portion is not formed, Rutotomoni mounting a plurality of weights which were separable independent of each other through the weight mounting brackets, the total mass in both mirrors portion by detachable of該錘, the fender main body Since it can be set to be horizontal when it floats on the water, it is possible to ensure the horizontality in the longitudinal direction when floating on the sea , and the structure is simple and inexpensive to manufacture.
[0009]
