本発明は、自動車のフロア面の高さ調整に用いる嵩上げ材の製造に際し、表皮材に粉末接着剤を均一に散布する装置に関する。

【従来技術】
自動車のフロア面の高さ調整に用いる嵩上げ材としては、合成樹脂フォーム材を芯材としてレジンフェルトを表皮層としたものが特開平9−226430号に開示されている。
芯材と表皮材を接着する場合は、コンベアー上を移動する表皮材上から図3に示すようにノズルで水溶性又は溶剤性の接着剤又は粘着剤を散布している。
また、特開平7−52649号には、自動車ドアトリム、インストルメントパネルマット等内装材の接着材として、特開平11−129367号には、自動車のシートカバーの接着剤として粉末接着剤を用いることが開示されている。
粉末接着剤を表皮材に均一に散布する方法としては、金網の上に粉末接着剤を載せる方法がある。この場合、粉末接着剤は、架橋現象により金網の網目より落下しないので、金網に振動を与えて架橋を崩して落下させている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
水溶性の接着剤は、ノズルから接着剤を散布するため余剰の接着剤が発生し回収して再利用することが困難で、使用後は、ノズルが乾燥して閉塞するのを防ぐため溶剤により洗浄して保管する必要がある。
また、金網全体に均一に振動を与えることは難しく、更に粉末接着剤の粒子径も金網の網目の大きさに応じた均一のものとしなければならず、表皮材の表面にもれなく散布させるためには、金網の網目をできるだけ大きくする必要があり、振動の振幅の大きいところでは、過剰に散布され、接着剤の使用量に無駄が生じ、かつ余剰の接着剤で作業環境が汚染され、器具の保守作業を頻繁に行わなければならなかった。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面に基づいて本発明を説明する。図1は、粉末接着剤散布装置を示す。
間隙のある移送手段は、進行方向に対して横方向に一定の間隔で桟11が渡してあり、表皮材7を桟上に載せると、表皮材7は、桟11と共に一定速度で移動するかご型コンベアー1である。
