容器体装着用の液体噴出ポンプとして、シリンダを容器体内へ垂下する縦形のポンプと、トリガー式のポンプとが広く知られており、それ等はいずれも容器体底部まで吸上げパイプを垂下し、ポンプ操作により容器体内液体をシリンダ内へ吸上げ、かつ該シリンダ内液体をノズルから噴出するよう設けている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記ポンプは、当初容器体へ個別に装着されてポンプ付きの容器として用いられていたが、近時廃棄物の減少、又資源活用の見地からポンプを有しない、いわゆるレフィール用の容器体を設けて当初使用したポンプを、ポンプを有しない予備の容器体に再装着してそのポンプを複数の容器体に付け替えして、ないしは当初の容器体収納液体がなくなった後に、予備の容器体内の液体を補充して何回も使用することが行われるようになった。このように1箇のポンプを何回も他の容器体に付け替える等して使用すると、1箇のポンプを1箇の容器体についてだけ使用していた場合と異り、容器体内液体中に含まれている微小な浮遊物や、薬液等成分の結晶体、又ポンプ交換又液体補充の際に容器体内へ入った埃等が使用回数を重ねるうちにポンプ内に次第に蓄積されて目塞り等故障の原因となる。特に泡噴出用ポンプの場合は噴出液体を発泡させるため、液体流出路の要所に約200 メッシュ程度のネットを用いるから、その網目が目塞りするおそれが大となり、そのネットに付着した浮遊物等の除去が困難となる。

本発明は、上記ポンプが有する、吸上げパイプの上部取付け用の液体吸込み筒部分、即ち上記縦形ポンプにあってはシリンダ下部に、又トリガー式ポンプにあっては、シリンダおよび射出筒と連通して起立する主筒の下部に、付着物の除去が容易なフィルターを設けることで、上記ポンプを複数の容器体に対して何回も使用可能に設けたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】

【発明の効果】
本発明は既述構成とするものであり、液体噴出ポンプの液体吸込み筒部分5下部に、約100 メッシュ以上のネット13を有するフィルター11を嵌合させたから、そのポンプを装着させた容器体内の液体がなくなった後、該容器体に装着させていたポンプを、ポンプを有しない他の予備用の容器体に装着し直してそのまま使用しても、ないしは空となった容器体内へ液体補充してポンプをそのまま使用しても、容器体の液体中に含まれている微小な浮遊物ないし結晶等がそのままポンプ内へ入ることを、上記フィルターで除去でき、それ等浮遊物等がポンプ内に蓄積されることに基因する故障を除去できる。又フィルター11を液体噴出ポンプ1が有する液体吸込み筒部分5の下部へ嵌合させ、かつ通常上記吸込み筒部分は吸上げパイプよりもはるかに大径とするから、それ等両筒嵌合部分の接触面積を大とすることが出来、よってそれ等の嵌合を適度に、即ち着脱可能でしかも固嵌めさせることが容易である。又液体吸込み筒部分およびフィルターの筒部は吸上げパイプと異り、剛性を大として成形するから、上記嵌合を確実とすることが出来る。又ネット13は吸上げパイプ保持筒21ないし液体吸込み筒部分5からの延長筒5a内に隠されていることとなり、よって容器体および収納液体が透明であってもネットに付着した浮遊物等が見えることがなく、外観を向上させることが出来る。
