Description

【0001】

[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in this conventional operation button, when the convex part of the front part of the button is pushed with a finger for operation, the bent part is bent and the front part of the button is inclined as shown in FIG. The operation piece at the bottom of the button comes into contact with the device to activate the ignition device, and if it is a fire extinguisher button, the fire extinguishing device is activated by abutting against the weight of the earthquake-proof automatic fire extinguishing device. The contact portion is in contact with the upper side of the notch portion, and the lower end of the lower portion of the button is in contact with a stop piece provided in the stove body, so that the front portion of the button is not inclined further.
[0009]
However, when the abutment part of the button side face abuts the upper side of the notch part and the lower end of the lower part of the button is in contact with the stop piece, if the convex part of the front part of the button is further pressed with a finger, Since the contact part pushes up the upper side of the notch, and the upper part of the button bends the bent part of the front plate to change the initial bending angle, and the bent part remains crushed. Even if the button is released, the operation button does not return to the initial position as shown in FIG.
[0010]
In view of such a problem, the present invention has an object to be solved by providing an operation button that returns to its original position at the same time as a finger is released even if the operation button is pressed with an excessive force.

[0020]
【Example】
Next, an operation button according to the present invention will be described with reference to an embodiment shown in the drawings.
The description of the same components as in the conventional example will be omitted.
Reference numeral 1 denotes an operation button, which is made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene, and is provided between the button body 2 and the mounting portion 3, a substantially box-shaped button body 2 having an open rear surface, an attachment portion 3 to which the operation button is attached. The spring portion 4 is formed in a U shape as viewed from the side and has strong elasticity.
[0021]
The button body 2 is formed with a convex portion 5 for pressing with a finger when operating, and when the convex portion 5 is pressed with a finger, the lower end of the button body 2 comes into contact with a stop piece 6 provided in the stove body. Part 7, button upper part 8 that is located at the upper part of button front part 7 and is integrated with one end of the U-shape of spring part 4, and button side part 9 provided at the left and right ends of button front part 7. When the convex portion 5 of the button front portion 7 is pressed with a finger, the operation piece 10 is formed in the rear direction so as to contact the ignition device if it is an ignition button, and contact the weight of the earthquake-proof automatic fire extinguishing device if it is a fire extinguishing button. The button lower part 11 is provided.
[0022]
The mounting portion 3 includes a mounting portion main body 12 integrated with the U-shaped other end of the spring portion 4, and a substantially L-shaped short engagement piece 13 erected at one end of the upper surface of the mounting portion main body 12. And the other end of the upper surface of the mounting portion main body 12 erected at a position facing the short engagement piece 13 and a long engagement piece 14 having a substantially semi-wedge tip, and the mounting portion main body 12 The upper surface of the lower engagement piece is inclined forward by about 5 degrees, and the engagement surface 15 of the short engagement piece 13 and the engagement surface 16 of the long engagement piece 14 are also inclined downward by about 5 degrees. Is attached.
[0023]
The spring portion 4 has a U-shaped end portion having a thickness of about 1.5 mm, which is the same as the other portions of the operation button 1, whereas a U-shaped bent portion has a thickness of about 1 mm. Furthermore, since it is formed in a state in which the central portion is removed when viewed from the front, it has an appropriate elastic force while ensuring the strength of the spring portion 4, and can be prevented from being crushed even when pressed with a strong force. The reinforcing part 17 is formed in the upper part 8 of the button 2 and the lower part of the U-shape so that the lower part of the spring part 4 and the upper part 8 of the button are always parallel to each other. This is what is supposed to happen.
[0024]
Next, the mounting structure of the operation button 1 will be described.
18 is a front plate of a shin type radial oil stove, and the stove body of the oil stove includes a front plate 18, a bottom plate, a top plate, a side plate, a guard provided above the front plate, and a back plate. An opening 19 is formed on the front surface of the front plate 18 so that the convex portion 5 of the operation button 1 attached can be pushed with a finger, and a mounting piece 20 provided in a tongue shape at the bent portion of the upper portion of the front plate 18. Further, the short engagement piece hole 21 and the long engagement piece hole for inserting and engaging the short engagement piece 13 and the long engagement piece 14 of the operation button 1 in the attachment piece 20 are formed. The long engagement piece hole 22 is provided with a standing piece 23 with which the substantially half wedge-shaped tip of the long engagement piece 14 is engaged.
[0025]
When attaching the operation button 1 to the attachment piece 20 of the front plate 18, first, the operation button 1 is tilted, and the short engagement piece 13 of the operation button 1 is inserted into the short engagement piece hole 21 so that the short engagement piece is inserted. When the long engagement piece 14 is inserted into the long engagement piece hole 22 so as to engage the 13 engagement surfaces 15 and then push up the inclined side of the operation button 1, the tip of the long engagement piece 14 The substantially half wedge-shaped portion of the long engagement piece 14 is pressed against the standing piece 23 of the long engagement piece hole 22 so that the long engagement piece 14 is inclined inward. When inserted, when the tip of the standing piece 23 reaches the substantially half wedge-shaped neck portion of the tip of the long engagement piece 14, the long engagement piece 14 inclined inward returns to its original state, The engagement surface 16 of the joint piece 14 and the tip of the standing piece 23 are engaged, so that when the operation button 1 is attached, The distal end of the long engagement piece 14 can be smoothly mounted by being guided by the installation piece 23, and even if the operation button 1 is strongly pressed, the standing piece 23 of the attachment piece 20 and the wedge-shaped portion of the distal end of the long engagement piece 14 Therefore, even if the operation button 1 is excessively operated, it is possible to prevent the operation button from being detached from the attachment piece 20.
[0026]
Further, since the upper surface of the mounting portion main body 12 is forwardly lowered, and the engaging surface 15 and the engaging surface 16 are also inclined downwardly, the state where the tip of the spring portion 4 is in contact with the lower surface of the mounting piece 20 The button front portion 7 is always pressed against the opening 19 of the front plate 18.
[0027]
When the oil stove is assembled with the operation button 1 attached to the front plate 18, the cover plate 25 formed by forming the joint portion 24 in contact with the upper portion of the front plate 18 in a substantially U-shaped cross section is formed. Further, at this time, the deformation preventing piece 26 having a width slightly smaller than the distance between the short engagement piece 13 and the long engagement piece 14 is provided on the front plate 18 in the horizontal direction. The joint portion 24 is provided in a tongue shape so as to be positioned at a distance from the joint piece 14 and overlap the attachment portion 3.
[0028]
Next, the operation of the operation button 1 will be described.
When the convex portion 5 of the operation button 1 is pushed with a finger from the state of FIG. 3, the spring portion 4 is contracted in a state of being lowered forward as shown in FIG. The fire extinguishing button is placed in contact with the weight of the earthquake-proof automatic fire extinguishing device and brought down to fire.
[0029]
At this time, the operation button 1 is already applied with a stronger force than the conventional operation button is pressed, and the operation button 1 has a strong repulsive force. The feeling of pushing 1 is more depressing than the conventional one, and it is possible to prevent the mounting piece 20 from being forced by absorbing a larger force than the conventional operation button with the spring portion 4. .
[0030]
When the operation button 1 is further pressed with a finger from this state, the U-shaped open portion of the spring portion 4 is closed and comes into contact with it, whereby the button upper portion 7 tries to push up the attachment portion 3, and further the attachment portion 3 attempts to push up the mounting piece 20, but the deformation preventing piece 26 that overlaps the upper surface of the mounting piece 20 prevents the mounting piece 20 from being pushed up, thereby preventing the mounting piece 20 from being deformed. It is.
[0031]
In order for the operation button 1 to be detached from the mounting piece 20, first, the operation button 1 is inclined and the substantially half wedge-shaped neck portion at the tip of the long engagement piece 14 is disengaged from the standing piece 23 of the long engagement piece hole 22. Otherwise, the operation button 1 cannot be detached from the attachment piece 20, but the deformation prevention piece 26 restricts the inclining of the short engagement piece 13 and the long engagement piece 14, so that the deformation prevention piece 26 is attached to the operation button 1. This prevents the piece 20 from coming off.
[0032]
When the finger is released from the operation button 1 from this state, the button body 2 returns to the state before being pressed by the finger due to the strong repulsive force generated in the spring portion 4 that is bent without being crushed, and the attachment portion body. Since the upper surface of 12 is inclined downward by about 5 degrees, the button front portion 7 is pressed against the opening 19 of the front plate 18.
[0033]
As described above, the operation button 1 made of synthetic resin and attached to the attachment piece 20 of the front plate 18 of the oil stove is located in the opening 19 of the front plate 18 when attached, and when operated, the lower side is the petroleum oil. When the button front portion 7 is in contact with the stop piece 6 in the stove, the button upper portion 8 is formed above the button front portion 7, and the button side portions 9 are formed on the left and right sides of the button front portion 7. A substantially box-shaped button main body 2 comprising a button lower part 11 formed with an operating piece 10 that contacts and operates an oil stove, and a short engaging piece that engages with a short engaging piece hole 21 formed in the mounting piece 20. 13, a long engagement piece 14 that engages with a long engagement piece hole 22 formed in the attachment piece 20, and a mounting portion main body in which the short engagement piece 13 and the long engagement piece 14 are erected facing each other. 12 mounting part 3 and one end on the button with elasticity 8 is provided integrally with the rear end, and the other end is formed of a substantially U-shaped spring portion 4 provided integrally with the front end of the attachment portion main body 12. Therefore, when the operation button 1 is operated, the operation button 1 is applied. Even if the spring part 4 bends by pressing and the pushing force is increased, it is stored and absorbed by the spring part 4 and when the operation of the operation button 1 is finished, the operation button 1 is pushed by the force stored in the spring part 4. It can be restored to its original position.
[0034]
In addition, the mounting portion main body 12 is formed so as to be inclined downward from the upper surface to the spring portion 4, and the engagement surface 15 of the short engagement piece 13 and the engagement surface 16 of the long engagement piece 14 are inclined downward. By being formed, the spring portion 4 is attached in a state where the tip of the spring portion 4 is in contact with the lower surface of the mounting piece 20, thereby increasing the repulsive force when the spring portion 4 is pressed and not operating the operation button 1. Also, the operation button 1 is always pressed against the opening 19 of the front plate 18.
[0035]
Further, the spring portion 4 has a U-shaped bent portion with a reduced thickness, and a reinforcing portion 17 is formed between the button upper portion 8 and the spring portion 4, so that when the operation button 1 is operated, the operation button 1 Since the U-shaped open portion of the spring portion 4 is closed by the pressing applied to the spring portion and the U-shaped tip portion is bent so as to be lowered, the spring portion 4 can be bent even if the force of pushing the operation button 1 is increased thereby. In addition, the reinforcing portion 17 does not deform the button upper portion 8 and the spring portion 4 such that the button portion 8 is bent by pressing, and all the pressing is applied to the spring portion 4, and the spring portion 4 is operated by the operation button 1. All of the force that pushes can be stored and absorbed, and when the operation of the operation button 1 is finished, the operation button 1 can be restored to the original position by the force stored in the spring part 4 It is.
[0036]
Further, since the tongue-shaped deformation preventing piece 26 that overlaps the upper surface of the mounting piece 20 to which the operation button 1 of the front plate 18 is attached is formed at the joint portion 24 of the cover plate 25 that contacts the upper portion of the front plate 18, the operation button 1 is operated. Even when the operation button 1 tries to push up the mounting piece 20 by increasing the force to push the operating button 1, the deformation preventing piece 26 overlapping the mounting piece 20 prevents the mounting piece 20 from being pushed up. This prevents the mounting piece 20 from being deformed.
[0037]
Further, a short engagement piece 13 having a substantially L shape and a long engagement piece 14 having a substantially wedge-shaped tip are provided on the operation button 1 so as to face each other. And the long engagement piece hole 22 provided with the standing piece 23 with which the wedge-shaped portion at the tip of the long engagement piece 14 engages, even if the operation button 1 is strongly pressed, Since the engagement between the standing piece 23 and the wedge-shaped portion at the tip of the long engagement piece 14 cannot be easily disengaged, the operation button 1 can be prevented from coming off even if the operation button 1 is excessively operated.
[0038]
Further, since the deformation preventing piece 26 having a width slightly smaller than the interval between the short engagement piece 13 and the long engagement piece 14 is provided so as to be positioned at the interval between the short engagement piece 13 and the long engagement piece 14, Since the deformation preventing piece 26 restricts the short engagement piece 13 and the long engagement piece 14 from moving in a direction to be disengaged, that is, tilted inward, the operation button 1 may be released instead of pushing the operation button 1 straight. It is possible to prevent the operation button 1 from being detached even if the button is pressed strongly in an oblique direction.
[0039]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the operation button of the first aspect, the operation button is integrally provided with one end of the substantially U-shaped spring portion having a strong spring force and the rear end of the upper portion of the button of the substantially box-shaped button body. In addition, since the other end and the front end of the mounting part that engages with the mounting piece of the front plate of the oil stove are integrally provided, when the operation button is operated, the spring part bends due to the pressure applied to the operation button, and the pushing force is increased. Even if it is stored and absorbed by the spring portion and the operation of the operation button is finished, the operation button can be restored to the original position by the force stored in the spring portion.
[0040]
According to the operation button of the second aspect, the engagement surface of the short engagement piece and the engagement surface of the long engagement piece are formed so as to be inclined forward and downward from the upper surface of the attachment portion main body to the spring portion. Because it is provided, the operation button is attached with the tip of the spring part in contact with the bottom surface of the mounting piece, thereby increasing the repulsive force when the spring part is pressed and when the operation button is not operated, The operation button is always pressed against the opening of the plate.
[0041]
According to the operation button of claim 3, since the thickness of the U-shaped bent portion of the spring portion is reduced and the reinforcing portion is formed between the upper portion of the button and the spring portion, the operation button is operated. Since the U-shaped open part of the spring part closes and the U-shaped tip part is bent by the pressure applied to the operation button, the spring part can be bent even if the pressing force of the operation button is increased. In addition, there is no deformation such as bending between the upper part of the button and the spring part due to the pressing by the reinforcing part, all the pressing is applied to the spring part, and the force that the spring part presses the operation button is all It can be stored and absorbed, and when the operation of the operation button is finished, the operation button can be restored to the original position by the force stored in the spring portion.
