Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a structure of a drain opening of a ballast tank of a ship having a ballast tank.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A ship having a ballast tank is schematically shown in cross section in FIG. 3, and a cargo oil tank 2 is formed at the center of the hull 1, and a ballast tank 3 is formed around the cargo oil tank 2.
The structure of the ballast tank 3 is provided with a side stringer 4 which is a vertical girder as a structural material, and is divided into a plurality of compartments. The longe 5 is fixed in the longitudinal direction of the hull.
Ballast is poured into the ballast tank 3, but each side stringer 4a, 4b is provided with a drain opening so that the ballast is poured into each chamber. Reference numeral 6 denotes a ballast pouring / draining pipe.
[0003]
FIG. 4 is a plan view showing the structure of a conventional drain opening, and FIG. 5 is a schematic view showing the structure of a conventional drain opening. Thus, the conventional drain opening 7 is provided as a large opening in the center of the side stringer 4.
Each side stringer 4a, 4b is used as an access for inspection of tanks at the time of ship construction and after service. For this reason, round bars, square bars, etc. are used to prevent inspectors and workers from falling. The steel material 8 was passed over the opening and welded.
However, with this structure, there is still a risk that the inspector may catch his / her foot on the steel material 8 such as a round bar or square bar or pinch the foot.
Further, since the steel material 8 is attached to the side stringer 4 by welding, a welding operation is necessary, and if the welding is incomplete, rust is generated from the location, which causes a problem of cracking. there were.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention provides a drain opening structure for a ballast tank that allows an inspector to walk safely on a side stringer without catching or pinching the side stringer, and that eliminates the need for welding work for attaching round bars or square bars. For the purpose.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention , a side stringer that is a vertical girder as a structural body is provided inside, and a plurality of stages of longages are fixed to the ship side outer plate and the vertical partition as reinforcing members in the longitudinal direction of the hull. In the drainage opening structure of the ballast tank provided with the drainage opening, the drainage opening is provided on both sides of the side stringer itself, and the drainage opening is directly above the side stringer in a plan view of the ballast tank. It is provided so as to be within the horizontal range of the longi .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below. FIG. 1 is a plan view showing the structure of a drain opening according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a schematic view showing the drain structure of the present invention.
A plurality of drain openings 9 are provided in a small size, and are opened in both sides of the side stringer 4 within a depth range of the longitudinal 5 just above the side stringer 4.
And in order not to change the ballast pouring / draining capacity into the ballast tank 3, the number is increased so as to be a total area corresponding to the total area of the conventional openings 7. Moreover, since it arrange | positioned as a small-sized opening in the depth range of Longi 5, there is no possibility that an inspector will step on, and steel materials, such as a round bar and a square material, are not provided for fall prevention.
[0007]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention provides a drainage opening structure for a ballast tank in which a drainage opening is provided in a side stringer, wherein the drainage opening is provided on both sides of the side stringer itself, and the drainage opening is a side stringer in a plan view of the ballast tank. Since it was provided so that it exists in the horizontal range of the longe just above, steel materials such as round bars and square bars to prevent falling can be abolished from the drain opening , and inspectors hooked their feet, There is no danger of being pinched, and it is now possible to walk safely. In addition, the abolition of the steel material eliminates the welding work for fixing the steel material, which has the effect of lowering the construction cost of the ship.
