Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention incorporates a panel plate material such as a glass plate or a decorative panel plate into a portion surrounded by a vertical material such as a vertical frame or a vertical frame, and a horizontal material such as an upper frame, a lower frame, or an eyeless structure. In particular, the present invention belongs to the technical field related to the improvement of the waterproof structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, the curtain wall constituting the outer wall portion of the second floor or more of the building has an invisible tip as a horizontal member extending in the horizontal left-right direction between a plurality of vertical members extending in the vertical vertical direction. Crossing in the form of a lattice so as to face the side of the vertical, and building the outer wall of the building by incorporating panel plates such as glass plates and decorative panels in the frame surrounded by the vertical and invisible As the above-mentioned vertical and invisible, those made of aluminum, which are less susceptible to rusting, are generally used because they are exposed to wind and rain on the outer wall of the building.
[0003]
However, since this metal such as aluminum is a good heat conductor, when the vertical or invisible is cooled by the outside air in the winter, condensation occurs in the exposed part of the vertical or invisible room, There are drawbacks such as reduced heating effect due to heat transfer.
[0004]
Therefore, in order to solve such a metal vertical and invisible defects, conventionally, as shown in Patent Document 1, for example, a wooden vertical using a wooden material is used as the vertical, and the outdoor side thereof is used. A metal base material such as aluminum is fixed to the outer surface, and a slit or a long hole extending in the vertical direction is formed in this metal base material, and the metal fixture can be slid into this slit. The metal fixture on the panel material side and the wooden side are inserted into the fixture, and the inner edge member is connected to the fixture, and the vertical edge portion of the panel material is sandwiched between the inner edge member and the outer edge member. There has been proposed a structure in which the difference in thermal expansion from the vertical is absorbed by the relative movement of the fixture at the slit of the metal base material.
[0005]
By the way, when constructing a vertical member such as the above-mentioned vertical or a plain member such as an eye, the end of the transverse member is abutted against the side of the longitudinal member with a screw or the like while being cut at right angles to the length direction. It is assembled and assembled. However, vertical grooves are formed on the side surfaces of the vertical members to accommodate the horizontal edges of the panel plates such as glass plates and decorative panels, and the ends of the horizontal members are abutted against the side surfaces of the vertical members. As long as the vertical groove is left pierced up and down beyond the cross member, it cannot prevent rain leakage.
[0006]
Therefore, conventionally, by filling a groove receiving member called a sealing receptacle, groove closing piece, and mat sealer presser in the longitudinal groove, and sealing the upper surface with a sealing material, the longitudinal groove is closed at the position of the cross member. (For example, see Non-Patent Documents 1 to 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, as in the above-described conventional non-patent documents 1 to 3, in the structure in which the groove closing member is filled in the groove and the upper surface thereof is sealed, for example, the groove closing member in the groove in advance in the manufacturing process of the cross member. Even if it is made to attach, it is inevitable that the installation will be forgotten or that the groove closing member will be detached during transportation to the construction site, and it is difficult to stably and reliably implement waterproofing measures There was a problem.
[0009]
The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and the object thereof is to improve the structure of the cross member so that the cross member is automatically closed in the middle of the longitudinal groove at the same time as the cross member is assembled to the vertical member at the time of construction. It is to be able to carry out waterproofing measures stably and reliably.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, in the present invention, attention is paid to a horizontal concave groove for accommodating a vertical edge of a panel plate material such as a glass plate in the horizontal member. It extended from the part and the front-end | tip part was fitted in the vertical concave groove of a vertical material.
[0011]
Specifically, in the first aspect of the invention, a panel is formed in a portion surrounded by a vertical member extending in the vertical vertical direction and a horizontal member whose tip is disposed so as to abut against the side surface of the vertical member and extends in the horizontal left-right direction. The premise is the outer wall structure of a building fitted with board material.
[0012]
The vertical member is formed with a vertical groove for accommodating the edge of the panel plate material in the left-right direction, and the horizontal member is formed with a horizontal groove for accommodating the edge of the panel plate material in the vertical direction. The cross member positioned at least on the lower side of the panel plate member has a cross member main body having a length substantially the same as the interval between the vertical members, and is provided separately from the cross member main body in the length direction. A waterproof slide portion that is slidably locked and located at least at the bottom of the lateral groove, and the waterproof slide portion protrudes from an end portion in the length direction of the transverse member main body, and the waterproof slide portion The projecting end portion is configured to be fitted in the above-described longitudinal groove in a liquid-tight seal state.
[0013]
According to the above configuration, when assembling the outer wall of the building, the end of the cross member is abutted against the side of the vertical member to join both, and the edge of the panel plate in the left-right direction is connected to the vertical groove of the vertical member. Moreover, each edge of a panel board | plate material is accommodated in each groove | channel by each fitting the edge part of the up-down direction of a panel board | plate material to the horizontal groove | channel of a horizontal material.
[0014]
At least the above-mentioned cross member located on the lower side of the panel plate material is slidably engaged with the cross member main body, and a waterproof slide part which is separated from the cross member main body and is located at least at the bottom of the horizontal concave groove is slidably engaged. Since the slide part protrudes from the end in the longitudinal direction of the cross member main body, as described above, when the leading end of the cross member is abutted against the side of the vertical member and the two are joined, Although it contacts the side surface of the vertical member, the protruding end portion of the waterproof slide portion enters the vertical concave groove of the vertical member. Then, by interposing a sealing material or the like between the protruding end portion of the waterproof slide portion and the inside of the vertically concave groove, the protruding end portion of the waterproof slide portion is fitted in the vertically concave groove in a liquid-tight seal state. . Therefore, at the same time that the cross member is assembled to the vertical member at the time of construction, the vertical end groove of the vertical member can be closed at the protruding end of the waterproof slide part of the cross member, so that forgetting to attach or remove the groove closing member as in the past There is no room for this, and waterproofing measures can be taken stably and reliably.
[0015]
In addition, since the waterproof slide portion of the cross member protrudes from the cross member main body, it is necessary to cut the cross member into different lengths in the cross member main body and the waterproof slide portion when both are integrated. Since the slide part is provided separately from the cross member body and is slidably locked to the cross member body, the waterproof slide part is previously cut into a predetermined length and then locked to the cross member body. It can be easily installed.
[0016]
In the invention of claim 2, the longitudinal member and the transverse member are each divided into an indoor side member and an outdoor side member, and the indoor side member includes a metal core material and an exterior material made of a wood material or a resin material. The exterior of the core material is joined and integrated so that the exterior of the core material is partially exposed from the exterior material to the outdoor side, and a groove is provided by the core material exposed from the exterior material to the outdoor side and the outdoor side member. .
[0017]
As a result, the indoor side member is formed by joining and integrating the metal core material and the exterior material so that the exterior of the core material is partially exposed from the exterior material to the outdoor side, so that the interior side of the core material is covered with the exterior material. Even if there is a temperature difference inside and outside the room, heat transfer between the room and outside is difficult, and it is not necessary to consider the thermal expansion due to the temperature difference between the metal material and wood or resin material. it can.
[0018]
Moreover, since the indoor side member is a composite material of a core material and an exterior material, the strength of the indoor side member can be secured by these core materials, and the indoor side member is formed only of a wooden material or a resin material. Compared to the above, it is possible to reduce the overall cross-sectional area of the indoor member and use a member having a small thickness.
[0019]
In the invention of claim 3, the outer wall structure of the building is used for the front, curtain wall or sash. If it carries out like this, the optimal outer wall structure of a building where the effect of the present invention is exhibited effectively will be obtained.
[0020]
