【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えばローストチキン又は焼き鳥の足等に取り付けられ、これらの食品を装飾する装飾体及びその製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ローストチキン又は焼き鳥の足等に取り付けられ、これらの食品を装飾する装飾体100は、図9に示すように、基端部をローストチキン又は焼き鳥の足等に取り付ける筒状の基体110と、該基体110の先端部外周面と両端を連結させた環状体120を先端部外周面に沿って輪状となるように複数設けて構成した装飾部130とを備えており、該装飾部130は全体として開花した形状となるように形どられている。なお図中140は、固定用の紙テープである。

前記従来の装飾体100を製造するには、まず、図10(イ)に示すように、適宜大きさの長方形状の紙材を二つ折りにして、二つ折りにした折り目側から、折り目と直交する切込み150を、適宜間隔に折り目の全長にわたって、設ける。次に図10(ロ)に示すように、前記折り目と交差する両端辺である辺Aと辺Bとを重ね合わすように、巻回する。そして、二重半程度巻回した前記基体110の基端部に接着剤を塗布した紙テープ140を巻いて固定する。その後、前記環状体120を、前記基体110の径方向外方に向けて膨出するように、指等で形どって、前記装飾部130を花びらが開花したように装飾する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明は、かかる事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、筒状の基体と、該基体に嵌合して前記基体に沿って長さ方向に移動するスライド筒と、該スライド筒の一端部及び/又は前記基体の先端部の周面に沿って設けられた複数の環状体で構成された装飾部とを設けて、前記環状体を前記スライド筒の移動に連動して膨出させるようになして、使用時に装飾部を膨出するようにし、運搬時には装飾部を膨出しない状態として、運搬時における装飾部の変形を防止するとともに、運搬の容量を少なくして、運搬コストを低くできる食品の装飾体及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項1記載の食品の装飾体は、基端部を食品の棒状部に被せる筒状の基体と、該基体に嵌合されて前記基体に沿って長さ方向に移動可能なスライド筒と、前記スライド筒の一端部と前記基体の先端部とに複数の細長い短冊状に形成したシート片の端部を湾曲又は折曲して連結して、前記スライド筒の一端部と前記基体の先端部との周縁に沿って輪状となるべく構成された装飾部と、を備え、前記スライド筒の前記移動に連動して前記シート片は環状体を構成すべく膨出してなることを特徴とする。

図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る食品の装飾体10の斜視図である。前記装飾体10は、一般的には、紙製のシート材、合成樹脂からなるフィルムシート材又はこれらにアルミニュウム箔を接合あるいはアルミニュウム等を蒸着したシート材により、後述する製造方法等によって製造される。

図1に示す装飾体10は、食品に取り付ける前の状態のものである。図中11は基体であり、前記シート材から適宜大きさの円筒状に形成される。該基体11の基端部11aは、装飾すべきローストチキン等の足等が挿入して取り付けられるように開口されている。従って、前記基端部11aを含む基体11の直径は、前記ローストチキン等の足等の直径に合わせて大きさが定められる。通常は、予め定められた直径のものを大・中・小・特大の4種類程度用意すれば足りる。
