【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、例えばローストチキン又は焼き鳥の足等に取り付けられ、これらの食品を装飾する装飾体及びその製造方法に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、ローストチキン又は焼き鳥の足等に取り付けられ、これらの食品を装飾する装飾体１００は、図９に示すように、基端部をローストチキン又は焼き鳥の足等に取り付ける筒状の基体１１０と、該基体１１０の先端部外周面と両端を連結させた環状体１２０を先端部外周面に沿って輪状となるように複数設けて構成した装飾部１３０とを備えており、該装飾部１３０は全体として開花した形状となるように形どられている。なお図中１４０は、固定用の紙テープである。

前記従来の装飾体１００を製造するには、まず、図１０（イ）に示すように、適宜大きさの長方形状の紙材を二つ折りにして、二つ折りにした折り目側から、折り目と直交する切込み１５０を、適宜間隔に折り目の全長にわたって、設ける。次に図１０（ロ）に示すように、前記折り目と交差する両端辺である辺Ａと辺Ｂとを重ね合わすように、巻回する。そして、二重半程度巻回した前記基体１１０の基端部に接着剤を塗布した紙テープ１４０を巻いて固定する。その後、前記環状体１２０を、前記基体１１０の径方向外方に向けて膨出するように、指等で形どって、前記装飾部１３０を花びらが開花したように装飾する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前記装飾体１００は、紙又はフィルム材又はこれらにアルミ箔を蒸着した素材で形成されており、前記装飾体１００を、ケースに詰め込んで運搬等する場合には、前記のように装飾部１３０を膨出した状態で運搬するために、この膨出した装飾部１３０が変形し易くなるという問題が生じる。また、前記装飾体１００をケース等に詰めて運搬する場合は、装飾部１３０が膨出しているため、全体として容量が嵩み、運搬コストが高価になるという問題が生じる。

本発明は、かかる事情に鑑みてなされたものであり、筒状の基体と、該基体に嵌合して前記基体に沿って長さ方向に移動するスライド筒と、該スライド筒の一端部及び／又は前記基体の先端部の周面に沿って設けられた複数の環状体で構成された装飾部とを設けて、前記環状体を前記スライド筒の移動に連動して膨出させるようになして、使用時に装飾部を膨出するようにし、運搬時には装飾部を膨出しない状態として、運搬時における装飾部の変形を防止するとともに、運搬の容量を少なくして、運搬コストを低くできる食品の装飾体及びその製造方法を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の食品の装飾体は、基端部を食品の棒状部に被せる筒状の基体と、該基体に嵌合されて前記基体に沿って長さ方向に移動可能なスライド筒と、前記スライド筒の一端部と前記基体の先端部とに複数の細長い短冊状に形成したシート片の端部を湾曲又は折曲して連結して、前記スライド筒の一端部と前記基体の先端部との周縁に沿って輪状となるべく構成された装飾部と、を備え、前記スライド筒の前記移動に連動して前記シート片は環状体を構成すべく膨出してなることを特徴とする。
請求項２記載の食品の装飾体は、基端部を食品の棒状部に被せる筒状の基体と、該基体に嵌合されて前記基体に沿って長さ方向に移動可能なスライド筒と、先端部を前記基体の先端部と連結すると共に、前記スライド筒３２の全周にわたり、両端部を除いて長さ方向に切込みを設けて形成された装飾部と、備え、前記スライド筒の前記移動に連動して前記切り込みは環状体を構成すべく膨出してなることを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明をその実施の形態を示す図面に基づき具体的に説明する。
（第１実施の形態）
図１は、本発明の第１の実施の形態に係る食品の装飾体１０の斜視図である。前記装飾体１０は、一般的には、紙製のシート材、合成樹脂からなるフィルムシート材又はこれらにアルミニュウム箔を接合あるいはアルミニュウム等を蒸着したシート材により、後述する製造方法等によって製造される。

図１に示す装飾体１０は、食品に取り付ける前の状態のものである。図中１１は基体であり、前記シート材から適宜大きさの円筒状に形成される。該基体１１の基端部１１ａは、装飾すべきローストチキン等の足等が挿入して取り付けられるように開口されている。従って、前記基端部１１ａを含む基体１１の直径は、前記ローストチキン等の足等の直径に合わせて大きさが定められる。通常は、予め定められた直径のものを大・中・小・特大の４種類程度用意すれば足りる。

図中１２はスライド筒であり、前記基体１１の直径よりもやや径大の円筒状に形成されており、全長は前記基体１１よりも後述する移動長さ分だけ短く、また両端は開口されている。前記スライド筒１２は、前記基体１１に沿って前記基体１１の長さ方向に移動できるように、前記基体１１に外嵌されており、前記スライド筒１２の一端部１２ａは、前記基体１１の先端部１１ｂと連結されている。前記スライド筒１２の他端部１２ｂには、他端を径方向内方へ所定長さに折り曲げて係止片１４が形成されている。

以上の如き食品の装飾体１０の製造方法の一例を図３に示す。まず、図３（イ）に示すように、長辺Ｘ，Ｙ及び短辺Ｖ，Ｗを備える適宜大きさの長方形状シート材の長辺Ｘ，Ｙ方向の中央より一方の短辺Ｖよりに、長辺Ｘ，Ｙと略平行に適宜長さの切込みＳを短辺Ｖ，Ｗ方向の略全長に渡って適宜間隔を隔てて複数設けて、帯状の切込み部ＳＡを形成する。なお、この複数の切込みＳ…により適宜間隔に複数に切り離された部分が、複数の前記環状体１３ａ…を構成する。

次に図３（ロ）に示すように、前記切込み部ＳＡの長さ方向の略中央から一方の短辺Ｖを対向する短辺Ｗに向けて二つ折りにする。このとき、短辺Ｖには、二つ折りにした方向にさらに適宜長さに折返して、係止片１４を形成する。

図４は、以上のようにして製造された前記装飾体１０の使用方法の一例を示す図であり、図中ＲＣはローストチキンである。先ず図４（イ）に示すように、前記装飾体１０の基端部１１ａをローストチキンＲＣの足に被せて固定する。次に図４（ロ）に示すように、前記装飾体１０の前記スライド筒１２を、前記基体１１の基端部１１ａ側（図中矢印方向）に移動させる。そして、図４（ハ）に示すように、前記スライド筒１２に設けた前記係止片１４に前記基体１１の基端を抱持させるようにして、前記基体１１と前記スライド筒１２とを移動不能に固定する。このとき、前記スライド筒１２の一端部１２ａと連結された前記環状体１３ａ…が前記スライド筒１２の移動方向に、移動長さ分だけ追従し、これに伴い、前記複数の環状体１３ａ…が前記基体１１の径方向の外方に向かい膨出するため、前記複数の環状体１３ａ…で構成された前記装飾部１３は開花するが如きに装飾される。

なお、図４で説明した使用方法では、食品（ローストチキンＲＣ）に前記装飾体１０を取り付けてから前記装飾部１３を膨出させて装飾したが、前記スライド筒１２を移動させて前記装飾体１０を組み立ててから、すなわち、前記装飾部１３を膨出させて装飾してから、食品（ローストチキンＲＣ）に取り付けてもよい。

図５は前記装飾体１０の運搬時の概略断面図であり、図中Ｐは運搬に用いられる容器である。運搬時においては、前記装飾体１０は前記装飾部１３を膨出させる必要はないため、図５に示すように、側面視概略筒状の形状で運搬することができ、また、容器Ｐを使用して運搬する場合において、積層して容器に詰め込まれることによって径方向に圧縮されるようなことがあっても、前記装飾部１３は食品に取り付ける際に、組み立てられ装飾されるため、運搬時に前記装飾部１３が変形することはない。また、運搬時には、組立前の前記装飾部１３を膨出させない状態で運搬できることから、運搬容量が少なくてよく、運搬コストを低く抑えることができる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１記載の食品の装飾体は、基端部を食品の棒状部に被せる筒状の基体と、該基体に嵌合されて前記基体に沿って長さ方向に移動可能なスライド筒と、前記スライド筒の一端部と前記基体の先端部とに複数の細長い短冊状に形成したシート片の端部を湾曲又は折曲して連結して、前記スライド筒の一端部と前記基体の先端部との周縁に沿って輪状となるべく構成された装飾部と、を備え、前記スライド筒の前記移動に連動して前記シート片は環状体を構成すべく膨出してなしあり、また、請求項２記載の食品の装飾体は、基端部を食品の棒状部に被せる筒状の基体と、該基体に嵌合されて前記基体に沿って長さ方向に移動可能なスライド筒と、先端部を前記基体の先端部と連結すると共に、前記スライド筒３２の全周にわたり、両端部を除いて長さ方向に切込みを設けて形成された装飾部と、備え、前記スライド筒の前記移動に連動して前記切り込みは環状体を構成すべく膨出してなしてあるので、請求項１又は２に記載の発明にあっては、装飾部の環状体は、スライド筒の移動によって膨出でき、食品に取り付ける際に環状体を膨出させればよく、運搬時等の食品に取り付ける前には、環状体を膨出させない状態で運搬することができ、運搬時の装飾部の変形を防止するとともに、運搬時の容量を少なくして、運搬コストを低くできる。
