【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明はＣＤ，ＤＶＤ等の記録媒体を販売すると共に、レンタル用としても使用出来るケースに関するものである。ここで、記録媒体とは広義に解釈して、ディスク等の円盤状記録媒体に限らず、ＭＯ，ＩＣ、フロッピー（登録商標）等も対象とする。

【従来の技術】
音楽や映像を記録したＣＤ，ＤＶＤ等の円盤状記録媒体(ディスク)は、ケースに収納された状態で販売されている。又、レンタルショップでは販売用のケースからディスクを取出して貸出しケースに収納し、これを別のカバーケースに収めて陳列棚に配列している。特公平７−４１９４１号、実用新案登録第３０５２８３３号はディスクのレンタル用ケースに関する従来技術である。

従来のレンタルショップでは、上記販売用ケースからディスクを取出し、別の貸出しケース及びカバーケースを使用する為に、販売時に用いたケースは廃棄されてゴミとなる。この為に、販売用ケースをレンタル時のカバーケースとして使用する方法が考えられ、その従来技術としては特開２００１−１３０６７３、特開２００１−１３０６７４が知られている。しかし、ディスクを収納している現状の各種貸出しケースに対応して、同一の突出高さを確保することは出来ない。

一方、販売用ケースはディスクを収容しているが、その他に、例えばディスクに記録されている歌詞などの内容を記載しているシートも同時に収容している。該シートは所定の大きさに折畳まれてシート押えに挟まることが出来るようにしている。図１０はシート押えを設けている販売用ケースを示しているが、ケース蓋の内側には２個のシート押え(イ)、(イ)を設け、折畳まれたシート(ロ)の縁は該シート押え(イ)、(イ)に挟まれている。

ところで、この販売用ケースをレンタル用のカバーケースとして兼用する為には、上部を開口する為に上面(ハ)を上蓋として取外すことが出来る構造としなくてはならない。図１１にはカバーケース(ニ)にディスクを収容した貸出しケース(ホ)を挿入し、該貸出しケース(ホ)の上端部は開口から突出した状態を示しているように、取外した上蓋は底部に取付けられて貸出しケース(ホ)の底を支える働きをすることが出来る。

この為に、貸出しケース(ホ)が上部開口から挿入できるように、ディスク中央穴が嵌るヘソ(取付け部)及び上端部のシート押え(イ)が障害に成る。そこで、販売用ケースをレンタル用のカバーケースに変更するには、これら取付け部(ヘ)と上端部のシート押え(イ)を底部へ移動することが必要となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このように、従来の販売用ケースをレンタル用のカバーケースに使用するには上記のごとき問題がある。本発明が解決しようとする課題はこの問題点であり、シート押えを備えた販売用ケースがレンタル用のカバーケースとして兼用出来るようにしたディスクの販売用及びレンタル用ケース提供する。

【課題を解決する為の手段】
本発明に係る記録媒体の販売用及びレンタル用ケースは、販売用として使用することが出来ると共に、その形態を変更することでレンタル用のカバーケースとしての機能を備えたケースである。この販売用及びレンタル用ケースは、ケース本体とケース蓋から成り、ケース蓋はケース本体に開閉可能に組み合わされる。ケース蓋はケース本体に被覆さることで所定の箱型ケースとなって記録媒体を収納し、又記録媒体を入れた貸出しケースを収納することが出来る。

ケース本体には裸の記録媒体を固定する為の取付け部(ヘソ)を備え、記録媒体がディスクである場合には、取付け部中央にはディスク穴に嵌る嵌入突起を設けている。記録媒体がディスクではなくＭＯやＩＣ等の場合には、その取付け部はその形態に応じた構造となる。そしてケース蓋の上端部には上蓋を取着して上部開口を塞ぐことが出来、レンタル用として使用する場合には、該上蓋は取外されて底部に移動する。そして、上蓋にはシート押えが形成され、シート押えは上蓋と共に底部へ移動する。他方のシート押えはケース蓋の縦縁側底部に設けられている。ここで、シート押えの個数は限定しないことにする。

ところで、上蓋を上端部から底部へ移動する手段は色々あり、例えばケース蓋の側縁に設けたガイドに沿って底部へスライドすることが出来る。又、上蓋をケース蓋の側縁に設けた嵌合部に嵌合して取付け、該上蓋を上部嵌合部から取外して下部嵌合部に嵌めることで底部へ移動することが出来、さらには、上蓋に両アームを備えた門形形状として、ケース蓋の側縁に設けた軸を中心として旋回可能に取付ける。すなわち、旋回させることで上端部開口を塞ぎ、又底部へ反転移動して上端部を開口することが出来る。

販売用ケースとして使用する場合には、ケース本体のベース中央に取付け部を取着し、上蓋をケース蓋の上端部に取付けている。そして歌詞などを記載したシートは折畳まれて上蓋に形成しているシート押えとケース蓋側に設けられているシート押えによって挟まれる。この販売用ケースをレンタル用のカバーケースに変更するには、上蓋を底部へ移動し、ケース本体の取付け部が外される。ただし、取付け部が貸出しケースを収容するに際して障害にならない位置にある場合には取外す必要はない。

従って、ケース蓋を閉じるならば上端部は開口し、該開口から貸出しケースを挿入し底部へ移動した上蓋に載って支持され、貸出しケースの上端部は開口から突出する。この場合、収容空間を形成するケース本体には取付け部が無く、又ケース蓋のシート押えも存在しない為に、貸出しケースは上部開口から収容空間に障害なく収容される。以下、本発明に係る実施例を図面に基づいて詳細に説明する。

【実施例】
図１は本発明に係る販売用及びレンタル用ケースを示す実施例である。同図の１はケース本体、２はケース蓋、３は繋ぎ部を表し、ケース本体１のベース面４の中央には記録媒体であるディスク５を固定する為の取付け部６が設けられている。同図はケース蓋２を開いた状態を示しているが、上記取付け部６にディスク５を取付け、ケース蓋２を閉めて販売される。ここで、上記取付け部６の具体的な形態は問わないことにする。

ケース本体１には底縁７ａと縦縁８ａ，８ａがベース面４の周囲に起立し、ケース蓋２のベース面４ｂにも底縁７ｂと縦縁８ｂ，８ｂが垂直に起立している。そして、ケース蓋２の上端部には上蓋９が縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに取付けられているが、該上蓋９は底部側へスライドして移動することが出来る構造と成っている。ケース蓋２の上記縦縁８ｂ，８ｂにはガイド溝が沿設され、このガイド溝に沿って上蓋９はスライド移動することが出来る。ただし、上端部の所定位置で上蓋９が止着されるように、位置決め用凹部１０，１０を縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに形成している。

図３(ａ)に上蓋９を単独で示しているが、両側端にはスライド溝用突起１１，１１が突出し、コーナーには位置決めツメ１２，１２を突出して設けている。該スライド溝用突起１１，１１は図３(ｂ)に示すように、ケース蓋２の縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに形成したガイド溝１３，１３に遊嵌してスライド移動し、上端部では位置決めツメ１２，１２が位置決め用凹部１０，１０に係止して位置決めされる。従って、上蓋９はケース蓋２から外れることはない。図３(ｂ)はケース蓋２を閉じた場合の断面図であり、上端部は該上蓋９にて塞がれ、必要に応じて底部へスライド移動することが出来る。

ケース本体１のベース面４ａに設けている取付け部６は該ベース面４ａから突出し、ディスク中央穴が嵌って取付けられる。そして、該取付け部６はベース面４ａと一体ではなく、取外し出来る構造と成っていて、上蓋９に設けている穴１４に嵌って取付けることが出来る。そして、ケース蓋２の縦縁８ｂ，８ｂの底部側には位置決め用凹部１５ａ，１５ｂ・・が形成され、上蓋９がスライド移動して位置決めツメ１２，１２は該位置決め用凹部１５ａ，１５ａ、又は位置決め用凹部１５ｂ，１５ｂに係止して位置決めされる。

そして、ケース蓋２のベース面４ｂにはシート押え１６ｂが設けられ、又上蓋９にもシート押え１６ａを形成している。該シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂはベース面４ｂに接触又は近接した状態に形成される挟みであり、歌詞などのシートを所定の大きさに折畳んで挟み込むことが出来る。シート押え１６ｂはケース蓋２の下端部に設けられ、一方のシート押え１６ａは上蓋９に設けられていることで、該上蓋９がケース蓋２の上端部に位置する場合には、両シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂはケース蓋２の上下端部にあって、シートを安定して挟み込むことが出来る。ただし、上蓋９をスライド移動して底部に位置した場合には、両シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂは隣り合う位置に配置される。

図１は販売用ケースの状態を表わしているように、ケース本体１の取付け部６にディスク５を嵌めて取付け、シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂにはシートを挟み込むことが出来る。シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂは縦縁側に設けられている為に、折畳まれたシートを自動的に挟み込むことが出来る。すなわち、底縁側にシート押えを形成することも出来るが、この場合のシート押えにはシートを自動で挟み込む作業が行い難く、本発明では縦縁側に設けることで、作業性の向上を図ることが出来る。そして、シートを挟み込んで、ケース蓋２を閉じて販売される。

図２はレンタル用ケースを示している。図１に示している販売用ケースにおいて、ケース本体１の取付け部６は外され、上蓋９はスライド移動して底部へ移される。底部へ移動した上蓋９の位置決めツメ１２，１２は、縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに形成している底部側の位置決め用凹部１５ａ，１５ａ、又は１５ｂ，１５ｂに係合して位置決めされる。そして外された取付け部６は上蓋の穴１４に嵌合して取付けられる。図２はケース蓋２を閉じた状態で、上蓋９、シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂ、取付け部６などを実線で示しているが、上蓋９には貸出しケース１７が載っている。

該貸出しケース１７の上端部は開口したカバーケース１８の上部開口から突出しているが、この突出量は上蓋９の底部での位置によって定まる。すなわち、上蓋９の位置決めツメ１２，１２を上側の位置決め用凹部１５ａ，１５ａに係合した場合には突出量は大きく、位置決め用凹部１５ｂ，１５ｂに係合した場合の突出量は小さくなる。そして、ケース本体１のベース面４ａには突出した取付け部はなく、又ケース蓋２のベース面４ｂから突出したシート押え１６ａが無い為に、貸出しケース１７はカバーケース１８の収容空間に障害なく出し入れされる。

図４は本発明に係る販売用及びレンタル用ケースを示している他の実施例であり、同図は販売時の形態を表わしている。ケース蓋２は開いていて、ケース本体１のベース面４ａには取付け部６が突出して設けられ、ケース蓋２の上端部には上蓋１９が設けられて上端開口を塞いでいる。そして、上蓋１９には２本のアーム２０ａ，２０ｂが延び、該アーム先端は縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに軸支されて旋回することが出来る。

図４では上蓋１９がケース蓋２の上端部に位置しているが、旋回することで該上蓋１９をケース蓋の底部へ移動させることが出来る。そしてアーム２０ａには、図６に示しているようにシート押え１６ａが形成され、旋回することでケース蓋２のベース面４ｂに設けているシート押え１６ｂに近づいて底部へ移動する。該上蓋１９が旋回できるように、アーム２０ａ，２０ｂの先端には軸２１ａ，２１ｂを突出して縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに形成している軸穴に嵌合している。

図５はカバーケース１８に変更して貸出しケース１７を収容した場合である。同図は上蓋２を被覆した状態であるが、上蓋１９、取付け部６、及びシート押え１６ａ，１６ｂは実線で示している。このように、上蓋１９を旋回して底部へ移動させるならば、上端部が開口して貸出しケース１７が収容される空間が形成される。この空間に上端部開口から貸出しケース１７を挿入し、該貸出しケース１７の底は取付け部６に当って支持され、上端部は開口から突出する。又、シート押え１６ａも貸出しケース１７の底に当るように、該シート押え１６ａの位置を定める事も可能である。この実施例のケースではケース本体１に設けている取付け部６は比較的底部側に位置している為に、該取付け部６を取外さなくてもカバーケースとして貸出しケースを収容できる。

図７は本発明に係る販売用及びレンタル用ケースを示すさらに別実施例である。同図の１はケース本体、２はケース蓋、３は繋ぎ部を表し、ケース本体１のベース面４ａの中央にはディスク５を固定する為の取付け部材６が設けられている。同図はケース蓋２を開いた状態を示しているが、上記取付け部６にディスク５を取付け、ケース蓋２を閉めて販売される。

ケース本体１には底縁７ａと縦縁８ａがベース面４ａの周囲に起立し、ケース蓋２のベース面４ｂにも底縁７ｂと縦縁８ｂ，８ｂが垂直に起立している。そして、ケース蓋２の上端部には上蓋２２が縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに取付けられているが、該上蓋２２は底部側へ移動することが出来る構造と成っている。ケース蓋２の上記縦縁８ｂ，８ｂには嵌合溝が設けられ、この嵌合溝に上蓋２２が嵌合して取付けられ、底部に設けた嵌合溝に嵌めることで移動することが出来る。

図９に上蓋２２を単独で示しているが、両側端にはアーム２３ａ，２３ｂを下方へ延ばし、該アーム２３ａ，２３ｂには嵌合片２４，２４・・・を突出している。又、片方のアーム２３ａにはシート押え１６ａを設けている。該上蓋２２の嵌合片２４，２４・・がケース蓋２の縦縁８ｂ，８ｂに形成している嵌合溝２５ａ，２５ａ・・に嵌合することで上端に取付けられて上端開口を塞ぐことが出来る。そして、嵌合溝２５ａ，２５ａ・・から嵌合片２４，２４・・を外して底部に設けている嵌合溝２５ｂ，２５ｂ・・に嵌めるならば、上蓋２２は底部へ移動する。

底部側には多数の嵌合溝２５，２５・・が設けられ、上蓋２２の位置を自由に選択することが出来る。そして、上蓋２２を底部へ移動することでシート押え１６ａも移動する。ケース本体１のベース面４ａに設けている取付け部６は該ベース面４ａから突出し、ディスクはその中央穴が嵌って取付けられるが、該取付け部６はベース面４ａと一体ではなく取外し出来る構造と成っていて、ケース蓋２のコーナーに取付けることが出来る。

そして、ケース蓋２のベース面４ｂにはシート押え１６ｂが設けられ、上記上蓋２２に形成している別のシート押え１６ａとでシートを挟み込むことが出来る。該シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂはベース面４ｂに接触又は近接した状態に形成される挟みであり、歌詞などのシートを所定の大きさに折畳んで挟み込むことが出来る。シート押え１６ｂはケース蓋２の下端部に設けられ、一方のシート押え１６ａは上蓋９に設けられていることで、該上蓋２２がケース蓋２の上端部に位置する場合には、両シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂはケース蓋２の上下端部にあって、シートを安定して挟み込むことが出来る。ただし、上蓋２２をスライド移動して底部に位置した場合には、両シート押え１６ａ，１６ｂは隣り合う位置に配置される。

図８はレンタル用ケースを示している。図７に示している販売用ケースにおいて、ケース本体１の取付け部６は外され、上蓋２２は上端部に設けた嵌合溝２５ａ，２５ａ・・から外されて底部に設けている嵌合溝２５ｂ，２５ｂ・・に嵌って取付けられ、所定の位置に位置決めされる。しかも、底部には多数の嵌合溝２５，２５ｂ・・が設けられている為に、嵌合する嵌合溝２５ｂ、２５ｂ・・の位置によって、該上蓋２２に載って貸出しケース１７が開口から突出する量は変わる。

すなわち、貸出しケース１７の上端部は開口したカバーケース１８の上部開口から突出しているが、この突出量は上蓋２２の底部での位置によって定まる。
そして、ケース本体１のベース面４ａには突出した取付け部はなく、又ケース蓋２のベース面４ｂから突出したシート押え１６ａが無い為に、貸出しケース１７はカバーケース１８の収容空間に障害なく出し入れされる。

以上述べたように、本発明に係る販売用及びレンタル用ケースは、ケース本体にディスク等の記録媒体の取付け部を設け、ケース蓋にはシート押えを縦縁側に設けると共に上蓋は底部へ移動可能に取付け、又上蓋の縦縁側にはシート押えを形成したものであり、次のような効果を得ることが出来る。

【発明の効果】
本発明のケースは販売用として用いる場合、シート押えを設けている為に、該シート押えに折畳みしたシートを挟み込むことが出来る。そして、ケース蓋の上端に設けている上蓋は底部へ移動することで、レンタル用のカバーケースに変更することが出来、上蓋にはシート押えを設けている為に、シート押えも上蓋と共に底部へ移される。その為に、上端開口から挿入される貸出しケース用のケースは、シート押えが障害に成ることはなく収容することが出来る。又、ケースによって取り付け部をケース本体のベース面から取外して、上蓋などに仮止めすることも可能である。
