従来のファンコンベクタも本願によるファンコンベクタと基本的な構造は同等であるので、概略構造については図1を用いて説明する。同図で示すように、ファンコンベクタはリアパネル1とフロントパネル2と、これらの基部に設けられたベース4及び同ベース4の前面に装着されるフロントベース4aとで本体を構成し、同本体の背面上部に吸込口5を設け、前面下部に上下風向偏向板7aと左右風向偏向板7bとを備えた吹出口6を設けている。

前記吸込口5と前記吹出口6とを結ぶ空気通路には、室外に設置された温水ボイラから温水を供給され、前記吸込口5から吸込まれた空気と熱交換を行う放熱器9と、同放熱器9で熱交換された空気を室内に送出する送風ファン10とが設けられ、また本体内の前面側には、前記フロントパネル2の表面が高温となることを防止する遮熱板3が設けられている。

本発明は上記問題点に鑑み、本体内に設けられた制御基板及び同制御基板から導出された配線群が、放熱器から放出される熱の影響を受けないようにして安全性を向上させたファンコンベクタを提供することを目的とする。

本発明は上記課題を解決するため、本体の一側に背面を開口した収容部を設け、前記本体の他側背面上部に吸込口を、前面下部に吹出口を夫々設け、前記吸込口と前記吹出口とを結ぶ空気通路に、温水が流動する放熱器と、同放熱器で加熱された空気を温風として前記吹出口から送出させる送風ファンとを設ける一方、これらの前面に、前記放熱器からの熱が本体前面に伝導することを防止する本体前面と平行した遮熱板を設け、前記収容部に、操作パネル及び前記送風ファンを駆動するファンモータ等と配線群にて接続された制御基板を設けてなるファンコンベクタにおいて、
前記収容部に、前記制御基板を前記遮熱板と平行となるように設けるとともに、同制御基板の背面側に、前記放熱器から放出された熱の同制御基板への伝導を防止する遮蔽板を設けてなることを特徴とするファンコンベクタ。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を、添付図面に基づいた実施例として詳細に説明する。
図1は本発明によるファンコンベクタを示す断面図であり、図2は同ファンコンベクタの構成を示す分解斜視図である。また、図3は要部斜視図である。
本発明によるファンコンベクタは、図1及び図2で示すように、前面が開放されたリアパネル1と、同リアパネル1に装着される後面が開放されたフロントパネル2と、これらの基部に設けられるベース4及び同ベース4の前面に装着されるフロントベース4aとで本体を構成している。同本体の背面上部には上下に並設された桟により吸込口5が形成され、前面下部には、上下に複数配設された上下風向偏向板7aと、その後方に左右方向に複数配設された左右風向偏向板7bとを備えた吹出口6が形成されている。また前記吸込口5の裏面には、吸込まれた空気中に含有される塵埃を吸着するフィルター8が枠体8aに張設されて装着されている。

前記本体内の一側には、背面側を開口した収容部11が他側側と区画されるように設けられ、他側側となる前記吸込口5と前記吹出口6とを結ぶ空気通路には、前記吸込口5に臨むように、並設された多数のフィンと、同フィンに直交するように、蛇行状に配設された伝熱管とからなり、室外に設置された温水ボイラと配線接続された放熱器9が前記吸込口5と平行となるように前傾して設けられている。また、その下流側には、ファンモータ10aにより駆動され前記放熱器9で加熱された空気を温風として室内に送出する送風ファン10が設けられている。また、これらの前面には前記放熱器9から放出された熱が前記フロントパネル2へ伝わることを防止する遮熱板3が前記フロントパネル2と平行となるように設けられている。

前記収容部11には、多数の配線群を前面側に導出した制御基板12が前記遮熱板3と略平行となるように前方に傾斜して設けられており、また、同制御基板12の背面には、断面逆L字状に形成され、前記放熱器9から放出された熱が前記制御基板12へ伝わることを防止するとともに、塵埃等が前記制御基板12の近辺へ侵入することを防止する遮蔽板11が設けられている。同制御基板12が前記遮熱板3と平行となるように設けられていることにより、図3で示すように、これから前面側に導出された配線群が、前記放熱器9の近傍を通過しないように配線整理を行うことができ、また、配線が同放熱器9に接触してしまうというような不具合を防止できるようになっている。

上記したような構成により、前記放熱器9から放出された熱が、前記制御基板12側へ伝わり、同制御基板12に備えられた多数の部品群が所定の温度規格値を越えるというような不具合を防止することができるようになっている。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明によると、本体に背面上部に吸込口を、前面下部に吹出口を設け、吸込口と吹出口とを結ぶ空気通路に放熱器と送風ファンとを設けるとともに、本体内の前面側に放熱器からの熱の伝導を防止する遮熱板を設け、また本体内の一側に設けられた収容部に、前記遮熱板と平行となるように制御基板を設ける一方、同制御基板の背面側に前記放熱器からの熱が制御基板へ伝導されることを防止する遮蔽板を設け、制御基板からの配線群を前面側へ導出することにより、放熱器からの制御基板への熱の影響を極力防止することのできるファンコンベクタとすることができる。
